We all know those horror stories where a couple of people get surprised by an avalanche and get trapped deep beneath the snow without rations or any way to sustain themselves.
Hours become days, maybe even weeks, starvation driving them to do horrible things just to survive, even if it means eating the corpses of their very friends.
What's worse is when the crevice you're trapped in's an ancient native american cemetery, housing one of the most twisted spirits that once prowled the prairies;
The Wendigo!
Wendigos are ancient spirits that possess humans when they commit the ultimate taboo of cannibalism, the spirit making itself at home inside their minds and driving them to lavish in consuming human flesh, an unnatural hunger festering as the victims experience haunting visions and are always accompanied by the Wendigo whispering, murmuring, seducing....
Our story would focus on a group of friends on a ski trip, having had an accident and having been trapped on that mountain for eight whole days before being rescued.
Traumatized by the experience they return home only to being haunted by those spirits.
Is there a way to save their souls or are they condemned to forever walk the earth, driven by the never ending lust for human flesh?
