  Dual pistols handcrafted by his Uncle Larimar as a gift for starting his huntsman training. The pistols can transform into a compound bow that allows Sage to shot arrows that hold can entangle individuals or explosive arrows. Sage only carried three explosive arrows that can only be activated upon impact on hard surfaces, such as buildings. The rest of his arrows consist of regular arrows and a handful of entanglement arrows. As for his pistols, he mostly sticks to normal bullets but can also use dust bullets based on what is needed.
  
  Fighting Style: Sage is a long distance fighter. He's quick on his feet when it comes to breaking off from an opponent. Able to jump over obstacles with ease when he's running, he can maneuver around any rough terrain.
  
  Semblance: Clear Senses - Like his mother, Sage has the ability to see and hear clearly. Whenever his semblance is activated, darkness becomes clearly visible as dim light and he can hear anything from a mile away. When he doesn't have it activated, his senses return to his normal ability. Unlike his mother, he barely uses it to his advantage but usually uses to hear where his opponent is located.
  
  Limitations to Semblance: He can keep the semblance up for two hours before he reached half of his aura level.

  Personality: Sage is a shy individual. Being as small as he is, he had always felt weak, but that only made him determined to show exactly what he is able to do.
  
  Fears: Thanks to Iola, Heights. After dropping at just a height and almost dying from the fall, that would give anyone nightmares.
  
  Bio: Robin Vassar became orphan at a young age with his twin sister, Sapphire. Robin became the caretaker for his now small family which led him to associate himself with the wrong crowd. Taking most of the brunt of the odd jobs he took from the black market, he tried to keep his sister away from that life. He was never able to keep her away since she was too stubborn to stay behind. After Robin got himself into more than he could chew, they escaped the lower levels and meet a cheerful Faunus girl who they befriend. The Auburns opened their doors to the twins and soon became a family. During his adolescence, he fell in love with an older boy who always tried to help him.
  
  Cornelia Auburn is the daughter of a well-off artist in Mistral. Surrounded by beauty every day, she was naive to how the world was really like. The Vassar Twins opened her eyes to the darker and uglier parts of the world. She convinced them to join her in becoming a huntress, wanting to make the world a better place. In Haven, she learned to become a leader but also learn to not fear opening up to others. This lead Cornelia and Robin to fall in love, causing Robin to end his relationship with the older boy. Their love was much slower and purer then of Sapphire and Larimar, heir teammates and now family, but it was everything for her. Years after they married and settled down, she gave birth to a little Faunus boy, Sage.
  
  Smaller than any other infant they had seen, Sage was always watched in order to keep him safe. Being a Faunus boy in a large city only made Robin be more protective of him. Robin had seen and heard what people would say about Cornelia behind her back, even though he also knew that she had heard it as well, but it always pained him. Raising Sage and Skyler together they quickly became friends and looked out for each other. Skyler more than Sage.
  
  Sage was a happy kid growing up. Getting to live well with both his parents, Sage was blinded by all of the hate that was around him for who he was. He knew of it all but he never let it stop him from following in his parent's footsteps. He and Skyler had made a deal to become huntsmen, but it quickly shattered the moment he heard of Skyler's sudden illness. Skyler told him to continue with his wish, so he began to train with his parents, but slowly drifted to be trained by his Uncle and Aunt.
  
  As Sage got older he slowly began to understand himself. He didn't care he was attracted to boys than girls. When he brought it up to his parents, he found out about his father being Bisexual, who actually broke up with his boyfriend to be with his mother. With his mind made up, he continued down the road he had gone down, which he went down with both Skyler and Saffron. Being split up from them, Skyler's plea for him to continue training pushed him even harder to become a huntsman. Now, reunited with Skyler and Saffron it feels just like the stories his parents told him growing up.
  
  The school year started off slow, but things took a turn for the young Sage. The mission in Vale opened his eyes to the dangers that were slowly rising in the world. It just didn't warn him to what would come later for him. Things looked like they were going back to normal as he fell in love with his now boyfriend, Cirrus. Still naive like his mother had been when she was at his age, Sage got targetted by Iola, who he thought was a fellow student but soon found out that she was a serial killer. His encounter with Iola, caused him to be hospitalized for weeks but quickly recovers, just not quick enough for the fall of Beacon.

  Fighting Style:
  Tsana’s fighting style is a very defensive fighting style, focusing on countering rather than attacking. Fighting against Tsana is like banging your head against a brick wall to break it, it doesn't work. Tsana, after years of perfecting her fighting style is able to block most physical hits with her sword. Her weakness is anything immaterial like elemental semblances or Dust. When she is defending, she is able to counter attacks quickly, swinging her sword around like it weighs nothing. Furthermore, Tsana will use her wolves as distractions and sometimes counter weapons as well.
  
  
  Semblance:
  One With the Pack - Tsana’s semblance is derived from the hunting tactics of a wolf pack, or simply of a wolf pack. Her semblance allows her to summon spectral wolves to assist in combat. These wolves are like an extension of Tsana’s body, akin to an arm or a leg; if she thinks of something, they will do it. During the day Tsana can summon a max of 2 wolves before exhausting her aura. At moonlit times, she can summon up to 3. Echo does not consume aura.
  
  
  Limitations to Semblance: Wolf summon duration is a maximum of 2 hours. They passively use up aura and can only take a max of 2 to 3 hits.

  Personality:
  Tsana Luna Khan is a happy go lucky type of girl. Raised by a family with only the best in heart, Tsana is generally always happy. She is cheerful and a ray of sunshine in the dark. She is the light everyone looks towards when they are down. She is very empathetic towards her peers; Even if she doesn’t understand what is going on, she tries to get a grasp on the situation and help resolve it.
  
  Tsana is very intelligent. Having been a studious child during her primary and secondary school days, Tsana has a thirst for knowledge so great, it is almost unheard of. She has a great knowledge of anything related to the history of Remnant and the kingdoms, as well as practical skills as well. She is known for also being very insightful and able to solve puzzles/riddles quickly.
  
  Tsana is loving. Tsana, being raised by the right family grew up with the rules that everyone deserves love no matter who they are. She especially loves those who are her teammates, friends, comrades, and close allies. She is willing to go to any length to help them, or assist them in any way, shape, or form. It was rumored that Tsana helped Faunus escape from Schnee Dust mines, but it's just a rumor.
  
  Tsana is indomitable. She has a fighting spirit larger than most huntsman twice her age. She is not one to give up easily, having lived in conditions harsher than what most consider poor. She will never leave a man behind, sacrificing her own life to save. Tsana would also look for different ways to approach situations, trying to minimize the risk while maximizing the success of a mission.
  
  
  Fears:
  There is not much Tsana fears except death itself, or the death of all she holds dear. Everything that she has come to know and love, she has a burning desire to protect. She can not, and will not stand to see those she loves harmed. Another fear is reliving the death of Sienna Khan. After seeing her moth killed by Adam Taurus, she can not and does not want to relive the event.
  
  Bio:
  Tsana is the only known daughter and heir to Sienna Khan, the former leader of the White Fang. She was adopted at a very young age, just a baby, when she was found in the woods of Forever Fall. It was said that her biological mother was found dead, her nodachi by her side. This is where Tsana got her sword, a family heirloom passed down. Tsana was raised by Sienna Khan to be a dictator, to rule the White Fang when she died, however, Tsana knew she was not right for that type of job. Running away at the age of 10, Tsana would never see the White Fang again.
  
  Tsana, after traveling for a week, would end up in one of the many small settlements on the outskirts of Mistral, a place where she was found by a group of wandering huntsman. Becoming enamored with the stories and tales of their exploits, a starry eyed Tsana would ask to be trained. Already having a weapon, Tsana would be trained by the huntsman anytime she was not in school, learning how to fight both human combatants as well as Grimm. The training was rough and hard, but Tsana persevered.
  
  At the age of 15, the huntsman group would take Tsana on hunting trips, giving her the live experience needed to be a huntsman. On one particular mission, things went wrong. What was supposed to be a routine extermination mission ended in tragedy as one member died. During the mission, when entering a cave system, the group was ambushed by Grimm, all different types. Warding off the the smaller ones, Tsana saw her mentor, a big bear faunus fighting off two Deathstalkers by himself. Faltering in one movement, he was speared through the back. The rest of the Grimm were quickly dispatched, but it would be too late. Her mentor would tell her to live on, that life was beautiful, and to never give up. At 17, Tsana would leave the huntsman group and roam on her own.
  
  When she was traveling the world, Tsana would meet wonderful and helpful people, not knowing who she was due to the lack of her last name. She saw Atlas, Vale, Vacuo, and many other places. On one instance, sitting in a bar, a man appeared next to her and offered her something out of the blue, tuition at Beacon Academy. Tsana accepted near immediately, and was excited to start such an adventure. At age 19, Tsana would arrive at Beacon, ready to make her dream a reality.

  Weapons: Twin Beretta Sword Cutlass Mod pistols. They have a reinforced chassis and four prongs come out from the bottom of the grip so they can be held in reverse and used as clubs.
  
  
  
  
  
  Fighting Style: Mako is a brash and loud fighter, leaping into the fray with a mix of brawling and a hail of bullets, making it clear to all that she isn’t taking prisoners or playing nice. To make matters worse, Mako can be notably curel, shooting a target in a manner that disables it before executing them shortly afterwards.
  
  
  Semblance: Blood Frenzy- Mako can, in the presence of the scent of her own blood, become extremely strong and fast, her durability and endurance spiking as she bleeds. It’s a uniquely dangerous semblance in that most expect their targets to get weaker when their aura shield depletes. Instead Mako becomes a dangerous fanatic worked into a frenzy when actually injured.
  
  Limitations to Semblance: Due to the need to actually be able to get hurt to allow her semblance to function properly, Mako is either in an extremely dangerous, do or die situation when her semblance is in use, or she will have had to lowered her aura herself. That said, it’s almost universal that her aura falls before her semblance comes into play.

  Personality: A foul tempered and worse still foul mouthed girl, Mako is often brash in her actions, even if she knows more about what’s going on than she lets on. Often viewed as short tempered and easy to set off, those that know her do their best to stay on her good side, though it can be a struggle to find at times. Despite her standoffish behaviour, it’s important to note that, to her employers and those that have found that good side, Mako is easily one of the most loyal individuals.
  
  
  Her overall attitude largely falls into two categories, anyone she figures comes form the same ‘world’ she does, and everyone else.
  
  
  In the former, she’ll often treat others as equals or comrades, entertaining standard conversation with them and acting as if they all know what it’s like to live ‘the shit’. The latter, however, is often ignored or treated like they’re children, unable to understand many basic concepts.
  
  
  This doesn’t pertain to any within the ranks of the White Fang, who she is vehemently vitriolic in a vigorously violent and vicious manner against.
  
  
  Fears: Mako is afraid of getting close to people, preferring to keep others at arms reach, assuming they’ll eventually betray her for a better deal, or just outright abandon her again.
  
  Bio: The ill treated daughter of a drunken man, left her his ‘halfbreed’ after the mother left, Mako was raised in the slums and largely left to handle herself. The problem being that at a young age she hadn’t learned yet to control when her shark teeth appeared. Because of this, and because she was the only faunus in a low income, less than properly cared for community, the girl often couldn’t even rely on the police for help.
  
  
  This continued on until Mako was about ten, in which she was caught stealing from a couple and was apprehended. As opposed to the beating and night in the cell the girl had come to anticipate from the corrupt law enforcement. Instead she had pity taken upon her by the ‘victims’. They were a couple that often aided faunus slums, and when the police couldn’t even tell whether the girl had family, the couple offered to adopt her.
  
  
  It was a rough transition, one that Mako struggled with, but ultimately learned to accept and enjoy. For a time at least. She learned to hide her Faunus traits, and lived a normal, upper middle class life for another five years, despite occasional fights at school. Eventually, during a White Fang protest gone south her adopted parents were killed and, in a fit of rage after being wounded herself, Mako flew into a frenzy and tore apart the attacker. The problem being that in the mayhem and confusion, and due to her being covered in viscera, the murder was pinned on Mako.
  
  
  Faith in the justice system scant, and little in her but anger and hate, the girl fell back through the cracks and into the slums, doing just about anything over the next four years one could consider ‘bad’. In this time, she eventually picked up with an underground ‘Hate’ movement, known as the Humanities Fairness Affiliation, or HFA.
  
  
  Considered an extremist anti-Faunus hate group, the HFA actually had a far simpler and less malicious goal in mind, the countering of violent acts made against innocent humans by the White Fang, as well as aiding those who suffered damages or other ills in relation to the actions of the White Fang. While the majority put out work under a false name to help rebuild shops or homes ruined by the actions of the White Fang, Mako herself has taken up the habit of hunting the Fang, hoping to one day find out with the lives she took to fill the hole in her heart.

  Weapons: Miles roams the world with a simple bastard sword and a massive tower shield, both of which he can infuse with dust.
  
  
  Fighting Style: A patient and cautious fighter, Miles often spends his time buffing himself or his allies for the fight ahead as he allows his enemies to encroach upon his designated domain. That domain being the reach of his sword. A hardened target, even when his shield isn’t in use, the massive Miles stands firm against all foes, allowing them to break themselves upon his frame as waves break upon cliffs.
  
  Likewise to his infusion of dust into his own weapons, he actively offers to infuse his allies weapons with dust as well.
  
  
  Semblance: Aura Aegis- While for many, your aura acts a personal shield, Miles can and does actively mould his Aegis into a mighty shield against all foes. Through diligence, practices and perseverance, Miles has managed to learn how to manipulate his aura into a bubble, a half shell, a wall and even learned to deflect precise bullets fired at him with enough vigilance. However, the most common use of this Aegis is when Miles uses it to create an extra shield in a ten foot radius around his tower shield, allowing him uniquely strong protection against attackers from that direction.
  
  Limitations to Semblance: While Miles’ Aegis is notably powerful, when manifested in any form off of his own body, it not only causes him strain, but likewise leaves him vulnerable to attack, as his aura has quite literally been pulled away from himself and placed elsewhere. This means that while Miles could easily hold a hallway in one direction, he would need some to watch his back and flanks, as they would be entirely vulnerable.
  
  
  
• 
  
  Personality: A kind and gentle soul, Miles personally prefers not to fight when it can be helped. Despite his large and imposing size, and despite his deep voice, much of what you can actually expect from Miles is kind words, encouragement and him volunteering to help those in need. Due to the vast amount of help and encouragement he received from others as he grew up, it became important to him that he likewise returned it to the world.
  
  
  Having grown up the oldest of a number of siblings, both related and adopted, Miles became a very caring and inviting fellow, and carries his ‘big brother’ status as a badge of honor, to the extent that it’s become a sort of unofficial nickname among his old classmates.
  
  
  Combat is a unique topic for Miles, and while he doesn’t revel in the combat like some might, he does make it his mission to ensure the smaller and weaker among the group are seen after properly, and often either gives advice during combat or attempts to draw the enemies attention.
  
  Fears: “If you can’t see it, it can’t scare you.” ~ Miles. Despite his bravado, Miles fears letting his strength falter when his allies may need him most, and one or more of them becoming injured due to it.
  
  Bio: Miles is the oldest of nine children, with eight siblings, both related and adopted, as he was raised in a very well off family that lived in a city that took in a large number of refugees from a failed settlement. Despite this dour circumstances, the born-blind child often spent much of his time with his parents, helping them care for those that arrived, and when they adopted a number of the children, as well as had more of their own, Miles found the company welcome, and his siblings never treated him any different.
  
  
  As he grew up, and with a couple Faunus siblings, Miles started getting into a large number of fights with those that had more narrow views of the world. This ‘big brother’ mindset, while worrisome at first to his parents, was only the tip of the iceberg for the amount of care that Miles had to give to the world, and as he grew so to did his resolve to become stronger and stronger to protect those he cared for. In that time he trained diligently as he fought tooth and nail to prove that he could make it through the huntsman classes just like anyone else.
  
  
  And not only did he prove he could make it, the large and imposing, yet blind, young man proved he would be one of the best Huntsmen to graduate in the last generation.

  Weapons: Kyra uses 4 different types of swords. Each sword was custom built for a specific situation. She keeps her swords on a harness that dangles on her back like a purse. She also has some cables, as well as a motorcycle which she got as a gift. Modified to carry her swords
  
  Trigger Eclipse (Primary Sword):
  
  Length: 52 inches
  A long sword/gun which is made out of reinforced armour, is capable of being used in sword fights, even when the red blade is not activated, though due to the actual "blade" or shaft of the sword being dull, apart from the sleek white portion on the upper half which is sharpened, it is better suited for multipurpose combat. The sword itself when activated fires up a bright red energy blade from it's cross-guard and from the pommel (rear), which are known to be very sharp. It's handle is long and allows for her to wield the sword with both hands. The handle also has a trigger, just below the cross-guard, which activates the gun barrel which is located on the other side of the sword on the rail-guard and fires high velocity armor piercing casings against armoured grimm. They are also compatible with armor with the tip of the energy sword (Grey part at the tip) is sharpened and can be used to impale enemies. A small boomerang that activates the same red energy blade. There is a pressurized barrel attached to her railguard that fires off a grappling hook.
  
  The sword can retract as the shaft slides inward, shrinking it for carrying. When in combat, the sword is similar in length to a nodachi sword

  Length: 60 inches
  It is a blue painted heavy, armoured sword but having multiple design changes to function as a much sharper sword for blunt force which is why it is longer. It's White edged tip is sharp. It's the length of a long nodachi sword.
  
  Night-Shade:
  Length: 48 inches
  
  An all-black sword with a double edged tip & razor sharp blades, ideal for disarming enemies, this sword is both quiet, agile. It is ideal for a more faster paced fight. it is similar in length to an odachi but slightly shorter

  A katana that has an armoured sheath.
  
  Fighting Style: Kyra is a glass cannon, heavily armed, remarkable offensive power, meets the enemy head on, and is highly cooperative and can work in tandem in groups. Heavy, blunt force, as well as quick strikes to maintain pressure on her enemies. She is highly proficient at close range and melee. Using her mastery of swords, knives, and hand-to-hand combat. She is patient and will use her offensive strikes reading the situation. She is quite strong since she has trained with her swords for a long time, and she is capable of throwing hard strikes at opponents. Like her father, Bolin Hori, she is highly agile, meaning that she can keep up with fast paced, and speedy enemies and have higher reflexes to compete with them. She is also a very maneuverable individual, having learnt parkour tricks and maneuvers, it's not difficult for her to mover around a battlefield. She relies on her natural abilities such as her fast speed, endurance, reflexes, and situational awareness to make up for her aura's fast depletion rates. Like any glass cannon, she is weak at defensive combat, and usually needs the support of someone else when it comes to defense. She is great at offense, but when on the defense, she doesn't strike that much, only blocking or, mainly dodging. She relies on the strengths of others so that she isn't caught into a defensive engagement. And because of this, she prefers to fight solo as little as possible. If needed, she will try and make a tactical retreat if she feels like the situation is too much to handle. She is versatile due to her great offensive feats, but like any glass cannon, she is weak on the defensive and needs the support of others to survive otherwise, she would get outflanked.
  
  
  Semblance:
  Blitz-It allows for her to accelerate to incredible speeds in the blink of an eye, allowing her to be maneuverable in battle, making her a harder target to chase down, or allowing her to outmaneuver and even flank her enemies. Her speed can also be used as an offensive tool by using her own momentum to knock down enemies or incapacitate them through sheer speed. Her semblance, when used at lower output, boosts her already quick reflexes temporarily to situations both in combat and in the real world when applied to her basic abilities, allowing her to become a deadly fighter. At her highest forms she can consume anywhere from 75% to 90%. But at her lower forms, she is able to consume it at a rate of 5-15%. It only boosts her already fast reflexes by 5-10%. She can boost it anywhere from a couple minutes, anywhere up to a couple hours depending on how much she uses and how economical she is. They give her a temporary boost in her reflexes, meaning she will have greater situational awareness, and will be able to track a far greater number of enemies and gives her a slight boost when charging, which is a good thing since it does help out with her fighting style.
  
  Limitations to Semblance:
  The nature of her semblance requires her to use up lots of her aura, and so she is reduced to ever using this once or twice. She only opts to use her full semblance if she is ever trapped in a corner or needs a quick escape, and only uses little bits of her aura from time to time to boost her reflexes only when she needs to. Another thing is that she can over shoot if not careful. If she decides to use it at full strength then she simply uses it for a minute or so only.

  Personality:
  Kyra is a mature, hardworking young woman who is also semi-reserved person. She will keep quiet at times, but is a calm, soft spoken & caring individual. She is someone who will encourage a person and act as the helping hand for others. She will stand up for those who don't have a voice and can take insults thrown at someone else as personal. She is like a motherly figure around others and care like one. She does have a sense of humor and will say several subtle humorous phrases or puns from time to time. She is selfless and will put others before herself, including her own team mates, this means that she will not want them getting into harms way, preferring to deal with everything by herself, and not have the help of others for the risk of them getting injured. Another reason why she is mature is that she tends to be far more level headed and patient then others might be. She is pretty protective of her team and allies, and will lash out at perpetrators. But in a calm and collective manner. And due to her extended training she is tactically sound, and tries to offer her team or others the best advise she can, even when it comes to disengaging. She won't engage in a battle unless she has to, or if she is very upset at said individual for something that warrants a fight. But when she is upset, she has a sense of calmness to her anger, which would actually make her scarier then someone who would just yell at you when they are mad.

  Fears: The fear that she can't do everything to protect those around her, that she didn't do enough to help them. This can lead to her stressing to herself.
  
  The one place that she doesn't like that much is Menagerie. Not because of contempt for the faunus. But because it's where she lost her team. She simply fears the burden of potentially running into them if she were to ever go there.
  
  Bio:
  Kyra was born to an upper middle class family in the heart of Mistral. Her mother was one of the medical chiefs at a city hospital, while her father was a hunter. Growing up, Kyra was more or less a reserved child. She was known as the silent but hard working child by her fellow classmates and teachers. Did not talk a lot, but was a well mannered and efficient child. But, on one particular day, the quiet and reserved Kyra stunned her fellow classmates and teachers when she adamantly stood up for a fellow fanus-classmates who had been constantly picked on for her fanus heritage. It turned out that Kyra was quietly watching her fellow classmate being picked on for a very long time, all the while, taking the names and insults thrown at her classmates as personal and kept all the anger and distaste bottled up until it had reached a breaking point. The way she had stood up for her classmate convinced the other kids to stop picking on her. This was Kyra's first step in becoming a less reserved person, later befriending the fanus as the two became good friends, whom she would always be the first one to come to her defense and the defense of those who didn't have the courage to stand up for themselves.
  
  Through her various, selfless acts of courage against bullies for others, she grew a desire to help people, and eventually aspired to become a huntress herself. So that she can protect those around her. When she told her parents about what she wanted to become, her parents at first were concerned, but, they eventually opened up and came to accept what Kyra wanted to become. Her father and his former team, all personally took the initiative to train Kyra in combat and character. She would train with her father and his teammates until she was exhausted. Despite her tough training, she continued to train with the goal of getting into Shade since she wanted to visit places outside of Mistral. And when she was on the verge of giving up when the training was too much for her to take, her father and his teammates, along with her mother and her friends (who would sometimes come over to watch her and to also act as moral support), would always encourage her to not quit and would always praise and reward her when she followed through despite her not wanting to continue. When news had come of her acceptance, her family & friends threw her a large congratulatory celebration.
  
  Not long after being arranged in her team, they had a falling out. Realizing that they can't be saved or reasoned with, Kyra decided it was best to simply leave the team. The burden of having 3 fanus teammates who had turned and joined the white fang is the reason why she decided to simply abandon them. After the time she had spent trying to bring them close and have acceptance was all wasted. Mainly because she felt like she had failed in protecting her teammates from falling. She was frustrated with herself and just decided that she needed a break from all the stress, and to recollect her thoughts.
  
  She mainly destressed through training, and also going back to mistral for a bit during the few months alone having wondered off without a word to Shade academy. She has just recently made a return after hearing about what had happened in Vale. She had time to reflect on what she experienced and knew that it was her job to return during these tough times when. She returns refreshed and hopefully restarting with a new team.

  Weapons: Iliaya utilises her own body and her semblance to combat enemies. While one may assume there's more to her walking staff than appears, she is more likely to toss it aside to utilise a proficiency in martial arts to channel the focus of her semblance through her enemies to cause as much damage as possible.
  
  
  Fighting Style: Iliaya focuses on a variety of martial arts, ranging from refined eastern styles to the more down in the dirt brawling styles. She often shows a semi-mobile style of combat, in which she always ensures that at least one limb is firmly planted to maintain steady movement, but while spin, slide and pivot to keep herself from being pinned down during a fight. At the same time this momentum and the turning of another's momentum or equally utilised in combat.
  
  
  Semblance: Vibratory Control- Iliaya can cause vibrations in the air, water and land, in order of hardest to easiest. Of late, she generally uses her semblance regularly to maintain a 'sightline' of about thirty feet around her at all times. This skill can also be used in water and in the air itself, but requires more effort from her due to the spaces between molecules in both water and air. Iliaya has also found that she can channel these vibrations in various other ways, such as stomping or punching the earth and cracking it, or causing auditory cracks in the air by pushing molecules to cause small vacuums that promptly cause sub-explosions as they fill back in with air.
  
  Limitations to Semblance: Iliaya's regular vibration sight usage has given her endurance for a low level usage of her semblance, meaning she can keep up simple 'sight' for a long time. She can extend the range of her 'sight', but it wears her down faster. The trade off is that using her control in more direct and concentrated means is not something she's accustomed to, and hasn't practised much either. While she can deal hefty damage in a singular strike, she is likely to quickly run her daily aura reserves down after about four hits, making her far from and endurance fighter when performing such a feat.

  Iliaya's Staff: A simplistic piece of wood with hollow metal caps on both ends. The girl uses it in congruence with her Vibratory Control to see further by channeling the stronger vibrations from the hollow caps further.
  
  Personality: A pensive and quiet girl, Iliaya is notable that she tends to await to react to things as opposed to actively involving herself. While this may seem odd, she's learned to wait patiently and things will often go her way. In problem solving, most either beat against something until it works, or walk away and come back later. Having learned the art of patience, determination and through rigorous training, Iliaya has mastered a middle ground of planting herself against and problem and then waiting for someone to come along to her, rather than going to get someone, all while waiting relaxed rather than railing against the problem in an unruly and unending manner.
  
  She does have a notable distrust of the offers of others, though, rarely taking anything at face value and almost always assuming someone wants something. This has led her to a more isolated lifestyle since leaving her father, and while she won't admit it she knows it's made her life harder than it's necessarily needed to be. It's a personal issue she recognises, but doesn't do much about due to the fear of betrayal or hidden consequences she can't see yet.
  
  Because of this distrust, she comes across as highly independent and rudely dismissive of any who worry about her 'disability'.
  
  She's known for deflecting from or coping with serious situations with humor, often in poor tastes or painful puns.
  
  
  Fears: Iliaya fears both being betrayed and being abandoned by someone she trusts in equal measures.
  
  Bio: Iliaya's youth wasn't anything notable or groundbreaking. She was a single daughter being raised by a single father who treated her like the center of the universe, so really nothing special. With early year grades at slightly above average, and plenty of friends among the children in her school, it wasn't like she truly encountered any struggles or hardships. This made things all the harder on her when she had an accident at eight that rendered her blind, with a vicious scar running horizontally across her eyes. While she tried her hardest to reintegrate after the accident it wasn't unnoticed as other children started avoiding her or treating her differently. The only constant she'd had was her father, but in the following years the man became more a more devoted to his work, intent on finding a way to fix his daughter.
  
  He was, after all, one of the leading designers of the modern prosthetics that people used. If he could design a leg that could withstand the bite force of a large Grimm, why couldn't he simply make his daughter new eyes? It should have been so simple, and it was intended with such purity. Thus the path to hell was paved. As Iliaya was left increasingly alone by the world, her father fell further into his fervor, desperate to find an answer that it began affecting his work. Fired and with no other options, he was finally given a break when a mysterious individual offered him a new job and an answer he'd been searching for for so long; a cure for his daughter's blindness.
  
  This was, of course, a devil's bargain, and while Iliaya was granted sight again, her inhuman eyes made her a target in public and she was forced to hide them, or herself, away. Furthermore, with her father's obsession gone from his mind, it became clear to him that he'd become involved with something truly horrendous. Finding a chance for his daughter to escape before it was too late, he sent her away in hopes that she would be safer, and not be at risk for usage against him in the future.
  
  Now alone in the world, Iliaya wanders from place to place, not really sure what to do with herself and never staying anywhere too long as her own struggles with people often keep her from getting too attached.
  
  A Grimm Surprise: Men fear the eyes of the beast, that see their prey in even the darkest of nights and deepest of fogs. The red... it filters through.

  Fighting Style: I Know Kung-Fu - Caenis’s fighting style is heavily reliant on his own techniques that he has learned. It is a close combat fighting style, a mixed martial arts that combines multiple different styles. It combines capoeira, pencak silat, and muay thai. This hybrid style of fighting allows fluidity between kicks, grapples, and punches. It also allows for a wide array of movement, defensive, and offensive options.
  
  Semblance: Daemonium Pugno (Demon’s Fist) - Caenis is able to project an invisible force using his punches and kicks. These forces can crush, slice, or rend. For example, an axe kick creates a guillotine of force causing it to slash downwards. A forward punch can be equated to a fist size battering ram hitting. Also, if Caenis can make invisible claws cover his hands.
  
  Limitations to Semblance: The range of the force is only to a 10m limit away from the user. Once past the 10 meter limit the projection will simply disappear. Caenis must also use the proper technique to expel the force, he can’t just will it. Also, while not completely invisible, the projections distort the air like a mirage effect.

  Personality: Caenis is very outgoing, an optimistic guy who seemingly does not have a single care in the world. This however, is a mask that Caenis put on once he left the academy. Caenis is simply lost, and uses happiness and cheer as a shield against the darkness in his heart. He strives for something, a deeper sense of meaning to his life, one that isn’t defined by who he was, but by whom he will be. Everything he does is to find that purpose, and underneath all the cheer is a guy determined to find his own path. He realized that he can’t find the purpose on his own, and hopefully through helping others he can find that purpose.
  
  Fears: Losing his family/seeing them hurt,
  
  Bio: Caenis was born the only son to Arslan Altan and an unknown father. Many speculate what had happened to his father, but even Arslan herself doesn’t know. Caenis grew up without this knowledge, and thus never really questioned it. All he knew was that he had a loving mother and later, a step-father and two younger sisters to complete his family. He was happy, and that’s all that really mattered to him in the world. However, growing up in the Altan family, a hunter family, Caenis was required to go learn how to combat the evils of the world, and the Grimm.
  
  From a young age, Caenis was taught by his mother a wide plethora of martial arts techniques and styles, ultimately culminating into the style he fought with to this very day. He was taught this not to fight the Grimm, but to fight people. His mother told him, ingrained into him, that not only Grimm were the monsters. He was taught that people could be monsters too. His martial arts reflected that, but later on Caenis would modify his techniques to work with his semblance and against Grimm as well.
  
  When he was eligible, Caenis went to Haven Academy, but transferred out soon after. He felt the academy wasn’t where he wanted to be, and soon attended Shade Academy in Vacuo. His mother respected the choice for her son, and Caenis would soon join team CORL with three other members. After a year as a team, the team disbanded, dropped out, and each member got an apprenticeship under a professional huntsman. After another year of tutelage underneath the huntsman, Caenis became a freelance huntsman wandering the land.

  Fighting Style:
  Cade fights with a violent grace, he has no shield nor the ability to take a lot of damage as a tank can; so he makes up for it by keeping high level threats at a distance with flourishes of his whip-blade and to let daring, underwhelming opponents close to surprise them with talented swordplay. While he is not a master of the gun, the blade, or the whip portions of his weapon; he uses prodding, probing techniques on nearly all of his opponents to uncover weaknesses and exploit them. This is even better when he has others able to go on the offensive so he can focus more on pointing out repetitive openings, soft hide and other weak spots, which weapons are better used, etcetera. He is short of Leader, but an adequate coordinator; he strives in directing a play, but not owning the whole theatre.
  
  His greatest asset in combat, is his ability to surprise his opponents by lulling them to committing mistakes; through feints, purposefully allowing his assailant(s) to think the gap in strength is far greater than it is, and feigning fear. He is, at the end of the day, not a great fighter, not your typical leader type, but a great fibber; he plays every hand with a bluff, even if he is already winning, to always keep his enemies guessing. This in turn can be his greatest weakness should he have repeated encounters with someone able to learn on his bluffing nature; a more cautious, calculated mind would be the best counter to Cade even if he himself would see it as an incredibly fun outcome to any day.
  
  
  Semblance:
  Aura Guided Manipulation - Cade has the ability to extend his aura to things he touches to manipulate them physically; best used on inanimate, aura-less objects (e.g. Stones, his own weapon). Its most practical use is shown when he uses his whip-blade; by extending his aura over the weapon he can keep it segmented and still on the move without having to retract it. He can also use his guided manipulation to send projectiles flying at a much faster rate, save for bullets; though he can throw rocks and other handheld objects close to the speed of a bullet so long as he has ample time to charge the point at which the object is being launched. Therein lies the versatility of the semblance; said object does not have to be in his hands to be launched by his aura, albeit it would be the most accurate coming from them. He can also apply this force to multiple objects he his touching; so if he had a handful of pebbles he could launch them all, except not with the same accuracy and without being able to send them as great a distance if it were only one.
  
  
  Limitations to Semblance:
  Cade cannot manipulate objects that dwarf him in size, such as houses, trees, etcetera. In this sense it is not about weight, but having the ability to cover an entire object in his aura; so things like bikes, small cars, mailboxes, to give a few examples are larger objects he could manipulate if he chooses to use up the majority of his aura for such things. Also, by focusing his aura in this way it can severely limit his healing factor except in the area(s) where it is drawn to. If he were to manipulate something in his hand, the rest of his body would heal much slower, so sustained damage would be felt a lot harder and could potentially knock him unconscious due to pain. Finally, he cannot manipulate objects that are attached to another or in their possession; making it impossible for him to alter anothers' weapons, clothes, accessories, and other such.
  
  
  
• 
  
  Personality:
  Oh boy, talk about carefree, happy-go-lucky, an unwavering sunny disposition; his nature could often lead others to look at him like 'How the hell did a guy like this survive so long?' and you know what it's an accurate, fair question. It's because he lives his life; he's caring, he's brave, he's a team player, but he doesn't see the reason to stress over death or how it may come to him. 'What will be, will be'. All in all, he'll be there for the living while he's alive, but he has an understanding that he would never put others in a state of relying upon him should he ever bite the dust. In this regard, despite surely developing connections with people; he can come off as cold when someone he cared for, or even loved has passed through any circumstance. In the end though, he knows he'll see those people again, but he also won't let the thought get him killed.
  
  Alas, he may be all of these things, but a slouch he is not; heavily into personal fitness, he'll often try to coax those around him into morning routines to get spirits up and minds off of darker things. He breathes good moods and is devastated when he finds that his methods don't work at changing the bad moods to the good ones. His love for humanity, for the freedom it has, and his ability to effect those around him; make him driven to seek resolution. He's perseverent in the face of danger, but due to his nature he'll make quips and remarks at all of the wrong moments; even if he's in a one on one situation with something that can't understand what he's saying.
  
  
  Fears: Cade is terrified of the dark; he has an unquenchable fear of being in pitch black darkness in particular without a light. If darkness is around him, but he has a torch or something, he's golden but as soon as he is consumed by that encroaching shroud he locks up.
  
  Bio:
  The biggest hurdle in Cade's life is having his right eye being mistaken for a silver one; like a cool silver eye. No, he wasn't born like that; a simple case of heterchromia that left his right eye pure white. Regardless of how weird he was, his parents loved him unconditionally. His parents, in question, were regular folk; his mother worked as a nurse, while his father had a desk job as an accountant, both in Mistral. So, in all reality, his childhood was normal; middle-class life was pretty chill. Of course he got teased for his eye, but he took it on the chin and spit right back without a moments notice; getting him in more than a few tussels. His parents, despite working your typical nine-to-fives were incredibly hyperactive and productive; always taking Cade out into the world to experience life outside the house. In doing this, he discovered a passion for fitness, for running track, for playing sports; he wasn't the greatest at anything, but he stuck to it through those subtle childhood hardships of not getting the biggest trophy.
  
  His desire to be a Hunter didn't even surface until he was thirteen, so he definitely missed a lot of years wasting in what he didn't know was a mediocre life for him. He met a great man by the name of Lyric, a Hunter, a proud one; a boastful one too. This fateful occurrence happened on his way home from school, beside his mother who had been the one to point the hunter out. Stories. That's what he got, a load of them. Whether they were faked, even if this man wasn't even a legitimate hunter; Cade was fascinated. He'd always thought he wanted to do something great, but out of all the things he imagined he figured being a Hunter was a step too high for him to climb to. Such is the twisted hand of fate, that he took by the palm and yanked to get himself moving. He enrolled in a Sanctum Academy.
  
  His time at Sanctum, was uneventful, but he made friends; he had relationships, yet by the end of it they were all passing. Most of those he started the journey with had left out of fear, a fear of the future. Cade wasn't about to let his scared mind, overpower his eager heart. Fighting and clawing his way, he not only graduated, but he found the barest level of his semblance along the way even if it wasn't as tempered as it could have been. His first intention was to attend Haven, where he truly found out how under-the-rock he had been; learning of heroes past, learning of heroes present. All of it culminated into the unbreakable, sunny disposition he has now; wanting to strive to reach a point where he would be included in those talks.
  
  Now, Haven, so not uneventful. He started out rocky, not really jumping out as particularly 'cool' or 'effective' or... 'Anything'. Cade has had a blast though, everything hitting him in a wave of awesome and he was riding it to the best of his ability. Over time he grew accustomed to the life on Campus, garnered some friends due to his positive attitude even in times of strife. On top of growing socially, he also became a right fighter; confident, graceful, perseverent. His ability to play catch up to those that were leagues ahead of him in terms of combat ability was his greatest strength; he looked at other individual's training regimen, asked about diets, asked for coaching, everything he could do to bridge the gap between he and his ultimate goal: To be great. He didn't have to be the best, even if that was his deepest dream, but he had to be great. This undying desire lead him to being in, or at least close to the top slot among the First Years of Haven; he didn't excel at any one area, but his versatility and how well he is at catching up to those ahead of him in multiple areas makes up for it immensely.
  
  When he heard about the destruction of Vale he was among the first to say he wanted to go and bring reinforcements, but through understanding his own limitations he was coaxed into remaining a bystander. Now, he bides his time; with his studies, with his progression. Applying all he has to the years ahead so he can call himself a Hunter and start making a difference for those suffering as they are in Vale. His team (Undecided) is also a large proponent as to why he has decided to stow his wishes for action. Regardless of how he feels about Vale alone, he's dedicated to the cause; through and through.

  Weapons: Kovak's body is a weapon, with artificial arms and legs, and an augmented body, his strikes alone can break walls and shatter bone. Furthermore, his arms hold hidden blades that can spring forward from the wrist, or backwards from the elbows, as well as on the outside of his calves, shooting out past his feet, or up from the knee.

  Weapons :
  The Eagle-Eye Proto-VII is a prototype rifle designed by the Atlas Research and Development team specifically to operate with Sigi's prosthetic eye, which was a product of the same team. The rifle is one of the first mecha-shift weapons to be tested for widespread use with the Atlesian Military. The rifle itself has three different settings, all ranged: pump-action shotgun, where raw dust crystals are loaded into the main chamber one at a time for a large area-of-effect; long-range, where the barrel extends several feet and where Sigi's prosthetic eye really comes into play by interacting with the long-range scope; and a fully-automatic rifle, which is the rifle's native form and which does exactly what you'd think: it shoots a lot, and it shoots fast. Each setting has a different loading mechanism, meaning it really functions as three weapons in one in the sense that if you run out of ammunition in one setting, you can switch to another. The shotgun packs a punch at close range, but falls short by only being able to hold one 'shell' at a time. Even so, the shotgun is arguably the most versatile setting given the use of raw dust crystals. Meanwhile the long-range setting can accurately fire great distances without much effort on Sigi's end, and allows Sigi to stay away from the action. The fully-automatic function runs out of ammunition quickly, but is great for smaller Grimm in large quantities. Each setting is fairly noisy.
  
  Sigi also carries a standard-issue Atlas Police collapsible shock baton for unruly citizens, though it has proven to do a great deal of damage against smaller Grimm as well.
  
  Gear :
  The Adler-Eye Proto-CXIV is Sigi's most prominent augment (see bio for more on augmentation). The eye functions as normal for the most part; it does come paced with some neat tricks, however. The Adler allows Sigi to zoom up to four times his regular view range, if he covers his other eye, and it also allows for infrared vision at the expense of power. His eye also replaces all the functionality of his scroll with a built-in UI, although it does still require him to carry his scroll with him. All these features come with energy usage, however, including the use of the eye itself; Sigi needs to replace the battery once every month, or he'll be without an eye. The batteries are one of the many ways Atlas holds Sigi's loyalty—they're specially made, and Sigi can only get them from the Atlas Research and Development team.
  
  Fighting Style :
  Sigi has a strong distaste for hand-to-hand combat, due to his appalling lack of skill in dealing with large Grimm using this method. As such, he tends to stick at a medium-to-long range with his rifle, where he can act as a ranged support for his squadmates. In the event that he doesn't have that option, however, Sigi won't hesitate to defend himself clumsily with his baton.
  
  
  Semblance :
  Aural Sacrifice. Sigi has a dangerous semblance, but not necessarily to others. His semblance is the ability to sacrifice his own bodily function to regenerate aura quickly. He can potentially regenerate his aura from twenty-five percent to one-hundred percent in less than a minute, but at no small sacrifice to himself—more info on that in the next paragraph. Bottom line: Sigi can regenerate aura at will, essentially giving him the ability to tank a fight for a long period of time.
  
  Limitations to Semblance :
  Sigi’s semblance will kill him. It’ll do it slowly, but it’ll happen; it already is, in fact. Every time Sigi activates his semblance, it takes a toll on his physical well-being; it starts with his energy, then moves onto wearing his muscles down, then muscle atrophy, then cutting of unnecessary bodily function (temporary slowing of kidney and liver function), then nerve damage, and so on and so forth. Sigi has no control over where his semblance takes the energy it needs from, but it generally follows the order listed. Furthermore, Sigi has no idea when the temporary damage will become permanent—he’ll only know he’s dropped a lung when he can’t breathe, or he’s caused irreparable muscle damage when it doesn’t heal on its own two weeks later.   Personality :
  Simple. Sigi is a simple man with simple aspirations, simple morals and a simple life. Sigi is loyal to Atlas and only Atlas—Atlas raised him, after all. He does what he’s told, no questions; the less he stands out, the better. He’s a solider, an officer, a student—nothing more than his title, because that’s all he’s ever been allowed. Sigi doesn’t allow himself a social life, because it’d get in the way of his other obligations—his other titles are more important than ‘friend’ or ‘partner’. Any insecurity gets pushed down and any fear is pushed to the wayside to leave behind a cool, calm and collected solider, officer and student. The perfect specimen, the perfect average, the perfect human. No fuss.
  
  Except he’s also human. Sigi wants friends, he wants a partner, he has soft spots—namely his insurmountable love for cuddly cats and dogs—but he’s not allowed to show those carnal weaknesses. They’e his own rules, but he interprets them like law. If you chip away at the solider, the officer and the student, though, you might find something beautiful: a boy who lost his childhood.

  Bio :
  Sigi was born to nobodies. He didn’t legally exist until Atlas Police responded to a call about two homeless prescription pill addicts carrying a child up and down city streets on a particularly cold winter night. He, like his parents, was malnourished, frost bitten and donned poor mens’ robes when he was taken into the custody of the Atlesian government. He was six. He went through withdrawals—from the several medications his parents had him on to keep him calm, and high—for the first few weeks of being in custody, and, as such, was sent to a hospital for treatment.
  
  It didn’t take long for Sigi to begin causing problems with the doctors and nurses. He refused needles, he frantically fought off any attempts to restrain him and he was dreadfully ill. His body fought, and it fought hard, but his immune system appeared to be compromised—he wouldn’t survive on his own. The doctors resorted to force, and after a few days of letting him wear himself out and calm down they returned to his room with a security guard.
  
  Sigi fought back with the ferocity of a Beowolf, but the strength of a kitten and the technique of a sloth. The only issue facing the security guard was Sigi’s seemingly endless aura. Within only a few minutes, though, and after trashing the hospital room, the security guard came called the doctors and nurses back in to treat a defeated Sigi. They restrained him, gave him the medicine he’d need to survive and left him to heal.
  
  They came back to a disaster.
  
  Sigi came out of the ordeal with a patch of black, dead skin around his upper left face and left eye. That patch of skin had stopped receiving nutrients during the operation, and, as such, it died. The damage went deeper than the surface, however: Sigi’s eye, although alive, had damaged nerves that led to it losing all functionality. Confused and concerned, they questioned Sigi’s incarcerated parents about a potential semblance, and they explained everything (see semblance for explanation). Feeling some degree of responsibility, the hospital offered to find a solution. It started with a glass eye and a skin graft, but after a few months of development the Atlas Research and Development team came to him with an offer: thirty years of loyal Atlesian Military service, and all his problems would disappear. Distraught over the loss of his parents, his street life and his freedom to roam, Sigi agreed, and thus began the development of the Adler Eye.
  
  Sigi underwent light training and education with the Atlesian Military starting at the age of seven, and by the time he was eight the first Adler Eye prototype was surgically implanted. It caused headaches, occasional bleeding and several electrocutions, and only gave him partial sight in return. In summary, it was a total fluke. Over the years, though, the Adler Eye got better; Sigi met with the A.R.D. several times a month for improvements, and sometimes even entirely new prototypes. Within time, he grew to appreciate everything Atlas had done for him. They provided him with a bunk, a solid education and even some minor combat training for several years.
  
  It didn't dawn on him until much later that thirty years was a long time to go without freedom.
  
  Regardless, they quickly put Sigi on the fast track to becoming one of the youngest Atlas Specialists to ever leave the academy. Every time his semblance acted up, they had some surgery to fix him. Every time he questioned his place in the world, Sigi looked around, and he saw Atlas—his past, present and future.
  
  When Sigi was twenty, he learned the truth behind his surgeries, the Adler Eye and the true reason Atlas was so kind to him: he was their test subject. They'd implanted him with several experimental technologies to fix the ailments caused by his semblance, and they worked! For the most part, anyway... His left arm is significantly stronger than his right, and, no, it's not for the filthy reasons you might jokingly expect; his left bicep and forearm were augmented with electronics when he was fourteen after a sparring incident. His legs can carry him miles without breaking a sweat, but he can't lift them above his waist—they're too heavy. Sigi was Atlas' first attempt at an augmented human, unknowingly and unwillingly.
  
  Still, they have his best interests in mind, right? What else could they possibly have in store for him?
  
  Occupation/Credentials :
  Sigi has gone through the standard Atlas education system, start-to-finish, as well as the Atlas Academy combat school, which he graduated with less-than-stellar hand-to-hand marks, but superb ranged and tactical scores. He was recruited by the Atlesian Military to begin training as a specialist shortly after graduation, where he continues to study marksmanship and become less dependent on teamwork (because all three teammates went different directions after graduation). His augments make him a promising candidate for future high-end specialist missions, although they also hold him back with their shortcomings. Given his loyalty to Atlas, he has a long time to develop his strengths and overcome his weaknesses—this is the reason he’s given when he’s routinely refused the option to become an official specialist, and go on the missions he’s fully capable of.
  
  For right now, Sigi is reserved to run-of-the-mill (at least compared to the duties of a specialist) police work, strenuous studies and harsh physical training.

  Personality: Starved of basic freedoms, human contact and even a proper name Niner is alternately frightened and fascinated by human society and the outside world. While her Grimm senses allow Niner to detect emotions they provide her no insight into their source leading to frequent misunderstandings, large crowds are a particular problem for Niner as she lacks the experience to properly filter the emotions of multiple people and being driven into a Grimm state terrifies her.
  
  Lacking proper communication skills Niner is lost in social settings and conversations to the point of missing parts of what would be considered a normal vocabulary and quickly becomes frustrated when misunderstood or unable to get her point across, if unable to properly enunciate her point she will resort to trying to communicate non-verbally.
  
  Niner's "upbringing" has left her with an intense fear of needles, doctors and scientists in general as well as mechs she also becomes uneasy in wide open spaces and prefers to hide away in dark enclosed spaces.
  
  Positive feelings are hard to come by with Niner, they mainly focus on her fellow subjects in spite of often being made to fight them as part of testing. What remains of her childish side appears rarely but it shows through when food is involved, being brought up on basic nutritional supplements has caused her to develop an addiction to strong flavours particularly spicy foods.
  
  Bio: Subject Gamma 009's earliest memory is of being a child alone in a plain white room with nothing but a vague recollection of being bound to a table under a blinding light with a syringe wielding silhouette and the sense that her body wasn't the way it should be, any memories of her existence before is a blank to the point where it's unknown whether she was human or faunus to begin with.
  
  Over the next several years she was subjected to a constant stream of mental and physical testing along with a few more mutations. As part of the testing she often cooperated or was pit against her fellow subjects, over time she bonded with them and received the nickname "Niner" from them. The scientists responsible for supervising the subjects never showed themselves physically appearing either on screens or simply as disembodied voices over loudspeakers while any physical tasks were performed by mechs.
  
  As the testing went on Niner was pitted against mechs and Grimm and finally actual people, being exposed to the emotions of unfamiliar people forced to fight to the death placed massive strain on her but it wasn't until large numbers of "spectators" were brought in to watch a fight between Niner and "Lev" or Subject 011 that her Grimm state was triggered resulting in her killing Lev with her bare hands.
  
  Following the incident Niner tried to isolate herself from the remaining subjects and refused to eat but was given no reprieve from the tests and force-fed to keep her strength up, testing of her sensory abilities was also stepped up deliberately driving her berserk several more times though she was prevented from permanently injuring any of the other subjects again.

  Ashburn WB-9: A black gun-halberd. Made out of two components, namely a handgun and a spear point, it excels in mid-range confrontation, but can easily collapse to engage in close-quarters. The blade part is attached into the muzzle of the gun when combined, locked by a mechanism operated by the handle of the gun section. To remove the spearhead, the locking mechanism must first be disengaged through a release button, and the handle twisted forwards. Its fairly simple build was its unfortunate downfall as a commercial product, however, as it did not bear the much more complex and aesthetically pleasing functions of other weapons of today. It has since been regarded as a training weapon, if at all, and very few have actually seen it in action on the field. In Halberd Mode, the trigger augments the blade, the effects depending on what round is chambered. Elemental Dust rounds, as expected, give the blade an elemental empowerment, and can release said empowerment with a blank round. Un-augmented, a blank round will instead cause micro-vibrations on the blade, allowing it to saw through most materials.
  
  The WB stands for WolfBeil.
  
  Fighting Style:
  Her style is self-taught, learned through watching Hunters, be they videos or in action, and bears some resemblance to Hunters of the previous generation, while still bearing its own unique individuality. Speedy, acrobatic, and hits like a freight train when wielding the WB-9 in Halberd mode. Wide, sweeping slashes, powerful thrusts augmented by the trigger, and almost morbidly graceful movements of pirouettes and sidesteps, Grey presents a target who is hard to hit and hits hard. Adopting her Gun and Blade stance turns her into a more static, defensive close-ranged specialist, to the surprise of some. Wielding her two weapons akimbo, she uses them to deflect and redirect attacks, and offer reprisal with either a burst from her handgun or a sweeping slash from her axe. While it removes her capability to use her trigger to augment her attacks, she is able to wear opponents down She is fully capable of wielding Ashburn in its Halberd mode on the defense, and Gun and Blade on the offense- it just isn't as effective. She also uses her Semblance very often to mix up her repertoire, and to cause confusion. When all of these factors come together in a chaotic mix, Grey is a tough fighter to pin down in close-quarters.
  
  Semblance:
  Distortion: The ability to create life-like replicas of herself. They act more akin to holograms, and are intangible, serving only as distractions rather than an offensive option. Grey shows much capability with her Semblance, using it in numerous ways to obfuscate her own movements and actions. For instance, as the replicas are intangible, she can manifest one or two right on top of where she is standing, creating an illusion of multiple attacks directed at her target at the same time. It has significantly low down-time when compared to most other Semblances due to its simplicity.
  
  Limitations to Semblance:
  As mentioned, the replicas can't actually do anything. Taking a closer look at the replicas will also reveal that, as the Semblance's name implies, they have a slight distortion effect on them, flickering ever so slightly, like a malfunctioning image on a television. They usually don't linger long enough for this to be too noticeable, however.

  Grey appears to be a very well-adjusted and cheerful individual with plenty of energy to spare. Brimming with positive energy, she takes to life like it was second nature. With unmatched optimism, she meets hardship like an old friend, and adapts very easily to her problems, going with the flow as it were. She doesn't try to let anything or anyone get her down, and she tries her best to forge relationships with anyone she meets. Some call it naive- she just thinks it's part of being human. Someone has to make an effort, and if not her, who? If not now, when?
  
  However, the duality of man is still present within Grey. There is nothing more exciting to Grey than the rush of adrenaline in a fight. A blood knight to the core, Grey's one greatest joy is to pit herself against others. She doesn't even take it as a competition- she truly doesn't care about wins or losses. All she cares is that she fought. The shudder of the steel against her palm, the pain of being struck, the satisfaction of a successful strike- she lives for these feelings. There is nothing better in life than to go at it like beasts, guided by feral instinct. She truly believes it to be the only time that people will bare their true hearts, and show their true colours. It should be noted that she doesn't need to get into a fight either- just watching others is enough to get her excited. There is no malice in her actions- she just loves the thrill of it.
  
  Grey is also a weapons enthusiast. Almost too much, in fact. She attributes her fascination to the sight of Crescent Rose. A mechanical marvel in and of itself, built to complement its wielder's Semblance and combat style. Her first sight of Crescent Rose was what caused her interest in weaponry to flare up, and ever since then, she has developed a tendency to observe and study others' weapons. Occasionally, her curiosity tends to get the better of her, much to the chagrin of some of her fellow Hunters.
  
  Fears: (What is your character afraid of? What vision would paralyze them if seen?)
  Insects. She doesn't bother about butterflies or bees (surprisingly) too much, but she gets extremely squeamish around any other insect. Her reactions range wildly from making an about face and going the opposite direction, to reacting fairly violently.
  
  Bio: (At least two to three paragraphs or more)
  Grey has no family name, and no family to remember. Named only due to the peculiar color of her eyes, she had nothing to remember her birth parents by. Raised almost entirely by an orphanage in Vacuo, Grey found inspiration in watching Hunters, and resolved herself, at an early age, to become one. She would later go on to become an understudy of her personal idol, Ruby Rose, after gathering enough money to buy her own weapon. The older Huntress' personality has since rubbed off on her, and her fascination with weaponry seems to be borne from meeting the Rose in person as well. Grey would go on to follow her teacher for a number of years. When her son returned to her to continue his training with her, Grey took her leave quietly. After all, to involve herself with her teacher's personal life was never her intention. Even if she was the only parental figure she looked up to, she knew her boundaries.
  
  Her actions after leaving her teacher were mostly lost to obscurity. After all, with no name, she was no one important. Her reappearance in Beacon, however, implies that she attended Signal sometime between her departure from her teacher to signing on for the academy. Indeed, her certifications indicate that she held to the reputation of being a student of Ruby Rose. Her presence in Beacon was the same as the rest of her life- she remained shrouded in obscurity, and was nothing more than a face in the crowd.

Not one to blame others she is able to take full responsibility in her teams failures.
  
  Background:
  Lina was born to a extremely wealthy family who was infamous for toppling others to gain their own wealth. Unlike certain cold families the Aquis family was close and spoiled their children rotten, and boy howdy is Lina rotten to the core. Being bathed with everything she ever wanted she would rather flaunt her strength rather than wealth. Admiring the huntsman she met when she was younger she decided to train as a huntsman. Ignoring any and all protests she started her training, pushing everyone out of her way till she reached the top with her team.

  Sound wave manipulation
  Violet has the ability to control, generate, and manipulate sound waves. With it Violet is able to increase the sound of her voice to be so powerful that it can create craters and move heavy objects. Thanks to her rabbit ears Violet also has a drastically enhanced sense of hearing, enough that water in her ears sounds like rushing boulders, making it a very useful ability for detection and is much stronger than her sisters.

  Personality:
  Most certainly the strong silent type although she is a very vocal when it counts. Violet is a woman of action and expresses most of herself through movement, to preserve her singing voice. It is a rare occasion when she actually talks only her family and team often hear her voice until she sings to a crowd. Able to hear quite a lot, she's the perfect secret keeper. A good listened she's able to follow orders well.
  
  Background:
  Violet grew up in Menagerie with her three identical siblings and parents in her father’s dojo. Hidden out in the middle of the treacherous terrain warriors who arrive alive come to the dojo for either two reasons. Either to learn from the master or to kill them all. Therefore at a very young age the four siblings worked together as a team to take down any intruders and test any newcomers. It was a tough life, but Io loved it
  
  Yet even with their combined strength the family lost their father and their home in one fell swoop. Violet blamed her sister Io for her father’s death and watched as she went down a dark path. Trying to survive in the more dangerous lands of Menagerie Violet didn't notice her sister took to being a killer. Her alternate personality manifested. Something that hated Faunuses with a passion, beginning to attack even the innocent out of pure spite. Violet watched her sister becoming poisoned, but was too involved in her own life. However, she caught by her siblings, cutting off her own rabbit ears. Thus the Executioner was caught. After discovering her secret, her family left to Beacon and suppressed Io’s other side with medications. So far it has worked, and Iris lived a normal life with her siblings and cousins. Moving to Atlas she was happy to finally be herself, spending time with her cousin Nate, she really enjoys being a huntress.

  Simple as that he has the ability to see the heat-signatures of organisms. It's quite handy for a sniper and seeing through the dorm walls.

  History

  Personality: Drake usually expresses no desire to act into anything, usually wearing a casual, bored look in his face. To protect those around him from getting hurt further, he acts indifferently although he is not averse to acting in a rather innocent and cute manner to get what he wants. Drake actually yearns for love at heart, in fact he is caring and will do anything to protect his friends.
  
  Background:
  Born in Shade in the middle of his parents mission Drake was literally born into battle. Growing up constantly traveling he trained as a hunter, ranger and marksman. All but forced up on him, still he sees it as a job he's good at and will do it until he isn't needed anymore. His family's travels ended after his mother was crippled on a grimm hunt gone wrong. For the best care possible the Orchid family went to Atlas. Entering into his first school in years he joined his team and learned some interesting musical skill.

  Background: Created in a lab as a alternative experiment to Penny Rachel was brought online five years ago. Not much is known of her background however, the experiment is far more than just a Illusion creating android.
