The sounds of screams and gunfire echoed throughout Soarsea, making Ruth's attempt to take a nap quite futile. His frustrations were reaching their limits as he knew that his services were bound to be called upon. And like clockwork, they were.

"Ape pirates!!"

As much as he detested associating himself with such low-level scum, he had no choice but to obey. With bat and bag in hand, Ruth made his way to the commotion, bashing both friend and foe on his way to their ape-like captain.

"Outta ma way!" He swung his bat from left and right, knocking two pirates to the ground with blows to their ribs.

"Move, dumbass!" Ruth stomped his foot forward, pressing against another unsuspecting pirates back and launching him a few feet forward, sending him crashing to the ground face-first.

Deciding not to waste any more of his breath, Ruth simply grunted as he grabbed one pirate after another by their collars and tossing them to the sides until he reached Captain Gordie.

"What ya got yourself into this time, captain?" Before he could start treating the pirate, Ruth couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the image he was witnessing. His captain's usual towering and almighty presence was no longer there. Instead, he simply saw an injured pirate who was knocking on death's door. It took that moment for Ruth to realize that this was the opportunity he had been waiting for. He had been under the ape man's rule for so long, the thought of his freedom had become jaded. But this time, that was no longer the case. Whoever was responsible for Gordie's current state had Ruth's thanks.

Instead of reaching for some sutures and bandages, Ruth grabbed a handful of vials filled with anesthetic and sent them hurdling towards the injured pirate's face. Wasting no time and making most of this opportunity, Ruth immediately followed up with a mighty swing aimed at Gordie's temple.

As this was all taking place, Ruth couldn't help but let out a massive grin. It was far too long since he had last smiled.

Saruha was relieved as the doctor made his way through the crowd, Ruth was cut a fair bit of slack for his violent nature as he was renown for his skill in the medical field. The best of out of the three doctors living in Soarsea. As the ape pirates move to avoid being struck the doctor reaches captain Gordie with no real hassle. "can you save his eye Ruth?" Saruha asked and the doctor answered in a way that was quite unexpected...

As the vials smash on Gordies face the ape man gasps in shock, the bat swings but is caught by Gordie who glares at Ruth with pure rage. "betrayal?! You turn on me when I need you most?"
Before the captain could continue a interruption by way of hammer came. Ramsey sending bits of street in most directions and claiming to give them brain damage.
"Graahhhhhhhh!"
The ape man transformed once again with only Saruha fast enough to avoid what came next.
The monster ape form of captain Gordie wasn't looking as invincible as it once was. Burnt and bleeding all over but still fearsome in size and strength. As the ape man transformed he swung Ruth forward knocking out most of his pirates and the goat woman who had just arrived.
The ape stands twenty feet tall and roared loud at those below him...
In this form one can easily deduce that his left eye is destroyed and moving on the side of the giant that can't see is probably the safest bet, Apart from fleeing.


Lalo makes his way through the forest undeterred by the roar that pierces his ears, Gordie shall drown tonight. The bruises and cuts didn't slow down the young man as he ran towards the battle jumping from tree to tree like a monkey on a mission. Reaching the city to find Gordie huge once more Lalo sucks on a arrow and readily aims his bow, before he could shoot though he is interuppted by foe he has faced more than once.
"three step swing!!"
Lalo's bow was snapped an the arrow flung away to explode no one, the second strike knocked the wind from the bomb man who exploded on impact causing the third strike to be cancelled with Saruha narrowly avoiding the heat with only slightly burnt hair. Holding his ringing ears the lanky man screams
"you! The bomb bomb fruit was to be mine!!"
"Saru...ha..." Lalo coughs and wheezes with a huge grin as he stands back up to steady himself
"you die tonight!"

Captain Gordie was paying more attention to his traitor doctor than the explosions, a huge stomp shakes the city destroying even more, the giant ape takes crushing steps towards his foes.

Once Lalo went flying Gamba went right after him as fast as his legs could carry him. He was almost certain Gordie would be hit but he had to keep up the pressure on the off chance that he wasn't. He was running as fast as he could toward the sound of Gordies footfall but that along with any other sound for miles was silenced by the sheer sound of the explosion that hit the forest. He was knocked off his feet and almost landed face first into a tree.

"Holy Shit...that bomb bomb fruit was no joke.."

Shaking the dizziness from his head he headed towards the smoke left in the explosions aftermath. His jaw dropped at the destruction left in the wake of the attack, but it almost fell off when he reached to town proper. A building sized gordie was stomping through the city seemingly unharmed by the sheer damage they did to him. Gamba clinched his blades with death grip the will to fight and possibly die fighting still burned within him. But only if he could take Gordie down with him and with the state the pirate captain was in now he wasnt sure he could. He glanced from side to side hopping some one was here to give him a hand. He'd been lucky to come in on gordies blind side but who know how long he'd say unnoticed.

Leaping backward and rolling along the ground somewhat a soft thwomp would resound out through the shaking of the environment, the woman's heavy cloak taking a good deal of the impact before she skids and gets to her feet once more. Looking to the hulking colossus now before her their thoughts about the speedy stickman had been somewhat lost with more pressing matters before her thinking quickly.

Ok, let's break down the problem, giant obstacle, limited vision from size and wounded eye, minimal reaction to damage, solution? target existing wounds, keep to the left, bring him down to give access to more vulnerable areas. Sure climbing the fur was an option but it wouldn't be hard to swat her off or smash her into a building if her limbs were occupied holding on, that plus her leg was still giving her some issues but if she made her movements count they should be able to evade the giant feet, though perhaps she could use those as well?.

Scanning the environment she seemed to get an idea when a discarded sword clattered across the street from another footstep shockwave as she leaped on her good leg to evade another haphazard stomp. Picking up up the weapon she waited for the Gorillas next movement as she followed the foot along, sure normally a sword swing wouldn't be much use, stabbing would be little more than a splinter at his size, but splinters really could be a pain in the ass if you got them in the wrong spot.

With another footstep, she worked out the distance of his stride and stomped just enough to leap atop the big left toe right before plunging the sword beneath the giant's toenail and gave it a solid hammer strike to force it down for good measure and holds on to the hairy foot with the free hand.

The size of Gordie and the sheer force of his steps shaking the ground most around had trouble staying steady and ready, Ramsey was able to stab his big toe under the nail which made the Big ape kick violently before it could be struck in like a nail. With one hand holding for grip the goat mink is sent flying into a wall holding her hammer and a fist full of fur.
As Gordie screams a brief roar he falls backwards into a two story house making a impromptu chair out of property whilst trying to pry a sword out of his toe...
Might be a good chance to attack if you was waiting for a opportune moment.

Lalo was dealing with Saruha in another of their clashes. Though in fear of being blown up by Lalo's newly acquired ability the lanky man was instead striking the pavement and swatting chunks of stone at the bomb man. Lalo ducks dodges and punches the projectiles trying to get closer but the first mate of the ape pirates was to quick. "your good with boomerangs, bows and blows but it doesn't matter if you can't reach me kukuku nothing will distract me from kicking your ass for what you done to the captain."
It was when he noticed Soarseas best dancer arriving to the battlefield
"ACKLEY CHWWWAN!"
Saruha rushed to the dancers side easily distracted by the love of his life, the most beautiful girl on the island or the south blue entirely!
She moves like a flowing river, her smile shines like the sun, when she's upside with shock on her face she is gorgeous, even when she's painted red she is dazzling!

As Saruha was distracted Lalo ran fast and punched Saruha hard in the face flipping the first mate with the force and bleeding. "ackleee..."
The lanky man is unable to pick himself up and lays unmoving.
Lalo took a moment to revel in this victory, all the times they battled he had never landed such a clean punch to Saruha.
With the first mate down and a majority of the ape pirates beaten or gone completely, it seemed like no better time to finish Patrick Gordie.

Those still in the city began cheering for those fighting the ape pirates and the underbelly ruler of their island home. "Kick Gordies ass!" "Go! Go! Go!" "Do it!" "Save Soarsea!!"
"The bastards down!" "Drag him to the sea!" "Take his head!"
Lalo ran back towards the battle determined to free himself and the island of Gordies grip before the sun raised. Tomorrow would signal a new day and it can not be tainted by Patrick Ape-man Gordie.

With Gordie fallen the next step for Gamba was clear. He steadied his breathing gripped his swords tight and put all his focus on the fallen captain. "Great Sun God Nika. I thank you for the chance to free my self from the guilt of my crews deaths." The meat was tenderized seared and soaked all that was left to do now was slice it up and serve it. He shot off towards the downed ape like a round from a pistol. Every muscle in his arms and shoulders bulging. His teeth grit so hard he thought they might break and his eyes bulged from his skull in anger. By his arm Gordie would die and his crew would be avenged. With his strength he would wipe away the stain of cowardice. With his skill he would serve up a monsters heart!

As gordie tried pulling the sword from his toe Gamba jumped toward his chest with both swords held high! Fully intending to cut open Gordie's chest with one sword and carve out his heart with the other!
