The Visionik Technocorporation, or simply the Visionik Technocorp, Visionik, or VTC, is a large corporation set up by Commander Vortex some time after his arrival. The company specialises in advanced automated system typically catering directly to the civilian market, but also has a large market share in arms manufacturing. With Vortex's nanofabrication technology and effective infinite supply of resources, the company is virtually incapable of going bankrupt, and it uses funds from profit and investors mainly for trading, and charity. The Visionik Technocorporation is a major business on Exodus, and comprises of several sub-divisions, including Halley Interplanetary and Foundation Nanofabrication.
Some of its notable products include the Colibri, Vigilant Portable Sentry Turret, and Integrated Direct Energy Weapon.
The company is currently run by Auditor Unit 07.
