"Well, it's just a trick i picked up." He chuckled, putting his hands in his pockets, looking down. After a moment, he wondered if she had powers. Most likely, he told himself. He wouldn't broach the subject though, knowing it can be a sensitive matter. Instead, he raised his eyes to her.


"Mind showing me around? I haven't got a clue of what's what." James asked, with a hint of amused frustration.

For someone who had planned to become a lawyer, Elias never expected to be on this side of the law. Not that he'd done anything wrong, or rather that he hadn't meant to do anything wrong. He hadn't wanted to put Reggie in the hospital two days ago, it just happened. The only reason he had even known about Reggie's condition was the fact that it was all over the local news. Which brings him to his current situation of jerking awake, in an old abandoned building at the sound of sirens with a panicked racing heart until they grew more and more distant which allowed him to relax. They we're just going by, they hadn't found him yet. Eli let out a sigh of relief as he sat up now fully awake, and after taking off his glasses momentarily to rub his tired eyes.


Eli never thought he'd be squatting in a rundown building on the edge of Chicago. The blonde had stayed away from any of the other inhabitants nearby, though one had tried to mug him, this particular man ran away very quickly after when Eli punched a nearby dumpster that crumbled under his fist as a show of aggression. I was supposed to be packing for Yale Law School today, and instead I'm hiding as a fugitive. Is that irony or what?

Cara-Lee smirked a little more. "I'm sure it is." She watched him and nodded her head soon enough. "Sure, I mean I've only been here a week or two, but I can handle that. Follow me James." She then turned and moved her hands from their crossed positions, her arms now swaying at her side as she walked. The feathers along her shins and calves swayed slightly aswell with every step.

Achillies returned a short time later and approached Marie and Octavian. "Noel flew the coup again has he?" He asked then shrugged turning to Octavian." Sorry i dont remember your name, all got is Brain Boy."

Ghost wound up losing control of his flight ability and managed to get himself stuck in the big tree on the front lawn. he tried morphing through it, but got his front end through but once he got to his hips... well. he's stuck. stuck until he can regain his concentration. but with the amount of angry thrashing he's doing, that won't happen any time soon. If left alone with no help, he'd probably be there all day cussing the tree that held him captive as if it was the poor tree's fault.


"MO***R F***ing TREE!" He growled, thrashing wildly. Pushing against the tree to try to push himself out.

Smiling, he grabbed his bag and caught up with Coraline, keeping pace beside her. James was internally relieved that someone was gonna show him around; he was also glad he made a friend so quickly.


"Thanks, I really appreciate it." He said, looking at her. For the first time, he wondered how exactly this place worked. He knew it was originally for older mutants, like Wolverine, Storm, and Cyclops. But James was curious about how it worked with the young mutants. He thought to himself; well, I'll find out soon enough.

Noel landed next to Achilles "Heel want to spar?" he asks "I won't use my full power" he says with a smirk

"Sure Eve. Pick your arena, bare in mind this will be were i humiliate you."He said slyly turning to face Noel. He already thought about how to fight Noel, he suspected Noel will keep to the air and strafe Achilles. Thing is he had a few trick of his own.

Noel smirks and flaps his wings as he takes to the sky "meet me behind the building Heel" Noel says as he makes to up to the roof. Noel runs to the other side of the roof waiting for Achilles so he can ambush him.

Achilles though of the ambush possibility, knowing thanks to his wings Noel can get behind the building faster than Achilles and with less effort, a chance for preparation. Achilles decided to take his time and not to rush and spend his energy before the fight. The question was was Noel expecting him to climb the buildings or go around. Go around, Achilles thought so ran towards the building climbing it like he did before. He saw Noel waiting for him and smirked sneaking up to him slowly and once close enough fired a weak bolt to get his attention.

Noel heard Achilles behind him when he was getting the bolt ready, Noel turned to get out of the way but the bolt hit his left wing sending a small jolt of pain through him "Sneaking up behind your opponent is very underhanded" Noel smirked fully facing Achilles and quickly back flipping off the roof hoping to kick Ahilles in the chin as he flips.

Noel kick landed, sending Achilles back and dropping him to the ground. He groaned and his chin."Well so is ambushing me... Ouch γάμο το..." He cursed before getting up and fired several bolts at Noels direction.

Noel flew through the air dodging all but one bolt the hit him in the middle of his back the jolt sending him onto the ground. Noel turned over making an Dark energy bolt waiting for Achilles to show himself

He fist pumped when one bolt landed in all honesty not expecting to get hit. He through balls of lighting which acted like mini grenades to the ground before leaping of using his thrusters to slowly land. The decend was slow and vulnerable while also draining his electrical stores.

"Can you guys be careful? I don't want the meditation area to be destroyed!"

Noel Shot his bolt at Achilles while he started descending, Noel tried to roll out of the blast zones of the mini electric balls, Noel got out of the way of the lightning shocks but the force of them going off sent him into a near by tree. "Блядь" he swore at the impact

Achilles tried to dodge the shot but he was to slow, he was hit in the left of stomach losing his balance and bringing him to the ground. He hit hard and rolled a bit and for a moment remained on the ground. He was using to much energy and it was effecting him, when he tried to stand there was a cold murderous look in his eye. He began to fire bolts at Noel, less than before but carried more power to them.

Noel got up on his feet as Achilles feel to the ground, Noel took that moment to check himself over noting his wings were in to much pain from hitting the tree to fly. Noel stood in shock as Achilles stood looking like he was about to kill him, as Achilles fired the bolts Noel tried to dodge them but managed to only be grazed by them still sending enormous pain through out his body "Блядь" he screams as he falls to the ground face first

Achilles approach Noel, the same cold look I'm his eyes. However his movement was slow and he was breathing heavily and sweating, one hand clutching his side still hurting from the previous shot while sparks flew from the other. "Need electricity....Any... Yours..." He muttered.

Noel Looked up at the Cold look Achilles was giving him, His body weak from all the hits Noel slowly crawl away. as Noel was backing away he focused on the space in front of his face trying to make a Dark energy orb to finish this fight before Achilles killed him. Noel was successful in making the orb, once it was at it's biggest it could go at Noel's current energy level he shot it forward at Achilles hoping to stop him even if the blast ended up hurting Noel to.

The orb bulleyed Achilles, sending him flying back hitting the floor hard and rolling from the momentum. He didn't get up from that being knocked out cold, his breathing slow and shallow.

Noel stood up slowly and shaky he took a moment to breath "this was only supposed to be a friendly spar" he mumbled as he slowly walked toward Achilles, "it wasn't supposed to go this far" he said as he approached the down boy, looking at the helpless figure dark energy swirled around Noel engulfing his body "I could end him with such ease" Noel said with a dark smirk before he screamed and fell to the ground next to Achilles, Noel's body too hurt to let the Negative emotions take over

Marie climbs down. "You guys went too far. Any way I could help you guys recover?"

"Shock,... Me.... please shock me...."Achilles mumbled though still out of it.
