Ah, there's the reply I wanted!
See- One of the main features of this roleplay that two characters will always be working together, meaning we'll need to take a look at characters before we can make full-blown bios. This time around, upon request you can make two characters yourself to go together, for simplification's sake. However, that'll make your approval process harder.
For now, if you're looking to create a character please follow the example below. (You don't have to write too much, I just kinda had this one on hand.)

Maxwell Ingram

Personality
(Be sure to describe your character's personality in good detail here, since this is the best way to tell if two characters would realistically 'click'. Make sure to add flaws and such, you guys should know the deal.)
Max is a strange dude, one of many antics, and one to get himself into an unnecessary amount of trouble at times. People tend to see him as a bit crazy, but no one would disagree that he's a charmer. Maxi's undoubtedly a social chameleon, being able to shift gears easily to get on everyone's good side. Despite this, people find his presence a mix of comfort and disdain, and no one's had the luck of understanding why. While this doesn't bother Max, it makes him wonder what's really up with him..

Essentially the morale guy, Max is one that brings the life to the party, using high energy and psychotic grins to keep the energy up. This energy plays into his competitiveness, being one who'll race you to the nearest vending machine just to pay for your soda. In battle though, this morale gets to his head, making him think that if he "tries hard enough.." Everything will be fine. And like the idiot he sometimes is, it'll have him running headfirst into his doom. Just hope he doesn't push himself too hard, or he'll end up dying from dehydration from just over sweating. Frustration will overcome him in times of lack, making him stubborn in good and bad ways.

Magic

(There doesn't have to be an insane amount of description for magic, but if you'd like to, go ahead. Just know this: The more variety of magic you have, the weaker each individual type is. Power is heavily debuffed after three varieties.)
Max's primary form of Magic is a Physical boost since he relies on close-range combat. This Magic increases his strength, along with his durability, making Max tankier than his lean appearance would seem. He can take hits that would blow holes in the side of buildings, strike just as hard. Max's secondary form of magic is plain old fire, as he finds that it's quite effective for close range encounters. Since Max focuses more on his physical attributes, his magic is lacking in the refinery department, but his Boost is something he uses quite a bit, making it much more effective/mastered. Max uses Electric Magic as well, it being the Magic he's least familiar with of the three. Since he's not experienced enough with it, his weapons and gear have been fitted to amplify it, to make it useful, and easier to use.

Other

(Weapons, special armors, favorite food, name it! It goes here. Just don't go crazy with it. This isn't a cs just yet.)
Most of Max's limbs have been replaced by machines.
His entire left arm is gone, being replaced by a mechanical version that's linked to his body with fusion magic.

Max's right forearm has been replaced as well, and both
legs were amputated from the knees down.
He's had several ribs replaced with magical ones, along with a few organ transplants.
All of this has left a large number of scars across his body, which he's hidden with magic concealer.

This makes it look like he's never lost a limb, despite losing four.
(More can be added to this section later.)

Max uses a dense longsword, using momentum to fight, and increase the power of his strikes with each swing.
It's heavy, but not to him after using it for a number of years.
On his left arm, Max wears a gauntlet that's plated with more armor than his right hand.
This gauntlet is great at harnessing electricity magic since he's not as proficient with it.
Along with being plated enough to parry a sword blade, it comes with sharp retractable fingertips.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask!
I'm open to any requests within reason, and won't ridicule those that are simply curious.

Is t that the point of a character sheet
Well, think of it like this:
If you don't know what a character's lifetime partner will be like, how would they mix in regards to personality?
If they're polar opposites, how would they be effective as partners, despite growing up together?
It's just me coming at it from a logical perspective, I don't want someone to write up a large, nice looking character sheet if they realize their character doesn't fit with others in the roleplay. That's all.

ugh...here comes the decision on whether to redact Fae or make something from scratch orz
maybe sleeping on it will help...

Well, I personally liked Fae. I saw a nice lil' thing going on there.
eh, guess I'll consider keeping him then...though my question now is, is it still allowable to create a 2nd character without the intentions of partnering them off with the 1st?

Acapella Hammers|Spirit

Personality
(Be sure to describe your character's personality in good detail here, since this is the best way to tell if two characters would realistically 'click'. Make sure to add flaws and such, you guys should know the deal.)
Acapella at first glance seems wild, a party girl perhaps. At second glance she's quieter than most and the bags under her eyes only seem to grow. When you get to know her she's a machine lover at heart and body. Her interactions only last for a few sentences before she wants to get back to working on her babies. One rule with dealing with Acapella. Don't touch her machines or you lose a finger, or a hand, or an arm. Depends on how much she hates you which isn't very hard to max out. A generally grumpy and hateful person, Acapella doesn't find people to be very fun to be around, preferring machines since they run off of code; nothing too emotional or nothing.

While she doesn't get attached easily when she does she... does. She either hates you or loves you pretty much. She's very clingy in private and seems like an entirely different person when she's attached. It's simple to say that she's quite a weirdo, simply because of this. During combat, she enjoys blowing this up just a tad bit too much. Okay maybe a little more than a tad. ...Fine, she loves blowing things to the sky way too much. She's rather relentless and doesn't really care about other people but hurt the small number of people she is attached too and the general area you're in will not be a very safe place. At all

Magic
(There doesn't have to be an insane amount of description for magic, but if you'd like to, go ahead. Just know this: The more variety of magic you have, the weaker each individual type is. Power is heavily debuffed after three varieties.)
Explosion Magic. Nice and simple. She can create explosions via burning oxygen, so if there is no oxygen there is no explosion. This is rather draining but she can match about 50 pounds of C4 if she doesn't feel like breathing for the next few moments. She operates at half power during rain or underwater since she needs to ignite the oxygen and cannot use this magic any other way. Her second specialization is Creation Magic. Contrary to the name it doesn't allow her to create things from thin air but has two things it can do. Analyze which she can see how she can use what she's looking at and the faults in it. Then there is Fusion, which is used by all sorts of people whether to put on prosthetics or attach a gun to a axe or something.

Other
Has a motorcycle built it herself and it's quite sturdy over all. It can reach 30 km/h and is quite fast to reach said speed over all. It needs refueling after a half a day or so at top speed.
Always has her bag which holds many of her tools.

Either opting to use a pistol for general encounters to hide the fact that she'll just blow them sky high she uses a blunderbuss which she can use her explosion magic to enhance heavily, being reinforced to the point where her smaller explosions will just make it rattle.

So like this?

Fae1.jpg

personality.
“Please remain a minimum of five meters away from me.”

Sir Galahad. A knight of knights and a man known for his gallantry and purity. Or for a certain spirit, a legendary figure whose name he'd rather have nothing to do with. Though "Galahad" exists solely in stories of old, the baggage that comes with such a name is still great. Whether it be a questionable naming sense or a sick twist of irony, it's not unexpected for a child with such a name to grow up "wayward." Opting to use a name derived from his surname instead, "Fae" is said child, grown with salt and a hand in magic rather than gentility and the sword. Though contrary to his appearance, a "child" he is not. After all, there's no way a mere fledgling would be attending an academy such as this.

Like all others attending the academy, Fae is a respectable adult, or rather at least a teen who can be considered of age. Even his speech falls nothing short of seeming well beyond his years, possessing a tone and quality virtually nonexistent in those of his physical age. A prideful being nonetheless, any babying and cooing will be met with a look of disdain (or perhaps even pity) and a firm declaration of his true age. His appearance is the bane of his existence if anything, and little can possibly be a greater offense to be treated as a child would. Of course, that isn't to say that nothing does. Should one call him a midget, a kick to the shin would be the least of their worries.

Though a complete crank when irritated and a man with obvious trust issues, Fae gives back the respect and trust he's given, perhaps if not by tenfold. His mistrust for others is as great as his pride, but once he's acknowledged the other party's loyalties, his normally guarded self becomes considerably easier to interact with. As for those who haven't, being outright ignored is rather commonplace. He's friendly enough to his "comrades", but as someone who's taciturn and stoic by nature, anything else is a mere waste of breath.

magic.
Taking both art and power into mind, Fae's primary form of magic takes on the form of luminescent and almost glass-like psychic structures that can be anything from harmless crystalline figures whose purpose is to just look pretty to deadly spear-like projectiles. As his magic is essentially a sort of “creation magic” akin to most types of structural elemental magic, Fae is also fully capable of forming a sigil-like barrier to block incoming attacks or to use it as a platform. Though he’s far from reaching a level of mastery that he deems satisfactory, the flexibility of his magic and his diligent nature make him to be a trusty hand to have by one’s side in battle.

true form.
Fostering an amount of magic that exceeds the capabilities of their relatively frail bodies, those of Fae's kind keep a majority of their power sealed, their true forms remaining hidden away along with it. As a result, Fae's "resting" form remains in a state where he's essentially a miniature version of himself, hence the perpetual appearance of a child. The physical limitations aside, Fae's magical and spiritual prowess is essentially cut by half in this state, released to its full potential only when assuming his "true" form. However unlike many other spirits, said true form is rather plain and simply a version of Fae who appears to be of the proper age he should appear. To his great dismay, he's still relatively short.

extras.
Likes: books, coffee, quiet places

Dislikes: spicy dishes, sweets, swords

Always drinks his coffee black.

Though easily irritated when certain topics are hit, Fae is typically a rather composed individual, but it could also be said that it's just that he finds it too troublesome to react to most other annoyances.

Contrary to what his namesake may suggest, Fae seldom wields a sword, though he can in fact turn into one.

Bears an extreme dislike for uncleanliness. Sneezing in his direction will more or less result in a very strained smile and a request to cover one’s mouth next time around.

He has a talent of somehow making himself unable to be found by others. He's probably just camping out in a library though.

Due to his usual hideout being a library, his preferred form of contact is text messages rather than phone calls. Of course, this is also half of an excuse, since he also just happens to prefer typing away over speaking.

Always introduces himself simply as "Fae", so most don't realize that his first name is actually "Galahad" or that "Fae" comes from "Faehart."
