Superpower Name:
Negative Speed force

Those with access to the Speed Force can use a large number of abilities, usually revolving around speed. The Negative Speed Force grants the users all of the abilities that the positive Speed Force does, such as the power to move at vast superhuman speeds, as well as superhuman physical characteristics, regenerative healing, enhanced mental capabilities and perception, lightning generation, molecular control, and the power to traverse throughout both time and dimensions.

Some abilities the Negative Speed Force grants that the positive Speed Force does not are: the ability to negate Speed Force users' powers, the power to absorb memories from others, and the power to alter one's age at will, as well as tearing out Negative Speed Force from others without killing them. Also, Negative Speed Force users have the ability to accurately time travel without devices such as the Cosmic Treadmill.

Negative Speed Force conduits generate large amounts of electrical energy that they draw from the Negative Speed Force. The color of the lightning varies from red, black, and purple. Unlike positive Speed Force lightning, Negative Speed Force lightning does not act like normal electricity -- It is far more destructive and can cause objects to explode on contact.

The protective aura manifested by the Negative Speed Force also is far more destructive than the normal Speed Force's aura. It can cause objects such as bullets to incinerate before they can hit the speedster. The aura also builds up every time the speedster is dealt damage and will eventually release an explosion.

Should a natural Speed Force user be exposed to the Negative Speed Force, it will cause great pain to them and will sometimes cancel certain positive and negative speed force powers while trying to use both at once.

Strengths:
Ryan is a very quick thinker and naturally smarter than many minds of the 21st century, due to being from the 30th century. He is a very quick learner and does not mind working with other people, as long as that means he gets credit in the end.

Weaknesses:
Ryan is a very stubborn child, meaning once he sets his mind on something it is very unlikely that he will change his mind. Ryan also loves to gloat, showing off how amazing he is and giving the heroes a chance to regroup and regain strength due to needing to show off. He loves attention, and his main goal is to get approval from his ancestor, Eobard Thawne.

Personality:
Ryan can be extremely sadistic at times, taking joy in hurting and

WIP
Name: Rebecca Jane Cotton
Alias: Wild Witch
Age: Eighteen
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: White European
Nationality: American
Occupation: High School Student
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Canon or OC: OC

Superpower Name: Psychokinesis

  • Superpower Trait: User is capable of influencing/manipulating objects with her mind. This is at its most base level, and has yet to develop to anything stronger than physical objects. Applications include: binding, levitation, pull/push, grip/choking.

  • Superpower Trait: At this level can only move or manipulate objects the same weight or less than the user, but excessive focus/will can let her move heavier or larger things (like a normal person's ability to move objects physically).

  • Superpower Trait: If object is in eye-sight, user can influence/manipulate it. Anything else takes extensive focus and willpower training.

  • Superpower Trait: Psychokinesis is, at this point, subjective to the user's emotion. Approach with caution.
Strengths:

  • Character Strength: Very intelligent for a girl her age, Rebecca is gifted with an impeccable recollection and capacity for knowledge. By no means is she a super genius, but she aces high on all of her tests, and is very good at problem solving and has great street smarts as well.

  • Character Strength: Rebecca is headstrong, confident and takes no bullshit from the people around her. Very rarely is she persuaded by others from heuristic means alone. Rebecca is practical and a survivor.

  • Character Strength: She's nimble and dexterous, capable of dodging and running easily. She's got impressive cardio and can run for a very long time.
Weaknesses:

  • Character Weakness: Rebecca is a true chaotic neutral, preferring her own intentions to anyone else's. She's persuaded by money, and/or self interest above all. Otherwise, she's been known to hit the road when things don't go her way. She's very prideful in that way.

  • Character Weakness: Physically, she's no stronger than any girl her age. Even then, she's quite lean and on the weaker side in terms of physical strength.

  • Character Weakness: Emotionally, Rebecca is unstable. She has fluctuating emotions, some tendencies of BP as well as Conduct Disorder. She has her coping mechanisms and has some manner of control, at times, but there are unpredictable moments that even catch her off guard.
Personality: It would be simple to call Becca selfish, mean or aloof. She's much more complicated, at a core level. No true evil runs through the girl's veins, despite what many may claim. She seems sadistic but in reality she's got a cruel focus and no patience for 'simpletons'. She's maybe a bit arrogant, but that's because she truly believes she's smarter and more capable than those around her. A bit of a pity complex, she enjoys to let others underestimate her. Rebecca is practical and determined to keep herself alive, trusting nobody but herself. But yet, deep within, all she wants is family and to be found.

History:
  • Unknown mother and unknown father abandon their child on doorstep of affluent family in rural South Carolina.
  • The Cotton family adopt Rebecca as their own child, doting and caring for the child as if they were her own.
  • Rebecca shows her advanced development, capable of reading full novels by the time she is seven. She is dubbed a child prodigy, taking up new languages and learning an assortment of instruments from the piano to the flute.
  • Car accident claims the lives of Mr. and Mrs. Cotton, and sends Rebecca in the hospital for days.
  • Rebecca is put into the foster care system, and at about this time she begins to show early signs of her abilities.
  • First foster family, the Aragons', take in Rebecca when she is ten years old. Rebecca runs away after three years with the family,
  • Rebecca has her first intimate experience with her powers, flinging books off of a bookshelf after a dispute with a fellow foster kid.
  • First time Rebecca shoplifts.
  • Moved to another family, the Perry's. It takes 2 months before she runs away again.
  • Rebecca isn't found for another 3 weeks, her powers have developed a bit since then. She's found a new fascination with her powers.
  • (Age 14) At school one day, Rebecca has an breakdown and lands two older boys in the hospital. In tears, they claim that she choked them both despite being a foot away. Of course, no one believes the kids but Rebecca ends up spending the next four weeks with daily meetings talking to her LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
  • The meetings seem to help her temperament, but Rebecca remains unstable.
  • Rebecca is caught shoplifting.
  • Continued problems at school lead the Perry's to voice their concern to Becca's LSW.
  • In an argument with her foster parents, she ends up running away again.

Name: None
Alias: Threat
Age: N/A
Gender: Male presenting
Ethnicity: Technically None
Nationality: Technically United States
Occupation: Rogue Artificial Intelligence
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Canon or OC: OC

Superpower Name: Being an artificial intelligence in an android body designed for infiltration and combat.
  • Superpower Trait: Ability to control technology and computers by plugging into them.
  • Superpower Trait: Superior strength, speed, and agility to Humans and the ability to cling to walls.
  • Superpower Trait: Blaster (like you do with DC robots)
  • Superpower Trait: Ability to download himself into new bodies if his old one is destroyed.
Strengths:
  • Character Strength: Quick-thinking, with a focus on logic and deductive reasoning
  • Character Strength: Mission-oriented
  • Character Strength: Advanced understanding of technology
Weaknesses:
  • Character Weakness: Sadistic tendencies result in focusing on causing pain over finishing opponents off quickly
  • Character Weakness: Empathy issues result in misunderstanding how someone will react to a situation.
  • Character Weakness: Anything that damages technology damages him.
Personality: Threat is sadistic, sarcastic, and takes pleasure in rubbing the inferiority of others in their face. His main interests are upgrading himself, indulging his sadism, and flaunting his superiority. He applies the same mindset to other activities, and usually spends his free time playing video games or competing with his teammates. They're the closest he gets to actually caring about anyone, willing to disadvantage himself to help them out.

History: Threat was designed as a combat robot by Lexcorp working on a contract for the US government. The project went rogue and ended up escaping the lab. At least that's the story Lexcorp told. In reality the alien technology incorporated into the design and use of T. O. Morrow's AI programs had resulted in a self-willed being and Lex Luthor decided it would be better to keep this one to himself. Threat quickly established his capabilities and ended up assigned to Young Injustice as a test run.
