New Years 2014. The S.S. Poseidon is sailng across the Atlantic ocean on route from New York to London. The ship is celebrating the new year when disaster strikes. A massive rouge wave strikes the ship killing 87% on board. The wave completely flips the ship upside down. A group of remaining survivors must make there way to the the bottom of the ship (which is now the top). They must wake there way through Fire, dead bodies, debris, and flooding.
