Science What is equivilent to 1HP of damage in real life?

When you’re in a crowded public bathroom and you’re a guy and you have to use a toilet instead of a stall and you try to pee on the edges to be quiet but you accidentally hit the water and the bathroom is quiet but your pee hitting the water is equivalent to ear rape videos so you stop to hold it in but you end up somehow destroying your bladder and it gets extremely painful and you’re standing there quietly withering in physical pain and social embarrassment

Anything you wanna talk about buddy?

The sound your teeth make when you accidentally grind them together

Getting nipped by an overly eager dog grabbing a treat from your fingers

Getting a piercing

Watching your favorite character get killed off

Ending a book series

Your dog running to your friend for pets even though you called him.... oh wait that’s emotional damage.

That's a good question, actually. In the end, lots of variables would have to be considered, from Natural Resistances to Equipment. Stomping on someone's toe, for example, can be resisted if they are wearing Steel Toed Shoes or Boots, whereas, if the toes belong to a child, and the attacker is heavy, it could actually do more than 1 damage, and risk a broken bone and/or agility debuff.

Sitting down on your bed, laying a cup full of ice water next to you, and then accidentally spilling some of that water on your pants

Depends how much HP you have to start with. If you have, say, 20 then it would be something like slicing your hand open while slicng a bagel. Painful as hell, but usually not dangerous.

If you have like 100, then it would be reaching up to push your hair off your face and accientally poking your eye.

The fabled moment when you go to walk down your hallway in the dark and stub your toe on the corner
