Nice posts guys. It's too late at night for me to put together a post right now. I'll try to post tomorrow morning but feel free to skip me: Saga would probably distract Nero by peering curiously around him at the other dogs while being obliviously unafraid. He'd maybe comment on it asking if she were blind or stupid (I don't think Nero is likely to care about whether his remarks sound offensive or not, do you?)

I'll be on lamb-watch and probably a tad erratic on availability (and potentially on brainpower, depending on whether I need to pull any all-nighters. I never have yet but there's always a first time and I do REALLY BADLY on lack of sleep, so if I stop making sense that's probably why!).

I watch Sandi Brock (Sheepishly Me) on youtube so I totally get you! Good luck and share pictures of the lambs ;u;Posted. Also, it just occurs to me to give advance warning about lambing time. She has rather more sheep than I do, although considering that I started with three I have rather more than I was foreseeing when I started (I'm at 20 at the moment). They're addictive!

Now you can see why they're addictive! Pippin (twin of Merry) is the daughter of my first ewe, and the lamb's father was Frodo. That year I named them all after hobbits. Last year they were all named after fae, except Stormy (official name Hurricane), who was born during Hurricane Hannah. I need a theme for this year... hint, hint!

I hug them and pet them and squeeze them and call them George... ahem *cough* sorry. In theory I spin their fleeces and make lovely scarves and shawls and things. In practice I show them a bit (yep, you get sheep shows as well as dog shows and horse shows), and fill my house up with fleeces waiting for me to get around to doing something with them, and build them adventure playgrounds to play on (for the sheep to play on, not the fleeces).
