Powers (in magical girl form):
Mecha Armor: El can conjure a mecha armor that can grow stronger/bigger depending on how desperate and eager she is at fighting against her opponent. For now there are three confirmed states: Supernova, Imperial, and "At DOOM's Gate". The armor in basic has thrusters that allow her to navigate midair, nightvision device(that needs to be 'magically activated' with a bit of time and energy spent into), and various weapons depending on its state.
-Supernova is when the armor is just human size, like a piece of actual armor around El. Her attacks concentrate around punching in inhuman speed, assisted by her armor magically increasing her punching speed and strength. Supernova is the average, main style El fights in, against most enemies that she can easily handle.
-Imperial is when the armor is around 20m tall, where El is placed in the cockpit of the armor in the chest part. It is stronger in protection and offense. This is the state where El usually fights an enemy tougher in size and strength at the state where humanoid size just can't handle. But since the armor's state also relies on her emotional status, overestimating an enemy can also result in Imperial class armor. At Imperial class El can summon a big, plain robotic sword that she can swing around, along with small barrages of micro missiles(about half as strong as hand grenades). Punches are no longer boosted. If she smacks her arms together, she can merge them into a single giant magic energy cannon that requires a long time(usually 3~5 minutes) to charge up, with devastating firepower.
-"At DOOM's Gate": The whole appearance of this form hasn't been confirmed. Once, when El felt grave danger in a fight after she got her powers, a section of its finger appeared and squashed the monster threatening El. Her magical abilities were overloaded for the next three days, giving her an unwilling break. As far as she knows, using it would cost her a great amount of magical power, or something worse than that.
The mecha armor has a sort of an A.I. that El named Molt. It can analyze the status of the magical armor and help El find little details she can miss from things she see and hear while wearing the armor. It has the voice of a male, and is generally a silent tsundere type of an intelligence.
Weapons (in magical girl form):

Supernova:
-Starburst Knuckles-fists are enhanced by the armor, gaining speed and strength.
-thrusters: weak thrusters that can weakly boost her limb movements
Imperial:
-Powered Blade: A giant claymore-like blade with no special abilities. Imperial form allows her to swing it around with one robot hand.
-Baddie Buster: Barrages of micro missiles that El can unload on baddies. Each barrage is about 10 shots, each missile about the size of a handgun, and El can use five of them each time Imperial is summoned for a fight.
-Endgame: The two arm cannon with immense firepower, along with 3~5 minutes of charge time. This is usually Imperial form's final measure, taking up most of the magical energy it can hold to fight.
-thrusters: Big robot with big thrusters. The Imperial thrusters are strong enough to keep the robot in air, and let it fly around at the maximum velocity of 80 kilometers per hour.

(This'll probably be unlocked when everyone's in a big danger after they have gained their ultimate strengths, therefore I'll leave this part unexplained for now. And have a long talk with the gm's so I can balance it out if El ever uses this in the rp)
Personality:
Fiery and passionate, like your average anime protagonist. She is dedicated to carrying on her duty as a magical girl, and has pride in doing such job at a so young age. She sees every other magical girls/boys as someone special too, and wants to become friends with every one of them-though she's not the best at socializing or talking with anyone.

As Windy, Chieki’s hair remains pretty much the same, with the few additional frosted tips, and a feathered hair pin. His neck is ensnared with an ebony choker, and his wrists are covered by gold bangles. He's also donning a pastel mint long vest with its coattails permanently flowing and floating horizontally (like a cape). This is over a blue and turquoise striped tee which shuffles in the movement to sometimes reveal his toned midriff. Below said majesty is a pair of white short shorts and white flat heeled boots adorned with wings and their gold trim.

They both get into quite the shenanigans but he remains humble no less. He's a man of few words and normally those words can cut you down from A to Z, but his actions more than makes up for his... passive aggressiveness.

Death shall not take thee- Given it's dramatic name by him. Garnet has a unique healing power, which can fully heal anybody, but only if they are fatally wounded. Say, if he wanted to heal a broken leg, he would need to first inflict something that could be life threatening. He can also use this on himself, but the same limitation applies. Using this power on himself will over exert his magic and he'll straight up pass out, whereas it's less exhausting to use it on other people and he can reach five or six. Why this limitation? To stop me from breaking every bone in his body multiple times in one fight.
Wound Transference- He can transfer an injury from one person to another person/himself. Though it's not quite useful against a monster, as they have a different skeletal structure and this he can't exactly replicate what happened, it's quite useful when used in tandem with Death shall not take thee, depending on if he can handle the pain. It's easier to transfer particularly bad injuries to himself and then inflict something life threatening on himself after the battle is over than it is to stab everyone who comes to him with a broken leg.

An apparently infinite amount of scalpels. Typically used like throwing knives.

Garnet is a quiet person, rarely speaking unless spoken to. That's probably for the best, considering he has a shockingly... gruesome sense of humor. Though he's a bit stiff and dense at the best of times, it'd be hard to classify him as a "bad guy", he just seems to have exchanged social skills for intelligence. He's more inclined to go with what other people want to do than make his own decisions, though whether this is just his personality or because he struggles to voice his own opinions is unknown.
He has what can only be called an unhealthy devotion to Pearl and is highly protective of him. Even if he wasn't highly masochistic, he'd still be willing to risk injuring himself to ensure that his twin is happy.

This means these changes are doubles edged blades and can turn again her own allies. Once a form takes to much damage it will dissipate leaving a tired Eve who needs to rest a little before taking another form or the threat of loss of control becomes greater.
The simplest of forms coming from anger, rage, and bloodlust. this form is anger incarnate and seeks only to destroy foes in close combat. It might be paradoxical but this form grows stronger the closer it is to dissipating it is.
This form is achieved through sadness, depression, acceptance, and stagnation. This form is extremely durable and despite being from sadness is very jolly. Its greatest abblity is to decay anythign it touches
this form is form all those emotions that can be called cunning or deceptive but also hopeful. This is by far the weakest in physical terms of strength but has control over blue flames it generates.
Thsi form is born of desire, lust, pleasure, and love. This form has a powerful charming ability and a long range beam attack this is the second weakest physical form, and dissipates the easiest.
This form is born of fear, shyness, and horror. This form has the ability to create shadow constructs that manifest as something the target fears. These constructs are weak and easy to destroy , but are good for psychological warfare.

Most of her training was about emotional control and she must try to maintain and express limited emotions. Eve tends to enjoy calming activities over more exciting ones so she can also be seen as a bit boring.
