Your home also called Stikya was the central hub for trading and is recognized by the provinces for being so. Hence the reason why a lot of visitors came and went, yet no one really stayed as the kingdom was mainly focused on themselves instead of the actual lives of the so-called “outsiders”. This also resulted in adventure guilds being to the bare minimum, perhaps only one or two managed to be established and kept on running for a longer period of time. Their names were: Guild of the Moon and Eternal Dream. The names were a little odd but since business was going well for them, nobody really complained about it. However, the last few months, the rate of new adventurers decreased for some reason unknown. Mere rumours were only known about why it could be:
“A voice kept calling out to them, the closer they got, the fiercer it went which made the people too scared to travel any further.”
“A being has been spotted in the outskirts of the forest which was entirely dressed in white. It should be a ghost that haunts the travelling routes!”
And so on. Yet none of them were really proven as the voice and being moved around instead of staying put at one location. Perhaps that was the reason why people had gotten so afraid to actually go and explore the world some more. Even the current adventurers had gotten more wary once they went outside of the walls of Stikya. It didn’t help that the kingdom was situated in one of the coldest areas known.

On a certain winter evening, a soft voice rang out throughout the streets of Stikya. A voice which was barely hearable on the busy streets, however those who were walking in the (nearly) empty alleyways would have a clearer understanding. The infamous Siren’s Call was closer than ever to Stikya.
