Age: 22
Hometown: Kyiv, Ukraine
Personality: [uncaring, stubborn, honest, materialistic, fair, trustworthy/dependable,]
Likes:
  • running
  • heights
  • really early mornings/late nights
  • lightening/rain
  • mangoes
Dislikes:
  • cars
  • overly-sunny days
  • music
  • pretentious people
Powers/Skills:
  • intangible: Andriy has the ability to make his entire a gas/light like substance that is immune to many physical attacks. In addition, he can push his 'body' through small spaces.
  • starry burst: Taking energy from his own body, he is able to project a ball of light, that either explodes on contact with another object, or after a few seconds of being in the air. It is similar in appearance and effect of a supernova, but much more toned down, of course.
  • Unstable Passion: In fits of strong emotions, his starry bursts are stronger, and can do a lot of damage to the surrounding area.
Weakness:
  • Water: Throwing water on him or his attacks (before it bursts) will diminish it's effects or stop it altogether.
  • Strong Wind
  • intangible: Andriy lacks the ability to interact with the world around him in this state and cannot use starry burst while being intangible.
  • starry burst: Attempting to use large bursts of energy will drain Andriy quickly.
  • Unstable Passion: After a minute or so, his fatigue causes him to collapse.
Lazy Backstory:
Andriy lived a simple, insipid life, for the most part. He was raised by two loving parents in Ukraine, who chose to ignore and suppress his odd ability in hopes that he could live a life without pressure from the outside world. These hopes, however, were soon crushed after his younger sister, Emelia, got arrested for aggravated assault. Adamant that Emelia was incapable of committing such a crime, he stormed to the police station, demanding for her release on the basis that there was little evidence for her detainment. Unable to restrain his frustration, a burst of energy erupted from his body, and the surrounding area was quick to turn to ruins. Many causalities ensued, including the death of his sister.

When put on trial, however, it was declared that the incident was an accident, and he would not face time for the tragedy. Though, in exchange for covering the expenses from the widescale damage and discovering a way to keep his abilities in check, he agreed to join the Millenium.

Name: Iris Ayanami

Title: Self proclaimed-Fragile Maiden. In subforums discussing her crime spree, she's known as the Zombie
Faction: Villain Freelance (It's not a phase... but lowkey it is)
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Hometown: Raised in Denver, Colorado

Iris smol.png

Personality: She loves using fake emotions to lure people closer to her. Not for nefarious purposes... at first. She wears a large smile and has a very cheery and friendly personality that warms the hearts of those she meets. She enjoys making friends using this personality. When stressed out or disgusted by someone she takes off her mask to reveal a girl lacking in empathy. She's devoid of many emotions at first glance, but her disgust and hatred for people she can't love is immeasurable.
"I really wanna find someone I like so I can love them forever!"
"Limits of my love? Hmmm. I don't have any I think. If I found someone I loved, I'd happily do anything to please them!"

Likes: Sugar... A lot. It's an addiction. She also finds pleasure in romance stories of any kind, she enjoys the idea of dates, whereas in practice they've never suited her. She loves any form of love, no matter what kind.

Dislikes: Bitter tastes. She has a hard time keeping her smile up when she tastes them. She hates people claiming love that she sees as ingenuine. She sees it as her job to fix relationships like that. Boredom is the silent killer she hates more than anything.

Guillotine Bracelets: These shackle-looking bracelets have a hidden weapon. Oh but not for others, these bracelets release blades in the middle, quickly severing the limb of the user. She has several of these, one on her neck, and 2 on each limb (One upper and one lower part of said limbs). Due to her specialty of power, these are really only useful to her, helping her escape bonds or fix accidental damage.

Poisonous Lollis: Iris also creates her own specialty suckers in her off-time. The poison is only enough to drain one of their stamina and make their stomach hurt, but it's great for weakening her targets.

Hidden Blades: She has her favorite knife usually in a sheath on her side, but also has a smaller one implanted in her lower left arm. The arm isn't as affective while it's in there, but you never want to be unarmed. To metal detectors, it looks like a metal impact.

Taste Swapping: She got two powers when she grew up, one being useful, the other being this. With this power, she can share her sense of taste with others, swap her tastes with another, or just taste what someone else tastes. This includes pain if someone burns their tongue. (Though it leaves next to no damage). Her Aunt says she got that from her dad's side, though he wasn't alive long enough for Iris to know that herself. She can also do this to people's sense of smell.

Aggressive Regeneration: Her second power is quite strange. If someone hurts her on purpose, she can regenerate from whatever it is. This regeneration works rather fast, using up a ton of energy. It can get to the point she's regenerating while lying completely immobile, unable to think or move. What deems something as "aggressive" isn't something Iris is sure of herself. This has, however, gotten her out of a lot of bad situations. She considers is a blessing from God to help her find her love. At least that's what she claims with a smile on her face. She can attempt to override accidental damage by purposefully doing more damage to the spot. (papercut could be fixed by cutting a finger off)

Passive Regeneration: A branch off her second power is passive regeneration. This is a fail-safe in case of total destruction... on accident. She can fully regenerate from a limb or even a fingernail. The time this takes varies based on how much material is available. Regeneration of the brain does give her amnesia, though it fades after a while.

Lover's Blood: Iris's blood gives similar properties as her passive regen when consumed by others. This isn't something she plans on doing... accept to keep someone she loves alive. The regeneration length depends on the wound. That also dictates how much blood she needs to give. Usually, she'll need to maintain a constant supply of blood to whoever she's helping (unless it's a minor wound. Her Aunt helped her discover this power...

Pain Tolerance: Her Aunt had a specific kind of love for Iris. This love has given Iris a high pain tolerance, which she thanks her Aunt for.
"Pain can be another form of love. My Aunt loved me so much she couldn't control herself. She told me that I was very special to her as she combed my hair. Without my support, she'd be dead."

Charismatic Aura: She just has the kind of face and personality that most people can approach. She's very adept at dealing with people, hiding her secrets, and hearing confessions.

Very Human: She might be incredibly hard to kill, but not to capture. Outside of her way of avoiding death and injuries, she can't do much more than the average human. Capturing her is like taking candy from a baby. Now, odds are she'll try to escape in one way or another. After all, until she's found her love, there's no reason to stay locked up.

Sweet Tooth: Albeit not helpful in a fight, she has a serious sweet tooth. You could bribe her easily with promises of something sweet. Vise Versa, the best kind of torture is something bitter. She hates bitter food.

Backstory: It all started with her mother capturing her father years ago. She was in love, he was the love in question. Sadly, he died on a trap trying to leave the apartment after Iris was conceived. Iris was with her mother for one year before her mother got caught and put on trial for a series of murders. Rights for Iris went to her Aunt. Her Aunt taught her so many wonderful things about love. She told her how many forms of love and expressing love there were. Iris very literally fell in love with love. Living secluded with her Aunt like this for the first 12 years of her life ruined her early development. Or shaped it from her point of view. Iris struggled to get used to others in school but quickly learned how to blend in. She saw couples marching the hallway, but they were all doing it wrong. It wasn't real. They were faking it. They were wrong. wrongwrongwrongwrong. Their love was bitter. Disgusting. It was just wrong. She took it upon herself to break up every couple in that highschool, one way or another. Her final year was the first time she killed someone. A boy confessed to her, expressing how much he loved her, but all he could say was that she was cute. He didn't love her, he just liked her. Fake love. A wrong love. A bitter love. She moved afterward to a much more populated city. Here, she has more possibilities to find people to love. Her hunt continues, as the bodies of fakers start piling up.

Name: Rumi Reinhardt

Title: Rumi (She just uses her name)
Faction: Magistrate
Gender: Female
Age: 26
Hometown: New York City, NY

Rumi yas.jpg

Personality: Serious most, if not all of the time. She cares about others around her but doesn't like to get close to them. She knows her limits and the limits of others, not wanting to see anyone hurt. She's mysterious in her reasons for being a hero, usually pawning it off to "everyone has their reasons". She has a sense of humor but often keeps it in her brain, appearing to outsiders as not having one.

Likes: Cats, organization, cooperation, coffee, when people know how to maintain a personal bubble and not ask too many questions.
"The best way to succeed is to work together... Just don't work too close."

Dislikes: Personal contact with other people/animals, dry foods, sweet food, people that ask her about herself, villains, her own powers, eating around others.
"...It's not fun breaking everything you touch... I can't even pet a cat."

Cheap Lightweight Handguns: She doesn't like wrist-mounted guns since they're hard to aim. She was trained to use regular ones, so that's what she uses. When going on a mission she'll back a backpack with several guns, up to 13 in a backpack. She keeps two in her hoodie pocket at all times. When she knows she's going into combat she'll usually bring more. These are made cheap, the handles being fragile on their own. This is to make the rest of the gun not shatter when she uses her power on accident.

Steel Baseballs: While throwing these and activating her power might hurt, it adds a nice shotgun of shrapnel. Or you know... just a heavy metal ball to the face.

Wrist Guards: She usually keeps an alloy set of guards around her arms. This helps reduce the likelihood of her wrists breaking or getting hurt while using other equipment/powers. Plus they look cool.

Shatter: Her power works differently depending on what her palms and fingers are touching. Activation is always the same. An increase in her pulse. Any kind of spike. Be it from surprise or emotional states. When that trigger is active, the next thing either of her hands touch will shatter (unless she calms down before touching something). Depending on the material, this will either fully discharge this, or not affect it at all. Certain materials behave differently when touched. Some items have drawbacks, while others do not.

Fragile items- Your fragile items anyone could break with effort break with ease. They behave as normally shattered, the shattering spreading across the entire surface.
Cloth/Flesh like items- If her heart rate is high enough to affect these (usually a good jumpscare or pain will do this), then the outer surface is damaged partially. On cloth this will shatter a foot cube, on flesh and similar substances, this might cause minor bleeding, muscle tears, and small cuts that won't turn into scars. While distressed to the point her heart rate is really high, (through major pain or emotional distress), on cloth, it spreads breaking up to a 20-foot diameter of the fabric. On flesh and similar substances, this will cause major cuts and bleeding, nerve and muscle damage, as well as having a chance of spreading far enough to crack bone (depending on the distance between the flesh and bone). No matter if minor or major, this will have repercussions. Minor will make her heart palpitate/skip a beat in an attempt to slow down, causing her bad chest pain. Major is a major palpitation, leading from anything to major chest pain, her legs going out from beneath her, aftershocks in her hands, to a risk of a heart attack. That's one of the numerous reasons she avoids this.
Tough/Hard items (like metals/concrete)- Metals work in much a similar way fragile items do, the only difference being pain shooting down her arms when it happens. It will almost always spread as far as allowed for metals. If it's segmented, only the segments she's touching will be affected. Concretes will cause pain and break according to segments or similar distances to fabrics.
(more sections will be added as the need arises. If there's a material you're curious about, feel free to ask.)

Instinctive Shatter: While Rumi is in a horrible position and her heart rate is skyrocketing, her entire body will share qualities with her hands. This will immobilize her and leave her susceptible to intangible/incredibly fast ranged attacks (fire, gas, bullets, etc). It will last for roughly 5 minutes and shatter anything that comes into contact with her (an exception being fabric so I don't have to deal with making her naked)

Iron Will: Intimidating Rumi will prove fruitless. She can be negotiated with or convinced to do something, as long as you understand what she values.

Combat Training: She's skilled with sidearms as well as one-handed weapons and melee fighting. She uses cheap weapons most of the time due to how often they break in her usage. In melee combat, she prioritizes aiming for weak spots with weapons and metallic weapons when using her power. She hates using her powers, especially directly on people, so she'll avoid doing so at all costs.

Intimidating Aura: For those who aren't already used to dealing with Rumi, she doesn't make a good first impression. Especially if you have the bad luck of meeting her without her mask. She's the kind of person most sane people try not to make fun of. This makes her particularly good at interrogations.

Hard to help: The most Rumi can do to help others is harming armor, otherwise she has no supportive abilities. She's terrified of touching people, she won't help get people out of the battlefield either. She can't get up after being downed in combat. You have to wait for her shatter tantrum to be over before you can really help her up. Ranged healing or intangible healing would work, but wouldn't let her re-mobilize until the shattering period is over.

Scared of her power: Rumi is actually scared of her power. It permanently hurt her as a child and has accidentally scarred many. Even on the worst of the worst, she considers her power too violent and cruel. She sticks to handguns and other weapons when she's confident. Relying on her powers is something she avoids often. The usual backlash, when felt against flesh, would scare anyone.

Ulterior Motives: Her goal is one she doesn't speak of often. She's looking for a hero or villain able to permanently stop a power. If she has to, she would even accept someone stealing her power. She'll take any lead she gets in finding this person. The only other hero that knows what she's searching for is Adam Quark. She hasn't told anyone else since most people could guess why she's after them: to erase this curse of a power.

Human Physiology: Minus her fail-safe when she goes down, she's still human. She's prone to pain, disease, hunger, all that good stuff.

Bad at holding things: Objects she holds will break if surprised. This has commonly caused pens to spill ink on her hands.

Melee Power only: Her power only works at melee range, now she can throw a rock and splinter it into shrapnel, but aside from that, she's just human.

Power Repercussions: Her power when used on flesh/cloth nearly always has negative repercussions that put her body at risk (see powers)

Backstory: Rumi comes from a broken home. Her parents fought all the time, never wanting to get a divorce so Rumi could have a decent chance for colleges and financial support. This changed when her powers emerged at the age of 6. It happened while she was crying in her room. Her power left permanent scars on her face. This was the push the family needed to divorce. Her health was more important to them. She ended up living with her grandfather at the age of 10 so he could better help her develop a calm nature. He was a good detective after all. She learned from him throughout school and eventually went to Magistrate to better control her gift. She became a professional, but still can't turn it off at will. That was when an idea occurred to her. There are millions, billions of people with powers. One of them can help her. Maybe one of them can stop this power of hers. She's in a high enough position she can find them. Find them and fix her. Let her live a normal life as a normal detective. Gain the ability to pet cats, hold hands, maybe even settle down with someone else. She wants choice and freedom. This life isn't for her, and she's determined to escape it.
"...I have a mission, one I don't think I can achieve alone. I'm after someone able to erase other's powers. I'll ask you not to pry, since it's probably unneeded. Just let me know if you hear anything."

Name: Tsukaima...?
Title: Chained Fighter
Faction: Millenium
Gender: Female
Age: 21
Hometown: ???

tsukaima edit.jpg

Personality: She's extremely cheerful, glass is always full for her. She can find joy in any activity since that's what it means to be human. She makes a lot of friends simply by smiling. Her aura has even won the respect of hero-killers in the past. "This girl carries a light. The light that heroes are supposed to have. Unlike those other fakes..."

Likes: Basically everything. She loves fighting, slacking, exercising, coffee, tea, etc. It's rare for her not to find enjoyment in things.

Dislikes: Her odd shackles and amnesia. She'll pretend they're fine where they're at, but that's how she lies. Also death. She doesn't like death very much.

Chains: She can create chains from her body. Ropes as well. She doesn't use this often, more for fun than anything. She can force momentum out by producing them faster. The slower a chain is created, the tougher it is. The faster it is, the more brittle it is. If she produced it fast enough, she can make a dog-chain pierce soft steels. On a person, it would be similar to a throwing lance, but slower. This "lance" of chains will slack after she stops producing or it gets long enough. It's diameter is only that of an inch, but it at least hurts. After a chain has stopped being produced, she can add to it, sever it from her body, or absorb it back into her body to pull her or what it's close to closer to her.

Berserker Shackles: She has a mysterious set of shackles on her wrists. They have no locks or crevices. They're made of Sindurion, When her mind clouds and dark thoughts invade, she enters a berserker state. Her normal limitations subconsciously put on her body are removed. This means as she attacks, she will hurt. muscles tearing, dislocating limbs, etc. In return, her vitality and pain tolerance is increased a ton. She's only entered this mode twice in her life, and she plans to not have it happen again. Her goal is to be strong enough nothing can hurt her enough to let these activate again.

Incredible Vitality and Strength: Her stats are well into the ranks of superhuman, she says it's because she drank her milk as a kid (even if she doesn't remember). She can hold her own against the strongest non-enchantment heroes (heroes that use their powers to enhance their strength. For example, not gonna do much against a Glory.)

She's Stupid: Perhaps the density of her chains comes from her brains. She's not very smart. She never went to school, so she's not very literate. She's got the brains of a child trapped in a women's body. Any attempts to strategize with her and plan action will end in her going "AHHHH" and rushing into battle, ruining any plans.

Chains Fuel: Her chains are constructed based on the amount of protein in her diet. She eats a lot of meat because of this. Though she doesn't skip her veggies, otherwise kids might get the wrong idea. If she produces chains and severs them instead of absorbing them, she'll lose muscles that would help her in a fight, weakening her.

Backstory: Not much of her upbringing she remembers. Bits and pieces of when she was 12. After her first break-down. Her second was when she was 14. Ever since she's dedicated herself to happiness and fun. She's forgotten most memories due to this present-living version of herself, but it's worked thus far. She remembers more clearly from age 16 onwards: her quest for fun. She took a liking to fight and help others. Fighting helped her vent any little stress, while also having fun talking to people mid-fight. She prefers wrestling-style fighting but isn't opposed to using her chains or fists. During this timeframe she started hero training, being a fairly recent graduate. She wants to get stronger so she can help more people as well as become strong enough to not get hurt.

Mars

Appearance
Mars's body at first sight seems frail and let go. He often sits at a hunch, speaks softly, and keeps his eyes on the ground; that is in public spotlight. When he wishes to be boastful his muscles show themselves more profusely, his eyes are full of energy, and his voice seems to boom over crowds.

Personality
Tanner is conservative, keeps to himself, and seeks out a simplistic lifestyle. He smiles often, and is more than grateful that the simplicity of his day to day keeps him happy. In situations where he would need to reveal his "divinity", his personality flips. He becomes cold, hateful, lacks empathy, and completely casts his facade to the wind. There are still shreds of a morality, but overall it comes down to what is best; many times more than not this will coincide with doing "good". Grasping for straws is what you get in the form of his still existent morality.

Meta Humans

Powers/Skills
Energy Fusion - After a sizable build up of Life Energy, either produced by Mars himself or drained out of a person. He uses his power of energy fusion to fuse the body of a non-meta (most likely a follower) and life energy, to create a synthetic metahuman. These synthetic metas attain specific and standardized powers that are, for all intents and purposes, below the average of others like them. To extend the category, Mars has created subpar Speedsters who can run a mile in seven seconds. Supermen who can, with serious stress, lift small vehicles by themselves. Flyers who can beam into the sky at 120 mph and maneuver like falcons. Finally he's been able to create metas that can project laser projectiles from their hands, these projectiles are no more effective than, at the least, heat lamps, and at the most, small caliber bullets. All of the synthetics have a mediocre degree of enhanced durability but in comparison to real metas, they are minuscule.

Energy Drain - Mars's main power is a give a take. He can give humans powers, but it takes energy to do so. Acquiring energy can be done one of two ways, the slow way being himself, gaining his own energy overtime. The second being a hundred times faster, draining the life energy from people. Doing this doesn't mean it will kill the individual but draining them to the point of death always ends in the gain of more energy.

Mob Mentality - Mars's favorite power is the one he describes as a whirlpool effect. When he slips out of his Tanner persona and becomes Mars, all it takes is one true believer to get it started. Mars's booming voice over a crowd of uninspired individuals does nothing, but with a handful of true believers listening and agreeing with him; it gives other people a subconscious push. It is by no means mind control, commanding people to take action has no direct effect, but what it does is get people's attention. As more open their ears and turn to listen, the stronger the whirlpool gets. What his power actually achieves is that the people listening become more enthralled and see his logic much more clearly as the whirlpool grows larger, some would call this brain washing but Mars sees it as enlightenment. This power has allowed him to grow his cult following, and in the eyes of those true believers who follow him, he has ascended to godhood.

Weakness
Mars, for all his energy power, is no more physically human than the average non-meta. He has no speed, strength, durability, flight, or psychic abilities.

Synthetic Metas created by Mars can not be enhanced and their powers are not able to be increased by any means.

All of his powers have absolutely zero effect on real metas, he can not give them power, take energy, or make them see his logic through the whirlpool. No matter how insignificant the power is, all real metas are immune to his power. However, his synthetic metas are still able to effected.

The synthetic metas created by Mars were not chosen based off ability or training, they were specifically chosen based off their fanatic belief in Mars as their god. This can easily lead the synthetic metas to take on illogical actions, perform mediocrely in combat, and be generally less than effective by themselves.

Backstory
Tanner had never made any big waves in his life, he made good grades in school, but lacked any social skills. Many of his peers had been born with special powers, while Tanner had nothing to his name other than a social security and an address. When he graduated from school he didn't pursue a career but edged himself into the workforce and became a social shut in. At the age of twenty three he had still achieved nothing in his life, going day to day, finding little to no motivation to strive. On the road to suicide he went to bed one night and had vivid dreams of himself, standing over a crowd of thousands. The words he spoke were unintelligible, but the crowd would roar and bend to his will.
When Tanner awoke the first thing he saw on his computer screen was a picture of Mars, the god of War and of Earth. He began to adopt the name as an online pseudonym, so much so that he began to develop a new personality centered around it. Over time Tanner faded into obscurity and Mars became the supreme identity. Eventually Mars was able to gather a small group of five, including himself, who called themselves the Imperial Cult. Up to this point Mars had never met a member of the cult in person. When he did, he finally realized that he did have a power of some kind. At first he set it out to be unquestionable loyalty, then he came to the realization that his only four followers slowly came to understand EXACTLY what he wanted, what he believed, and what he was (in Mars's own opinion). Following this Mars wanted to end the physical meeting with a prayer, to himself, in doing so he could feel the energy inside his followers. One by one he grasped their shoulders and experimented with what he knew for sure was a power, until he realized exactly what it was he could do. In the beginning he tried planting thoughts in their hand, command them telepathically, but nothing happened. It wasn't until he had nearly given up that he found out what he could do. He felt the energy in himself and transferred this energy into a follower, creating the first synthetic speedster.
After this event Mars turned the other three followers into three different synthetics. One who could fly, one with super strength, and one who could cast lasers out of his hands. With the creation of his first synthetic metas he was able to attract more and more people, until eventually his following was growing with out his interaction. In the five years between now and then he has become an underlying internet deity. Though he has only made physical appearances a few times, his following has grown into the tens of thousands. At the time being he has created just over a hundred synthetics, he has come to terms with the fact that quantity over quality is the only path he can take. Now he has journeyed to Pacifica under the guise of the normal, conforming, uninteresting Tanner, an entourage of a hundred of his synthetic meta humans at his back all under their own uninteresting guises. If there was ever a time to attack metas en masse, it was here and now.

Extra
Mars's sythetic metas can be recognized by their black outfits and embroidered designations. A red, silver, or golden sword represents a speedster, a red, silver, or golden arrow represents laser users; a red, silver, or golden shield represents super men ,and a red, silver, or golden spear represents fliers. Red, silver, and golden symbolizing rank.

Name: Lokia Eelo
Title: Call Girl, The Logistical Nightmere
Faction: Hero (Magistrate)
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Hometown: Helsinki, Finland

Personality: Seemingly rarely one to take things seriously despite the odds or adversity with a deep curiosity towards the technical and gossip when she is not fiddling with a new toy she is enjoying life, but talking throughout regardless. Constantly cheerful she can sometimes flip from one topic to another at random, or even begin to argue against herself mid-sentence with an extremely malleable world view. Still

Likes: Baked Goods, Experiments, Fish, Gossip, Media, Talking, Technology, Testing, Tricks
Dislikes: Boredom, Criticism, Silence, Ocean, Over Working.

Powers/Skills:
  • Device Physiology: Calls holds unique physiology that has resulted in them being far more synthetic than organic internally with a drastically increased density and multiple techno-organic systems incorporated into her. It is possible for her to make adjustments to her systems though her most common ones are interfacing with Wireless connections and a constant connection to the internet, Light, Recording, High-speed camera, Telecommunication functions, Calculator, Data storage and reading, Scanning, and connections for external devices or modifications. This body does appear to hold an increased level of physical strength able to lift a vending machine above her head, it also allows her to subsist on electrical energy as opposed to Oxegen, food, and water but its most outstanding feature is her sheer durability. Call is practically Invulnerable to all known methods of damage to the point she has even made a game of it at times or using herself as a makeshift test dummy for fun, anything that does happen to break can be easily be replaced due to a combination of her modular features and skin cell fabrication technology.
  • Genius Intelligence: As a side effect of her brain and connections, Call holds an astounding intellect particularly towards the invention and tinkering of gadgets or recovered technology with a talent of figuring out how even the most alien of devices work and function given time. It may be due to her mind allowing itself to be split into subprocesses to carry out multiple functions at once at high speed. This has allowed her to be known for her computer and communication skills, handling logistical tasks and organization with ease.
  • Advanced Gadgetry: Having created a host of items she is rarely without a tool for the situation at hand, though with a penchant for creating something off an idea that seemed cool at the time over pure functionality. This even extends to a range of seemingly impractical martial weapons with a key feature being the material used is her own body, a combination of collected skin flakes and hair to forge such into these to hold the same properties of her body, though it takes substantial time to collect the amount needed resulting in a limit to the items with such a material. Another notable feature has been the construction of a communication satellite in order to maintain a constant connection when operating in remote areas.
Weaknesses:
  • Conflicting information: Given her internet connection, this also results in a large amount of conflicting or false information that requires her to filter through, this can also affect her personality and world view at times with something resembling an ADHD display or Bipolar type displays.
  • Dense Form: Due to the nature of her body, Buoyancy is practically none existent resulting in an inability to swim.
Backstory:
Despite her cheerful persona, her actual origin is anything but, her past being clouded but what is known is her having been present in one of the dark villain attacks that resulted in the complete destruction of the former Bahamian island of Great Exuma for the planned Fyre festival, and spending a great deal of time within the submerged crater digging herself free without reception and then walking to the closest shore to get a signal. The Sole survivor with the loss of her friends she would use such as give her life a direction and meaning above the material and head on the path of a hero.

Notable Information:
-It was partially her research into creating a more durable fabric for her outfits that would synergize with her powers that lead to several of the upgrades to her brother's suit. Her own version lacks many of the more advanced features of her brothers being designed more for utility than protection though can transform from a small form to a full suite, she has named this item simply Lokias Battle Ready Armor.
-Out of the weapons fashioned one, in particular, stands out being larger than herself but in what many would believe an impractical and over the top design for functional use. Similar to her Armor she prefers to condense the full name down for the most part but its full name is "Lokias Powered and Automated Nitro Termination in Yotoseconds System".

Name: Richard "Dick" Smirnoff

Title: Swill

Faction: Millennium

Gender: Male

Age: 42

Hometown: Beer Bottle Crossing, Idaho

Appearance: Dick is a rugged and brutish man. He is among the manliest looking of men. He also looks like he's been homeless for twenty years. He has a salt and pepper beard over a foot long. It's ragged and scraggly. It matches his unkempt hair, which is shoulder length. He stands 6'5" and has a bulky form. His eyes are blue, but they are also dull and glassy, and often unfocused. Though there are rare moments when they brighten up and he shows awareness, when he's sober. He often wears a dulled, tan trench coat which houses multiple bottles of alcohol. It's also a rare sight to see him not holding a bottle.

Personality: He has what could be described as a "rough" personality. He often doesn't make sense, but talks with an attitude like he's speaking with great wisdom. Despite this, he does have a dedicated sense of right and wrong, and is an extremely moral person, though few would agree based on social interactions with him, his actions speak for themselves. He's always the first to volunteer to put himself in harm's way to protect others.

Likes:
  • Alcohol
  • Sleep
  • Food of any kind, it all tastes good when you're drunk
  • Soft things
  • Conversation
  • Alcohol

Dislikes:
  • Noise
  • Non-alcoholic beverages
  • Bullying
  • Animals that don't understand the greatness of alcohol
  • Anyone that tries to "help" him with his drinking "problem"
  • Logic
  • Complexity

Powers/Skills: Dick gains strength and durability based on the amount of alcohol in his system. At his strongest, he's created earthquakes with punches, could punch through just about any material at nearly any thickness, and could trade blows with powerhouses like Glory and Rampage.
His maximum is only for a brief time before he pass out from the alcohol, most of the time his strength isn't that high. On average, he can punch through steel and toss vehicles.
He is also immune to alcohol poisoning.

He is a master of drunken boxing, though it's mostly by accident.

He is also a super genius, intelligent even among geniuses.

Weakness: Unfortunately, Dick's intelligence lowers as his alcohol levels rise, it's extremely rare that he has enough clarity to utilize this intelligence.

He are extremely addicted to alcohol. This is so severe that without alcohol, he would go into withdrawal and die. This leads to constant cycles of drinking and passing out, often multiple times a day. This limits his reliability.

Backstory: Dick spent most of his life travelling the country. Not because he had aspirations or anything, but because he was stumbling around drunk most of the time. His travels are mostly on foot as he hobbled from bar to bar. His family died in a car accident that spared only him, which is why he started drinking, to drown out his sorrows, and why he felt no need to stay in his home town. Luckily his family left him a bit of money, so he has had little issue fueling his drinking.

He was picked up by the Millennium organization by accident. He stumbled in one day, where he apparently signed up, though he doesn't remember that. His morals would have made him a hero that others would look up to, although many felt like he was a walking billboard for alcohol, so he tends to work away from the public eye. Despite this, his actions have still garnered him fame, which earns him a lot of money, which further fuels his drinking.

He has achieved many things throughout his life, and is now considered a veteran among heroes. He's saved an entire town from invading villains, busted into homes buried under a rock slide, and even went toe-to-toe with Rampage. Although Rampage did fight against many heroes before hand, defeating them all, including one of Glory's more humiliating defeats, having been knocked out by Rampage.

Dick had confronted Rampage accidentally, having to have just happened to be on the scene at the right time. Rampage was, as his name implies, going on a rampage. After knocking out Glory, Dick had managed to stumble upon Rampage and the scene of carnage. There were destroyed buildings and upturned earth all over the place. Rampage had already killed a few people, although the heroes did an excellent job containing the damage to just the environment.

The fight started out apparently one-sided. Rampage had thrown a slew of punches, many of which Dick dodged thanks to the strangeness of his drunken boxing, though he took a few hits as well. After one knock him down, he had noticed a familiar vial. Millennium had taught him about it, bomba. Rampage was too strong for Dick, and his several bottles of alcohol had been broken during the fight. There were no more heroes that could deal with Rampage. At least not before he could kill a lot of people. So he took it. Despite the increase in power, he still found himself at a power disadvantage. That is, until Rampage knocked him into a liquor store.

Fortunately, Rampage doesn't really think out his moves. Several bottles of alcohol later and Dick was able to trade blows with Rampage. It almost looked like a drunken brawl, with two big idiots wailing on each other. Although Dick was more nimble and agile due to his drunken boxing, which allowed him to land more hits than he received. Also lucky for Dick, Rampage had accumulated a lot of wear and tear from his previous fights, including a lot of damage from Glory. This allowed him to eventually deal the final knockout punch against Rampage, landing a massive blow to his jaw, slamming him into the ground with enough force to create a crater. The impact had launched Rampage fast enough that a sonic boom was created, destroying the windows of nearby buildings. On camera it looks like Rampage landed a punch on Dick at the same time, but it had actually missed his head. Despite this, it still looks like Dick was knocked out, as he passed out, even as his punch was flying through the air.

Despite the battle Rampage had with all the previous heroes, many very powerful, including Glory, many people like to attribute the defeat of Rampage to Dick, and give little credit to the others, who simply all fell, one after another. Luckily no one had seen Dick take the bomba, and Millennium helped cover it up, since they believed the damage Rampage could've caused if Dick didn't do everything possible to defeat him could've been catastrophic.

Thanks to this fight, there are many who believe that Dick is more powerful than Glory. Although Dick can reach incredible levels of strength at his maximum, close to that of Rampage or Glory, both Dick and Glory know the truth, and Dick never has, nor would he ever claim he was more powerful than Glory or Rampage. Despite this, Dick has been steadily growing his following. Although he personally hates having all the credit for the victory going to him.

Name: Nicola Ello
Title: Victory
Faction: Magistrate
Gender: Male
Age: 23yrs
Hometown: Helsinki Finland
Appearance: portal-powers-list-04.jpg
Standing at 5ft 11in and weighing a lean 166lbs Nicola is a rather lithe and athletically built man who meets his foes with a quib and a flip.

Personality: Nicola ello is one of the most loved heroes in the nation of finland, he has always been a polite and respectful child growing up and is an equally respectable buisness man in his day to day life. However once the suit is donned all that changes and he tends to become far more abrassive. Constantly mocking and goading villains into making mistakes then opportunizing on them. This has made him popular with the finnish youth, while his masterful buisness decisions have made him well respected by the government and middle class, while vast donations, fund raisers, and technological innovation have helped to all but eliminate poverty in his home nation. He hopes his time in the limelight will help him to spread that positive influence to the rest of the world.

Likes: His company, Most people, Testing new gadgetry, Spreading money around, fighting dirty.

Dislikes: Irresponsible buisness decisions, the fact that his sister is way tougher than he is, the feeling of using his power, being fprced into Fighting fair.

Powers: Quantum leap- Nicola has a strange ability to shrink himself instantaneously down to below sub atomic sizes. While in this state time does not apply to him in the slightest and by riding subatomic strings to a new location and then regrowing to his actual size instantaneously again he appears to dissappear from one place appearing in another. This ability has seemingly no cost to him other than incredible discomfort stemming from being effected by quantum physics while his mind is geared towards general physics. While appearing in a new location he must be careful not to collide with anything as he will possess massive amounts of energy which are normally routed back into the quantum stream but while contacting another solid object this energy will transfer to the object instead. Others have theprized that he could use the same quantum string riding to time travel or visit alternste dimensions though Nicola not only has no interest in this but is greatly terrified by the possibility.

Gadgets:
The GV supersuit- standing for Garenteed Victory super suit, this marvel of technology has features that have yet to made public and even the hero organization does not have a completed data base on it. It us a self repairing material that is incredibly durable and channels outside energy sources into itself to be utilized for the wide array of gadgetry that is built into the nano materials. From smoke pellets, grapple claws, bolas, explosives, even energy weapons and Surveillance and reconnaissance technologies. However parts of the suit can be broken off and will need time to recover before being back at optimal capacity. The design was started by his parents, finished by his sister, and tweaked by him to suit his own style better. The suit is registered to the Ello family and is locked to their DNA meaning only those who posses the Ello bloodline can wear the suit. The suit also possesses a rudimentary a.i that while incapable of talking factors in things like trajectory wind speed, arc of attacks etc.

Weakness: "You see he is just a man"the matrix reloaded
Nicola has no superhuman physical attributes, he tires out, cannot lift more than twice his own body weight, and relies solely on his suit and his agility to defend him. Once the suit has taken damage and parts pf him are exposed those parts are just as squishy as any normal man. Outside of his suit he is practically a normal man granted he can still quantum leap but he must actively trigger that ability so surprise attacks are useful to dealing with him.

Backstory: Born to the illustrious Ello family who founded the Finnish company Herotech, Nicola was born with a solid gold jewel encrusted spoon in his mouth. However his parents didnt start off wealthy in fact they were poor before they began their joint operation. As such he was raised to aclnowledge the unfairbess and pain that exists all over the world and even as a child he gad decided he would fight it as hard as he could.

He dedicated himself to a strick training regiment as soon as he could, studying not just martial arts but military strategy, par qor, gymnastics and even Ballet. Yet that wasnt enough for the ultimate over acheiver. By 14 he had poured into his families company notes amd wrote up a several dozen page audit of the companies expendatures improving the cost effeciency by 13%. That was when his father began grooming him to take his spot at the head of the company. He sent his son to an american ivy league school for buisness and economics at 15 where he graduated as the valedictorian at the age of 19. Yet he never relented on his true goal and his training, the way he saw it he could do it all.

He managed to get a job in the budgeting department of his job where he helped to spend the companies moneu on the company itself. One of the many decisions he signed off on was a press conference at the pacifica event in 2019. His parents flew there under his suggestion to unveil new technology. Sadly this happened to he the very event that would be known as the Rancor massacre. His parents were vaporized by an explosion launched at General glory that slipped the distressed heroes notice. Rather than mourn his loss he doubled down on his efforts and was not surprised to find his parents had left him the company. After Nine months of final preparations the victory suit his parents had designed was finally completed and he started his career as a billionaire Playboy CEO Superhero. While he has yet to shed any tears for his parents thoses closest to him knkw that he works so hard to try and live up to the Ello name his parents had established and he would die before he let anything tarnish that name.

Extra: while at quantum sizes Nicola is undetactable by any means. Even telepaths and those with abilities to know locations will find him momentary blinking out of existence. He will regretable use his quantum state to buy himself "time" to think of a strategy making it hard to deal with the unpredictable and crafty young man.

(Lokia Ello is his sister...in case you couldnt tell.)
