THE LORE​

The Awakening was beginning, the humans did not stand a chance against these supernatural creatures, but the most supernatural creature that had taken a stand first were the vampires. They were tired of living in the shadows and living a low-key life that did not have much future for themselves nor their children or kin.

There was a war between the humans and the supernatural that ended in blood and hardship.

There was a war that broke out and the world had turned into what most would say an apocalypse during the time and after only a couple of weeks, the war was over, the supernaturals had won, but because they won, the humans still turned against them. Stating that they wiped out all the humans that went to war when the supernaturals were trying to do the opposite, but humans never seem to learn from the past. All they allow to blind them is ignorance, anger and confusion. Never truly taking the time to understand people and especially supernatural beings. The world was not so safe, until a vampire by the name of Alexander Beaufort, a very powerful, influential pureblood who saw everyone as equals and made it his mission to show to the humans that his kind and other supernatural beings can live together.

But, it cannot be said that there are no riots, but how it was back then, 30 plus years ago, is not what it is today. Some have learned to put their differences aside, while others have not. There are acts of violence taken on vampires, werewolves, and witches throughout this time after the war.
The year is now 2094 and vampires, werewolves, witches have been out of the shadows and now living in the human world as we have come to known years ago. There are the occasional Werewolves here and there, witches casting spells, vampires glamouring those around them with their good looks. A lot of humans thought that Vampires, Werewolves, Lycans and other fictional creatures were just, fiction. Not true, nonexistent, stories to keep children on their toes at night. A lot of these creatures have now been lured out of the shadows 30 something years ago and now they live amongst humans.

The leader of the vampire movement was Alexander Beaufort and he was rumoured to be the oldest living thing on this planet. He was strong, powerful and very influential to vampires. Alexander was the one who led the rebellion over hundreds of years ago, and seeing that the humans were not giving up and were getting feistier, he wanted to keep the vampire's youngest generation safe and from harm's way, which is why he opened his home/castle up to 400 vampires, all ranging from the age of 15 years old to 18 years old, but of course vampires are much older than that, they just look the age. The Academy was first opened up to Vampires whether they be purebloods or not. Then came Werewolves and then Witches at the Academy.

He gave his home/castle as a place for the young vampires, werewolves and witches to feel safe, to socialize with one another and hopefully when they get older to repopulate and join the movement. The Academy house all three of these species. It was open for them to feel safe and get an education where they were not welcomed. The Academy operates just like any other human school, they go through with their regular curriculum of supernatural history, math, gym, shifting (whether it be shifting into a werewolf or if your a vampire being able to show your sharp fangs on your command) and etc. The Academy had a very diverse faculty/Staff to fit the student's needs and provide information with one another. They say that Alexander Beaufort still roams these halls, but nobody is certain. He had disappeared a long time ago since nobody has seen him, while others say that he walks around the halls late at night when all is quiet.

The Academy has never had a human enter in the gates since it was impossible to get too and not to mention dangerous as well with all kinds of beasts roaming the forest. Alexander's castle that he had originally built for his beloved, sits on top of a mountain that overlooks the city. It is said to be the biggest Academic building around the world. Housing over 400 students and a 200 some staff/faculty.

There had been news that humans want to learn how to live with vampires so that they can co-exist together, this context was taken from one of the human leaders. They want to put aside the war and try to live as one. Which is why the gates of The Beaufort Academy have opened their home to humans, or at least will try to have an open mind to the idea. In over a hundred years it had been vampires only at the academy, this was going to make history. Could the students learn to co-exist together or will they end up killing each other before the school year is even over?

VAMPIRE SPECIES…
1-3 different species that separate vampires.
​

Process:
When a person is bitten, they have twenty-four hours to basically choose life or death or else the venom that is released from a vampire's bite can kill them.

WHAT A BITE!
Purebloods have the most painful bite around, they can either release a toxin that kills the person and sends an excruciating pain throughout their body, or they can send a much calmer and less painful serum to their victims, which is a pleasure. Yes you heard right, don’t think they’re succubus’s up in this world, no. It’s almost like endorphins or morphine, releasing a calm chemical to trigger a positive reaction from the body.

• When first in transition, the victim will feel thirsty, irritating throat, high temperature, excessive sweating, irregular heartbeat, they become pale, and nausea.
• In order to finish the transition, they must drink from a human and their 'master' or better known as the person who had bitten them.
• • Drinking from their ‘creator’ will speed up the process
  • Drinking from a host, will complete the process but not as fast as if they feed on their ‘creator’.
• Once the transformation is completed, that newbie vampire will be sired to their creator. (Meaning, you can feel their every emotion, and thought.)
• The only way to break a sire-bond is by either killing the 'offspring,' or mentally separating from them which is extremely painful.

Born or Bitten?:

• Bitten: You are not born a vampire. Since the aging for vampires is much slower, the reproductive system of a Polutana (a mix between a vampire and human; Croatian for Halfling. Since the first citing of a halfling was in Croatia) female runs so slow that it does not work to its full extent.

Pureblood:

• The highest in vampire society, they are seen as ‘royals’. They are much stronger, faster and more capable of compelling/hypnotising people. They are extremely beautiful creatures that can glamour anyone.
• When they bite someone, they can either send a venom throughout their victim's body that can kill them instantly and send excruciating pain while they drain their blood. The venom mingles with the blood, to make it a bit thinner and easier to drain quicker.
• The other thing these Purebloods send throughout the body is endorphin/morphine-like serum that sends a positive and often pleasurable feeling throughout the body of their victims.
• A Purebloods bite is the most PAINFUL bite, after a werewolves bite. They can fracture a bone if the Pureblood sinks their teeth too far in.
• As for their teeth, it is much sharper and longer than a regular vampire's teeth.
• The older a Pureblood is, the less they will be seen in mirrors.

• Purebloods can walk in the daylight without feeling uncomfortable or having the feeling of being burned. Regular vampires that have been bitten or halflings can come out in the sun until they feel irritated after 30 mins.

Purebred Werewolf can be killed by a Pureblood vampire's bite
Duo-Misces (Half Werewolf/Human) can be killed by a silver dagger
Bitten Vampires can be killed with a wooden stake.
Halfling Vampires (Polutana) can be killed with a Blessed Iron dagger
Pureblood Vampires can be killed by the bite of a Pureblood Werewolf

REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM, OOOOOO (Wrap it up)

• The only way for male Polutana’s and Purebloods to have a child is with a female werewolf/human/witch. (If a male vampire releases during intercourse in a female opposite of his species, then she can carry the child since that human/werewolf or halfling vampire can carry children. (The male reproductive system of a vampire works to its full capacity.)
• But a female pureblood cannot get pregnant as quickly as other species since they age extremely slow, so does their reproductive system.
• As for a female vampire that was bitten, she cannot get pregnant because her reproductive system has died off due to the venom that came from the bite when she was still human.

NOTE:

• Pureblood Vampires can save the lives of others by giving them their blood. Since they have the ability to heal themselves more rapidly than a regular bitten or halfling. They say their blood even holds the possibility to cure cancer. A Pureblood giving someone their blood cannot turn them into a vampire immediately, but since their blood is in the body of the injured person it is a possibility that when they die, they can come back to life as a regular vampire (not bitten, nor a pureblood)

• If a vampire chooses to save a human who has died and brought them back to life. Then the vampire must give them their blood and thus when they wake, they begin their transformation by feeding.

WEREWOLF SPECIES…​

Transformation:
(INFO FOR BOTH SPECIES)

• Females of these species will stand at 6 feet, while males stand at an astounding 7 feet tall.
• They bear sharp teeth that can puncture through bones
• Sharp claws that can tear through steel
• Their fur is so heavy and thick that it glistens in the moonlight.
• Female werewolves have a thinner coat then male werewolves

THE TWO DIFFERENT SPECIES IN WEREWOLF COMMUNITY
Original Werewolf:

• These werewolves as was said at the beginning to stand at 7 feet on all fours, which means that they are natural purebred werewolves. (Two werewolves that have mated together)

Duo-Misce Werewolves:

• (Latin meaning “Two Legs” since the first sighting of them was in one of the Latin American countries)
• These types of breeds are when they stand on their two legs, being a mix breed of Human and Werewolf.
• Even though they stand on two legs, werewolves who are born of the same breed are much faster than the ones who stand on both legs, what sets them apart is how agile the Duo-Misce are when running; since they can run, jump go under things grab stuff with their hands and over things more easily. They
• are easiest to kill since their fur is not as thick as a four-legged werewolf. Their appearance is of a Lycan where they have the physical appearance of a human body and ahead of a werewolf.

WITCHES...
​

In the witch community, it is almost illegal or frowned upon to have a child with another breed because it breaks the chain. When the chain is mention, it means Power, because from generation to generation, a chain of energy is passed through every full witch that is born and harnessed within the community so that it is distributed equally, and they can't do so if the chain is tainted.

A half-breed is almost like chaos in the eyes of a witch because they can either create or destroy life if not taken care of. To a bitten vampire, the blood of a newborn halfling is the key to WALKING IN THE FLIPPING SUNLIGHT, also the taste for them is very addicting and often sends them into a frenzy.

Resolution: The way they used to resolve a half-breed is by killing it before it is born by putting a terrible spell/potion on the mother that kills the child from the inside (so in other words a miscarriage).

• The spell requires the child being present (if it is already born) , but if not then the mother. They tie them up to a cross with their hands spread as well. From there, they mix a couple of herbs while reciting a chant over the herbal potion, from then they sprinkle half of the potion on the belly of the mother or the child (if its born). (This is a highly painful process). After, they take the remainder of the potion and add a single drop of blood from a werewolf (a werewolves blood is like part of a poison in the witch community. Very hard to get.) and have the mother drink it (if she doesn't drink it, then she is injected with the serum in her stomach. Lastly, they do one last chant and then the process is complete. (For the unborn child, the mother has a miscarriage and loses the baby. But if the child is born, then the child dies right on the cross. From there, the power has seeped into the ground, which later will be distributed within the witch community).
• Cruel right?! Ouch, but they say this was a practice long along, but in some witch communities, this practice is still taken place if something like a halfling were to happen.
