Here we will fill in details about the mechanics of the newly released -The Hollow Fantasy-. Do keep in mind this guide is compiled from accounts of players willing to donate any information they have learned about this game's mechanics.

-Status ailments-
Stun - Caution. A brief effect where the player will be locked in their current movement or position useally occurring either after blocking a heavy attack or missing your own attack. Only lasts 3 seconds. More dangerous when fighting alone.

Paralysis - Deadly. Can be triggered by a number of ways either by a magic attack or poison-tipped weapons or food/drinks. Players will be unable to move at all for a set time limit aside from speaking or using their off-hand to ingest a consumable item such as potions. Time limit will depend on strength of the attack or poison; can last from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Can be cured either by waiting or by item.

Poison - Semi Dangerous. Can be triggered by magic attack or poison-tipped weapons or food/drinks. Players will find their HP decrease by 1 point every second until cured. Player may also feel sickly and experience serious discomfort until cured. Can be cured by item or spell.

Blind - Dangerous. Can be triggered by magic attack. Player's vision will be obscured by a black fog until the time limit ends. Ends in about 30 seconds.

Dismemberment - Dangerous. When struck hard enough on the arms or legs there is a chance the attack will remove the limb from the player's body as well as take a massive chunk out of the Player's HP. While HP can be restored after this the Limb in question will only regenerate after an hour passes however this effect is extremely rare so it is not common enough to be considered deadly.

Slow - Deadly. Triggered by magic attack. Player will find their movements drastically slowed down as if their body is being weighed down. Ends in 30 seconds.

Bleed - Dangerous. Similar to poison. When struck by a critical hit there is a chance to leave the Bleed effect. Player's HP will decrease by 1 point every 2 seconds. Ends in 5 minutes. Players may experience continuous pain in the area they were struck in until the effect ends.

Anti Spell - Deadly. Very rare, can be triggered by magic attack. Player's will have all of their spells disabled for 1 minute.

-Status Buffs-
Critical Hit - Random chance for Player's attack to deal double damage to the enemy especially when striking a weak point. This stat appears to be affected by the LUK stat. (Note this status can also be considered a status ailment as monster enemies have been observed to make critical attacks rarely)

STR UP - Triggered by spell. Players targeted by the spell will find their STR stat temporarily increased by 20 for 1 minute.

DEF UP - Triggered by spell. Players targeted by the spell will find their DEF stat temporarily increased by 20 for 1 minute.

DEX UP - Triggered by spell. Players targeted by the spell will find their DEX stat temporarily increased by 20 for 1 minute.

Temp HP - Triggered by spell or Item. Player's max HP will be temporarily increased depending on the effect of the item or spell.

Temp MP - Triggered by spell or Item. Player's max MP will be temporarily increased depending on the effect of the item or spell.
