Quote: "I won't scatter your sorrow to the heartless sea. I will always be with you. Plant your roots in me. I won't see you end as ashes. You're all diamonds.... We'll make diamonds from their ashes, take them into battle with us. We are Diamond Dogs." -Venom Snake, to his soldiers after the second parasitic outbreak on Mother Base.

Name: Venom Snake (Logan Woods)

Alias: Ahab, V, Big Boss, The Boss's Double/Phantom

Universe of Origin: Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain

Gender: Male

Species: Human

NOTE: Venom Snake, while canon, is essentially the player's own avatar beyond following a linear story in a non-linear sequence of events and some gameplay choices that have the potential to affect certain story/character elements. With that being said, I've taken a major creative freedom to make an AU-lite of Snake in my own headcanon.

Bio: Prior to 1975, the MSF soldier known as Logan Woods served as a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment, 1st Infantry Division during the Vietnam War. Following the war's conclusion in 1973, Woods signed onto a contract with a Private Force (PF) known as Blackwatch. Logan had served with them for several months before being deployed to Costa Rica to thwart Peace Sentinel operations, as the organization had tracked the mysterious activities of an agency known as CODESA operating in the region since the early 70's. On a quiet night during a patrol, Logan was ambushed and quickly subdued by an unknown assailant, waking up hours later in a darkened room and interrogated by Big Boss himself. Initially discouraged to abandon his team, Logan ultimately accepted and was assigned as a combat medic; dispatched throughout various operations as Mother Base sought to liberate the region from Peace Sentinel and KGB activities.

During the Ground Zeroes incident, Logan was on the Boss's helicopter during his rescue of Paz and Chico; having to remove an implanted bomb within Paz after noticing the abdominal wound. When the attack on Mother Base forced an emergency diversion, Logan provided covering fire from the inside of the chopper as Miller was only able to be evacuated. With the helicopter in retreat, Paz revealed a secondary bomb planted inside her; throwing herself out of the helicopter as Logan quickly moved to shield the Boss from the resulting explosion.

Awakening from a medically induced coma nine years later, the now codenamed Venom Snake escaped the hospital with the help of a fellow patient who called himself Ishmael; later encountering Ocelot as the two men journeyed into Afghanistan to rescue Kazuhira Miller from the Russians. From there, Diamond Dogs slowly built and emerged as a leading PF from the network of established mercenary companies. Snake succeeded in rescuing Code Talker, capturing and bonding with both Quiet and DD, and encountering Skull Face; the latter of which being defeated alongside Sahelanthropus before being mercilessly killed by Snake.

After Diamond Dogs crippled from the second parasitic outbreak along with Quiet's exit from Diamond Dogs, Venom Snake seemed to vanish from thin air; leaving the organization in disarray. As for Venom himself, he had arrived in a world in turmoil; coming to understand that something had consolidated multiple universes onto a single planet- or perhaps multiple planets within the known Sol system if it could even be called that anymore. Currently, Venom Snake is a solo operative seeking to understand what or who had caused this convergence event- and has since joined an organization seeking similar answers in their attempt to understand and fight back against the unknown force. Undertaking numerous covert and combined arms operations since his arrival to destabilize hostile activity, Venom Snake had quickly proven himself to be a formidable adversary, brilliant commander, and legendary soldier. Many have heard of him, few have met him, his allies revere him, and his enemies fear him.

Personality: Prior to his hypnotherapy, Logan Woods was extremely loyal to Big Boss; having unquestioningly thrown himself in front of the blast from the second bomb Paz carried. He moved urgently while performing surgery on Paz to retrieve the first bomb, but never lost his composure. During his days in MSF, Big Boss considered him the group's "best man" and held great respect for him. Before signing with MSF, Woods was noted to be stoic, sociable and outgoing; able to switch at the drop of a pin into a hyper-lethal killer if the his life or the lives of his men were threatened. The rank of 1st Lieutenant didn't fill his head with ego, as he ensured to be just as a capable and effective leader as he was a soldier.

Despite being an imperfect body-double, Venom Snake was nearly indistinguishable from the real Big Boss by his men and those who encountered him. To those who have heard of him in rumor, it would be akin to seeing The Legend himself.

After receiving hypnotherapy and plastic surgery, Venom Snake came to share many mental and physical aspects with Big Boss. He was a strong-willed figure with a somewhat grim, realistic outlook on the world. He prefers to work alone, but still cares for those around him. Often he displays compassion toward his opponents and prefers righteous acts of justice, as he chose not to kill Quiet or Huey despite being in an advantageous position to do so. Believing that he was the original Big Boss, Venom Snake also shared many of Big Boss' habits, including his habit of smoking. Although not sadistic like Ocelot, and not as vengeful to the same degree as Miller, Snake does display a wrathful side. Most notable, however, is his selfless nature; treating anyone he grows close to, or anyone under his Command, as if they were his own soldiers. However, those that take the time to bond with him off the battlefield will see a side of Snake that, to date, only one other person has.

Venom Snake is largely observational, preferring to listen to everything before asking follow-up questions. He is methodical in approaching missions and avoids taking unnecessary risks; opting to maintain stealth for as long as he can before going loud. Being an opportunistic combatant, Venom never underestimates his enemies and always tries to stay one step ahead when he can; using the environment to his advantage whenever possible, and retreating as a last resort should he become outmatched.

Lastly, Snake is generally understanding and receptive to the concerns and opinions of others, but harbors a dislike of egotistical and selfish individuals. He views those who place themselves ahead of the greater picture to be nothing short of a liability, and may outright refuse an order if such places him or his companions in needless danger. Snake is never quick to anger or have a hair-trigger temper, but if he is pushed around enough, he won't hesitate to strike back.

Equipment

IntScope: This black rangefinder-like device serves as a pair of binoculars, capable of 'marking' targets and their position and direction on the Idroid's display. Capable of a x20 zoom, this device pairs with the iDroid's remote functionality to call in precise pinpoint strikes. Additionally, it contains a built in parabolic microphone in order to listen in on conversations and other miscellaneous sounds.

iDroid: This handheld data terminal is capable of calling in support, providing encrypted communications, scanning documents, and can project a flat holographic map of the area in addition to monitoring the user's vitals.

Service knife: A standard-issue serrated black combat knife.

x6 Phantom-Cigars: Arguably possessing more medicinal properties than carcinogens, these electronic cigars are used to calm nerves, relax muscles, increase metabolic healing, and generally unwind without interfering with the user’s combat performance.

Sneaking suit (1984): The Sneaking Suit manufactured by Diamond Dogs during this time prioritized shock absorption and resistance. It was made of high-strength aramid fibers and has sound absorbing boots, and a shock absorbent and resistant vest that likely suppressed any type of damage that could stunt the user for a second. While not as armored as the Battle Dress, it is Venom's preferred armor type.

Weapons:

AM MRS-4LS: This 5.56mm light carbine is renown for ease of use, with a balance between stopping power and accuracy. It comes with a suppressor, foregrip, laser/light attachment and a medium Red Dot scope. Typically, this weapon's rounds can penetrate through Kevlar weave at moderate to close ranges, yet will bounce off of medium to heavy armor from long engagement distances. In addition, the 5.56mm rounds fired from a moderate distance can have the ability to penetrate up to 15mm deep within Level Four armor. Slung across his chest.

BRENNAN LRS-46: High-caliber sniper rifle boasting incredible power and penetration, though its bolt action gives it a slow rate of fire. Fires 12.7mm rounds. Slung across his back, will replace AM MRS if selected before mission.

Wu-S Pistol: A bolt-action handgun with a suppressor, this pistol fires tranquilizer darts. As such, the rounds fired won't even penetrate glass fixtures. However if a dart gets imbedded into flesh, the cocktail of narcotics administered will be delayed in incapacitating the target (or ineffective at all) unless a headshot or neck shot is made, and even then depending on the target's resistance does it have a high possibility to fail outright. Against augmented humans and whatever have you, this weapon may have little to no effect and will require multiple, successful hits to be able to knock a target out. Fitted on his right holster.

AM D114LB-9: A customized .45 semi-automatic handgun with a black tactical conversion kit, extended magazine, under-barrel laser/light combo device, and suppressor. Fitted on his left holster.

Skills:

CQC/CQB: Rumored to have been trained by CQC by Big Boss himself following his recruitment, Venom Snake is an expert in hand-to-hand combat alongside close combat with a personal defense weapon/sidearm. Snake's CQC uses a blend of fast brutal strikes and momentum-based throws aimed to quickly disorient, disarm, and neutralize his opponents.

Gunfighting: Venom Snake is proficient in engaging hostiles with all manner of weapons, though keeping in mind things around his universe will be far easier to handle in battle compared to something from the future.

Crackshot marksman: While not as talented as Quiet, Venom Snake can hold his own in providing sniper support and engage well off in counter-sniper situations.

CLS/Field Surgery: Venom Snake is a talented battlefield surgeon and combat medic; able to stabilize combat casualties and perform light field surgeries in the event that proper medical support is unavailable.

Athletic: Despite pushing his mid forties, Snake is not quick to tire out and can sustain long periods of physical activity.

Hyper-reflexive: Venom Snake possesses a greater than average reaction speed during an adrenal dump; allowing him to see the world as if it was 'slowed' for a very limited time.

Powers and Abilities:

Bionic arm: A red bionic myoelectric arm prosthesis was utilized by Venom Snake in 1984. The prosthesis replaced his right arm, as it had been lost in the aftermath of the Ground Zeroes Incident in 1975, although he was originally fitted with a simpler 'hook' prosthesis.

Weakness:

Close shave: Logan had thrown himself in the Boss's path just before Paz's secondary bomb detonated; losing his right arm below the elbow, and ending up with 108 foreign bodies embedded into his body as well as blinding his left eye. Several fragments had landed close to his heart, with one prominent metallic sliver lodging itself in his cerebral cortex. Consequently, a carbide-titanium 'horn' was placed as a cover around the protrusion. Although capable of withstanding light impacts, Venom Snake suffers from faded colors shortly after waking, PTSD episodes, hallucinations, and can even be brought into a fugue-like seizure state if the horn is struck hard enough.

Phantom: Being a 'clone' of Big Boss in all but genetics, Venom Snake shares many personality traits with the Legendary Soldier. As a result, Logan's previous personality, traits, and mannerisms are either blurred or overridden due to the extensive hypnotherapy. This makes him appear subdued or stoic, and he can be often seen coming across as grim, cynical or overly pragmatic. He also lacks Big Boss's wit and detailed knowledge of weapon systems, and cannot interpret foreign languages.

Human: Venom Snake may be a legendary super soldier, but that doesn’t mean a burst from a 20mm auto cannon can’t cut him in half. Sustained gunfire, heavy calibers, magical manipulation, or exploitation of weakpoints are all acceptable means of defeating Venom.

Other:

Snake has access to all fatigues except DLC; these will be updated in his missions across the various environments he's in.

Though he was meant to serve as a double of Big Boss, and to a limited extent believes himself to be Big Boss, there’s something resisting that embrace. He’s been here in this plane for a while, and knows something’s up, but doesn’t know he isn't the man everyone says he is. (That double negative is intentional.) Furthermore, he won’t recognize his old identity. At all. Venom Snake is his own man, even if he’s lived a shadow of Boss’s life. The hypnotherapy has entirely worn off, and at this point his duty to himself and the mission has far exceeded any concern for who he was before.

* if you keep going the way you are now...you're gonna have a bad time.

  • Name: Sans
  • Gender: M
  • Species: Skeleton Monster
  • Universe of Origin: UNDERTALE

Personality

Sans is usually a laid-back skeleton. He's a major jokester and oftentimes does not seem to be taking anything seriously. He enjoys pulling all kinds of pranks and jokes, most notably being his many puns that annoy his brother Papyrus to no end. However, deep down, his comedic demeanor hides his true depression inside. Since the conversion of worlds, like in his original world, he still sees it pointless to try and aim higher and gain progress because he still feels as if someone else is likely to simply delete any progress they make. Though that type of thing has yet to happen in the world he finds himself in now, he still hasn’t completely shaken off old habits. Sans is very observant and will notice small details on others that his allies may not through careful reading their actions and mannerisms. Despite his lax nature, Sans has a deep care for those he deems close to him especially his brother. When pushed to his limits, he will not hesitate to fight for justice. However, he also takes promises very seriously and will go through great lengths to keep them, which is why he also dislikes making them in the first place since they do conflict with his moralistic nature from time to time. He will break a promise when given no other alternative, however...

Bio

Please be aware I have taken my own creative liberties on this since there is not a lot to go off on the base material. Also, spoilers from the game in here as well

Sans doesn’t recall a lot of his chaotic childhood, only that he and his brother, Papyrus once lived with their father, the previous Royal Scientist of the Underground, Dr. W.D. Gaster. It was through helping with his research that Sans developed a passion for science and research, being quite enthusiastic about helping his father to discover a way to break the barrier that separated humans and monsters. However, for reasons he was too young to understand, his father descended to insanity over his research, becoming obsessed to a point that he violated morality. Nothing mattered to the man other than his research and seeing it completed. So much so that he disappeared in an accident when Sans was young, leaving him and his brother on their own in Snowdin Town. It wasn’t easy growing up with little adult guidance but Sans had managed to make it work over the years. Thanks to his father’s behavior, Sans lost most of his passion for science and even helped another scientist, Dr. Alphys, get into the role of Royal Scientist so he wouldn’t have to continue indulging in the activity anymore. Besides, with taking care of Papyrus, what time did he have for such matters anymore?

Things changed when the seventh and final human fell into the Underground. This human forced them to live numerous circles of the same story. Some good. Some bad. A few even the worst possible endings for everyone. Many years of repeated rinse and repeat cycles of the same story and feelings as if he were living in an endless loop caused Sans to develop a bit of a depression that he keeps to himself. Afterall, he’s the only one who knew the truths about the mysterious human after all. He never wanted anyone, especially his brother, to find out and simply think he was crazy.

Sans wasn’t sure how long it’d been since he suddenly found himself not waking up at his sentry post after a reset by the human. When he first arrived in this meshed up multiverse, he was a bit confused and hesitant to interact with others but now he’s pretty well adjusted and has accepted there is no way for him to return to the Underground. If this was something the human did he’s started to feel as if they’re not planning on changing it. He’s pretty much reverted back to his layed back self although his motivation and passion still has not fully returned. He does miss his brother deeply and still wonders from time to time if there may be a way for him to see Papyrus again someday.

Combat and Skills

Skills
  • Highly Observant: Sans is very aware of how others around him speak and act and as such is very much capable to read their emotions through little details in their speech or body language that others may not notice.
  • Scientific Knowledge: Thanks to his father and history in the sciences, Sans has some knowledge of science and can work himself decently in a lab and on computers. He’s not too fond of messing around in that stuff though. Too much work.
Powers and Abilities:
  • Gaster Blasters: Function the same as they do in his boss battle and usually will incinerate most things their blasts hit and burn people hit with them if they aren’t wearing proper covering.
  • Teleportation AKA "shortcuts": Sans can teleport himself to a location so long as he's been there before as well as to dodge an attack. He can also teleport one other person with him but more than that tends to tire him out.
  • Bone Attacks: Sans can fire an array of bone attacks, both in the regular form and in the blue form. Blue is the only other color magic he knows how to turn his attacks to.
  • Blue Soul Manipulation: Sans, like his brother is able to turn the soul of the being he's attacking blue, which makes escaping more difficult and gravity being more intense. The person can still move around while in the Blue State but it's a bit harder than normal. He can also use his blue magic to bring objects toward him. It doesn't fully work on people as people have the will to resist it to a degree. (I sorta nerfed this to make it fair for RP purposes)
  • Karmatic Retribution (KR): Sans does additional damage based on the sins that an opponent has committed. This enables him to make his attacks feel as if he’s doing more damage than normal. If opponent has not sinned, AKA they have not killed or mentally hurt anyone before, KR won't work.
Weaknesses
  • Glass Cannon: While Sans has impressive magical abilities it’s not without drawbacks. He can’t use his magic for longer battles or he will end up tiring out. If he pushes himself too hard, he may cause damage to himself, potentially damaging his soul or even just involuntarily falling asleep in the middle of combat
  • Laziness: Sans has the potential to do things but it takes a lot to get him motivated to actually carry through. He’d much rather just laze around then do work.

Rachel_Alucard_%28Chronophantasma%2C_Character_Select_Artwork%29.png

Quote: ‘I am a patron of this play, however unwilling, not an actor. I may cheer the cast, the stage itself is forbidden to me. At times I have regretted it. At other times I have welcomed and accepted my place...’

Name: Rachel Alucard

Alias: Rabbit (by Ragna)

Universe of Origin:
1710510376680.png
Gender: Female

Species: Vampire

Bio:
Rachel Alucard is the current head of the Alucard family, and a very powerful being. Rachel behaves like a stereotypical upper-class individual, often looking down upon others with boredom, arrogance, snobbery and apathy, and hates her vampire urges.

She is seemingly one of the most powerful characters in the series to the point where she can 'keep up' with Yūki Terumi. Rachel can create a dimension called the Requiem which intersects with her dream world. She is always with her servants Nago and Gii and usually with her butler, Valkenhayn R. Hellsing. Both she and Valkenhayn seem to be the only characters who know that time was looping in BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger a century before. She plays with the characters to push them forward to breaking the loop of time that is repeating itself. She has in her possession the Tsukuyomi Unit, a powerful Sankishin which has, according to Rachel, an “absolute defense”. The “absolute defense” takes the form of a golden shield which defends Kagutsuchi from a laser fired by the Event Weapon known as Highlander: Takemikazuchi.

Personality:
Rachel is a stereotypical aristocratic heiress. She has an almost enchanting air of dignity and grace, yet is sarcastic and condescending to those she considers lower than her, always expecting them to have the highest standards of formality when conversing with her.

Despite this, she does care deeply for her allies. Her butler, Valkenhayn, is fervently devoted to Rachel, as he was a loyal friend and respected rival to her father, the late Clavis Alucard, and she, in turn, treats him with a greater level of respect than anyone else. Rachel’s two familiars, Nago and Gii, despite taking punishment from her on a regular basis, remain loyal to her.

Perhaps her most intriguing relationship is with Ragna. Although Rachel would never admit to it, she loves Ragna for his determination and unwillingness to give up even when the odds are against him, wanting him to reach his full potential as a warrior and as a person.

Skills:
Rachel is a strategic fighter and can find loopholes around the rules of a Bystander to directly make contact with her opponent

Powers and Abilities:
Rachel believes herself to be one of the most powerful individuals in BlazBlue, making it a point by often looking down upon others, unamused or not fazed by the attempts of her opponents, no matter how hard they fight. In battle she employs her familiars, Nago and Gii to do most of the fighting for her. It is also stated that she has mastered the art of sorcery; in direct combat, she is shown having control of wind and lightning. Her feats of power range from creating portals, to turning her clothes in weapons such as forks, knives, and swords. Rachel's heightened power comes from her possession of the Sankishin known as Tsukuyomi. Boasting the ultimate defense, Tsukuyomi was able to block and completely nullify a blast from the Gigant: Take-Mikazuchi. Rachel's Drive is known as Silpheed which employs the use of her control over the element of wind to alter the flow of battle by affecting all, from the combatants to projectiles

Weakness:
Rachel’s duties as Bystander forbids her from truly interfering with events outside of her domain

Gigantis-banner.png

"I'm returning to Tsushima. You're all in my way!!"

Name:
Gen Yukimoto

Alias(es):
  • Gigantis
  • Humanity's Trump Card
  • Protector of Humanity

Universe of Origin:
Site-logo.png

Gender:
Male

Species:
Human/IAS hybrid

Bio:
Gen was a high school student living on the island of Tsushima, a door to mainland Japan. Along with his sickly sister, Misaki, and his loving mother, he was living a peaceful life, until an "asymmetrical monster" known as IAS appeared on the island and all hell broke loose. After seeing his mother devoured right in front of him by the creature, which devours and assimilates plants, animals and humans alike, Gen fled with his sister and vowed to protect her. Surviving for a year with his sister in the hellish landscape of the sealed-off Tsushima, Gen suffered a blow from one of the IAS and was thrown off a cliff and into the sea where he was found and taken in by the JSDF. Gen barely held onto his life but a strange phenomena occurred in his body and he was subsequently recruited into DARPA's Gigantis Project; a series of experiments with the aim of gigantifying a human to combat IAS.

Personality:
Beneath Gen's outwardly angry demeanour lies a complex maelstrom of emotions. He harbours immense resentment toward the IAS for devastating his hometown, he feels betrayed by the adults he believes deserted Tsushima but, most of all, he carries a profound sense of guilt for leaving his sister, Misaki, behind and his primary motivation is to reunite with her and protect her at any cost. However, underneath all his rage, Gen possesses a kind and compassionate heart, willing to sacrifice his own safety to prevent others from enduring the same horrors as Tsushima.

Skills:
Gen is a skilled fisherman and adept survivalist.

Powers and Abilities:
When the G-561 in his body's infinite proliferation factor is stimulated, Gen's cells grow remarkably active and they begin to proliferate indefinitely giving him a range of superhuman abilities. In addition, anger has been described as the "gasoline of Gigantis' engine" spurring even greater cell growth, particularly when stress-induced adrenaline floods his system. Therefore, the angrier Gen gets, the greater his abilities become.
  • Enhanced Strength: Gen has strength well past the limits of a human. He can bend iron bars and leap over 10 metres. The G-561 in his body also increases muscle strength in response to trauma allowing him to become even stronger.
  • Enhanced Durability: Gen's cells are denser than that of a normal human, rendering him exceptionally resilient. The G-561 in his body also increases cell density in response to trauma allowing him to become even tougher.
  • Regeneration: Gen can heal at a rapid rate as his cells instantly repair any damage to the body.
  • Gigantification: Gen can grow to gigantic size when strong stimulation is directly applied to his pituitary gland. In his base "Giant" form, Gen stands over 10 metres tall and weighs around 500 kilograms. He gains 4 to 5 times his current muscle mass, giving him dozens of times the power. Like IAS, he can also assimilate organic material into himself, which Gen does by devouring IAS, improving his compatibility and giving him the potential to increase his size and strength further. Upon reaching a compatibility rate of 93.3%, Gen achieved his far more powerful "Super Giant" form which stood at roughly the size of a mountain. It has been suggested that if Gen's compatibility rate was to improve even further, he might be able to achieve a hypothetical supremely powerful "Super Giant God" form but, at this point, it remains merely speculation.

Weakness(es):
  • Gen relies primarily on a high voltage shock between the eye brows from a specialised handheld device to gigantfy. Without it, Gen would have to find other, potentially far more dangerous, ways to induce a transformation.
  • Extensive and rapid damage can cause Gen's thoughts to become muddled as the consciousnesses of those assimilated by IAS resurfaces.
  • When gigantified, Gen can lose himself in his anger, causing him to rampage until he is exhausted and regresses to normal.

Other:
  • Reference images for transformations:
    latest
    latest
  • This version of Gen will be based primarily around how he appeared in Volume 1 and the start of Volume 2 with his base compatibility rate of 88.6%.
  • Gen is unaware of the merger of worlds, it having taken place during the year he was fighting to survive on Tsushima.
  • In the context of the RP, the bulk of IAS will mostly be isolated to Tsushima potentially with a few outliers across the larger world.

"You just make me wanna cry."

  • Name: Sargeant John Captain - "Tankman"
  • Aliases: Tankman (mostly called and referred to as such standard RP prose), Captain (by his soldiers), Cap (by Steve)
  • Gender: M
  • Species: Human
  • Universe of Origin: TANKMEN/Friday Night Funkin (Guest Character) and Newgrounds Mascot

Bio

Again, took own liberties on this cuz of limited lore material

For as long as he can remember, Tankman has been in charge of a unit of soldiers that has been in a war against opposing soldiers who resemble them. Why they are at war has been for reasons he has yet to disclose, though most of the time neither side took anything seriously, getting into goofy fights and even playfully holding a three-hour truce just to watch Titanic. However, that never meant that things couldn't change at the drop of a hat, as proven when his close friend and partner, Steve, became a hostage during one of the enemy commander's stunts. Though this thus far has been the most serious the war actually got in some time and nothing other than minor heists has happened since.

Tankman has a history with "Girlfriend" and "Boyfriend", as well as Pico in week 7 of Friday Night Funkin, in which he challenged Boyfriend to a rap battle after he and his girlfriend dropped into the military zone. The unit had been tasked by Girlfriend’s demonic parents to kill Boyfriend but the mission ended in both Tankman being embarrassed by losing the rap battle, as well as Pico jumping in to save Girlfriend after Tankman ordered his men to fire on her, expecting Boyfriend to take the bait and jump in to save her instead. Pico ended up killing many of Tankman’s men during the whole situation and Girlfriend and Boyfriend, as usual, got off scott-free. Tankman has not and will not forgive Pico for causing so much damage to his platoon over a rap battle and although he won't admit it, has been embarrassed in himself ever since Boyfriend wiped the floor with him in a rap battle. It's made him realize that he is hardly prepared if the war were to ever get serious again and it's made him start considering taking his job a bit more seriously.

Shortly after Week 7 was when his world was affected by the merge. While the unit is still recovering from the consequences of the rap battle mess, Tankman and his remaining men have been able to adapt a role similar to that they originally had - a role of protecting and defending the city. While it does seem that most of the enemy soldiers they faced before disappeared thanks to the merging, Tankman hasn't fully let his guard down and is ready for potential other threats.

Personality

Tankman is the commanding Captain of the Tankmen Unit. While many don't believe he takes his job as seriously as he ought, he still has a commanding presence that makes all of his men listen to him when they've got to work together for something. He's known for being vulgar and rude, insulting almost anyone he meets with jokes and sarcastic remarks. Often appears too lazy and vulgar for one of his station and claims he doesn't really care about his men or have friends, though beneath the front he would probably break the most if anything were to happen to those he's come to think of as close. Stubborn till the end, he will do what it takes to get a job done and isn't afraid to dirty his hands to do it.
Once one would get past his vulgar and sarcastic surface, it's possible to make friends with him though he may not outwardly appear to value one's company as he can be unsure about new bonds, thanks to the military always making him second guess most of his relations. He'd turn on new friends in an instant should they prove to not be a friend but if one does get lucky enough to earn his trust, he'll stop at nothing to make sure no harm comes their way.

Combat and Skills

Skills:
  • Millitary Knowledge: Tankman has been a commander for as long as he can remember. As such, he's got a lot of know-how on commanding men, making tactical approaches on combat situations as well as some knowledge on tactical traps.
  • Firearms: This rendition of Tankman does carry a pistol and a rifle. As a trained soldier, he's an expert at these and most other firearms, able to take out most targets with ease if they were to fall to bullets.
  • Stamina: Tankman is a lot more defensive and has significantly more stamina than a normal human thanks to living in a warzone for most of the time he can remember.

Weaknesses:

  • Not Supernatural: At the end of the day, Tankman is only human and does not possess supernatural powers. While his intelligence and weapon knowledge can suit him well in combat, he isn't equipped to deal with supernatural threats and he wouldn't hold a candle to some beings in this new world.
  • Lack of seriousness: While Tankman is improving on this point, he's still a vulgar jokester on the surface so he might not take a fight seriously at first.

Marisa Kirisame

100201_Marisa_Kirisame_FX.png

"Move and I'll shoot!! I messed up. I mean, shoot and I'll move. In a flash."

Alias: Ordinary Black Magician

Universe of Origin: Touhou Project

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Bio: Like with Reimu, not much about Marisa is known prior to the games apart from the fact that her family runs a magic shop and has severed her connection with them at some point.

Personality: Outwardly, Marisa is an outgoing and informal person. She socializes with many inhabitants of Gensokyo and is friendly to both human and non-humans individuals, although still remaining wary around youkai. She's quick to act if she hears or sees anything interesting; sometimes doing dangerous things to satiate her interest at the time. An example is when she follows an eagle on a whim in the middle of a blizzard. She speaks in an informal manner and typically uses the sentence ending particle ze (ぜ). "Ze" used at the end of verb stems delivers a "boyish" and "impolite" sound to the listener/reader. Ze is mostly used in a context to express one's will to act (similar to "let's" in English), and using it in other cases sounds somewhat unnatural, perhaps "phony" or "showy".

In the past, Marisa was known to be a habitual liar, such as when she claimed to be Reimu Hakurei to avoid being troubled by Flandre Scarlet or when she blamed various crimes on Alice Margatroid to get Reimu out of the way. However, she puts no effort into actually deceiving anyone as her lies are extremely obvious. Over time, this tendency to lie has decreased and she's more likely to tell the truth to others. By the time of Wily Beast and Weakest Creature, she willingly tells Saki Kurokoma to come to her place and emphasizes that it is not the shrine, although this could be because she was possessed by the proud Eagle spirit.

She has a mania for collecting things and exhibits knowledge of various valuable and/or magical objects around Gensokyo. She has been frequently seen foraging (or looting) in many places for various materials, be it mushrooms, parts of a dragon, or just whatever she thinks looks interesting at the time. That said, her hoarding habit does result in her not knowing or forgetting what objects are in her house.

Though she goes to great lengths to hide it, Marisa is a hardworking individual who frequently seeks to better herself and seeks to be known as a great magician. She takes pride in her magic and youkai extermination capabilities, claiming to be "the number two in Gensokyo". She does indeed care for the sake of Gensokyo and its inhabitants, but conceals it with her rowdiness. In many cases, she is the one who would push Reimu to investigate potential incidents.

Skills: Burglary - According to Perfect Memento in Strict Sense, Marisa boldly breaks in from the front and openly says her motto "I'll be borrowing these!" while carrying things off. She mostly steals books, so she might not be the kind who steals money. Her ability to "learn other people's moves" might originate from her nature as a thief.

As opposed to how she was commented to be a "prowler" in Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red, Marisa said: "My life is way shorter than yours anyway, so can't you just take back everythin' after I kick the bucket? I'm just borrowin' until then. It should be good for the stuff I'm taking that way, too." Aya Shameimaru's response was "The contents of the excerpt are very human-like and childish".
In Subterranean Animism, Marisa mentions "(being) a thief" concerning the book she stole from Patchouli Knowledge. In the Extra Stage of that game, Koishi Komeiji pointed out "Are you the doll-using thief". Afterwards, when there was nobody at the Moriya Shrine, she crept in, but was discovered by Kanako Yasaka and the others and was harshly punished.

She tried to steal from Kasen Ibaraki upon learning about the hermit's treasures, but got lost and was attacked by Kasen's pet tiger after she tried to kill it for its pelt.

Powers and Abilities:
Strength - Marisa is a normal human with no innate abilities, but her true strength lies in her ability to use one of the highest classes of magic power that humans can use – an unusual feat perhaps only possible because of the effects of the Forest of Magic. She's also faced very powerful humans and youkai and was able to solve a number of incidents in various scenarios, all being high achievements. However, her existence is closest to an ordinary person; she was born without any innate abilities (unlike Reimu Hakurei) and has been compared to "humans of a level close to us" by ZUN. As a result, the interpretations of Marisa's power can go to extremes. She has an attachment to power and has self-belief in ostentatious display of power. She always finds opponents to fight and plays by finding faults. However, she's actually a hard worker, and her power is the result of her secret training. For example, Marisa appears to have developed an innate resistance against poisonous substances, due to her gathering of mushrooms and living in the Forest of Magic.

Despite her small size, Marisa is surprisingly physically strong. In chapter 16 of Curiosities of Lotus Asia, she carried out a big computer out of Kourindou in her arms. In Forbidden Scrollery, she was shown jumping over the walls of the Hieda mansion and was seen climbing youkai mountain manually (instead of just flying). In Marisa's otter route of Wily Beast and Weakest Creature, Urumi Ushizaki tried to drown Marisa using her stone baby but ends up being amazed that Marisa is able to hold onto it despite its weight. She was also able to lift Sunny Milk and hold her up at waist height with only one hand, and without putting any apparent effort in doing so.

Using magic - Marisa has trained herself in magic that specialises in light and heat. She's an Eastern magician who takes a Western approach to magic, the opposite of Patchouli Knowledge. Her magic has tremendous power and few weaknesses, but it has few non-destructive uses, so she uses it for flashy youkai extermination more than anything. Her magic makes for a good danmaku show, but this is made possible only through her strenuous honest effort in creating layered effects. The majority of her spells rely on power over finesse and are themed after stars and other astronomical phenomena. According to Perfect Memento in Strict Sense, it's strange for a human to have mastery of magic of this level.

Marisa picks and collects various exotic mushrooms that live in the Forest of Magic. She boils them, crushes them, dries them, and furthermore mixes them, making strange chemicals or medicine. By heating them, submerging them into water, or by throwing things in directly, through trial and error, she finds a pattern from which magic-like materials come forth. Success or failure, she records the details of each experiment. In her house, there are a ton of various handmade grimoires.

Prior to starting her research in The Grimoire of Marisa, Marisa did not use complex slave-type attacks, as she was only capable of using slaves that circle around her (her guest appearance in Shuusou Gyoku notwithstanding).

Flying - Marisa is almost always depicted as riding on her broom when she flies in the sky. In the fighting spinoffs prior to Hopeless Masquerade she rides a broom only during some of her assault skills, like Witch Leyline and Stardust Reverie. However, the more recent aerial fighters show Marisa making an extensive and continuous use of her broom, to the point that there isn't a single moment in which she isn't riding or holding it. In Great Fairy Wars, her broom is nowhere in sight. Perfect Memento in Strict Sense states she uses the magic broom to ride around on because she believes it's an essential tool for a magician. It was originally a normal broom but sprouted leaves as a side effect of Marisa using it in magic rituals.

Speed - Marisa seems to take pride in her own speed, which is potentially among the fastest for a human. When she used Double Spark against Watatsuki no Yorihime in Silent Sinner in Blue, she moved some meters away from the first laser fast enough that she was able to shoot a second one before the first reached the Moon princess.

Learning other people's moves - Marisa's Love Sign "Non-directional Laser" was copied from Patchouli Knowledge's regular attack from Embodiment of Scarlet Devil as confirmed by ZUN. Other than that, there are also others suggested to have been stolen; Love Sign "Master Spark" greatly resembles Yuuka Kazami's and Gengetsu's laser from Lotus Land Story, her "Orreries Sun" resembles Mima's orreries, and "Cold Inferno" resembles Remilia Scarlet's familiar in Imperishable Night. However, there's no official evidence that these are copied moves.

It's unknown if Marisa is inherently talented at imitating others' moves, or if she simply manages to do so due to sheer effort. She uses her mini-Hakkero to use the Master Spark, while Yuuka uses her version of the laser through other means. Thus, her copying of the Master Spark seems more analogous to a person copying a fire-breathing dragon by using a flamethrower rather than a person copying a fire-breathing dragon by breathing flames merely through observation. Marisa also states that she can't imitate Kaguya Houraisan's spell cards as they use special items that she doesn't possess. In that case, it's analogous to a person being unable to copy a fire-breathing dragon since there are no devices on hand.

It's unlikely her implied tendency to copy other's moves is abnormal, as magicians such as Marisa build upon the work of others. Marisa claims in The Grimoire of Marisa that it's "magicians who build on observation", while Patchouli Knowledge uses the pride of magicians to add their own original touch to another's work while preserving and respecting the original. Magicians seek the truth according to Patchouli. They act like researchers in this sense, building upon the work of others. However, other magicians such as Patchouli and Alice Margatroid haven't been depicted using imitations as blatant as Marisa's for spell cards.

Possessions:
Magic Broom - Marisa flies on a bamboo broom as part of her magician appearance. It's an ordinary broom, but constant exposure to magic has caused a curious growth to begin. Although the bamboo is dead, leaves appear to be sprouting from the handle, independently from Marisa's magic. In the fighting games, it serves additional purposes - she uses it as a weapon for striking and shooting danmaku.
Mini-Hakkero - The mini-Hakkero, Marisa's treasured item, is a furnace that she uses to power her signature Master Spark. From the flame of a table-top stove, to that of a flamethrower, to a powerful and unmatched wide magicannon, the mini-Hakkero has a convenient range of uses. Marisa herself said, "I can't even think of makin' a livin' without it." It was given to Marisa by Rinnosuke Morichika as a farewell gift when Marisa left her family to live in the Forest of Magic, even though it'd be risky for a girl of her age to handle.

Mushroom Item - Marisa carries, concealed in her skirt, a dangerous finished product of mushrooms made from mushroom magic. After throwing the item, it explodes. The fact that she conceals them in her skirt seemed dangerous even to Hieda no Akyuu as noted in Perfect Memento in Strict Sense.

Weakness: Her own kleptomania. If there is treasure involved, she can go through great lengths to get it, even through the expense of others.

Name: Makoto Yuki

Alias: Tatsuya

Universe of Origin:
IMG_9390.png
Gender: Male

Species: Human

Bio:
On April 7th, 2009, the protagonist is first seen departing for the Dorm in Port Island, but arrives late at midnight due to the successful suicide of a young man who flung himself onto the train tracks. During the walk to the dorm, he experiences the Dark Hour and is confused upon the sudden change of the surroundings and the sudden halt of his earphones functioning; though he takes the hour in stride, seemingly unaffected. Upon reaching the dorm, he encounters a mysterious boy, who promptly gives him a contract to sign, providing players the opportunity to name him.

The protagonist transfers to Gekkoukan High School the next day. His invitation to study as a transfer student is later revealed that due to his capability to adapt to the Dark Hour, he was moved to the co-ed dorm so his potential can be monitored.

Personality:
The protagonist has been praised for his natural talent, as his involvement and leadership have helped the group where it counts: during the Arcana Priestessmission, upon the emergency of having to stop a moving train, his instincts would help him navigate the controls with ease. This would be remarked on by other members of the group, even making Junpei Iori jealous of him. This is also a byproduct of his perception of life, more specifically from the result of having kept Deathitself sealed within him for a majority of his life: Junpei himself would later see the protagonist eye to eye and understand his abilities, saying that he "harnessed [Death's] power and made it his own."

That helps him support his Social Links when resolving their problems, primarily by having them face their mortality (whether it's their actual or metaphorical death) thanks to his help. The protagonist does so by being supportive of them, as the correct dialogue choices usually involve him agreeing with them directly.

Skills:
Makoto Yuki is a skilled Swordsman and a natural born leader, able to lead his team to victory no matter the odds!

Powers and Abilities: Makoto is gifted with the Fool arcana, and thus haa unbound potential with his persona abilities. He is able to adopt the powers and abilities of his Persona and release them through the use of an Evoker.

Weakness: Makoto adopts the weaknesses of his currently active Persona.

Name: Minako Arisato
Alias; The Universe, The Great Seal of Nyx, The Messiah, ‘Her’
Universe of Origin: Persona 3 Portable
Gender: Female
Species: Human/Seal
Bio:
An Orphan whose family died on the Moonlight Bridge on April 9th of 1999, coincidentally the date when the laboratory created the Dark Hour at Tatsumi Port Island. It was that night when Aigis sealed a strong Shadow known simply as ‘Death’ inside of her young, traumatized body right before the first Dark Hour ended. After this incident, she was bounced around from relative to relative over the years until she returned to Tatsumi Port Island in 2009 to enroll at Gekkoukan High, awakening to the dormant power of ‘Death’ mere days after her arrival, manifesting as her Wildcard Trait for her Persona Ability; her secondary Persona, Thanatos, awakening alongside Orpheus, her true first Persona.

For a year, she ventured to Tartarus with the school based organization known as SEES. Going on outdoor operations on the Full Moon to eliminate the rogue Arcana Shadows that remained after the lab incident 10 years ago. On January 31st, 2010 was the date of their final operation, confronting Nyx and using the power of the Universe Arcana to bind her soul to its Seal, ensuring that Nyx doesn’t descend onto Mankind forevermore, her life fading from her body at the day of her Senpais’ graduation; March 6th.

The Beyonder merging worlds together resulted in Nyx’s Seal becoming undone, releasing her soul from the seal. Her body descending onto the New World along with a piece of Nyx’s being; its Herald, planting the seed of Tartarus on Gekkoukan High once more with the arrival of one who bears the Shadow of Death.

Once more, the stage has been Reloaded.

Personality:
Very bubbly, funny, upbeat, and cheerful. Her dialogue choices exhibit a broad spectrum of emotions, ranging from sarcasm, joking tones, utter seriousness, and otherwise depending on the player's choice. She is a sharp contrast to the male protagonist who is very reserved and concise where she, on the other hand, is not afraid to interject into conversations where her male counterpart would remain silent.

She is also said to be dependable and tough, just like how a leader should be. Although she seems to be always in high spirits, she hides her suffering and burden, which is why everyone, mostly Junpei Iori and Akihiko Sanada, worries so much about her.

Skills:
Polearm Handling - Her main weapon of choice is either a hockey stick or a naginata. Sometimes, both.
Tactical Prowess - Before her death, she was the field leader of SEES.
Athletic Proficiency - She's been in the Tennis club, added to the fact that she's been running around in Tartarus...
Charm Proficiency - All that Coffee really did wonders for the skin.
Powers and Abilities:
Persona - The manifestation of one's soul. The psyche that reacts to external stimuli--A mask, if you will. They are creatures of good and evil, light and darkness for man can be a God and a Demon all the same. The body adjusts depending on the persona you use along with it's physical properties.

There are many ways to summon a Persona and varies for each one. Minako is known as a 'Wildcard', and holds 3 Personas in her arsenal. She could hold more, but the three are considered her Main trio.

Orpheus, the greek poet, master of the lyre who lost his wife to the underworld. Never to return because of his own doubts.

Orpheus can play his harp to conjure up fire or to heal those she consider her allies. Along with it, Orpheus can use his harp to smack people.

As Minako's initial Persona, it is naturally docile.

Orpheus can resist Offensive Holy/Light Magic but is weak to Electricity and Offensive Curse/Dark Magic.

Thanatos, the Greek God of Death. Son of Nyx and brother of Hypnos. He is depicted as someone who would give a merciful death or that of a harsher, more cruel death. This iteration is clearly the more brutal interpretation of the God.

Thanatos boasts in physical strength and dark curses, and due to that, it's actions appear more brash, reckless and outright brutal.

In some cases, Thanatos would even run wild out of nowhere as seen when she initially unlocked Orpheus and forcibly switched out by emerging from it's body.

Thanatos is able to handle tons of physical pressure, but is incredibly weak to Holy/Light magic.

Messiah, the Archetype of a savior that would save Mankind before it's destruction. They're most notable in religious scripture, including the christian messiah Jesus Christ.

Messiah is Minako's penultimate Persona and is the strongest one in her arsenal. It's able to resist nearly every property(Elemental, Nuclear, Psychic, Holy/Light) and wield it. It also possesses the Almighty property which couldn't be negatable by any property except by itself(Or you know, 5th Dimensional beings).

However, to Summon Messiah, Minako must be able to summon both Thanatos and Orpheus at the same time, which is rare enough on itself. And to top it all off, summoning Messiah would put a great amount of strain in her body, causing her to black out the moment she desummons it.

Weakness:
If her Persona is used a little too much, then she gets fatigued. Along with it, the pain that a Persona feels could be felt by the user albeit a bit watered down. However, an attack with a property that a Persona is weak to would cause it to temporarily desummon itself, knocking it's user down for a few seconds.

Like her male counterpart, she takes in the Weaknesses of the Personas she equips.

dante-from-limbus-company-v0-ymkkfhctdoub1.png

"It might have been your fault. But that's okay, really... It's one small mistake-- one anyone could make. So... don't beat yourself up over it, alright?"

Name: Dante

Aliases: Sinner #10, Executive Manager of the LCB, Clockhead, Manager Esquire/Manager Bud

Series: Limbus Company

Species: Human(?)

Bio:

An amnesiac who was thrust into the role of "Executive Manager" for Limbus Company. Their task? Locating and retrieving the Golden Boughs located at the now defunct Lobotomy Corp- alongside a group of 12 sinners who place nearly 0 value on their own lives and treat him as a free respawn point, a young girl who drives them around and keeps saying "Vroom-Vroom," and a Color Fixer known as "The Red Gaze." A constant struggle of a journey that ended with tragedy for several who attempted to aid the Limbus Company. With their first bough, they had it stolen away by a mysterious group. And these up and downs continued, with the Sinners and Dante only surviving due to insane luck and outside forces they had zero clue about.

...it's almost a Divine Comedy of sorts.

Personality:

As a manager, Dante was quiet, passive, and spineless, showing fear towards some of the more violent sinners (cough cough Heathcliff) They often rely heavily on the other sinners in hopes of maintaining order within the group. After many mishaps, failures, and deaths however, they have begun to recognize their own faults and act on them. A still-present lack of confidence keeps them more passive then needed, however. Dante also possesses a light-hearted side, cracking small jokes even in the middle of a serious situation.

Skills:

Tactician In Training: While he isn't up there in terms of being intelligent enough to compete with the pros, Dante has grown into a much more reliable manager then at the beginning of his journey, able to guide his sinners towards the right course of action in combat

Disengage: A skill that Dante has honed into fine blade... that runs away. The ability to retreat from an impossible fight.

Abilities:

-Mechanical Head: What most people tend to focus on when meeting Dante, the every burning clock that replaced his head. It's immensely durable, able to withstand being crushed in the ironclad grip of a Grobhammer trying to obliterate for an extended period. In addition, he is unable to feel pain, and was able to think clearly even while being dissolved in acid. He was even able to briefly survive being decapitated due to quick thinking... however, this ability comes at a cost.

-Limited Telepathy. To anyone not bound to him with a contract/a sinner, Dante's speech will sound like the ticking of the clock to them. He can direct his speech to only be heard by one, several, or the entire pack of Sinners. If he becomes annoyed or angry, he starts to speak in bell chimes. In addition, he possesses the talent of being able to understand the speech of those who have forgotten the human tongue, enabling him to act as an interpreter for them.

-Contract of the Sinners: Dante is capable of forming a "contract" with a person provided they can resonate with his abilities, enabling them to be able to understand their odd speech alongside the ability to perpetually revive them.

-Turning Back The Clock: Dante is capable of healing and even reviving the sinners from death. In cases of death, Dante sees a vision of themselves opening an ornate, massive doorway filled with the wails of unknown sufferers. When doing so, Dante feels the sins and pain caused by them wriggling through their body as the Sinners revive with their wounds physically reversing. Although the pain felt is only temporary and quickly fades to nothing in almost an instant, the sensation is still so great that Dante incredibly prefers not using their abilities.

-Winding Down: When the Clock atop their face begins to wind down, Dante is renders unconscious. In this state, he begins to view alternate realities- though the visions may be messed around with by fiddling with the circuitry within his head. Fortunately, this can be canceled by rewinding the clock-hands back to normal.

-Last Resort: A preventative measure to prevent the Golden Boughs from falling into wrong hands. By inputting a sequence into a button on the back of their head, Dante can self-detonate a charge within their clock with enough heat 'to melt even the Stars of the City'. The Golden Boughs cannot survive such an explosion, and will be effectively cremated- along with practically everyone nearby.

-Dante's Tablet: A black tablet in Dante's possession. It enables him to "equip" IDs- alternate versions of the sinners from different universes, and EGOs- personal equipment extracted from an abnormality not of the sinners own personal one. However, it's possible for the ID or EGO to be forcefully canceled by beating the shit out of the sinner making use of it. New ID's can be obtained at any time, and completely new ones may originate due to the crossing-over of universes. In addition, if the Sinner is at a low enough sanity, EGO corrosion may occur- a temporary fusion between the sinner and the abnormality that makes them attack everything around them. A list of IDs and EGOs available will be kept here.

Weaknesses: While their Sinners may be immortal, Dante certainly isn't- and killing him removes the sinners from play. In addition, he possess nearly 0 combat prowess, making him practically defenseless without his sinners.

"... No, let me restate myself. Not just most, all of them."

Name:
Faust

Alias:
#2 Sinner of Limbus Company

Universe of Origin: Limbus Company

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Bio: The 2nd Sinner of Limbus Company, although she could technically be called the "first." Having recruited most of Sinners, their bus driver, and guide for their journey. Little is known about her past, and she refuses to speak of it. Now that her, Dante, and Heathcliff have arrived in a blending of universes, they have three objectives at the moment. To search for any of the Golden Boughs that may have accidently been carried over, to recruit temporary Sinners and forge a contract with them to make up for their missing members, and to finally figure out a way to return to the City.

Personality: A brilliant woman with an insufferable pride, claiming to know all. She's rather soft spoken, but possesses a sharp tongue. She expresses unwavering faith in her abilities and does not show any signs of panic even in troublesome situations. As one of the more quiet Sinners, Faust appears to simply prefer standing back and watching events unfold or lacks information to divulge in the moment. Her intelligence seems to stand by her capabilities.. making her all the more infuriating.

Skills:

-High Intelligence

-Engineering: Faust was capable of being the creator for the engine of Mephistopheles, a device capable of extracting identities from other worlds.. alongside being able to provide fuel via live organisms being fed to it.

-Swordsmanship: Faust possesses the know-how to use her own blade, a zweihandler named "WALPURGISNACHT"

Powers and Abilities:

-Above Average Physicals: Like all the Sinners, Faust has a higher physical constitution compared to normal humans- it doesn't make her superman, but it does put her a tier above the normies. This constitution in enhanced when an ID or EGO is in usage

-EGO: She possesses the capability to use her own ZAYIN-tier EGO, "Representation Emitter Faust." It deals AoE damage around her, alongside providing Sanity healing for allies.

-Mephistopheles ~ Transportation to Hell: The personalized private bus of the Sinners. It was summoned to this blending of universes.. though without its driver, guide, or fellow sinners. Faust is the only one who has the know-how to drive it. However, access to the Mirror Dungeons, Luxavation Dungeons, and Refraction Railway was broken upon arrival- and Yi Sang would be the only sinner who could fix it. Thankfully, enough Lunacy and other supplies are stored up, allowing new IDs and EGOs to be obtained if new sinners can be found.

Weakness: Considering the fact that she's literally immortal via Dante, killing him would be the best course of action before taking on her or any of the other sinner.

Ran Yakumo

101301_Ran_Yakumo_FX.png

"Don't mistake me for a simple beast either. I am the shikigami of a powerful master. As such, my powers far exceed those of any youkai you've ever seen... Not to mention those of humans. Or dogs."

Alias: Shikigami of the Youkai of Boundaries

Universe of Origin: Touhou Project

Gender: Female

Species: Youkai Fox (Shikigami)

Bio: Ran was formerly a resident of the Animal Realm, presumably being one of the many spirits inhabiting it. At one point, disgusted by the beastly ideology that pervaded the place, she fled to Gensokyo. It is unknown when Ran met Yukari and became a youkai-possessing shikigami, but based on her interaction with Yuuma Toutetsu, it was likely after Ran left the Animal Realm.

Personality: Ran is described as a gentle youkai, unless provoked. Although Ran is a shikigami, she sometimes "forgets" her position as a servant and acts of her own volition, such as deciding to attack the heroine in Perfect Cherry Blossom to avenge Chen.

Skills: Clear intellect - Ran has super-human intellect equal to that of Yukari's, and excels at mathematics. According to Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red, she was able to formulate and prove an equation for figuring out the width of the Sanzu River. The shikigami of Gensokyo have been often likened to personal computers found in the outside world.

Powers and Abilities:

Using Shikigami - Ran is an extremely strong shikigami, to the point that she can use shikigami of her own. Her shikigami, Chen, only possesses the wisdom of a child, implying that Ran lacks the level of power that Yukari has with respect to shikigami. While Ran cannot act against Yukari's orders, Chen is capable of disobeying Ran. Because of this, she sometimes has to lure or manipulate Chen with catnip.

One of Ran's spellcards shows that she is capable of quickly increasing her physical capabilities. As part of Yukari's attacks, Ran typically spins at high speed. Ran is shown to use Chen in a similar way in Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost.

Weakness: She will refuse any order to anyone other than her master Yukari Yakumo. But as of the convergence, with Yukari nowhere to be found, this predicament would prove to be a detriment for her. Luckily, Yukari had made one last command; to aid Reimu and Marisa until they could bring everything back to normal.

Other: Ran's own shikigami, Chen, will be a summonable NPC (read: projectile).

After the events of Unfinished Dream of all Living Ghosts, Reimu has become the owner of all of Gensokyo, though this didn't mean much as her shrine still doesn't receive any offerings. But then, what was supposed to be a peaceful summer had suddenly turned dark as everything around Gensokyo had begun to disappear. It seemed to be another incident for Reimu and Marisa to solve until they were suddenly pulled into a familiar realm; the Land of the Back Door, and the ones who pulled them were no other than the Crazy Backup Dancers; Satono Nishida and Mai Teireida.

They did so under the orders of the secret god, Okina Matara, which was also by the request of Ran Yakumo, who reported that her master, Yukari Yakumo, had left when she "felt something was not right". Okina explained that all of Gensokyo is being sent to another world and guessed that Yukari had went off to fight a "greater entity" (implied to be the Beyonder) and lost, much to Ran's disbelief. Okina did a favor to her fellow sage to "rescue" Reimu and Marisa before they could disappear.

Determined to bring back Gensokyo, Reimu and Marisa convinced Okina to send them out so that they could confront this "greater entity" and teach them a lesson. Intrigued, Okina sends them and Ran out of her realm and into an entire new world beyond their imagination.

Despite this, he seems to communicate with Jon through some sort of telepathic connection. He can communicate with elephants, humans (understand, but not talk to), dogs, mice, and other animals.

"Was that supposed to be a joke? Cuz I'm not laughing!"
Name: Roxas
Alias: N/A
Age: 17ish
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual
Species: Nobody / Replica
Universe of Origin: Kingdom Hearts

Weapons: Roxas dual wields two keyblades as his primary weapons thanks to the hearts of two keyblade wielders being present the moment he was created. On the right, he holds Oblivion and on the left, Oathkeeper. Each blade represents his ties to Sora's memories of Riku and Kairi.
Skills: Roxas is capable of dual wielding, making him skillful with weaponry. He also was known to be able to command the samurai Nobodies (he no longer does), giving him a level of leadership that one might not have expected someone like him to possess given his personality
Powers: -Keyblade wielder: Thanks to his ties to Sora, Roxas gained the ability to wield a keyblade even though he was a Nobody. He also gains access to a second keyblade given Ventus's heart being present when Sora sacrificed himself and caused Roxas to come into existence. His dual wielding only appeared after defeating Xion and absorbing the missing memories of Sora she held
-Light magic: Having abandoned all other forms of magic, Roxas specializes in light magic and uses it in an aggressive, offensive manner. This magic allows him to shoot beams of light from his keyblades or cast pillars of light around a battlefield. He can use his light magic however he sees fit to win a battle
-Enhanced speed: Tied to his light magic, Roxas is capable of becoming a blur of light for a few seconds to close in on opponents quickly. It is a quick burst of speed but helps him move around a battlefield and keep up pressure on opponents, making him a difficult opponent to track at times
-Enhanced durability and stamina: Roxas is shown to be able to last longer than the average person in fights in terms of both durability and stamina. This is due to his training as a fighter
-Flight / Gliding: Roxas has the ability to fly/glide through the air with relative ease, making him an acrobatic fighter
Weaknesses: Roxas's recklessness and hotheadedness is a major weakness that causes him to jump into battles with a head of steam and no real plan. His lack of defensive magics also is a weakness for him and he relies heavily on sheer power to win fights rather than any defensive strategies

Personality: Roxas is in many ways like his other half, Sora, coming off as kind, free spirited and always willing to help, though given his own experiences he does develop a personality of his own to assure he isn't a carbon copy of Sora. Roxas is less impulsive than Sora, but far more quick to anger; he is short-tempered, aggressive, blunt and stands his ground, characteristics that had mixed in his fighting style. He can be arrogant, confident, and cocky, giving him far more attitude despite his base level kindness. When blinded with anger, he lets go of all reason and focuses on venting his anger. He does not care what others have to say to him or if he's in the right. He will let his temper flare. His words have bite, and he isn't afraid to speak his mind. He even has complex feelings towards his other half, though they have subdued over time. With a devil-may-care attitude in terms of recklessness, he can be rightfully selfish in certain intervals, but not selfish enough to a point he throws understanding out the window. He is the type to not just let things happen, to twiddle his thumbs and wait when there's something about himself he doesn't comprehend. He constantly rebels against what he's told is his "place" and is a strongly independent individual. On the other hand, Roxas tends to be ironically melancholy and stoic, solemn and distracted, especially as he comes to realize the truth about things, and at other points when he's confused and lost. He also has little patience for people who try to bend his will or purposefully try to confuse him. While he doesn't have the brightest outlook on life itself, he does have a strong desire to keep living. He has a very protective attitude towards his friends and will fiercely defend those he cares about with all his being. These are the people he is most happy and cheerful around, and willing to drop his guard to be at ease.

Bio: Born from the heart of Sora when he sacrificed himself to save Kairi, Roxas took form in the world as his Nobody and was taken in by Organization XIII to do their own bidding and have a keyblade wielder on their side. During his time, he slowly started to develop more human-like emotions and learn of what brought upon his own existence. He became painfully aware that he was being used as a mere pawn, but had nowhere to escape. He would be forced to fight his own friends and even take Xion's life in order to regain Sora's missing memories. He would then be targeted by Riku and DiZ who would trap him in a digital world and erase his memories until it was time to reunite him with Sora. He was hostile as he became aware of this, but ultimately would accept his fate and return to his other half. For some time, he remained with Sora until finally a replica body was made for him and his being was able to be put into it thanks to Sora's efforts. Now Roxas is able to live freely as his own person and do as he pleases.

Other: -Will be based post KH3
-Loves sea salt ice cream
