@Kayla What exactly does the O.A.R.B. have the subjects do?

They first wanted to find out the source of their power, but that failed. Now they want to break the subjects so that the OARB can use them to take over the world. So the subjects that go with the roll and help out the OARB usually have to somehow lure the escapees into traps to be brought back to the institute (aka the OARB's base of operations). Subjects who go with the roll and help the OARB usually get good treatment and better livingquarters.

Oh and by the way, the OARB has trackers on every subject unless that subject has found the tracker and riddled themselves of it. Also, the OARB has exclusive info on any major weaknesses that the subjects may have. Such as how my chick's hair is her big weakness- they've used it against her countless times to drag her back to the institution.
