Janah was visibly surprised at the appearance of the other Mandalorian, "Chuka?! I wasn't expecting to see you here, ner vod!" Janah said jovially, he looked down and remembered his lack of weaponry. Looking back up to his friend, he shrugged, "A small gang of ade, little devils." He chuckled, "Figured I better come back here to rearm." His tone suddenly became much more serious, "Especially since I was contacted by the First Order for a job. I'll tell you about it in a second, help me pick out a good blaster pistol and two vibro-knives."
Janah then walked over to the counter, where the shopkeeper, and his somewhat fearful assistant stood.
"Reelo." Janah greeted, putting the two glasses and bottle of Abrax Cognac on the counter.
"Janah. You didn't have to get me this." The Rodian shopkeeper said.
"Sure I did, I know how much you like cognac. I wanted to share the bottle but since ol' Chuka's here, I figure me and him gets a small glass and you get the whole bottle." Janah said, unscrewing the cap and pouring himself, and Chuka a small glass of the liquor. "Say, you find those blasters I wanted?"
Reelo the Shopkeeper shook his head, "No dice yet, thanks for the bottle too."
Janah give him an appreciative nod and turned back around, glancing over the racks of blaster rifles are carbines, picking out an old E-11D. An official modification of the old Imperial Stormtrooper E-11 blaster rifle. It was a tad heavier, but had a greater maximum rate of fire and had deadlier bolts, trading off accuracy and range. Picking out a few attachments for the old, but reliable weapon, he spoke up again to Chuka, setting the carbine on the table, next to Chuka's picks of weaponry.
"So this job the First Order offered me. Fifty thousand up front, twenty five thousand every week on the hunt, and three fifty thousand for a successful live capture. They told me they were hunting down a Jedi Padawan, calling this 'Elena Connor' a criminal. Messed up Canto Bight, they showed me footage of the aftermath, blamed it all on her but you know Imps. They could have started it. Anyways, she's a padawan of the war criminal, Luke Skywalker." He said, emphasizing the words war criminal with air quotes. "Yeah, that Jetii, the guy that helped Bo-Katan Kryze. I figure... if she's gone dar'jetii, and really is going around causing chaos on evil whims, we put her down. So Luke doesn't have to, and we get a big stack of at least 400 thousand credits. If she's not, and just needs to get away from the First Order, I want to help her. To pay Luke back." He grabbed an A350 Blaster Rifle, "What do you think?"
