Care Bears... prepare to stare!
Chapter One
Dog Days of Summer
Summer was upon the camp, filled with half bloods and creatures all alike. Upon Half-Blood Hill a grimy figure appeared over it's reaches. His golden eyes pierced it's surroundings. Koda took cautious steps down the hill, occasionally hiding behind trees. He stared as he watched people his age and people older than him carry weapons, and seem genuinely happy.
What was this place? What was a camp doing in the mortal world? His eyes narrowed as tried his best to blend in. Even summoning his sword. He looked almost in place. Other than the torn clothing, dirty skin and messy hair. He looked like your typical street rat. No one seemed to care he was there, he wondered why that was. He picked up the smell of food and headed towards it. If he could steal some food he could flee for it and head into that nice looking forest.
A throat clearing caught his attention. He whipped his head around and saw a boy in a black hoodie sitting by the fire in the clearing of some sort. "You aren't from this camp are you?" he looked at Koda. The wolf boy was on defense and narrowed his eyes at the boy. "Calm yourself, I'm Aiden. Sit." he said and pretty much pushed him down to sit. "I'm going to have to tell that you are here. I hope you know that." he said and placed an apple in Koda's hands.
It seemed that he didn't have to wait long, he heard hooves galloping. Soon Koda looked up and saw a half horse-half man looming over him. Koda's flight or flight senses kicked in. He rolled to the side and got into a crouching position and growled, his teeth bared. He put his sword into a fighting position. "I don't know where I am, but I'm not gonna get taken captive. I'll attack everyone if I need to." he narrowed his eyes.
