Ignore the radiation. I do that all the time.
The year is 2110, and monsters live under the city of Wisconsin Bay.
Superhuman heroes and villains battle for friction, striving to one-up each other and earn their reputations as the best there is. Politics and plots scar the underground of the city, detectives and vile mobsters creating plans to defeat the other in increasingly complex ways.
Few monsters care about the results. The realm just beneath the subway belongs to the Uncrowned King, the Infinite Centipede Nham. Despite his unequaled power and vicious attitude towards humanity, he nevertheless is a good ruler for the dark denizens that occupy the never-ending tunnels below Wisconsin Bay. Not even the most ambitious human tries to take him on...
...or at least, that's how it used to be.
Now more and more people are invading the tunnels, flooding away from the destructive feuds and grudges that occupy Wisconsin Bay. Nham's sheddings are nearly innumerable, but their individual power isn't enough to take on some of the more dangerous superhumans.

OC can be whatever you want, provided it's not absurdly powerful. Heck, you can even pick your own superpower(s) for whatever monstrous creature you create! Just remember, Nahm isn't in the mood to share the tunnels with any would-be rulers, and he's a lot more powerful than you might think...
