Personality:
Growing up as the crowned Prince, Octavius is a well behaved young man, polite to all and always eager to please his people. He is soft spoken, gentile and a bit quite. This comes from his slight seclusion from the world, as he spends many a day studying magic and the histories of the world. From this, however, he has gained much knowledge, which he gladly shares with his citizenry. Privately, he allows his more emotional and opinionated side shine through, though the people who have seen this are really limited to his direct family, being his mother and father.

Octavian shouldn't be mistaken for a feeble young prince, however. When push comes to shove, he is fiercely loyal, and has a militant side to him that makes him one of the fiercest battle mages in the land. Despite this, he is merciful, and tries to solve what problems do arise with diplomacy and charm, rather than the destruction of others. If it is required, he would gladly sacrifice himself for his empire and his citizenry.

Octavian has yet to find anyone of romantic interest yet, mainly due to his long list of duties and his insatiable habit of studying into the wee hours of the morning. He would be seen by some to be a little too timid to date, however this is only because he wishes to be cautious with his feelings. Growing up in such luxury as a prince does, he hasn't felt the sting of heartbreak or loss, and he guards himself from them with his slightly meek manners.

Personal History :
Octavius was born at the stroke of midnight during a lunar eclipse, an omen of a powerful force coming into the world. His parent's knew this to be true, as when he opened his eyes, his irises were bright purple, a sign thought to no longer exist; He was born a true mage. From this moment forward, his father and mother pledged to make him the greatest mage the world had ever seen, great even than the mages of old.

He began his education at the small age of 5, with training in arcane theory and implementation. The the astonishment of all, he seemed to have a natural gift for learning the ways of the old magic, reading more and more advanced tomes each year. By the age of 10, no mage alive knew as much about natural magics as he. This did not satisfy him and, while being tutored in histories, mathematics, and aetheric engineering, he would spend every night pouring over tomes long since thought useful since the decline of man. This rigorous form of studying culminated in his mastery of arcane magics at the age of 17, and herralded his corination as the crowned prince, and the primary ruler of the capital city (the King rules all the land, though each major city has a lord regent).

Now 21, Octavious sits at his father's right hand, and is responsible for overseeing much of the magical regulations of the country, as well as being a leading researcher in arcane construction. As such a prominent member of society, it was only natural for his father to send him out to try and broker peace with the other two warring nations of werewolves and vampires. Octavian's dream truly is to unite all under the banner of peace, and pursue even greater feats of magic.

Skills or abilities of note:
Arcane Construction
This is the ability to make objects and simple machines from magic. Other mages would have to use complex runes and massive amount of atherium in order to do this, however Octavious can draw upon his own magic to do the same thing, and can make more complex constructs by using atherium.\
Arcane spells
Octavious can recite ancient spells for desired effect. These can range from offensive, defensive, and even healing. He also is able to use his magic for short periods of time to fly, though this and more complex magics exhaust him, and can lead to him becoming unconscious if used irresponsibly.

Personality: Akela is...Intense. He takes most things to extremes and has no problem with testing boundaries and limits. He has his own agenda and never aids someone unless it benefits him as well, and he can be slightly anti-social at times. Ryuu isn't much of a people person, and would rather not conversate with those he views as below him: Which is a lot, since Wolves and their fallen tend to be vain.​

Akela does have a soft side, believe it or not. He can be seen being kind to small children and animals, however, he handles men his age in a different manner. Akela also has a slight fear of women for unexplained reasons. They weird him out, and he doesn't like their mannerisms.
Akela loves a good joke, a good brawl, and chaos. He has a wild side, and he naturally is a risk-taker. He's happiest when in the middle of chaos, fights, wrestling, or some good 'ol fashioned to the death matches. He also has a dark sense of humor, and seems to be hiding something from his past.

AHHH I love it so far!! I was gonna begin the rp with a nice big battle, so Octavius can get a nice sense of how powerful he is!!! Don't worry though, Seeing as your character has no problem going for the kill, I'm pretty sure he'll be aggressive enough to overpower mine.. If he strategizes well.
