Prime Minister Kelly sat at his seat, occasionally taking a sip of his drink. He watched the other delegates in attendance. The Hungarian leader was off talking with others. His laughter could be heard half way across the hall. The Prime Minister sighed and took another sip of the drink. His wife leaned over.
"Are you okay?"
He looked at her and smiled. "Yes, I'm fine. I just wish we weren't here."
"Well, you're not alone." His wife took a sip of her drink.
Elsewhere in the hall, Achilles was also sitting with his wife. The Prince looked unhappy as he watched the guests. Every once and a while, he would catch a couple of them look over at him, and then quickly turn away. Back to their conversations, presumably talking about him. Spreading rumors and propagating lies. He felt their scorn from his seat. But he knew there was nothing he could do about it. For now, he just had to let it be.
