His quirk allows him to absorb and release sound vibrations.

Absorb
The more vibrations he absorbs, the stronger and faster he becomes.

Release
He can release sound vibrations by making a sound (ie: Clapping his hands together).

Power vs. Accuracy Scale
His powers allow him to control the released vibrations, but at the expense of power. The easiest way to think of his powers are on a continuum between Accuracy and Power. Using a 1-5 Scale, with 1 being Extremely Accurate but Weak and 5 being Extremely Powerful but Uncontrollable, his blasts are:

~~~ Controlled Non Mouth Blasts - 1. These blasts are powerful enough to send a piece of paper flying or press a button, but not for much else. However, they are extremely accurate and he's able to send them virtually to anywhere.
~~~ Uncontrolled Non-Mouth Blasts - 2. These blasts are powerful enough to send someone flying if they are right in front of him (within his Controlling Range) and slow down targets advancing towards him.

Quirk Flaws
~~ Continuous Use: His body has to constantly be absorbing sound waves or he'll become sick.
~~ Calorie Intake: The continuous use of his quirk consumes energy which is why he has to eat a lot to keep his body running
~~ Hearing: Gaku's quirk is limited to things he can actually hear, so in environments where sound travels badly, he's at a disadvantage.
~~ Outside Source: Although he can control them, Gaku cannot absorb sound waves created by him. As such, to stay healthy, he has to continuously have an outside source to absorb from. As such, he's heavily reliant on his headphones so he always has a source.
~~ Shockwaves: Released and controlled vibrations also take on properties of shockwaves, allowing them to blow things back and, in true anime fashion, become visible to the naked eye.
~~ Friendly Fire: Gaku might need a source at some point (but only when he's desperate) and the soundwaves do not discriminate between friend and foe. Friendly and Self Fire are possible.
~~ Controlling range: Sound waves can only be controlled when within 5 feet of Gaku
~~ Cut Off: The only time the absorbed waves are completely mute are when Gaku purposely targets a source before the source makes a sound. When he absorbs waves afterward it sounds like you'd expect it to: the sound being cut off.

Fashion is something he cares less about and prefers anything that is just comfortable. Though he does wear a small layering of clothes and says it's like padding. It's saved him a few times back on the streets after a few stabbings so he has a habit of keeping it that way.

  Personality: Isao is a rather silent person who mostly keeps to himself while giving off a sort of irritated aurar that sometimes causes others to avoid him and honestly he prefers it to stay that way. He's found it to be much easier to be alone then with others. It would prove difficult for him if he did decide to be social since he can come off as a bit rude or too blunt for his own good. No matter the situation he will speak his mind, not taking others feelings into account and making himself look more uncaring towards others. In all honesty he doesn't care, he is here for his own reasons and he doesn't have time to make friends. Now past his rather rough personality Isao has proven in the past that he can be a loyal comrade that holds respect for those who deserve it in his eyes. Anger him though and he will not hold back, no matter what age or gender, he will fight to win. He has even been looked at to be a dirty fighter who uses his own set of tricks and cheats to win.

Though he may have the ability to use his blood as a source of power, it has proven to be dangerous thanks to past events. He has equipped himself with a few satchels filled with the shavings of different types of metals. With the shavings he can create whatever he needs in a fight, be it ranged or close courters. Another piece of equipment in his arsenal are a pair of brass knuckles that he is able to manipulate in his favor. Recently he has even found it to be possible to act as a small magnet for ranged attacks, but this new ability has proven to be dangerous with an increase use of the iron in his blood, only leaving him to be able to use it two or three times. Though frustrated, Isao is still learning of his abilities to this day since he never had much of a chance to explore his abilities within the ghettos, so he hopes he can grow much stronger within the academy and finally master his gifts.
  
  Side effects: If Isao is to use his powers for to long or to much it can actually sacrifice the iron in his blood. It is even dangerous enough to create a poisoning that replicates most symptoms of having to much iron in ones blood. Symptoms include vomiting, vomiting blood, abdominal pain, fatigue, lack of oxygen and drowsiness. If pushed to far, even death. Quirk Explanation
His quirk allows him to control and upgrade/downgrade technology, as well as absorb and control electricity. The quirk also made him into a cyborg. As such, his brain is basically a computer, allowing him to retain the memory of any and everything, as well as the ability to hacking into other pieces of technology and copy all information and data into his internal computer.

Control
The control portion of his quirk allows him to control any piece of technology completely. He's able to view information stored on it, change and alter code, erase everything on it, etc.

Upgrade/Downgrade
He's able to upgrade or downgrade any piece of technology. For example, he can change a cell phone into a smart phone, or into a walkie talkie.

Due to him being an android, Techtricity has merge multiple of his technological creations for combat into his body, allowing him to change parts of his body into weapons.

Electricity
He can shoot electricty as well as take and control electricity from any source.

Quirk Flaws

Quirk Flaws: First the actions must be continuous within 5 seconds of each other, each impact has to be against an opponent, if the chain is broken the power immediately vanishes and --- has expended all of that excess energy for nothing. The bigger issue at hand is the damage to his own body since the force is directly doubled, so if --- strikes as hard as he can then the next strike will hit twice as hard, and twice again, and twice again very quickly reaching levels that will destroy his own body in the process.

One of his biggest faults is that he has a tendency to make mistakes when under pressure, he is the kind of person that thinks well, but doesn't think fast. He is arrogant, and will refuse to admit that his arrogance is misplaced no matter what, just for pride. He has the kind of hard headness that goes wrong when presented with people as hard headed as him, when set on an idea he will refuse to leave it. He believes himself to be smarter than those around him. Daisuke is quite a cynical person, although he would call it being realist, he is the kind of person that doesn't stop to consider if his actions are right or wrong, only to consider if the are worth the consequences. He focuses more on the end result than on the process and to him all that ends well is well.

Sage is able to intensify his power, making the granted ability stronger, but the power of an ability granted inversely correlates with diminished faculties in the subject, creating a dynamic where the more information a given 'student' possesses, the less able they are to express it. While Sage has no constant connection to his students, he is able to sense both the power and the degree of influence he has over them.

Quirk Type: A Multiple Arm Based Type Quirk where she can grow extra arms from her behind back to help her in battle.

Quirk Explanation: Although Sura's Quirk is more or less basic to say in a term, because she studies a wide variety of martial arts, namely kung fu, she can use the extra arms that she grows in battle to help her add more devastating punches to her attacks and also add more grace and skill to her fighting style, almost appearing, as she was the deity Asura itself.

Quirk Flaws: The more arms she grows, the more stamina she uses up until eventually she passes out from fatigue, she can only summon up to a number of arms due to her current level of strength and progress in training her Quirk.

Quirk Explanation: Rin has the ability to switch/swap the location of two objects. For his quirk to function upon the objects, he must have had made physical, skin-to-object contact with whatever he is trying to swap, of which the duration lasts approximately 1 minute (60 seconds) before he must remake contact again. His quirk can only be applied to inanimate material and objects, though this excludes himself.. Any object swapped will retain the momentum of the object that it is being switched with. The instant the objects are swapped, both objects will appear to undergo a visual distortion effect, similar to a "glitch" in a video game. Note: Rin's quirk itself may seem underwhelming at a first glance, however it is his devotion in technique that has allowed him to succeed.

Quirk Flaws: For his quirk to function upon an object, it is imperative that he has made direct, skin-to-object physical contact with the object within the past 60 seconds. Quirk Explanation: Using his only arm's long fingernails, he can extend them towards "Heaven" and retract them back towards "Earth", in other-words, he can both extend and retract his fingernails, thus "Heaven and Earth" and use his Quirk to block out a person's Chi temporarily by hitting vital Chi points on their bodies, doing so allows their bodies to become temporarily paralyzed for five seconds at best, giving DecayDe enough time to both kill and torture his enemies.
