Gift: Ice; Can create it out of no where or manipulate what is already there.
Fighting Style:

  • Tends to fight with a claymore made of her ice, which if anyone else held would be extremely heavy (unless it was another ice user).​
  • Can create ice amor on her skin (like gaara from naruto).​
  • Amelie can also summon a wolf of her ice to fight beside her or use for tracking.​
  • Amelie's emotions have a large effect on her gift. (i.e when she gets angry ice will lash out. )​
Limitations: Using more than one of her fighting abilities at a time can weaken the other (I.e claymore with armor,;claymore isn't as big/strong.)
The wolf can only go as far as a mile from her before shattering.

Personality: Amelie, like her gift, tends to come off cold. She doesn't very much like other people for she thinks most personal attachments just get in the way. As expected of her status in the Agency, she is married to her job and thus wants to further the goals of the Agency. She is also someone who doesn't like to show her emotions to those she doesn't know.
History (more than one paragraph): Amelie grew up in a small town in the north eastern United States with both her parents and her twin brother. Her father was the first to realize they had a gifted daughter but there was only so much he could do to hide it from his wife. When her mother found out she took Amelie's brother and left. That was at age 9.
Amelie and her father had to move from town to town to keep her hidden. Her emotions played a larger roll in control of her gifts and at such a young age it was easy to loose control. At age 11 Amelie got tired of running and didn't want to keep putting her father at risk she she packed her bag and left. She headed where she knew there would be Agents and asked join the Agency. She would do whatever she could to protect the ones she loved.
Years later, after she had been in the field for a while, her team got reports of a man hiding and attempting to train young gifted. When they arrived at the scene it was her childhood home. Needless to say she knew who the report was about. It didn't take long for everyone else in her team to realize this house belonged to her family, after all there were pictures of her and her father everywhere. To prove her loyalty to the Agency see did what her younger self swore she would never do, but the Agency has a way of changing those who work for them.
Other: There was only one person she would never turn in to her employers and that would be her twin.

  • Can imbue the spirit of dead gifted into a living gifted to amplify there power for a short period of time. This part is only known by the rebellion leader and Rosalyn.
  • Can tell if someone is gifted just by looking at them and can even get an idea of what kind of gift they have. (even if the person doesn't know they are gifted)
    Limitations:
  • The way his gift works is that each gifted gives off some kind of colored aura. The aura's are very generalized so he cant specify exact gift. (i.e water type will have blue aura. Amelie falls under water type)​
  • Has physically see the person to see if they are gifted. Cant tell by looking through a photo.

+ Air Shear - can cut things using high velocity winds that are pressurized
+ Flight - can ride a horse made of wind.
+ Tornado - Can spin the wind into a tornado
+ Defensive shield - The wind can surround him and deflect projectiles and can even manipulate those projectiles
Limitations:
- Air shear requires a good amount of energy and concentration as he must not only control the Aurea (who is the embodiment of the four winds) but also pressurize the surrounding air a certain way.
- Flight - he must negotiate with the temperamental and highly fickle horse (Aurea)
- Tornado - It's only used as a distraction and it's can't destroy or hurt anything and it's used to obscure the environment
- Defensive shield - When he uses this he cannot ride Aurea and cannot use the wind in any other way.

He was born in England and when he was 7 his family (Dad - Evans Mom (who was pregnant) - Delilah) fled from his birthplace and sought out Israeli due to the rumors of a protest starting there. They claimed asylum but before they got there the agency (which was active throughout the nation) caught them right before they got on the boat. His Dad stayed behind to protect his family's chance at a better life. It was almost all for naught. . His mother died shortly after due to complications giving birth to his younger brother Austin. During the sea voyage the conditions were terrible and they hit many storms, and sickness from overcrowding killed many of the crew including his younger brother.

When he arrived took Aureus (who was hot-headed foal even at that time) and headed towards the government. He told them he was an orphan due to the hostile political climate in his home country and that he wasn't just seeking refuge, he sought revenge. The government weighed the situation and realized that it'd be helpful to have an orphan with no connections who purely wanted to fight and die for the cause to be worthwhile and they took him under their wing.

When he's not fighting, he's the weapons master for their branch and buying and selling the different weapons. Rozzy is always on the lookout for weapons that are manufactured specifically to hurt the gifted population. He's also works with Rosalyn, one of the heads of intelligence, and often gains information when he's dealing with the black market.

- fear manipulation - To manipulate the fear of another person and essentially control it he must first conquer that person's fear before it can be handled. Also if he handles multiple people's fears he must defeat the fears simultaneously and it can be taxing if he has more than 3 to fight.
- War Inducement - that person will fight anybody, including Casper's allies or Casper himself
- Bloodthirst drain - When it becomes excessive or he uses this ability too much he enters a inebriated state.
- Weapon Assessment - he must see the physical weapon in person before he can make an instant assessment
- Weapon use - He must physically touch a weapon before he knows how to use it and even then he's not a master at it.

He was born to two slaves, his mother a common prostitute and his father a common soldier with a low rank with no hope of rising in the ranks. They ran away and left their responsibilities to their countries and organizations. When he was born his father knew the army was still searching for him, wanting to drag him back and punish him for abandoning his station. He gave Cassie a gun, and discovered he had a natural aptitude or so he thought. It was only when they were pushed in violent situations that Casper truly shined and his father began to suspect his son was gifted. Nevertheless he wouldn't leave his flesh and blood even though he knew that must be the true reason why the army was continuing to search for them. He, himself must have been a carrier of certain genes that increased the probability of gifted offspring. One day Cassie was captured by non-gifted agents and tortured. When his parents finally found him and the agents Cassie had sustained serious wounds and was on the brink of dying. It was then his parents, both his father (Hank) and mother (Beatrice) went into a rage and ran towards the soldiers, killing them in the process along with being mortally injured. His mother died first, and his father before his body gave out told Casper to run towards the Israeli rebellion. Casper found that his wounds had started to heal instantly and he managed to make his way towards the Israeli government.

+ Poisoned blood - as self defense her blood is poisonous when it comes in contact with human skin. Acts almost like an acid.
+ Blood healing - when she soaks up a gifted's blood (such as from wounds) it can heal her.
+ Blood tracking - She can track people based on their blood
+ Weapons of blood - can make weapons out of blood be it her own or others.

Limitations:
imbued items - she can only use a few elemental spells of magic and it only can be worked through items. Cannot cast on her own
potions - her poisons can be potent however her healing skills are very basic and rudimentary compared to a healer
poisoned blood - It doesn't discriminate who it poisons or hurts.
Blood healing - it MUST be a gifted's blood. Has no effect using a regular person's blood
Blood tracking - she can only track other's blood who's she's come in contact before
Weapons of blood - the size of the weapon is dependent on how much blood is on the field. For obvious reasons she can't make a scythe out of just her blood or even a few people's blood. The amount of blood that she can manage that she's comfortable with is katana.

Finnley doesn't remember a life other than being in an orphanage until she was kicked out since she became of age. Currently Finnley has no idea about her blood magic. She has only used it once and she has no memory using it. It happened when she was attacked by rogue agents and she was tied up and beaten to extract the whereabouts of other people who might be gifted. Not only that they wanted to obtain the magical items in her possession. Their plan was to beat her so severely she wouldn't be able to speak or walk anymore. Perhaps even leave her for dead. They weren't just after information after all. They slowly carved marks into her back. Her natural defense mechanism awoke. Her blood when it came in contact with her tormentors skin began to sear and burn the skin, like acid would. She screamed and her blood shot out creating a sword and she impaled her attackers. All she remembers is that she blacked out and when she awoke the agents were dead.

Fighting Style (if applicable): Due to her position she doesn't fight much on the field but when it comes down to it hand to hand combat is her preferred method.

Personality:

  • Growing up as the Prime Minister's daughter Rosalyn got away with a lot. Rosalyn tends to be very cocky.​
  • She is the best in her field both as an intelligence officer in the rebellion and in her day job as a private investigator.​
  • Rosalyn has a tendency to never give up. Whether it be a mission or on a person she loves.​
  • She isn't afraid to show her emotions but knows when it is necessary to hide them.
    History (more than one paragraph):
    Rosalyn knew about her gift since a young age. There was point when she couldn't get other's voices out of her head and wondered why that was. For a long time she secluded herself to her room where she couldn't hear anyone's thoughts. It wasn't until she was ten that she was able to get some control due to a bracelet she now always wears. Created by a person that had the ability to nullify another's gift, it helped suppress the strength of her power and control it.​
When she was 13 her infant sister was taken from her but with only a glimpse of what the person looked like they were never able to find them. From then on she promised her father she would bring her sister home. Unfortunately, not through the lack of trying, Rosalyn couldn't find her. She didn't know what she would look like now and if she was even alive. Still while on missions she would always keep an eye out for information.

Healing and summoning plants (such as large vines and such) expends a vast amount of energy; in some instances, if the healing process is more than she can handle, she will pass out and can even sustain the injury as the previous victim, swapping 'places' with said person.
Fighting Style:
Her fighting style is very defensive, making it easier for her to maneuver around attacks. Most of her moves involve her manipulation of plants.
  1. Vine Barrier: A shield of extensive vines is built for only a small amount of time.
Vine Whip: A whip-like vine tendril will arise from the ground and be wielded like a weapon.

Personality:
Mag is a very bright and happy individual. She has a very light but big heart, which makes it easier for her to make friends within the rebellion and find the brighter sides to things that were normally the most dreaded sides to being in such horrible situations. Being so forthright and kind-hearted comes with many downsides, but she tries to always put on a smile for others, no matter the situation.

Maggie rarely gets a temper, nor shows an aggressive side of herself hardly ever; she doesn't wish to hurt anyone's feelings and would feel guilty for nights if something did happen prior to her exploding at someone.

History:
Magnolia was born to a small family hidden deep within the forest, nestled inside a cozy cabin. Her childhood was practically a dream as she was able to learn and expand her gifts for healing and nurturing life. Soon after her 12th birthday, the young girl's parents were found by agents and captured for further questioning about the Rebellion and possibly other rebels. Before her parents were captured, Maggie was hidden within a small cabinet within her room and ordered not to come out, no matter what. Though these instructions were difficult to follow, Mag stayed put as she listened to the loud screams and protests of her parents.


Years past and she kept to herself within the cabin that still resided on the edge of the forest until one day, she went to hunt for her evening dinner. A few rebels discovered her and began questioning her; having nothing to hide, she explained what she was doing there among other things. Soon enough, they realized she was the daughter of previous Rebellion members and was offered to join, to fight for her freedom. The freedom that her parents had sacrificed for her to live in peace.

golemancy is basically creature "life" out of inanimate object if there is sufficient material that is, it must be non-biological although wood is an exception to the rule, it takes about 3 minutes to produce a "standard" template golem there are an exception. interesting enough crystalline substances have a height degree of intelligence able to understand commands in there essence and also carry out things on their own without any input

Applications: weapon generation: steven is able to manipulate the golem's body after creation so they are able to be hollowed out to serve as a sort of armor suit for him or generate weapons, each golem still must be given many many orders to fight effectively, they can also be manipulated into other shapes and forms only during there creation it takes a lot more time to make them that why depending on the forms

Techniques: waps: one form of the golem can take is a wasp-like form that is somehow capable of flying the wasp are big enough for two people to ride it
quadrupedal: they golem can be formed into a sort of dog or another quadrupedal form they are quite capable of going particularly fast

golems are untrickable and immunity to illusions they see through them, while invisibilities does trick them mind games work not on their mindless forms and their eyes see what is there not what is meant to be

Limitations: commanding the golems requires a lot of concentration as such its, he can only control about 7 at once each golem unless made of crystal must be given constant instructions, they cannot interpret vague or complex things while they can be ordered to “attack” they will do nothing unless told how and where to do so

Personality: while Evangelos is a general socially awkward person he is known to be somewhat friendly once he gets to know people having extream issues with other powered people have a great distrust in them, all in all, he could be considered kinda reclusive happy to be around his unthinking automatons than people
History (more than one paragraph): having left his family early on when he discovered he had powers Evangelos, joined a rebellion group after a while the place was going well until of course a mole in the group ratted them out there location discovered all those there were promptly killed except Evangelos of course.. he managed to survive leaving him with bad idea of anyone else with power, he became a recluse avoiding contact with people... from time to time his golem might show up somewhere of course they are often broken down or destroyed... but hey they get things done sometimes

Gift : Darkness

Limitations: Effectively useless during day when it comes to her abilities , she is reduced to using only her weapons but beware . Catch her during an eclipse or corner her in a dark alley and your safety and chances of survival , just went out of the door. Basically without sunlight , her abilities shine brightest.

Fighting Style (if applicable):

Illusionary Disguise : She literally rips into your memories (no mind reading or mind control) and her ability takes out the last person you would want to hurt and it is sometimes very effective

Invisibility : This is the most useless ability because regardless if she is in a dark place , she can't use this unless it is fully night

Deceitful Daggers : Her strongest ability , she uses it as last resort for it drains every last inch of energy from her . She simply keeps her gaze on you as she throws 5 daggers to the side , making it look like she is surrendering ( she throws them a distance though , to the point where is disappears from view. In actuality , she is gazing right through you and creating a point of entry behind you as the daggers silently reappear behind you and stab you in a critical area , not really meant to kill you but to keep you paralyzed until she is a good distance away before her daggers disappear)

Shadow Walk : More like a teleportation within a current vicinity where she uses the shadows to travel which is how she moves within the agency Hq

: She is reduced to this weapon during the daylight but do not think she cant wield the weapon almost her size , she can be quite nimble with it and hard to easily combat.

Personality: A dark one by heart , she doesn't really care for others unless needed and you need to give her a valid reason to even care for just a fraction of your life . Her cold hearted behavior has struck the fear into many of the none gifted agents but she mostly prefers to be alone and secretly just wants that one friend that won't give her grief on her abilities or judge her. Also has a side of sarcasm if annoyed or if she wants to annoy.

History : Her lessons that she lived by her entire life was simple , yet not simple . They say a person never knows themselves until they did the impossible , have the impossible happen or plainly have all that you have ever known . Get taken away from you. Her family died a cold death and she was left orphaned. She was stared into the void and returned , mind still strong , she has gazed into the eyes of death and survived and she walked into the forest of deceit and came out alive on the other side . She knew she was a daughter of darkness . For years she spent her days , killing , brooding and accepting dirty assassination jobs. She became a problem to the agency and she didn't like it when they pursued her countlessly across cities. She has even cut down the best of the agency . This caused the agency to try and recruit her ad after several failed attempts , they finally got through to her . Whatever the head of the agency promised her , is still unknown but it sure as hell wasn't just safety.

Diana takes the form of the person you are unable to harm no matter what , even if that one person is already dead , you won't be able to come to the realization that it is a disguise ....unless someone intervenes , the weakness of the ability is quantity , if there are several people in the room the ability is effectively useless hence why she uses it only for face to face interrogation

Also i like deceitful dagger but you just need to know just because you aim for t/he heart doesn't always mean it'll hit it. I just don't want that move to be an auto kill

So there are little rebellions that get squashed by the agency and then there is the Israeli rebellion which is kind of like a rumor. It does exist but not many believe it does and the Agency has trouble taking taking it down.

Personality: Poppy is a very guarded individual and tends to ward off others with her defensive and might I say, bitchy attitude. She is passionate about the rebellion though and would give her life to protect the people that put their lives on the line for her. Though she has quite a thick skull and a hard outer shell, Red tends to soften out when others get to know her, which brings out a whole other side to her. A side that is soft, compassionate, and very mother-like; not many get to see this side and many are just lucky if they've gotten a glimpse of her softy interior.

Note~ She isn't one to be messed with! She will burn you if you piss her off!

Tobias and Reese share a power, which means they are dependent on each other and must work together to create beams, blasts, and balls of nuclear-like energy. This takes both of them and will drain their energy quicker if they're apart for too long.

Out of the twins, Reese is the snarkier one and tends to make more sarcastic remarks. Not many agents like coming around him due to his hothead attitude and his interest in fighting. He's known around the agent facilities for getting into fights over the smallest things, just as an excuse to bloody his fists. Tobi, among the twins, is the more reserved and the 'think before you do' type when it comes to most situations. Unlike his brother, Reese, Tobi will take a minute and think about the consequences before he makes an irrational decision. He is typically open about his feelings and opinions, especially when being completely truthful, no matter how bad the news is. Though this does make him seem insensitive, he actually is one of the most sensitive people within the agency.

Limitations: This type of manipulation takes a lot of concentration and focus, which can drain A LOT of energy really fast. If used too much, his nose will begin to bleed and he will start to feel weak; at some point, he will collapse.

Fighting Style: Very defensive since his power is more of a supporting power and not a fighting one; he uses many kinds of weapons, but his favorite is the staff.

Side: Rebel

Personality: Weiss is a big softy when it comes to nearly anything, though don't be fooled. This big man has a hostile side when the wrong people come about and try to mess with him or his loved ones. He is very caring and will do just about anything within his power to keep his fellow rebels safe from the wretched hands of the agents. To this subject, he tends to get a bit irritated, but for the most part, is passive and tries to maintain a very calm attitude.

Limitations: Half of her abilities completely shut down when she she isn't pure of heart or mind meaning that if she is grieving or has nothing but vengeance on her thoughts , he abilities won't serve her at all.

Fighting Style (if applicable):

- Sun/Star Beam : Her equivalent of fire and ice , at day she uses a Sun Beam that burns like fire but doesn't set you ablaze nor radiate heat so she can use it regardless if there are gas pockets and gas canisters nearby . Star Beam is her night version , this beam feels as as cold as ice can be and has a change of causing you to pass out due to extreme cold

-Radiance : Doesn't work during the day but at night , if she chooses , she can light up the area around her by adopting a beautiful radiant golden glow

- Radiance Watch : Doesn't work during the day but works great at night . This ability is like a built in Night vision device

- Sunlight/Moonlight Shield : Same like her beams but instead creates a shield that either burns or freezes opponents that come to close

Personality: Like her abilities , she is the closest one will find in the agency that is pure of heart. She is friendly and nice to all those around her even if they are mean to her . She however does go into a passive/violent behavior if she needs to defend herself . Her innocence has given her the gullible trait hence why she isn't a field agent . You can imagine that she wouldn't fare well in the field against the rebels but she does sometimes go out with agents , especially if she has to help protect scientists with her shields

History : She doesn't have the usual backstory . Her mother was normal but her father was a gifted . Her mother did beg her father to rather join the agency but he refused and joined the rebellion only to die by the hands of gifted agents at the time . His wife hated him afterwords . The agency gave her protection after realizing that her mother was pregnant with her. She was born into the agency.

She was raised without knowing her father and she doesn't really care . Her mother raised her to believe her father left them to join a rebellion that was destroying to world . So she was fine not knowing her father . Many in the agency enjoy her company and she is sometimes used to talk to some prisoners before they use torture when her gentle talk doesn't work. Since the agency has been her home and they provide protection to her mother , she turns a blind eye to almost everything they do.

That's a lot of gifts that she has. Healing of any kind is a strong gift to have especially if she can heal all wounds and diseases. I understand her powers only work when she is is pure of heart but it is still a lot to have healing along with all those others. Also the dimension door doesn't match any of her other gifts. You can have Sun/star beam, radiance, radiance watch and sun/moonlight shield together but I think its a bit much to have healing on top of that.
