Welcome to The Chill Spot, the best Hookah bar in town. The bar itself has been known as one of the most notorious hotspots in Banks Town due to the delinquents that frequent there, it isn't uncommon to find youngsters and oldtimers alike brawling it out in the streets outside it. Due to it's reputation for selling Pot and Hash, along with selling underage minors alcohol; it's only to be expected.
Until recently, the spot was owned by a fairly shady individual. He didn't really show himself often, or at all for that matter. He wore a mask, and only talked to the costumers whenever a transaction was taking place. This made the establishment feel rather 'cool', making authority almost non-existent in its walls. Nowadays, it's owned by a fairly mean man by the name of Bronny DeLouche; a Guvnor for the British Mob, and a known pimp.
Where do you come in?
You're a common costumer at The Chil Spot, wether you actually chill there or not, the change of managment effects you in some way. For some, it's blackmail against their need for being accepted into something. For others, it's fear of being pimped out. However, there's no telling how it could possibly effect you. Maybe The Chill Spot was a place you ducked out at during or after school. The case is clear, Bronny must be dealt with; and anyone that dares threaten the freedom of you and your friends. Or maybe you're just in on this big plan on your own. Only the people can say...
