Fantasy Those That Are Hunted Lore

It is the year 2285. Countries aren’t at war with each anymore the reason being that they found a common enemy, the gifted population. The gifted are people with special abilities akin to super powers. Though now that they are in abundance, people fear them rather than praise them as heroes. Leaders from across the globe have invested their money into a government oriented company called The Agency. The Agency sends out agents to go after the gifted people and bring them in. Some of these agents are gifted themselves, who willingly joined the organization in exchange for being safe and not hunted themselves. There are many rumors about what happens to those who get captured. Some say they get killed, others say they get locked up or used for experiments.
Because of this rebellions had started to form but, in the end, were always squashed by the Agency before they got enough power. There is one rebellion, however, that is a problem and it is led by the Prime Minister of Israel. Outside of the higher ups in the Agency, no one really knows of the rebellion and those who do continuously wonder why he decided to get involved the way he did. This rebellion is like a whisper in the wind, something most people don’t believe exists and those that do usually don’t last long enough to spread the word. However, against the odds, there seems to be hope among some of the people. But what side will they choose? To be the hunter or the hunted? To be safe or to be ‘free’?

The Agency:

• All gifted agents wear a holographic watch to communicate with HQ and one another. All gifted agent who were forced into being one carry a chip in their watch that acts as acts tracking device. The watch can only be taken off by a higher up.
• They have gift nullifying cuffs
• Gifted that willing join the agency (or who join at a young enough age and can be manipulated) can go to school to get their education as well as training for their gifts
• Even though it is funded by the governments as well as private investors, they have full control over everything related to the gifted.
• Very few know who the leader of the Agency is other than that they are called the Chief and is constantly guarded by two gifted agents.
