We are restarting? How is that going to work out? If we are restarting we should probably make a new thread...

I just don't feel like we need to restart. If we do, then what's the point of keeping Rowanstar or any of the other NPCs? Also, there's not really any plot holes from what I've read in the posts. People just need to reply to each other.

As for inactive characters, we can shuffle them out as we progress. Ashclaw is deputy, so even if Rowanstar dies we will have a clan leader.

I understand how you feel, but most feel this is better and it is better in order to get new members and refresh. We are keeping the normal clans, but there is literally like 3-5 cats when I went through and that is a hell of a lot cats for me to NPC death. This will be easier for me to perfect this roleplay like coming up with territory, history and such. I promise it will be better in the long run. I am not making another roleplay page because this is still Lethal's roleplay and I do not wish to take the ownership away.

You will be able to keep your ranks and the prophecy will stay the same if some could tell me what it is that would be great.

We will do a restart without a technical restart. If you all could play as if all those things happened before, but, at the same time, replace vanished characters with newly made characters then we can have a good mix. I do not mind either way, but the point of the matter is that more people want to restart

Ok so we had Seasplash as the Hollowclan medicine cat but the roleplayer went inactive so we had the character pass in her sleep. We planned it out so Fernpaw would become the new medicine cat and Oatpaw would be the medicine cat apprentice. Will that death remain?

Yes, we can keep the death, just play it in your post for those starting. It will be sort of a past history lesson. We will say it is maybe half a moon later

We need to restart because of all the new people coming in. They're going to be lost and confused, because a lot happened in the first three pages of role play.

We'll just start over the same way the role play started, with the clans waking up one morning. The night prior the prophecy cats would have their prophecy dreams.

The point of starting over is so that we don't have NPC's in major, plot-relevant positions. Because if we did have major NPC's, then anyone can mess up the plot by using the NPC's, unless we made it so only gm's can NPC. But that puts a lot of stress on DemonKitten, as they don't know the characters well enough to rp them properly. Shuffling them out is also viable, however it's easier on the newcomers and DemonKitten to just start fresh instead of trying to work around important NPC's until we can kill them off.

We can keep the same characters and the same ranks, and there will more than likely be a new prophecy, as no one knows what Lethal had planned out, if they had anything planned out to begin with. Some things, like the territory layout and clan backstory, will probably be better defined, so we can create a more immersive rp.

If you wanna replace Lethal as the leader, Demon...I could always change Ashclaw's rank, we could delete our last few posts, kill off Rowanstar and then you could make a deputy character. Then after Rowanstar dies, your deputy character becomes the leader, Ashclaw gets promoted to deputy again and we pretend nothing ever happened.

Idk what we will do about Blossomclaw or Wolfmask, but if we absolutely have to we could kill them off or Demon could make edits to their posts so that they never had the dream

I think essentially what DemonKitten wants to do is a major time skip, about half a moon or so. This would resolve all plot points, as instead of rping out the deaths and wasting time setting up the rp, we can say all these events happened in the last half-moon instead.

It's a compromise. We get to start over, but we also keep all the rp that happened already.

As far as Hollowclan cats go, I think we can say Fernpaw is now Fernsong, a full medicine cat of Hollowclan. Oatpaw would probably help out Fernsong, but still be officially Birdstar's apprentice? But he'd be doing more medicine cat apprentice stuff rather than actual battle training and hunting?

Logo I recall planning that we would slowly ease him into being a medicine cat, since he didn't like the idea of healing others, and to give time for Fernsong to get used to her duties before taking on an apprentice.

Other than Rowanstar, all other cats have gone missing. Many of which had been part of the prophecy, but are now out of starclan's reach. Fernsong has been forced to take the previous medicine cat's place and Ashclaw, due to the death of Rowanstar to his "fox wounds," is headed to get his nine lives at the start of our restart.

The prophecy cats that are inactive (ex:Blossomclaw) went missing.

There was a meeting held between HollowClan and MoonClan and then Fernpaw got her new name. Perhaps the clans also discussed the shortage of food? HollowClan and MoonClan should still be on uncertain terms with each other. MoonClan could have confronted them about the food stealing and they denied everything and MoonClan chased them out. This would allow us to still have a war in the future if we wanted. I don't want to resolve the feud between the clans with a time-skip.

As far as inter-clan tensions, perhaps war has broken out between Hollowclan and Moonclan due to Ashclaw's urges to expand territory into Hollowclan? Rowanstar has fallen sick with a severe case of greencough, so Ashclaw is taking charge until Rowanstar recovers (spoiler: he won't). Eventually Rowanstar would loose all his lives to the sickness, perhaps in the next half-moon, allowing Ashclaw to become Ashstar. But that allows us to remove Rowanstar from the rp.

Perhaps in the half-moon time, Wolfmask died treating Rowanstar, having contracted greencough as well. His apprentice, whoever wants to take it, would already have their full name, and become the new medicine cat. Flamestorm, the Hollowclan deputy, can be killed in battle sometime in the half-moon time skip, allowing for someone new to become the deputy.

War could be even higher due to the missing cats and both thinking the other clan is at fault
