Sarah smiled a little softly as Astiel still held her hand, face warming a little, "Ya-…. idiot~…." she teased softly in reply, eyes tearing up a little for seemingly no reason, she tried to rub them away as best she could with her forearm. Amora rubbed again against Ash, it wasn't soon after the girl tucked against that Amora tried to once again get beneath the girl in a mating sort of behaviour, it was clear neither had any idea what it was, though at least Ash having been a wild once would have some effect from the scent, rather than the rest of the pack which the whole ting would be lost on.

Astiel gave a tiny laugh at her words to him, and shook his head, “ ‘m not an idiot. Promise.” He told her with a smile, though was definately still pale and was very much content to stay where he was, not that he had much choice, since he’d almost fell over when he’d tried earlier.

Ash whined, not wanting Amora under her. Instead, she wormed her way under Amora, licking the others chin happily

Amora let out a small whine like growl at the girl moving before blinking a few times confused with a huff as the other moved under her instead, licking the others face back happily as though thinking she'd accomplished at least some part of what she instinctively wanted. Sarah simply stayed there in though and a curious gaze out the window.

Tobias eyes went wide briefly as the needle pierced his skin injecting the drug.
His body stopped as the trio left as his vision began to become hazy. After a moment he could move but he had no sense of where he was. The loner tried to make his way in the direction the women had gone as he stumbled barely able to a few steps each before having to stop and catch his breath or himself against a tree.

His mind felt muddled like a riverbed after a storm had disturbed the bottom layer of sand and minerals.
He coughed once more as his teeth gritted against the pain of his wounds. He was still bleeding although not as much as his body began to go into overdrive giving him more energy. His eyes brightened as he pressed on.. After some time Tobias crashed out onto a path it was spattered with a blood trail...his blood.
He sighed in relief knowing he could follow it back toward his other markers.
As he did so his body began to feel cold the drug seeming to wear off. Though his mind was cluttered and his vision blurry the man found his way back to the clearing where he had fought Bella earlier.

His face was beaded with sweat but he was shivering as his revealed upper body was exposed to the elements.
Upon reaching the clearing however the loner did not feel relief only fear...

His face mere inches from a large black wolf whose pelt was darker than the night.
The man froze as the wolf growled its blue eyes driving into his soul. The massive wolf opened it's mouth and Tobias thought it was the end instead the seething words echoed in his mind.
"Whichever you feed the most, Tobias!"
It made no sense but the wolf did not wait for him to ask what was going on as it brushed past him on his right side.
The male turned around to watch the beast pad away just like the dream as his bloodied blue eyes widened before a soft panting could be heard behind him.

Tobias turned back as another wolf stood before him its fur whiter than the snow of winter as it shined brighter than a full moon.
The wolf stared a look of understanding being felt through its visage.
the male reached out with an injured hand and the majestic wolf nuzzled it softly. As it did so the white coat began to stain red as it opened its maw.

"I am one of two, Who..are you Tobias..you must choose..."
The voice was soothing like a mothers to her crying newborn as it closed its mouth and brushed past the injured man on the opposite side joining the darkened one. The two wolves looked back briefly before turning and padding away together fading into air as Tobias tried to find words to stop them.

His mind was unraveling, was this what the dream meant?, what was he supposed to do?, and how could he do anything...
What did they mean.
Tobias looked to where they had dissapeared it was in the direction of the pack house.
It clicked. The reasons he had come and dealt with the possibility of death...
Hannah's pack and Angelica would go through the same ordeal.
His damaged hands shook as he clenched them tightly before relaxing, bringing his hand to the brand on his neck.
Letting his hand fall to his side he looked back toward the pack house.

"Just hold on I'm Coming, I prom..."
His sentence cut short as the loner collapsed into the soft dew covered grass of the clearing. His body unable to continue with its injuries. His vision began to darken as he reached out toward the path, towards the people he wanted to save and then all was black..
Tobias laid unconscious underneath the open night sky as stars scattered across its great canvas...

Angelica Buckeye-Omega (Azarias)
Fighting to keep the taste of blood and raw rabbit down without throwing up again, another wave of nausea hit Angelica. How much time had passed since the hunter had entered and forced her to consume the entire rabbit, everything but fur and bone? Just how...her thoughts were cut off as she bolted off the bed, again stumbling in her haste and nearly falling. Somehow she managed to steady herself, a hand grasping the wall which was cold, the building seemed of stone of some sort while the floors of hardwood...or maybe they were the floors of trees of the forest, for she couldn't imagine any here in Azarias's pack participating in business with humans. Tasting bile in her throat, the woman's stomach lurched uncomfortably and she bolted for the bathroom once more, slamming the door shut and once more retching could be heard.

Despite her nausea at the thought of what she'd been forced to eat, she only threw up bile, spending some time dry heaving as if the meat refuse to come up at all. Perhaps Angelica's body was not equipped to deal with the monthly transformations, the diet of the wolves of her pack she'd had the bad luck to get lost within and for a moment her mind flashed to that evening....

The full moon within the ink-stained sky...thousands of stars glittering like candles.

Angelica slowly got to her feet, flushing the toilet and heading to the sink, the sound of water being turned on seconds later as she stared at herself in the mirror. Her left eye was completely closed, a couple bruises on her face and a rather tender jaw to the touch that she was only now feeling. Her skin was pale and clammy...she hadn't been this pale since when she'd been human. Cupping a hand, she took water into her mouth, swirling it around before spitting out it. Attempting to get taste of iron and bile out of her mouth, she stared at her hands which were still red with metallic iron...blood...and a sense of fear came over her. As she looked up, she blinked once, turning around sharply and crashing to the floor, pain shooting up her legs. When she looked up the image...an image that looked so real...wasn't there. "T...To..." she whispered, confusion lacing her voice as she looked around.

For just a moment, as she had looked in the mirror she thought she saw him...the loner who had risked death for...well perhaps not her but the something else that he sought. It was why she had suddenly spun around, losing her balance and crashing to the floor. Spinning back to the mirror, she stared in horror as it wasn't her face staring back at her but that of her wolf...her topaz eyes looking sadly back at her before looking towards the door. Lifting her hands, she rubbed at her eyes, a bad idea with a swollen eye as she bit her lip to keep from crying out at the pain that laced through the left side of her face and when she looked again she the wolf was gone, her own confused and frightened green eyes staring back at her. Could it...? Whatever she had been about to think trailed off as she looked towards the door before opening the medicine cabinet, her eyes searching for anything that looked like it could be something that would put someone to sleep.

She found some Advil and for a moment she hesitated...uncertain if it would work...she knew it worked with headaches but could...no there was no time! She had to find something in here...surely Kallen and the other medics kept something more useful?! Her eyes roved the medicine cabinet, pawing through the contents and glancing briefly at them before she found a needle and spotted something. Pulling it out, she stared at it in confusion. "An..as...thesia?" Running through her memories, she uncapped the bottle and slipped the syringe in, pulling up on the back of the syringe to draw the drug in. She glanced again at the door, straining her ears, dropping the bottle and cursing as she pulled out another syringe and fumbled to get the second filled. She really had no idea how much she needed of this...she wasn't no doctor or nurse! Testing the needles as she'd seen done in doctor TV dramas, she set them on the sink and pocketed the empty bottle. Perhaps she could find somewhere to drop it but she had to save her...she had to pay Tobias back for getting him into this mess, guilt once more overwhelming her. Frowning she spotted another bottle....and quickly read the label. Turning she poured through the cabinets, finding a rag and nearly dropping the bottle in her haste as she set the syringes down and poured chloroform on the rag. If she could get the drop on the hunter and couple it with the sedatives, she should be able to slip out of here easily.

Being careful to not hold the cloth anywhere near her own face, she grabbed the syringes and unlocked the door. Slowly turning it, she poked her head out the door, only to see the hunter staring at her, meeting his amber eyes. Before he could react, she lunged forward, plunging a syringe into either side of the male's throat as she pushed down on them, the wolf's eyes widening in surprise and meeting her own green that unknowingly had become cold. The wolf struggled briefly before she grabbed the cloth and pushed it over his nose, as the wolf toppled, she lost her balance and fell but wrapped another hand around his muzzle and held it closed as the wolf struggled, the anesthesia already working to slow the wolf down. It was only a few minutes when he was completely under and pulled out the syringes. Pocketing them but unable to clean up any other potential evidence, she could only hope she wasn't too late and scrambled to the door, opening it and darting out into the darkness.

Searching the forest on either side of the large clearing, she attempted to use her sense of smell and hearing to listen or smell for Tobias, while keeping an eye out for either of the alphas' or the beta. "Thank you Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman...and mom for liking that show," she whispered before spotting something. Hesitantly she edged closer, unsure of what she would discover...whatever it was looked like a person. As she drew closer, she kept an eye on the pack house but though there were lights on there was nobody outside at this hour...they must all be asleep or doing the moon only knew what. Angelica's mouth dropped open as a swath of moonlight seemed to touch the clearing, coming out from behind a cloud and giving her enough light to see. What she saw was an injured and battered person..."To..To..." she stuttered out, her mouth dropping open in horror.

Rushing towards him, she placed a pair of fingers at the base of his neck, checking for signs of life. She caught a pulse, even if it...sporadic...rapid. Rapid pulse...what...what she was supposed to do for that?! She frowned, glancing between both buildings. He seemed to be lying face down...."Tobias...can...hang on," she said, her words coming out in a squeak and rapidly so that, for all she knew, he may not even be able to hear her. The light of the moon, as if having a cruel sense of humor, seemed to shine down on something and she peered closer...

"What in the seven levels of hell?" The words just flew from her as she caught the glimpse of some strange brand burned onto the man's neck and though she didn't know it, her own eyes, or rather non-swollen eye, flashed to their wolf topaz color. "Please....please be okay," she muttered, moving around to face him and attempting to pull him to his feet. "Don't die. Don't...don't you dare die Tobias Altman. Focus...focus on...your inner strength," she said. She just had...she had to get him out of here even if it cost her her life. It was the least she could do...for whatever he was saving...for himself.

Struggling, she somehow managed to get him off the ground...at least partway but that was all the woman needed. Unsure if he could even walk let alone communicate with her, she slipped under him, and let go...blinking as paws suddenly stood where hands had moments ago been. Grunting she turned her head and nudged him for a moment. "Hold...hold on," she said. "Wrap...you can put your arm around my neck...just...just live...you're...you're strong," she said, her words slow and hoarse from not talking much in this body, using the same words he had used with her. Don't die...don't die... Hoping he could understand her or she was getting through to him, she grunted at the male's dead weight and her own stomach but swung her head, scenting the air, turning in a circle and setting off at a run...and hoping she didn't drop him in the process. A birds cry rang through the sky meeting the wolves ears as he smiled internally.
The salty air past by his nose as the cool ocean spray lightly misted the air and his pelt. The black wolf adorned in patches of white panted happily at the view before the sounds of brush being walked upon caught his attention.
Another wolves eyes met his own as her words reverberated into his thoughts.
"I checked the area it is safe for now... We should move on Tobias"
"It is beautiful isnt it"
The male projected back as his head returned to the view of the coast as the pair stood a top of the cliff face of the ocean....

The wind felt nice as it rushed past his features...wind something so free it could go anywhere it wanted at a whim. It could be light and gentle or wild and dangerous.
Still this cool wind was bracing as..
Tobias began to murmur only a little trying to come out of the forced sleep his body had brought him. He could feel the wind on his face as Angelica ran, his hand gripping her fur though it was weak. His breathing was still ragged as she told him to hold on and to not die her words soon being turned to nothing as she shifted.
His eyes open before managing to utter only a few words before succumbing to exhaustion once more.

"....Twin..Pines.. Fifth and ...Brown"

The loner spoke to the wolf that now carried him as his face was buried into her warm fur... His eyes closed.

Warmth it was all around him in that moment as She smiled at him. Her body soft and her words sweeter than anything his lips had ever tasted. He was overcome...
His eyes shot open now in the darkness once more the chains ever present weighing him down as he struggled against them. The man expected the wolves to appear but they did not as he was alone in the dark. As Her voice and the voice of Captain Larson echoed around him "Its alright Let me go"

Tobias' hold on Angelica began to lessen before being lost altogether. The man fell from the wolf and clambered to the ground rolling against the earth and leaves that littered the forest floor.
"It's..okay...let me....go"
Tobias muttered through soft gasps of breath his resolve his body wracked with pain..he wondered if he could just let it end.
Suddenly Angelica's voice entered his mind..
"live...you're strong"

Angelica Buckeye-Omega (Azarias)
"Twin...Pines...Fifth...and Brown..."

An ear flickered back as she heard Tobias stammer out what she could only guess was his home before there was nothing more. Whining, she pressed her ears against her head as she stretched out her legs, paws kicking up dirt as they pounded over the forest floor. She didn't want to go too fast in case it attracted more attention to the pair and gave Tobias more stress on his injuries, but she was no medic either and wasn't sure if she could go slow enough and risk Tobias not being alive by the end of the journey. "Got it," she said, repeating the words under her breath but it was unlikely he heard her. However, she could feel the rising and falling of his body as he took in breaths of air, the fur on her neck ruffling slightly against his breath and the wind.

Skirting areas where she knew the pack hunted, the she-wolf ran, pushing her small body. Her back legs throbbed with slight pain from where she'd hit the floor...not once but twice in a desperate attempt to get the drop on the hunter so she could look for the man she was now trying to save...to carry to safety. Using her claws to slow her turns so Tobias wouldn't fall off and she wouldn't crash into trees which would do neither of them any good, her mouth parted, tongue lolling out as she began drawing in sharp pants into her lungs. All of a sudden she felt something slip, tilting the female so that she lost her balance and the male on her back was suddenly not there. Jerking her body to her left, she lost her balance and fell, the sound of something rolling away from her...the sudden emptiness on her back...she looked and saw him some feet away from her. Pushing herself to her paws, she shook herself, taking a few moments to get air into her lungs and look around, ears twitching for any approaching howls, any scents of her pack, any paws running after her. Whining she padded towards him, nudging him carefully when she heard his mumured words.

"It's..okay...let me....go"

What? No..."Tobias don't you dare!" she shouted at him. "Fight...like you told me...what...just hang on!" she growled out, lowering her head so she could check his breathing. "Altman, I'm ordering you to not die on me! Remember...remember your mission," she said. Unaware that the male had been a soldier, not taking any notice of the fact that she was sounding oddly like a military leader or that it may bring bad memories for the male. Her mind was racing as she looked around again, looking for any landmarks she remembered, flicking through memories of shows...scent....scent...track....

"Stupid omega," she chastised herself with a growl. Why had she not thought of this sooner?! "Water...water...river!" Nudging Tobias, she slipped her head under him, squirming to get underneath the male and get him back on her back. Not an easy thing to do as a wolf but she then pushed up with her shoulders, scooting her body into a straight line and letting the male fall back on her. Reaching and grabbing the male's hand gently in her mouth, she placed it on the side of her neck. "Sorry..." she apologized, for a moment worrying that she was making his injuries worse.

Not waiting for an answer, Angelica took off again through the forest, this time heading for a river she knew. There was a deep enough part in the river where she should be able to get the pair across and headed east for half a mile and then south until a wide body of water snaked silver in the darkness before her. Her ears twitched as she listened to the river, carefully picking her way down the rocky embankment and trotting downstream. Unsure if he could hold onto her without falling and potentially drowning in the river, her only other option was to grab him by his collar and try tugging him along but the male's shirt was more or less not there. On the embankment, she hesitated and then shifted again, winching in pain as her bones twisted and cracked back into place. Grasping her own shirt, she pulled it off and headed towards the water, wetting it and then heading back to Tobias's side. Placing a pair of fingers against his throat she frowned.

"Tobias...I don't know...if you can hear me...I'm going to try to pull you through the water. Don't worry about the shirt," she said before dropping to her knees and slipping her arms underneath his own, she tried to be careful as she pulled him up. Doing so allowed her to get a glimpse of his back, and a growl escaped unbidden from her, coupled with a heavy sorrow. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry for your pain...if I could take it from you...I'm sorry," she said as she slipped one arm around his back to support him and using her other hand began pulling her own shirt over his upper body, doing her best to be mindful of his injuries and carefully pulling one arm through one sleeve, then the other. All Angelica could think of was to apologize, even if she was irritating him again. He wasn't in any condition to fight...it would have to be up to her if the pack found her scent. Moving around to his side, she slid an arm around her shoulders and pushed herself to her feet before turning and stumbling towards the river and stepping into it, the water swirling around her feet, the omega turning around so Tobias's back was facing her.

Tobias's words from before repeated once more in her mind. "Just how strong are you...live..."

"Same to you Tobias," she said with a chuckle despite the situation. "If you die I'll find a way to bring you back and kill you myself," she growled before grabbing the back of her shirt in her mouth and hoping she didn't lose her grip when she would shift once more. Carefully she lowered both of them into the water, being careful to keep their heads up and painstakingly shifted again, small whines and grunts of pain escaping her as her bones broke and reformed once more...topaz where her green eye had once been. Slowly stepping back, keeping her head up, her neck muscles straining, the omega dragged Tobias out to the fast flowing water, almost immediately the water attempting to separate the pair. Snarling around her shirt, she struggled against the water, doing her best to go in a straight line to the other bank...she had not counted for the rains and the loose timber and rocks though.

Reaching the other bank she pulled him into the shallow area of the water and turned to pull him up onto the opposite bank, her claws grasping and fighting for purchase on the thankfully not rocky terrain on the opposite bank. The slope however was as steep as the previous one they'd been on and the male was still half in the water when she happened to glance to her right and saw a log coming down the river towards them. Not even pausing to consider her own safety, the female clambered down the slope and into the water, turning her body towards it as she took a breath and ducked, slipping her head and shoulders under him and pushing upwards and forward to slide him further onto the earth...barely getting fully on shore before the log slammed into her. Yelping as the log smacked into her side, it sent her under, Angelica scrambling underneath the water as the current caught her and despite her fighting seemed determined to claim one victim at least. Attempting to orient herself, the water pushed her down again, the wolf crying out under the water as her left shoulder and head were driven into an underwater rock....

"Survive...live....resist..."

Suddenly Angelica's head burst above the water, coughing and scrabbling against the current as it tugged at her legs, water once more pushing her down and under. Coughing, she struggled again to break the surface, managing to somehow get her head above the water and kicked her legs, whining as she struggled against the current...but she was slowly slipping downstream..."R..r..run..." she coughed before going under a third time, her back slammed into another boulder, the wolf yelping sharply as pain laced up her spine and attempted to turn, to scramble onto the rock. She had...had to...

Back legs trailing and being battered in the water, she coughed as the water washed over her and yet she fought, struggling to clamber onto the rock. The raw rabbit she'd been forced to eat felt like it was churning and twisting in her stomach, coupled with the water she'd swallowed. Another shot of what could only be adrenaline ran through her, and she heaved herself onto the rock, turning before launching herself for the opposite bank....

WHAM! Slamming onto the ground, she was momentarily winded, all breath knocked out of her. Exhaustion was tugging at her, her mind...her body...telling her to just rest but she couldn't...Tobias...she...lurching...rocking to her paws she turned right and headed back towards Tobias before collapsing beside him...her good eye fluttering as she fought the urge to sleep, hoarse coughs erupting from her before she again forced herself onto shaky legs, her shoulder protesting and causing her to grimace in pain...

Moving around she again grasped the collar of her shirt, tugging him up the slope and onto flatter ground, thanking whoever was out there that he hadn't fallen back into the river. Nudging him, using her head to carefully push him, she squirmed once more underneath him. "T...w..in...twi...twin p...p..pines..." she said to herself, she pushed herself up, the female's body now completely protesting. "L...li...live..su...sur..vive," she coughed, taking one cautious step and then another before setting into a loping run again, heading for the city of Clover Hills and that her idea to wash their scents away hadn't just killed the man to whom she owed a debt.

She wasn't sure how much time had passed when the scents of man and Clover Hills came into view, her topaz eye looking around her as she began trotting down the streets, searching for the man's dwelling before faltering and glancing at him. What...what if it didn't work? She could be leading the pack right to his home! This only sent Angelica into a panic and her panting to become heavier. But there was nowhere else she could think of to take him. Well...there was the enemy pack...should...no....she'd be torn to shreds or worse...and they might take advantage of Tobias in his weak condition. She couldn't...she couldn't protect them both, not with her own injuries and having never fought as a wolf before. Whining, she nudged the man's hand, as if expecting him to suddenly wake and answer her or advise her on the best course of action.

She tried to think or talk out to herself where the wolves' of her pack would think to look for the female and Tobias. Well...maybe Ann would look for Tobias, she was unaware that the man had been set free to return home after all...but what about her? She turned her apex back and forth in an indecisive manner, her mind once more racing and beginning to hyperventilate. Tobias...help...he needed...he needed help...but...but if he...

Struggling both externally and internally, she trotted down the sidewalks, slipping into whatever alleyways she could find for cover and slowly made her way towards the address the man had given her, soon coming across what looked to be a building of some sort, the scent of alcohol soon hitting her nose and making it wrinkle but she leaned against the door, before snuffling and scratching at it. She looked again at the signs, making sure she was in the right place...she supposed she could act like a real dog if it came to it. Waiting a few moments, she nudged Tobias's hand again, on a whim licking the man's hand like a dog would to their master, an attempt at comfort and to show she was here, even if he didn't know who she was. Was there...was there another way in? VeiledPariah VeiledPariah

Content now that she was underneath Amora, Ash nuzzled up against her neck, tail waving about behind her. She really had no idea why she wanted to be tucked beneath Amora at this point, unaware that the others scent was starting to affect her. All she knew was that she was happy, and Amora was happy.

Astiel frowned as he watched the Omega and the wild wolf, and looked to Sarah, “Are they okay?” He muttered, concerned

Amora licked back eagerly as her tail wagged as well, barking in a cheerful tone, at Astiel's words Sarah simply looked at the scene with a blank expression and a quivering awkward smile, "Uh….." she let out in a confused session of blinks.

Yipping softly up at Amora, Ash relaxed beneath her friend, still unsure about why this felt right, but happy where she was.

Watching, Astiel shook his head, “Are they even old enough to realise what they’re trying to do?”

Amora laid down on top of the other and felt comfortable, but really wasn't aware of what else was supposed to happen, she knew she was meant to do something but wasn't aware quite what. Sarah gave a small and awkward shrug, "Well- no one really knows how old Amora is~…. But Ash certainly isn't, ya' have to admit it's kinda funny though" she teased with a slight smirk.

Ash was happy and content to snuggle under Amora, pressed completely against her. It was warm, and she had no idea why she liked Amoras weight on her, but she didn’t fight it.

Astiel smiled slightly, “It is. Certainly because they both look happy but a little confused.” He chuckled

Azrael Marshadow-Omega (Hannnah)
It would seem that the alpha female did not hear him and none who resided within the pack heard or paid attention to the male omega of their pack's questions. Getting to his paws, he gathered his muscles and jumped over the glass, landing splay-pawed on the living room floor where he would be met with many differing scents. Straightening, the male was met with not only those scents belonging to some pack mates but some strangers which made his ears flatten against his skull and the male to drop into a fighting stance before coughing. "Why is it I smell strangers willingly within the pack home? How do any of you know they aren't spies of Winslow's family?" questioned Azrael sharply, the omega's tail rising slightly and holding position, his head swinging towards Amora and Ash as his nose caught the heat scent emitting from someone. Lovely, it seemed one of the females was in heat. Having been absent for some time dealing with his childhood friend from their ancestral lands, the omega had missed the attack on the pack home where the alpha's heir had been kidnapped, the arrival of a member of Winslow-now loner and of course the rogue wolf that, though he couldn't see it, was the one emitting the scent of heat. He needed some form of explanation from someone, only it seemed the ex-warrior wasn't going to get it from anyone in the pack, what with the beta's seeming silence and the alpha being in a semi-comatose state. The man lay in the dirt seemingly defeated, his body becoming numb but fatigue had taken hold to a point he thought he could never recover...
The wolf before him growled as he thought he heard Angelica's voice. He managed a thin weak smile as she shifted his eyes opening just enough to see a woman holding him.
"Tobias...the water..." was all the loner heard before slipping back into nothing.

"Tobias the water!"
"I know we can make it just hold on.. Come on we have to run!"
He answered back as the scene from his dream replayed once more. The pain against his shins and face from the branches and the loud sound before hitting the rivers cold surface.
His body felt soaked as the water soaked his clothing and the current rushed around him. A yelp could be heard but it seemed muted in the vast expanse of the abyss he was falling into.
His body shivered instinctively as the soft sounds of paws against pavement could be heard. His eyes struggled to open as the deep dark world dissipated the street light behind the pub beaming down on him and Angelica. The female clawed at the side door to the pub but no one would be able to hear it through the sounds of music and their own inebriation.

Tobias groaned the sound becoming choked and strained from exhaustion and pain as he lifted a finger to the back stairwell, at the top a lone shoddy door that led to his run down apartment.
His arm not having the strength to keep it up any longer as he moaned in exasperation trying to make the words he was thinking.

Angelica Buckeye-Omega (Azarias)
Though Angelica scratched at the door with her claws and sniffed around it, none came to open the door. A yawn escaped the gray werewolf but at the sounds of a groan, she turned her head towards him, in time to see him lifting a finger and pointing at something, the streetlamps behind them adding some light for her to follow where he was pointing. She could just see a back stairwell, following it with her good eye, she could make just make out the outline of a door though she could be wrong given her own body was exhibiting its own exhaustion...the adrenaline slowly wearing out of the wolf's body. Lifting an ear as she heard some what sounded like a moan of exasperation, she couldn't help the snort that escaped her as his arm dropped again and so, she turned and trotted from the door, a small few steps around to the staircase and examined it.

Not sure if she could get Tobias up the staircase without him falling off her...and down the steps to the pavement below...she knew she'd have to shift again. This was probably going to hurt and she wasn't sure she had the energy to do much more, her own steps being slow and sluggish with the adrenaline wearing off. "Alm...ost...t..there," Angelica said, trying to think how she was going to accomplish this feat. If she had been in her human form, she might have toyed with her hair like she did when she was nervous, however she was in wolf form and stumped again.

Studying the stairs and then the outline of the door, which she could make out if she focused on the top area of the stairs and the small landing out of it, she carefully placed one paw on the bottom step, testing her weight and the sturdiness of the metal. It felt sound but she had never been on a...well the only thing she could think of was a fire escape. Inhaling a breath, the wolf shifted for probably the third or fourth time. As she shifted, a shiver ran down her exposed skin from the wind and possibly the water as well that she'd battled....both the swim across and trying to save herself from its murky unseen claws. A hiss escaped her as Tobias's body fell on her, making her knees buckle, or maybe it was just her own exhaustion and fear catching up to her so that her legs hit the pavement.

Pausing to catch her breath, she really hoped she wasn't picked up by the police because this probably looked like such an odd and suspicious situation; an unconscious man in a wolf's shirt with....the woman shook her head and hoped Tobias was still unconscious so he wouldn't see the way the omega's cheeks flushed at the problem they might...well she might...just get herself more into should anyone in authority happen by. Please don't let any cops come by and arrest me, she thought, though jail might be better than what awaited her if any of her pack should find her and take her back or worse that giant rabid dog that had bitten her, the woman unconsciously lifting a hand to her right shoulder where a large "dog bite" which was really a werewolf bite though she didn't know that, had scarred over. It had been a while since the woman looked at it, she tried to keep the scar covered.

Getting to her feet and slowly rising for Tobias's sake, she stepped back, slipping his arm around her shoulders and after a moment of hesitation, put her other arm around his back to support him. Though if he fell back, there was probably a high possibility that her arm would break but it was a small sacrifice. Don't think that, she thought. She was almost there, she just had to get him up the staircase and into the apartment...even if it meant damaging her shoulder to break in. The thought then came to her about the fact that he probably couldn't get up the stairs...could he even lift his legs. She couldn't drag him up them but his weight might not be able to support him. Turning her head to look at the male, she studied him for a moment, unsure exactly what it was she was looking for, perhaps a sign of awareness. "Try...to step...up," she said. "A..almost...s...safe," she said, hoping he heard her latter words before stepping onto the metal staircase, listening for any sounds of metal bending...no this wasn't that cartoon show! "Okay, one step at a time," she said quietly to him...using whatever she had left in her to try to get him up the stairs.

Even so it took a while as she didn't want to potentially trip him up but even so somehow she managed to stumble on the stairs herself, grasping for the handle to keep from falling and tightening her old on Tobias's body to keep him from falling to the side or worse backwards down the stairs. At some point he seemed to come to semi-awareness, enough for her to get him to help out though she allowed him to put his weight on her until they got to the landing. Setting him down, she thought of where it would be possible to hide a key. A mat....no this was a metal staircase, it would fall. Above the door....she looked up but didn't see anything important up there. Maybe the door was unlocked? Well...she blinked as she turned the door and it creaked open. "That..." she shook her head and pushed the door open, sniffing the air for human or other wolf there. But there wasn't anything dangerous that she should connect and Tobias, at least, needed to be someplace warm. Hopefully there was heat or at least a big blanket. She helped him in and shut the door, fumbling for some form of a light against the wall until her hands slid caught something and she instinctively moved her hand upward, flipping the switch on. Blinking sharply at the light that blinded her eyes, Angelica took a look around before setting Tobias against the door and went to check the premesis...a half bath, the main room...that looked to be pretty much it but there seemed to be nobody there.

Angelica fell to her knees and looked under the bed...too many scary movies caused her to check there but unless there was some invisible serial killer then there was nothing there, before standing and flipping the blanket down. She wasn't sure if he could get hypothermia but knew she had to at least cover him up so he could get warm. "It's safe," she said, coming back to Tobias and helping him to his feet, carrying him towards the bed where she attempted to carefully lay him on it. It didn't work out quite the way she wanted as the female's body just gave out and pitched both of them on the bed. Thankfully she didn't hit anything hard this time...like the wall....and forced herself up before pulling Tobias onto the bed and then grabbed his legs, hefting them onto the bed.

"...Wounds....rest...I don't know much about medicine..." she muttered to herself, keeping her voice quiet so as not to grate the male's head. She shook her head as for a moment her vision swam in front of her, forcing her to fumble for and lean against the wall to keep from falling. Stumbling, she move her way to the bathroom, hands fumbling for some water...she could at least attempt to take care of his wounds. Finding a used bowl, she grimaced and did her best to wash it out before filling it with fresh lukewarm water and made her way back towards Tobias where she set the bowl down on the floor near her and sat on the edge of the bed. One...she had just enough time to pull the blanket up over the male and tuck the edges under the mattress before blackness and exhaustion took her over and her body hit the floor, the water she'd just gotten tipping over and spilling its contents on the floor. The male used as much energy as he could give as Angelica managed to get him up the stairs and into the apartment. His own familiar scent flooding his senses as the woman cleared the rooms anyway.
As she placed him on the bed he made soft pained sounds in response.
He could hear the sound of water running before the bed shifted slightly at the additional weight of another body on its frame. Suddenly it rebounded up as Angelica passed out onto the floor.

Tobias breathed sharply from under the blanket as he could only watch, unable to help her. He laid still for a period of time unable to react but sleep could not find him once more.
The loners wounds began to heal the blood having stopped as his body began to warm. Angelica was another story, she was shivering against the hardwood flooring as water from the bowl she had filled pooled around her.
Tobias rested his head back onto the long body pillow he used for his head his gaze on the ceiling. She had risked so much for him and surely she knew the consequences for doing so.
She was not a loner she had others although they were cruel she had people that would defend her from others even if not from themselves. Tobias had ruined that....for what?
Selfishness?, Regret?, or was it something else...
His eyes fell onto the fallen omega once more her words from earlier finally hitting him as his fatigue seemed to fade and a portion of his strength returned.
No..not like this i wont let you die for someone..like me.
He thought as his body moved against all the pain that pleaded for him to stop and just rest. Tobias slid out of the bed with a wince his feet still feeling numb. Keeping hold of the comforter around him he made his way to the small end table reaching for the other crumpled pack of cigarettes he had left earlier. Lighting one he leaned against the table as he smoked coughing in turn from the beating he had received earlier. After a minute he put out the cigarette with a sigh before turning to the female. He sighed sullenly as he bent down by her nude body.
"So i was ...right after all...Angelica..."
his voice had soother despite the pain as he consoled her even though she may not have heard it.
Tobias brushed her hair behind her ear before taking off the shirt and grabbing her gently. Now it was his turn to carry her. The male lifted her naked body onto the bed and held her forward as he sat against the pillow resting back against the headrest. In turn he brought her back laying her head on his chest allowing her body to relax into his embrace as he sat up and wrapped the blanket around both of them. His hands were over her arm and the other ran lightly through her hair as he too closed his eyes his chest rising and falling calmly as her head moved in unison.
Tobias held her sharing his warmth and relief with Angelica as outside patrons came and went and the nights ambiance continued the world seeming to continue in its cycle even though the two wolves had come so close to death.

"I'm sorry...this is all... i can ...do ..for you, Rest now...You did...well...Angelica...Thank you"
The male whispered from closed eyes his tell tale smile forming as he sat stroking her head as she lay against him...

Angelica Buckeye-Omega (Azarias)
Had she bothered to pay attention more often to her pack mates and herself when she shifted into a wolf, unwillingly of course on the full moons, she might have realized how lucky she was that her inner wolf was taking things slow and altering its transformation so that she retained her clothing until she grew more comfortable, if ever, as a wolf whereas others would have lost all articles of clothing when they transformed to wolf and back again. However, the constant shifting from wolf to human in the course of a few hours had pretty much shredded what she had, the shirt she'd worn having been pretty whole thanks to putting it on Tobias to protect his own wounds and get him safely across. Her body began naturally shivering in an attempt to warm the woman up but her eyes remained close, though in the back of her mind she thought she should stay awake and be prepared to fight, her body having other ideas and refused to let her wake. A mix of exhaustion and cold would slowly seep into Angelica's body thereby keeping her under though the creaking of the floorboards would be felt briefly under her, the omega didn't stir, curling instinctively into a fetal position, possibly a defense mechanism or just to try to save body heat.

"Angelica....rest..."

As Tobias picked her up, these would be the only two words that would filter through her exhausted body and mind. Had she been more aware of her surroundings or even remotely conscious, she might have worried more for her safety but her mind or maybe it was her inner wolf that was forcing the human mind to submit and remain asleep, knowing its other half couldn't survive without rest. Almost instinctively, she would clutch the blanket that was moved around the odd pair...a loner who had risked sanity....mind...death and body and an omega who...was confused and...her mind would shut down and as if out of the darkness or the woman's will, her wolf would appear and silently watch the pair before disappearing once more back into the woman, the only real thing being noticeable were the topaz eyes that seemed to stare at Tobias before giving him a nod of approval and then walking towards the woman before seeming to melt into her like water.

The full moon within the ink-stained sky...thousands of stars glittering like candles. A vast forest loomed around the figure, night having fallen quickly, the trees making it hard to see through, let alone find her way. A snuffling...whining...she moved towards the sound, throwing caution to the wind...another whining...a long and mournful howl...a shadow...trees a blur...footsteps...panting...pain....

*Chirp Chirp.*

Something brushed against the woman's face and she jerked awake with a gasp, her right eye darting around her like someone possessed, pushing against whatever was holding her...only to come face to face with...."T...Tobias?" she whispered, her turning her head to look at him. That was until pain laced up the back of her head and slowly the memories of the evening came back to her in flashes...and with it another memory that felt more like a dream...a shiver of fear ran down her spine, causing her body to shudder violently.

*Chirp.*

Her mind was a blank. Straining her memory, images came to her but the last memory she'd had was carrying the bowl of water towards Tobias in an attempt to try to wash away any blood and do her best to care for his wounds until...until...afterwards there was nothing. Confused, the woman twisted somewhat against the male, managing to get a hand up to check his pulse...it didn't seem as sporadic and rapid anymore and Angelica sighed in relief. Despite nearly drowning and him falling off her back...it seemed she had saved at least his physical health...however she'd no idea of his mental state or if he would see her as a potential threat and unconsciously the woman tried to get away from the male in case he did attack...before the memory of the hunter's face swam in front of her...the rabbit...the flash of a brand that seemed to glimmer in the moonlight...the woman's stomach twisted again and she struggled against the...well she wasn't sure if he was asleep or just pretending...loner, unfortunately getting herself twisted up in the blanket and managing to somehow fall off the bed and onto the floor. She lay there stunned, her injured shoulder and legs protesting their newest abuse as she attempted to get free of the heavy comforter. VeiledPariah VeiledPariah

After some time of just sitting there with the woman his eyes began to feel heavy and sleep took hold although not with its death like ice that had threatened him earlier. This night one of much turmoil and strife the male thought would harbor horrible nightmares unlike any he had ever experienced.
That however was not the case...
His mind was blank as restful sleep was the only his body achieved his body using the time to work harder to heal the grievous wounds he had received.
Surprisingly the position he had fallen asleep in was comfortable to say the least although during his slumber his hand slipped down from Angelica's head across her face waking her.
Tobias felt her finger tips against his neck and the warmth filled touch was welcomed although it had not woken him.

It wasnt until the omega had fell from the bed in her usual fashion taking with her the comforter that had provided the pair the necessary heat aside from their bodies that he stirred.
"Mmm..Are you always going to wake me like that?" He groaned groggily as he brought a palm slowly to his forehead to stem the bright light that shown through the plastic blinds before continuing.
"Or are you just inherently clumsy..."
Tobias tighten his eye lids before opening them and looking down towards the female. His brow raised as he looked over her bruises. Her eye seemed to have healed but only a little no longer being completely swelled shut. It seemed his regenerative abilities were greater than hers. The marks on his backs closed now only seeming to be deep scratches and the bruises looking weeks old in their healing process if he were human.
The only marks that remained were the burns inside his throat and the brand at the base of his neck just under his hairline.

"Angelica...The blanket"
The loner breathed in his normal tone although a hint of sleep could be detected as he held his hand out from the bed for her to take and unravel herself.

It wasn't long till Amora began rubbing her face against the other wolf, she knew she was supposed to do a motion but evidently got it the wrong way around, nuzzling the other warmly as her tail wagged around a swayed playfully. Sarah couldn't help but let out a small giggle.

Lifting her head to rub happily against Amoras neck, Ash wagged her own tail. It kept brushing against Amoras own tail, and the Omega seemed quite happy about that. Noticing Azrael in the corner of her eye, she whined lowly at the other Omega, and nuzzled back up against Amora, trying to show the other that the wild wolf was friendly.

Amora continued to happily play and lick at the other, smaller type of wolf, the strange wilds thick and rugged black fur with grey hints a totally opposite form the small and lean wolf below her, panting a little as she continued to lick and nuzzle up against the other, clearly trying to mark the other as her own once again, by rubbing her scent on them.

Angelica Buckeye-Omega (Azarias)
The female stilled as Tobias suddenly spoke and his first couple questions threw her for a loop. Had...what exactly had he just insinuated? The male was confusing in the...well the very few times they had spoken...had it really only been a day? For a few minutes the omega was speechless as she attempted to come up with an answer and this allowed him to look over her bruises, a frown marring her face as she head what sounded suspiciously like a snort from her inner wolf at the clumsy question but she could just be imagining that. "..."

She turned towards him, the pain in her injured eye diminishing slightly with rest but the rest of her body felt like hell. "I am not...maybe I am somewhat clumsy," she relented. Again there was that odd snorting and this time she saw her wolf again in the forefront of her mind, her eyes shining with amusement. "It's not funny," she said out loud, shaking her head, as if trying to dislodge the image of her inner wolf or its very being from her body. Angelica probably sounded crazy to the man and when he spoke again, mentioning the blanket and holding out his hand, the female staring at him before pushing herself up and slowly reaching out a hand to the male. Grasping his hand in her own, she allowed herself to stand, the blanket unraveling which she absently handed to the male, her foot hitting the bowl with the spilled water that made her look down at it in confusion.

Unknowingly, when she had hit the rock within the water with her back, the female had gained another bruise on top of the ones in her stomach and face. Unbidingly the hunter's words came back to her...her face draining of color. She'd attacked a hunter, not only a hunter but a pack mate. Oh heck, if she'd caused the male's death they were going to kill her. Then again, they might kill her anyway, even if the hunter had not died or for possibly the other reason she had attacked the wolf in the first place. The bruise on her back, was a bluish-black color and really the woman should be getting rest but didn't really know much...plus Tobias was still injured so far as she knew. That he regenerated faster than her; whether to being male, a werewolf longer than her or because he was a loner; she didn't know and so, he wouldn't need her to try to stay awake and protect him.

Stay awake...she frowned at that and dropped down to the bed next to Tobias, a hand going to her stomach as pain laced through it, feeling more worse than it had when Bella had hit her. The hunter's words came back to her though and she frowned as she carefully pressed on one of the bruises, jerking her body at the contact, her brows furrowing in confusion as the woman suddenly realized . "Probably internal bruising. Can't do nothing 'bout that omega," the male had said. "Looks you really pissed someone off didn't you?"

Even if the woman was out of it, she had noted the tiredness in the male's voice and frowned in concern. "You need to rest," Angelica said, yet even as she spoke to him about needing to rest, her own body seemed to be becoming fatigued again. She hadn't even noticed her clothing tearing as she shifted back and forth from one form to the other, the pain and feeling of bones cracking and organs re-shifting taking up all thought and concentration. The woman had been lucky she hadn't passed out, perhaps it was fear or knowing she had to repay the male beside her back that had kept her from succumbing. While Tobias's wounds had healed, the bruising on her body, especially the possible internal bruising of her stomach would take time to heal...rest was the important thing for them both, her lack of clothing would need to be figured out later. This time it was Angelica that pulled the blanket up around them and gave up again to pain, curling up once more as she turned onto her side. Though her eyes would remain open, she was uncertain if she would be in the mood to talk to the male or if they would both end up sinking back into the arms of Morpheus. VeiledPariah VeiledPariah

Azrael Marshadow-Omega (Hannah)
Scenting the air still as he waited for someone to answer his questions, his ears flicked at a whine coming from somewhere ahead of him and somewhat to his right. With his sight taken from him, the male couldn't see who it was that was making the whining noise and he rifled through his mind, matching scents to wolves in the pack. He could pick up the other omega's, Ash he thought, scent mixed in with the one whimpering and headed on in that direction, each step stiff legged and high, hearing her low whine directed towards him. "Ash, are you alright?" he questioned the female of his rank. He wasn't sure how Ash had been put into omega status but Azrael had chosen it out of knowledge that his fighting days were pretty much over. Had he his sight, he would have remained a warrior. When he reached the pair, he would stop and scent the air, his nose wrinkling as he took in the wild scent of the wild wolf and the scent of heat that emanated strongly from the rogue. Having no answers and confused as to what was going on, Azrael could only assume Ash had been harmed in some way but it didn't explain much else. Should he be proven wrong, he would own up to that and admit his mistake, his training and years of fighting, making him still want to fight and protect those weaker, even if he was now considered weak by most wolves.

Taking note of the female's heat scent, hey he was a male after all, Azrael took the time to gather what information he could on the female before him. She smelled of the wind, the forest and grass. "Do you have a name wild tail and why are you in this home, let alone in this land?" questioned Azrael, not knowing the female didn't really speak and her speech she had was like a toddler's. Azrael Marshadow-Omega (Hannah)
Azrael turned his head towards the elder that also served as a healer within the pack. His ears twitched, even though the woman was speaking to him mentally and then followed the woman's gesture at the wild wolf and also a woman who seemed to be also confined to the living room area, though he couldn't see them, he was able to tell their scents were off. Mostly he just showed he was looking to not freak out other wolves, though many didn't take kindly to his eyes that showed nothing but the cloudy color, unnerved by the lack of pupils or former coloration of his irises. "Well, that explains why the alpha is in a semi-comatose state and didn't respond to me," Azrael said. He shook out his pelt and mentally frowned. "I take it then everyone else was injured attempting to protect the alpha's son and this Amanda's daughter?" Of all the times for his childhood friend to show up, it had to be when the pack had been attacked and the heir stolen. "Ugh, does that female...the one covered in Ash's scent realize she's in heat?" The wolf coughed and lifted a paw to rub at his nose. It was irritating the male and he thought the only reason Derek and Astiel weren't jumping the female was because of their injuries. He didn't realize the wild girl had chosen Ash as her mate. Veltsu VI Veltsu VI

"I don't think Derek and Astiel has scent it, i need check their noses at somepoint... If they would listen me."
Suzu looked angry to Astiel.
"I think it's Ash who doesn't know that Amora is in heat."
Suzu let out chuckle. At least with Ash and Amora, she didn't need prepare to pregnancies. Now she could continue taking care of injuries now and then prepare to injuries that will come when pack would go get back both puppies.
