Higurashi is VERY good, in my opinion, with Rena and Shion sometimes having Yandere ticks. (you'd have to watch it, I don't wanna spoil ^^)
Elfen Lied, with Kaede being untypical, but still, a yandere

(Okay, good, you've already seen Future Diary/Mirai Nikki. That's always the first one to come to mind.)
Well, there's Fairy Tail, though it'll take a while to actually get to our resident yandere (Juvia), who is by far less intense than Yuno but pretty similar otherwise.
And just looked it up, there's a technical yandere in Code Geass, so definitely try that one. (She's not as obvious, but she's batshit crazy at the end.)
