Age: 22

Occupation: Full Time College Student

Personality:
Andrea “Andy” Jordan is most well known for being competitive and reserved. Lots of people tend to classify her as ‘tomboy-ish’ but she would disagree. Her feelings, unlike her twin brothers, are often kept under lock and key. She isn’t the type to approach new people but is close to the people that have squirmed their way into her life.

Fiercely loyal to her family and those she call friends, Andy would do almost anything for those she cares about. She tends to be pretty logical about things, which sometimes appears to others as uncaring, but in fact she is a person who cares deeply about things. Despite not talking much, she knows people better than most. She is highly observant to human behavior and picks up on things that others may not which it comes to mannerisms and emotions of others.

Background:
Born and raised in Aurora, you could say that “Andy” knows most of the people who live in the small town. Her and her twin brother Owen were raised by their single mother and have lived in the same house in the suburbs for as long as they can remember. She is looking forward to finishing school so she can leave Aurora and see more of the world than the tiny town she knows.

Her mother moved to Auora when Owen and her were small children to live close to Andy's uncle. Neither Owen or Andy know who their father is, but it is clear her mother doesn’t want to talk about it. Questions in that regard are either ignored or met with vague contradictory answers. Andy is close to her uncle, and spends a lot of time hunting with him on breaks from school.

Andrea is in her last year of college for marketing and graphic design, but that was just a program she picked because she knew it would be easy for her and have a decent pay off. Her real passion lies in sports. The girl is highly involved in track and field with the school and her best event is archery. In fact Andrea is the captain of the school’s competitive archery team.

She currently doesn’t have a job aside from her work study. The red head earns money toward her tuition by helping her favorite teacher as a teachers aid. Between the sports scholarships and student loans, she has been able to live on campus and focus on her studies.

Proficiency:
Archery
Emotional Empathy

Luca is a man with little patience. He is used to dealing with things a certain way, and thus tends to come off as a relatively stubborn person. When it comes to making hard decisions, the man has no qualms about taking lives. He too, like many others in this world, is hard to trust others. Once Luca feels as though someone is worthy of respect he is known to provide undying loyalty. He can be cunning, manipulative and will bully others to get what he wants. That being said, when Luca likes a person, he will go out of his way to make sure they are comfortable and can even be a beacon of advice given his vast resume of experiences. Born to two Italian immigrants, the man grew up as the son of a mobster. The family of three moved to Aurora when Luca was only five. Luca's first language was Italian. After grade school, he dropped out and began working at a deli. A frequenter of the shop was a man named Salvatore, a friend of his fathers', whom was a regular. Every day Sal ordered the same sandwich. When that job fell through, Luca would eventually be approached by Salvatore to work as a member of his crew. Soon the young man would become involved in various types of criminal activities ranging from selling cocaine to transport truck hijacking. Sometime later he would become one of the three notorious gunmen responsible for murdering three captains from their most relevant rivals; effectively castrating the organization and propelling La Cosa Nostra to the top of the drug / gun trade with no competition to knock them off of their pedestal. Twenty four hours after that night, Salvatore promoted Luca to Capo. He was responsible for a crew of over thirty men for close to four years prior to the start of the RP.

Suoh.png
Age: 22

Occupation: “Freelancer”

Personality:
Owen is a man of duality. Some days you get a happy go lucky man with a smile on his face. He loves his family more than anything and would do anything to take care of them. He is known for teasing his friends and his sister and is known for his sense of humor. With a moments notice he can shift, and suddenly he is a stoic and intimidating force. He can be highly impulsive and easy to anger.

Background:
Like his fraternal twin sister Andrea, Owen was born and raised in Aurora. Things weren’t always easy for his mother, as she did her best to raise them both on her own. As soon as he was old enough he naturally stepped into the shoes of protector and caretaker of the women in his life.

Owen loves both his mother and sister fiercely, and happily made sacrifices to give them both a good life. He is proud of his sister who made it to college on degrees and is building a life for herself, and his mother who was able to get her nursing degree in the evenings. His own dreams of playing baseball were pushed to the side to provide for the ones he loved. He focused on providing the main thing that was necessary for both of them to achieve their dreams.

Cash.

He doesn’t have the most stable income, but there is almost nothing he won't do for the right price. Sometimes that involves ‘retrieving’ items for Bert and Ernie. Sometimes it means putting the fear of god into people who put their noses where they don’t belong. Drugs, theft, and assault, his record would likely be long...if he had one. The only thing that wouldn’t show would be murder, as he has never taken a life. He tends to work more on scare tactics through brute force than guns or weapons. The boy has managed to keep himself out of the eyes of prying cops for the time being. There isn’t a person or place in Aurora that Owen doesn’t have tabs on.

He keeps his life secret from his family. Mrs. Jordan thinks her baby boy could do no wrong, but Andrea knows that something is up, even if she hasn’t put her finger on it. She has recently withdrawn from him and mistrusts him, much to his disliking.

Proficiency:

Baseball
Intimidation

Chelsea.Boot.Black.w2_grande.jpg

Personality: Jena has developed a bit of a tough exterior and a very much "devil may care" attitude, not really caring if people judge her based on who she is or what she says. That isn't to say that she's hostile, as she tries to be friendly towards everyone she meets...It's only when people make remarks of are rude to her that she tends to either call them out and shrug it off. So long as she's comfortable with herself, it doesn't really matter in her eyes.
Real soft spot for animals. She'd be the kind of girl at a party who'd spend more time with the dog than interacting with any people.

Confident in herself and her looks.

Background: Jena (birth name James) was born in Manchester. Due to several factors her childhood (especially teen years) wasn't very happy. But she managed to get through it all and pursued her dream of being a vet, going to the University of Manchester. Between her process, adapting to student life and the various exams she nearly cracked under the pressure but managed to push through. Although her father supported her all the way, she became estranged from her mother during those university years. It was also during this time she used her love of videogames and fashion (makeup, hair dye, nails) to set up a Twitch channel, her handle being "PurpleNoodle" due to a running joke where she managed to burn a packet of ramen noodles during her 1st week of uni.

Completing her degrees and training, she returned home where her dad had called in a favour with the local vet, an old drinking buddy who offered Jenna a probationary period of work. It was twelve months, and while it went well there was an incident. A customer wanted to put down a dog that belonged to his ex-wife in order to spite her but rather than just refuse or call Dog's Trust Jena punched the man square across the face.
Needless to say, she was fired the next day.

Losing her chances in that career, due to a recording of her punching the man going up on social media Jena instead decided to use the new publicity to get back into her Twitch channel, and eventually made a career out of it. As well as her gaming and fashion steams, she talked about issues regarding animal welfare, transgender issues, and used the IRL section to stream herself walking dogs.
Deciding to start a new series for both her Twitch and Youtube channel, she took her newfound wealth and fame to travel the world and meet pet owners. On her roadtrip across America, she ended up in Aurora.

Background: Ray owns a small bakery in Aurora and lives alone in a small house just outside of the city. His only son died at age 12 from cancer when Ray was 37. His wife and he split up not long after because the pain was too much to bear. After a long period of depression and attempts to hurt himself, Ray decided to start fresh in a new city. With a good amount of money he had saved, he opened his bakery about 10 years ago and has been there since. He has learned a lot through his pain and hardships and now volunteers every weekend as a counselor at his church. Name: Doctor Ralph Fisher
Age: Late 30s
Occupation: CDC (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention) doctor/agent

Appearance Description:
700-00439956en_Masterfile.jpg

DannyWhiteX11_2a8d04ac-d790-4443-934b-6aa49e16f908_grande.jpg

Personality: Fisher is a bit eccentric about his work to say the least, and is aware of his own intelligence. While it does not make him arrogant in the face of his work, it does make him difficult to be around if you are "willingly ignorant" about diseases. To say he lacks or struggles with social skills would be simply incorrect, it's more that talking about threatening viruses isn't a good topic for conversation.
Due to being a dad, he does hold his tongue around children and is rather protective of them. If a child gets hurt, he treats it almost like an attack on his own kid.

He has seen the kind of carnage and suffering outbreaks can cause (see background) so is a bit of a germophobe "just to be safe", in fact he outright. refuses to let his daughter get a cat or dog due to the amount of diseases they could possibly carry. It's fair to say he's extremely protective of his family, and sees them as the only thing he'd willingly give his life for.

Background: Born to a family of Jewish immigrants to America (grandparents had fled Europe) Fisher's childhood was rather happy and pleasant. Being an only child more or less forced him into trying to make friends though, and he eventually found a crowd suited for him. While some kids in Brooklyn played sports or went to baseball games, Fisher and his friends read books and performed miniature experiments like baking soda volcanoes. It was finding a book on diseases that sparked his interest in studying them.
They frightened him, and he wanted to fight them.

Going to university at Colombia, he wasn't quite the top in his class but came pretty close. Although he didn't start working for the CDC immediately, Ralph was already in their sights for possible employees and worked his way into their ranks. He's been all over North America, and even to different countries. His last international job was in Africa during the Ebola outbreak.
His job is also how he met his wife, while investigating a possible BSE (mad cow disease) case in New York city, he was shown around the hospital by a children's nurse named June. In the end, there was no outbreak but Ralph did not consider the trip a waste of his time.

He and June met a few more times, with Ralph coming up with non-CDC excuses to stop by the hospital. They started dating, and were eventually married after a year. Sarah was born in mid-April the 3rd year of their marriage, but born too early. Despite the complications, both June and (eventually) Sarah were okay but Ralph suffered a massive panic attack. He'd seen the effects of horrible diseases close hand, and yet has never been as frightened as the night of Sarah's birth.
He took a desk job at the CDC for a while, at least until Sarah was a little bit older. With superbugs and viral outbreaks on the rise, and with the return of diseases like measles and even polio he realised that sitting behind a desk wasn't doing enough to make the world safe for his little girl, and took up field work again.

With reports of a mysterious virus in the sleepy town of Aurora, he has arrived with a small team of CDC personnel and has been working with the hospital to try and study the virus

Proficiency: Firearms training, knowledge on diseases (and how to prevent them spreading)

Status: Active in Aurora.

Just a girl trying to get by

Full Name: Leliana James
Gender: Female
Age: Nineteen
DOB: 20th of February
Birthplace: Statesville, North Carolina
Ethnicity: Irish-American
Languages: English, ASL, Basic Spanish
Education: Highschool
Social Class: Working, Poverty Line
Occupation: Housekeeper at Moe's "No Tell" Motel, Part Time College Student
Parents: Diana James (Mother)
Father Unknown
Siblings: None
Height: 5’ 3”
Weight: 137 lbs
Hair Color: Dirty Blonde
Hair Type: Mostly Straight, a bit Wavy
Eyes: Blue
Build: Neat Hourglass

Personality: A rather quiet young woman, not many people really know how to act around and with Leliana. She's always in the background, outspoken and seemingly lacking a confrontational nature, she puts up with a lot of shit from pretty much everyone. She doesn't go out and have fun, either spending her time working, studying, or taking care of her mother and she never really seemed to have any friends.

From this, people came to the conclusion she was an introvert, and after she got a job at Moe's, stopped talking to her at all. Now, the truth about the situation is yes, she is an introvert, but so much more at the same time. She's observant, taking in as much information as she watched the world revolve around her, and smart enough to remember the details that could come in handy later. Many people also think she's a kind hearted person, putting herself before others, and rarely doing anything selfish, despite what appearances may say.

They don't realize just how wrong they are.
Background: Born in Statesville, North Carolina, Leliana lived in a small apartment with her mother. Life was never easy, as they just barely scraped by with her mother working two jobs, and Leliana doing little things for the neighbors to help make some extra cash. She did well in school, though briefly considered dropping out to focus on making money when things were tough. The bullying she underwent didn't help much either, and when a photo of her in the locker room leaked during 6th grade, her mother decided it was time to move. So, off the web to her uncle's place in Aurora, Colorado.

Life here wasn't much better, her mother still having to work multiple jobs to get by while also dealing with her uncle, who was in no way a good person. He was sent to prison after Leliana told her mom that he had been sneaking into her room at night. Leliana has managed to block most of those memories out. Anyway, she did well in high school, so well she actually got to graduate early, and she had already built up some credits, and began taking Sophmore college courses last year once she could pay for it. She was going to the local community college, part of their nursing program when her mom got sick. Diagnosed with stage three breast cancer, her mother worked until she couldn't, up until just recently. Leliana had to get a job, and the only thing she could find was a housekeeping job at Moe's. She hates it there, it's gross, and she's been sexually harassed and assaulted but her boss and a few customers, but since she desperately needs the job, she's kept her mouth shut. She had to switch half her classes to online ones, and a lot of her time is now spent taking care of her mother, who's been bedridden thanks to the chemo.

Thank god she doesn't have any friends.

Milly McDonald

Age:
13

Occupation:
None

Appearance Description:
Milly is 5'1 and has a skinny figure

578941

Personality:
Milly is a timid girl who does not like conflict and prefers peace and quiet rather than deal with chaos. Despite her disability and cowardice, Milly is a kind and sensitive soul who will stand by those she becomes friends with. She tends to be quiet and stays out of the way, but she will voice her opinion if she does not like something. She tries to be as independent as possible but knows her limits. She prefers to hide rather than face any real threat but will try to fight if she must. Having spent much of her life in her home without going outside, Milly is extremely anxious about outside and open spaces. Because of her autism, she has quirks which can come across as strange or weird to other people and on the other end of the spectrum, Milly finds a lot of things people think is normal strange.

Background:
Milly was born in Aurora and has spent all of her life there. She was born blind in one eye and has poor vision in the other, causing her to have to wear glasses in order to see properly. This, coupled with a diagnosis of moderate autism at three years old made life more difficult for her. When she was young, her father Jake and her mother Eleanor divorced and Eleanor received full custody of Milly. Eleanor, now a single mum with no experience, refused to seek out help for Milly, opting to tend to her herself without the impute of others.

One day, when Milly was ten and in elementary school, she was bullied by an older and taller girl in a scuffle that resulted in Milly being badly hurt and needing to be taken home. Eleanor took Milly out of school and opted to homeschool her instead. In a misguided attempt to protect Milly, she refused to allow Milly to leave the house. At first she was allowed out to walk to one of the local shops to get a newspaper or sweets. One winter, Milly came down with pneumonia and while she eventually recovered, she refused to leave the house again out of fear of catching it again. Because of this, Milly developed Agoraphobia and became afraid of leaving the house, which Eleanor felt to protect her. However, now that Milly is getting older, she wants to get her back outside again, something Milly adamantly protests against. Who knows what's out there?

Name: Jane “Colt” Stanhope
Age: 29

Occupation: Ex-marine (Sergeant and squad-leader)

Appearance Description:
Colt has brownish-black hair and dark brown eyes. Due to her past as a Marine, spending 10 years on the front lines in Afghanistan, she has collected a vast number of scars, the most obvious being the ones on her face. Colt's lifestyle of mostly drinking alcohol and hardly eating or sleeping has caused her to have pale skin and is usually dark under her eyes along with her developing a red nose. She is still in fair shape from her Marine days but is quite thin despite her developed muscles.

After losing her left leg in battle, Colt wears a prosthetic limb, something she is self-conscious about and always wears jeans to cover it.
InfiniteSocketTT.jpg

Personality:
Colt is a woman of very little words and even less patience with people. She is mostly solitary but does care about people she grows close to, as difficult as it can be. Having spent ten years in the Marines, coupled with PTSD caused by her experiences, Colt is still struggling to revert back to civilian life. Another setback to Colt opening up to people is her growing dependency on alcohol to cope with the stress caused by her current situation.

Despite her setbacks, when sober and calm Colt is a tactical thinker, a skilled marksman, and gunwoman. She is a big gun enthusiast and keeps a small collection of guns in her apartment including the COLT.45 pistol, the giver of her nickname as it is her favourite pistol. However, reminders of her time in Afghanistan can easily trigger an extreme reaction from the woman. She has a protective nature and does care for the people she is friends with and she fights with, despite the fact she would not say it to their face. To Colt, actions speak louder than words.

Background:
Jane had a relatively normal life growing up in West Virginia until she was 17 where she joined the Marines alongside her boyfriend, Marcus. When she was 19, Marcus was discharged from the Marines for disorderly conduct, leaving Colt alone. She had made many friends within her troop, especially a woman named Sasha Oberon, who (along with her other friends) coined the name 'Colt' due to her interest in the pistol. Life took a dramatic turn when Colt, now 20 and her colleagues were shipped to Afganistan to assist in the war. Colt spent eight years on the frontlines, only returning home periodically. During this time, she was promoted to Sargeant and appointed the role of squad-leader; Sasha at her side the whole time. However, during her stay, she received a letter from Marcus telling her that he had gotten together with another woman, despite him and Colt being a couple since the beginning of high school.

Colt's grief over losing Marcus was punctuated when, during a patrol, their tank hit a hidden landmine, causing an explosion that killed Sasha and many others. Colt was badly injured in the explosion and she was taken back to the US where she had the lower half of her left leg amputated, ending her career. The evergrowing mountain of stress broke Colt and caused her not only turn to drink in an attempt to cope with, but also to not move back home but to Aurora on her own, wanting to get as far away from everything as possible. Colt has lived in Aurora for the last few months where the only times she can really be seen is at a shooting range or the shops to get food and/or more alcohol.

Proficiencies:
Capable, if not reluctant leader
Despite being empty 90% of the time, her gut's instinct is pretty strong

Occupation:

tumblr_ozolqmsWPX1vyg6bao2_1280.png

Personality:
+Confident
-Ruthless
-Hot-Headed

Background:
Brian was born into a Military Family as the eldest of four. Almost every male in the Rousseau Family has served in the United States armed forces, dating all the way back to his Great-Great-Grandfather, who served in the US Army during World War I. From there, a very long military line began. While his Great-Grandfather served in World War II and the Korean War, his Grandfather served in Vietnam. His Father would go on to serve in Somolia in 1993 during Operation Gothic Serpent. By then, Brian was already eleven-years-old. His Father would continue to serve in the Military up until Brian started High School in 1996, at which point the older Rousseau would retire from Military Service and would open up a bar with the help of his Mother. Off to a good start in High School, Brian soon worked his way up to being a star athlete, participating in Football, Basketball and Soccer, where he would play as the Running Back (American Football), Small Forward (Basketball) and Centre Forward (Soccer). To maintain his athletic physique, Brian spent nights at the gym for at least an hour and a half after practice four times a week and often stayed up late to do his homework, resulting in him sleeping later. He would then graduate from High School in the summer of 2000. In the Fall, Brian would resume school and begin studying at the University of Washington in Seattle on a Football Scholarship, although he would also participate in Basketball and Soccer as he had done in High School. In 2002, he would go on to major in Sports Medicine and would graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in 2004. Although he had the opportunity to enter the NFL, Brian declined and would soon find himself being recruited into the CIA, where he would carry out numerous covert operations as a member of the Special Operations Group. Brian would be noted for his Hot Temper, Confidence and Ruthlessness, being able to carry out operations without prejudice and brutal efficiency.

In 2018, Brian continues to operate in the CIA as a Covert Operative. It is not long until he begins to question everything that he has been fighting for. The missions he's carried out, the things that he has done, the people he has killed. When sent in with a mysterious group to the city of Aurora by his superiors, Brian can't help but wonder what his Government is trying to hide. When the mysterious group deploys a specialized hazmat team into the city and places it under quarantined, Brian is tasked with helping them carry out their mission. When things go awry, he is ordered to wipe out the city, shooting and killing everything that moves. No exceptions. Unwilling to kill innocent people, especially women and children, Brian turns on the mysterious group and defies orders from his superiors. Now a rogue agent, Brian is not only a fugitive on the run for his life, but he must fight his way out of Aurora to expose the mysterious group and his own government for trying to cover up a Zombie Outbreak. The only question is...Will he succeed?

Socially awkward, cringy and can be easily irritated. He is not that good at the ¨making friends process¨ (as he calls it himself) with people that are not into Manga, Anime or DnD. On the other part he is usually nice and loyal to his friends.

Altough he is considered a neckbeard, he is not a [/FONT]misogynist as the stereotype usually goes... but from time to time he says M´lady.

Born in a smaller town than Aurora (but near it), Michael was always considered as the weird kid in class due to his lack of socialization with the others and obvious love of drawing weird Japanese characters (As the rest of the kids called them) and speaking of stuff such as Anime.

Altough Michael was always the weird kid in class, he was almost always an A student, so he managed to get scholarship into the best college in the area.... the college in Aurora´s city. Due to him not wanting his parents to pay for everything he needed in this new town he started working in the local Gamestop.

He has been in Aurora for almost one year so he knows the surroundings by now. He spends most of his weekends in Barnes & Noble, watching anime or just playing LOL in his computer.

Since he before he turned 18 he wanted guns in his home (Mostly to look ¨cool¨) and was able to buy an M1911 pistol (Barely knows how to use it), he thinks he would be the leader of a group in a zombie apocalypse due to his ¨vast knowledge¨ in the zombie genre (They wont get long if he is the leader).

Sixteen years old | Brown hair | Brown eyes | Five foot six | One hundred forty pounds

Dominique is the love-child of a prostitute and a man named Donald Hendricks. Unfortunately, the boy never knew much of his mother. She had abandoned him at a young age after leaving his father. Donald did the best he could to take care of his son. The man had no formal education, nor was he really capable of legitimate work. He had been a pimp for about five years, which was how he had met Dominique’s mother, but he was ran off of his territory by a rival who offered his employees better rates. Eventually, Donald had a hard time paying his bills. As foreclosure became more and more evident, the man would eventually be forced to turn to a source of cash that flowed at the expense of his safety.

He was acquaintances with a man named Guiseppe Brasi, who was a client as well as the cousin of a capo in La Cosa Nostra. Initially, this man served as the medium in which Donald got into the largest mafia in Aurora. Dominique’s father spent a lot of time doing petty work for Luca at first. He would extort businesses as per usual, help run off any competitors in the drug trade who were impeding on their turf, or be sent out on pick-up/drug runs. As the years passed, Donald eventually proved himself to be worthy enough to move into Luca’s own personal detail. Luca spent a lot of time taking advice from the man, who was a a well of lessons learned from life-experiences.

Donald’s home was raided. Dominique was not home at the time.

The police picked up Donald on felony drug charges, including trafficking. Two kilograms of Fentanyl were seized in the process, linking Donald to the overdose and murder of a 20-year old female only days prior. With manslaughter tacked on to his charges, Donald stood no chance in court. He would eventually be found guilty on all charges and sentenced to life in prison. The very same day Donald lost his life to the system, Luca had his son picked up and delivered. A year later, Donald was killed in after being jumped while outside in the prison yard. Donald never muttered a word about his association with La Cosa Nostra. He soon after acquired the nickname 'Tre', after Luca learned his full name was Dominique Barley III. He was the third person of his bloodline with this name.

Dominique had been living with Luca for three years prior to the start of the RP before deciding to move in with his mother.

Age: 34

Occupation: Car Salesman

Appearance Description: 6'4", muscles on muscles, brown hair, blue eyes, 265 Lbs

Background: Warren has been around the block a couple times. Growing up in highschool he was star of the football team and every girl's dream guy. Being liked and idolized by everyone made it easy for him to get good with his words. This played out even in the classroom where he could easily coerce his teachers into helping his grades out. He wasn't the most brilliant, but he got by with charm and influence. Out of school, he pursued a career in sales where the money just fell into his lap. Not long after getting into the field, he left his parent's home. They were never that close but that didn't bother Warren. When on the job, he didn't have to know a thing about the product or service he was selling, just how to convince the customer that they needed it. He took a job in Aurora when he was 26 for a car salesman position, but has been off the radar since.

Proficiency:

  • Very Strong
  • Smooth talker

Name: Bethany Richards

Age: 20

Profession: Escort

Background:
Bethany Richards is a young girl who just ended up in a bad situation. A product of her environment, the girl was born into a poor family in a town a few cities away. Her mother and father were neglectful to say the least, more interested in drugs than they ever were in her. She showed a lot of promise as she excelled in school and was an active soccer player. Everyone told her how far she could go, but no one knew how to help her out of her terrible home situation. At the age of 17 she ran away from her parents and ended up in Aurora.

She had good intentions when she came to town. Bethany had planned to start fresh and go to school, and live her life in a way that was more honorable than her parents. However, like most things, even the best laid plans go badly. Without money or support, she eventually had to turn to dishonorable means to take care of herself. Years of watching her parents beg, barter, and steal to get the drug money they so desperately needed, showed her how to manipulate her way into many things. Once Bert and Ernie got a hold of her, it took very little time to turn her from desperate girl, to well paid escort. The items she was able to steal off her clients normally fetched a decent price as well.

Personality:
Years of pretending to be the person other people wanted to be has left Bethany with some mental scars. Her personality is constantly changing, it's hard to determine which version of her you are going to get from conversation to conversation. At her core though she is a confident woman with a charming smile. She is relatively easy to anger but is far more bark than bite. Known to be coy, abrasive, or even upbeat at times, Beth’s personality is whatever she thinks will best benefit her at that moment.

Personality:
Cletus is a Christian from the state of Alabama. He is known in his home town for always wanting a fight and short patience with everyone, the only exception being his wife and family. The town he was born in has some… radical viewings on liberal ideas.

Background:
Born in Alabama in the year of 87 Cletus was raised to be a respectful man to his ¨fellow man¨ by his hardcore Christian parents, he was only able to attend school for 3 years before his Ma and Pa made his return to work at the farm, putting an end to his goal of being a doctor.

Although Cletus was mad about it at first he eventually learned to appreciate life at the farm, from helping with the crops and pigs to hunting with his Pa every weekend. At the age of 8 Huckleberry, his Pa taught him how to use a gun, at 10 a Rifle and when he reached the age of 12 his Pa taught gifted him a revolver, which he ended up naming Caroline.

When Cletus was 16 he found the love of his life on a quick visit to the big apple, her name was Dixie and it was love at first sight for the two of them. They married each other 3 years later with the blessing of both his ma and pa and the parents of the girl.

Cletus and Dixie for their 7th anniversary both decided to go on vacations to the Northern states of the country. Having only equipped some clothes and Cletus´s weapons and ammo into his truck they started their trip which would eventually lead them to Aurora.

Name: (Dr.) Hector Salazar

Age: 50

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Occupation: Medical Scientist/ MD

Skills:

Man of Science- Hector has multiple degrees that he earned throughout his medical career. He is primarily a Medical Scientist/Researcher but has background as a Physician, Surgeon and in Medical Biology, Virology, Biochemistry, and Anthropology.

Surgical Precision- Hector's skill and finesse in medicine, specifically surgery, seems to transfer to his normal activities. In particular, his aim seems to greatly benefit from this. He has an incredibly steady hand, sharp eyesight, and nerves of solid steel.

Sound Mind, Sound Body- Despite slaving away to earn the vast amount of knowledge and skill he has, Hector never neglected his physical upkeep. He took every opportunity he got to make sure he was healthy and in shape. As it turned out, the apocalypse came around and it his athletic physique became far more useful than he thought it ever would. Despite his age, he still maintains a solid body of conditioned muscle.

Sheer Will- It takes a certain kind of man to survive the end of the world as we knew it. It takes a greater kind of man to even attempt to fix it. The sheer magnitude of his mission is proof that Dr. Salazar is made of different stuff than most men.

Strong Stomach- While most wouldn't consider this a skill, there aren't many that could watch the most horrific injuries inflicted on a human being and not have their stomachs flipped. In Hector's case, the experiments he runs on the infected range from horrifying to unimaginable.

Competent Combatant- Make no mistake, the Doc is by no means a pushover in a fight. He is learning how to defend himself against infected and humans alike just to get by. Sure, he is no Jackie Chan but he can certainly hold his own against the average fighter.

Multi-lingual - Hector's main language is Spanish but he is fluent in 6 other languages. English, German, French, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean.

Proficiency:
(Medicine) (Precision)

Personality:
Hector is by large, a man of the mind. He is very strategic and cunning in everything he does. He is a driven individual with a never ending thirst for knowledge and wisdom. A professional through and through. There is little to nothing that can get under his skin. Not even the threat of death can break his composure. But being a highly intelligent man of the mind has its downsides. He is as cold as he is intelligent. His strategic and adaptable nature comes hand in hand with him being manipulative and downright ruthless. That level headed-ness quickly turns to indifference of nearly all stimuli. Emotional rapport slides off him like water off a duck's back. Not to mention he can be as stubborn as an ox when it comes to his world views. Highly unapologetic and frighteningly unforgiving. A heart so cold that one could say he is more reptile than man. Cold-blooded.

History: Hector was in the slums of Venezuela to unknown parents in an unknown place with an unknown future. All he knows of his origins is that he was abandoned at an orphanage by a pair of parents that never wanted him. At least, that's how he views it.

Life at the orphanage was anything from easy, but it wasn't hell either. His country during those years was rife with crime and violence but even hardened, cold-blooded criminals didn't target orphanages in the house of God. A blessing in disguise considering the hardships the children and caretakers had to go through just to live day-to-day.

As early as three years old, the nuns could tell something was.... off about Hector. He never complained, never whined, never cried unless he was physically injured and even then, barely. That and he was shockingly intelligent. Hector took to the lessons given by caretakers like flies to honey. It was the only time he seemed to show an interest in anything. Otherwise, he was very quiet and obeyed instructions without question.

It was this very behavior that put potential adoptive families off. To put it simply, he was just too strange. He didn't have that cute, innocent, youthfulness that the other children had. People had begun referring to him as "El Niño Sin Alma." The child without a soul. The nuns naturally disagreed and merely said he was very well behaved but once the nickname was whispered by one family, it stuck and so did the stigma behind it. A "cursed" child in a superstitious country might as well truly be cursed.

It wasn't until a certain man came calling that things changed for little Hector. He was roughly 10 at the time when a Dr. Salazar came to the orphanage and laid eyes upon him.

Quiet, obedient, intelligent, and a thirst for knowledge that would put the most unforgiving desert to shame. Exactly what this doctor had been looking for. He didn't want a son... not really. He wanted a protege.

And a protege he received.

There was no love or affection between the Dr. Salazar and Hector. No father-son bonding or familial ties. It was an aging genius and his student to which he passed down his knowledge. Hector never knew the embrace of a mother but knew the pages in books. He never knew the encouragement of a father but the sound of pen on paper. He never knew the comradery of friendship but he knew scholarly success.

They moved to the United States to gain a larger wealth of information for him to dig his teeth into. This continued well past childhood, adolescence, and into adulthood until his master and mentor finally passed away, leaving Hector all of his worldly possessions. His theses, his studies, his home, and his fortune.

Needless to say, Hector followed in his Mentor's footsteps and became a Doctor of considerable skill and renown. He spent many years mainly doing science and research but would be called in as support for complicated surgeries, indecipherable illnesses, and emergency treatments. One such indecipherable illness, was when the dead started walking among the living again and everything went to absolute shit before the Doctor could even blink to respond.

Dr. Salazar has spent the last few running unspeakable experiments in a single-minded frenzy to understand the virus that has taken the world. Simply put, it will be a cold day in hell before Hector allows all life to end like this.

As it turns out, the Souless Child has a soul after all.

Personality
gay n stuff ( according to Brax Brax )

Do no harm but take no shit.

+ Determined
+ Friendly
+ Hardworking
- Self-conscious
- Impulsive

Background
"A man has been found shot dead in the Hello Corner Store after an alleged burglary. The security cameras appear to have been remotely tampered with..

His only child, Aderyn Weber-Brasi, has been missing in the days following the incident. She is described as about four and a half feet tall, with blue eyes, and dyed blue hair. She is twelve years of age. If spotted, contact Crimestoppers at (666)-661-8477.
She is considered armed and dangerous."

Her father had told her to run.
He had known, she suspected, in the days before. Pitch black hair dye, soap, deodorant. He’d made up a toiletries bag - and told her to go, to not call the cops, to get what she could - and she grabbed her things. He’d told her he loved her.
Dying of a gunshot wound was not a quick or painless death.

With him still downstairs, dead, she washed as much blue as she could out of her hair. Redyed it for the first time alone. She was a natural blond - but this would have to do. She cut herself some bangs.

She went back into the store, somehow.
Gathered as much food - actual food - as she could fit in her bag. Filled her pockets with money out of the till. After a moment.. Taken up the gun. It had been left behind.
She’d stopped. Closed his eyes.
Of course she’d cried.

None of it had mattered. She’d called the police, still crying, been told to stay.
She hadn’t.

The first time she’d seen her face on the news in a cafe she had nearly jumped out of her skin. Of course, she hadn’t expected to be ignored completely, or to be forgotten. Being on the news - her school photograph, blue hair, all smiles - it scared her. Nowhere to go.

One city. Truly, nowhere to go.

Aderyn had always suspected that something was wrong with her father. Or, not wrong exactly, but amiss. He was kind to her, but incredibly paranoid, cameras set up all around the perimeter of the store and attached house even where she thought them to be unnecessary. He was secretive about his family, and she only recalled visiting any of them once, when she was about seven. It had ended in disaster. Somebody had said something to her, though she could not remember what, and her father had lunged at him - hissing you promised under his breath - and her father and uncle had beat each other bloody in an angry rage. They had dogs, throughout her entire childhood, huge beastly things trained to guard and protect. They had lost their most recent and Aderyn's favorite dog only a few days before her father's death.

Sometimes, Aderyn wondered if that had been intentional, on someone's part. Planned.

They had spent years training in the shooting range in their basement, soundproofed so nobody outside could hear, and Aderyn wondered if this too was revealing of some hidden paranoia. He often spoke of her mother, a beautiful woman, sharing Aderyn's natural blonde hair and eyes. What had become of her.. was not discussed.

After her father's death, Aderyn took to the streets, taking odd jobs from people that she could only assume felt sorry for her. Some days, she was forced to do much less savory things, if only in order to eat. She could only run - wanted, alone, and assumed to be a murderer - and begged often at the local train station. Leaving Aurora had never crossed her mind. She had lived there for as long as she could remember, and anyways, the wretched conditions of some hidden tent towns were helpful in keeping herself concealed.

Survival of the fittest sweetheart

Full Name: Elaina Chelsea Matthews
Gender: Female
Age: Twenty-Four
DOB: 6th Of June
Birthplace: Kyoto, Japan
Ethnicity: Japanese-American
Languages: English, Japanese
Education: Highschool, Batchelor's Degree
Social Class: Middle
Occupation: Financial Analyst
Parents: Jackson Matthews, Father (56)
Kiyomi Matthews, Mother (51)
Siblings: None
Height: 5’ 7”
Weight: 154 lbs
Hair Color: Black
Hair Type: Straight
Eyes: Smoky Grey
Build: Neat Hourglass, Slightly Toned

Personality:
You may not notice this when first meeting Elaina, though if you were apart of her world you've certainly heard the rumors. The ones that state she's a brutal and vindictive woman, spoiled by her father and anyone she gets wrapped around her finger and this is just the tip of the iceberg. As if that's not enough she's also sadistic, irritable and sly, taking pleasure in watching those around her squirm. She can blow up in your face about how you're an irresponsible little worm one minute and expect you get her coffee while giving you a little extra for yourself. She wants people to never really know how to feel around her because keeping people on their toes is the best way to keep them in their place. And let's not forget she was spoiled by her father, and that may have given her some bad habits. She uses her smarts and cunning, not to mention her good looks, to get her way. And if that doesn't go the way she wants it to? Well, she knows the law, honey. These habits can be somewhat contained in her life, be life, as she was more of a high maintenance girlfriend rather than a crazy one. She never had an issue with trust, and believe it or not, was never the controlling type. In that situation at least. But, her coworkers and employees, even her friends, didn't always receive the same luxury.

Fair is fair though, Elaina does have some lighter sides. She's independent and warm if you look for it, it could be worth to take a chance just once. And her intelligence is no laughing matter, it may look like her job was just handed to her by her father, but she's work for it like everyone else. She has an unnatural drive behind her that keeps her going no matter what, and she's a fighter. Elaina may not like dogs all that much, or children, and honestly can't stand being in the woods for too long, but nothing will stop her from achieving what she wants to do, no matter what that goal is. Be it survival, or ruining your ex-fiances new girlfriend's reputation. So, unfortunately, her vindictive nature will forever be something to deal with.
Background: While she may have been born in Japan, Elaina was raised in Aurora. Her parents always seemed to be caught up in some sort of culture war with her, her dad wanting to focus more on her being American, and her mother wanted her to embrace her Japanese heritage. Of course, she was a baby for most of this, her parents separating when she was only three years old (her mom getting near full custody and her dad got her on weekends and during the summer.) Maybe it was a little weird, at least her mother's side of the family thought so, but they always seemed to embraced her. Despite the fact that the views of her father and her peers seemed to rub off on her more than the views of her mother. She would be teased and mocked for the weird food she would bring with her to school, or for the slight accent she picked up from her mother, and even for her occasionally speaking in her mother's native tongue. She slowly, like some of her other Asian American friends, began to have that part of herself.

So Elaina began to spend more time with her father. He was a man that most people don't enjoy being around, he owned his own business but he certainly was not a merciful boss. He did, however, have a soft spot for his daughter, and she began to take after him more and more. She excelled in school under his guidance and got to experience some of the things her mother didn't want her to experience. Like Gymnastics. She loved gymnastics, and her father was like an angel for allowing her to sign up for it. And she was good too, she competed in state competitions, winning gold in three, and silver in two. And while she didn't compete during high school, she still practiced during her free time. After she graduated high school, with a small break to travel to Japan to visit family with her mother, she applied for college. Elaina was aiming to get her business degree so she could help her father.

College was a breeze, and she graduated at the age of 22, getting a job with her father the day after as a Financial Analyst. She enjoyed her position, though she wanted one with a little more power, even if she had it indirectly through her father. She was just kinda living the life ya know?

Proficiencies: Gymnastics/Parkour and Trade Knowledge

Name:
Nile M. Crayman

Age:
26

Occupation:
An on and off again Architect, and by that I mean he can barely hold down a job

Appearance Description:

Height:
5'4. The actual 4,132 Mile long Nile river feels insulted by this shortie.

Personality:
Simply put, Nile's a sarcastic asshole that's more often then not high off painkillers. You can easily count on him to be a douche and insult just about anyone for pretty much no reason. He's problematic, to say the least. He doesn't even seem to have many redeeming qualities, as evidenced by his lack of bravery, rude tendencies, and flat out selfishness. The only reason to keep him around seems to be his knowledge of architecture, but the fact of whether it's actually worth it to keep him around is another story. He has a strong tendency to screw up big time when high, and as stated, he usually is. Besides, how can you even keep an addict in check?

Well, besides all that, there is actually one thing Nile has going for him. Nile may be your run of the mill asshole, but he's at least not a bad person. At least, he thinks so. He's not so selfish that he'd put his life above others, he's not such a coward that he'd run for the hills at the first sight of danger, and he quite honestly hates violence. You can expect a jab or two from him, but never a threat. Despite how little he thinks of himself, he at least thinks of himself as a decent human being moral wise.

Background:
(Note: It's super long now)
Dropped off at a fire station in inner city New York as an infant, Nile never actually knew his birth parents. He doesn't even really know how he ended up in foster care as a kid actually, he just assumed that was the case. No one ever really bothered telling him, so he just had to come up with his own explanation. No one really told him why people called him Nile either, they just used it as his name. He wasn't even Egyptian, just some Cherokee kid, so whenever he thinks on it he only gets more confused.

Anyway, speaking of foster care. Nile's first memories were pretty much just a jumble of daycare workers helping him learn to talk and figure out what the cow said. That carried on for some 5 years before he was finally paired with his first foster family, which was just about the worst experience of Nile's entire life. So this couple, Matthew and Marilyn Kelly, takes Nile in, and Nile's super impressionable so they need to do the kid some good. So what do they do? They treat him with love and respect, and Nile is absolutely loving it. Nile, at this rate, might actually become a decent member of society. Except, y'know, after two years of showing no sign of disliking him, they just lump him back into foster care and go fuck off to Europe without a trace.

Nile was absolutely devastated. He was just a kid and absolutely adored those guys, then they just got rid of him for no reason. So, with no other potential foster parents aimed his way, Nile just had to deal with his heartbreak by himself for about the next 4 years. At the age of 11, Nile finally got another foster parent offer. So, he goes and he does that. It's from this one couple, Thomas and Judy Crayman, and really, they seem alright by Nile's standards. They had a kid of their own, Will Crayman, so he probably didn't have to worry about getting abandoned by them. Hopefully.

Anyway, the Crayman's turn out to really like Nile. The kid's pretty damn smart and is just a lovely help around the house. So, they take him in, and this is pretty much where Nile's life peaks. He becomes best friends with their kid Will, he gets the parents to love him, and he's, for the first and last time in his life, doing great at school. It was literally only downhill afterwards.

Officially getting adopted by the Craymans at the age of 13, he took their last name and moved into their apartment with them. By the time High School started up, Nile's grades had been good enough to allow him to take advanced classes. So he did. It was easily one of the worst mistakes of his life. The first year he just managed to slip by, but by the time he was a Sophomore, his grades were dropping fast. He'd been significantly overestimated. He couldn't keep up with his classes and couldn't drop them out of a fear of disappointing his parents. So, stressed to hell and back with homework and exams, he started seeing a dealer at 16.

It wasn't serious and his family didn't even know about it, but by the time College rolled around the thing had blown up into a full on addiction. After having just grasped a scholarship for a Uni far from home, Nile got both a job and a place to stay as a farm hand which unfortunately turned his daily commute into a three hour drive. Without his family to stop him, Nile dove head first into his drug addiction. By the time he graduated College, Nile was hooked on pills and had barely gotten his Masters Degree in Architecture. When Nile moved back home, his family took immediate notice of his addiction. A week after, Will had already forced him to go to rehab. A few months later, it actually seemed like it worked.

For just a small bit of time, things went all right. Then, well, Will died. That...really sucked for Nile. Car crash, just like that. Dead on impact. So, without Will to help him out, Nile grew more and more stressed out as he struggled to find a job as an Architect in New York. His addiction started back up, and his parents were not happy. At all. After sending Nile to rehab 3 times and finding him high a month later each time, they just sort of gave up. With his parents turning their back on him and telling him to see them when he got his shit together, he figured there wasn't really a reason to stay in New York.

A year later, at age 24, Nile's driving around the country as he survived off of the odd job here and there. When he was 25, he ended up in Colorado. He figured it was as good as any state to stay at. His pissy attitude had come out at full force by then, having developed after years of stress and dealing with shitty bosses. At some point, he ended up at Aurora. Once or twice, actually. He passed by now and then to snag a job offer and visit the local dealer, one Owen Jordan. Fast forward a couple months, and Nile is found with a metric crapton of Crack in the trunk of his car a few months before he turned 26. Without the money to afford a lawyer, the case was easily lost and Nile was sentenced to 20 years in prison. The sentence would have been lighter, only 3 years, if Nile hadn't been driving under the influence of the seized drugs, if he didn't have his license suspended a month prior in a separate traffic stop, and if he hadn't been arrested for driving under the influence before. Nile didn't really think his life could get shittier, but well, when his prison bus was passing by Aurora on its way to the state penitentiary, Nile got thrown head first into the zombie apocalypse. The rest is history.

Proficiency:

Architecture and Carpentry:

Nile has a fair bit of knowledge in carpentry and base design due to his knowledge of architecture.

Chemistry:
Nile's been reading up on chemistry ever since he took his first class on it in his Freshman year of high school. He's out of practice at the moment, but he has a library's worth of recipes and knowledge in his head.

590378 Originally born in Boston, Marty was the popular kid in high school. He was a star football player, had plenty of girls at his beck and call, even had scholarships into the best colleges across the nation. Midway through his senior year, however, Marty tore a ligament in his left ankle which ended his college career. After graduating from community problem with a bit of a cocaine habit, he got married to a woman named Perla. She was a little fat and not the best looking woman in his graduating class, but was a sweet woman who had a way with words. He never mentioned it to others, but Marty was always slightly embarrassed to have her around at social events.

A year after securing his cubicle-desk job, Michael was born. He was a fat loser, but Marty tried his best to show his son that he loved him. As a child, Marty did everything he could to make sure his son would be a leader. He enrolled him in various sports such as baseball and basketball, did his best to spend time with his son but in the end it didn't matter. Michael grew up to default to anime waifus and video games. Even though Marty did his best, Michael still ended up being a fat loser just like his mother.

Time went on and Marty began to drink a little more. He divorced Perla, citing irreconcilable differences. In truth, Marty had met a stripper after a week-bender in Mexico masquerading as a 'work trip'. A few weeks after, the stripper stole all of Marty's belongings, forcing him to come home. When Perla refused to let him back into the house, Marty lived in a hotel room for a few nights before moving in with his second wife, a fat asian woman named Chu. She passed shortly after from a heart attack.

Marty was present at the middle-school shooting and escaped. He is forty-nine years old.

Proficiencies:
  • Due to him having ¨Big bones¨, he is able to resist a considerable amount of damage.
  • Can lift heavy objects with relative ease.

Aubrey
f4eeb5b7452c99cea076996a0b47507c.jpg
Name: Aubrey Mannox
Age: 25
Occupation: Grocery Store Clerk/Commercial Fisher
Appearance: Aubrey is a simple looking woman, she has no special features that would make anyone do a double-take. She stands around 5'8" with an athletic build, strawberry blonde hair and rough, tan skin that has clearly been sun damaged. The girl wears what used to be a bright red cap, a filthy black jacket with a striped shirt underneath, dark jeans, muddied waterproof fishing boots, and bandaging wrapped all around her hands.
Personality: Because Aubrey had typically been alone her whole life, she's awkward around people. It's not that she's bad at communicating, it's that she doesn't know how to handle them. If there's a conflict, she doesn't know how to settle it because she hadn't really been taught how. If someone's upset she'll freeze up. However, she's very good at handling herself under stressful situations and how to deal with them effectively.
Proficiency: Boating and Fishing

Background: For most of her life, Aubrey has been alone and she liked it that way. Growing up in Aurora with a loving mother, father, and younger sister, she was overall a great kid, just not a great daughter or sister. She never got in trouble but she always preferred to be by herself. She avoided family dinners, outings, birthday celebrations... Anything she could wiggle herself out of, she would. Even when she was 5 and her little sister was born, she would have rather been home in her room rather than in that hospital. There was no real reason for it, she was just more inclined to be isolated.
Despite spending most of her days in the confides of her room, she felt suffocated by that town. She felt that she never belonged. In school she was weird because she kept to herself and practically refused to play with the other kids, at home her parents were doting about her little sister .For the longest time, she thought she would never belong anywhere.
When she was fourteen, they went to California and it was there where she found a love for the water. Standing there with her toes wriggling in the hot sand and the vast, deep blue spread out in front of her, she felt complete. It was beautiful and serene and for the first time in her life she felt as if she fit somewhere. Aubrey through a tantrum when they had to go home, but as soon as the car stopped in their driveway, she rushed to her room and started researching everything there was to know about the water, ocean, animal life, everything. She became obsessed. She researched local rivers and lakes, and begged her parents to take her there constantly. That's where she learned about fishing and discovered she had a knack for it. The minute Aubrey could get a job, she did and saved up to buy fishing rods- then, as soon as she could drive herself, she was out of the house from dusk till dawn. The water had become her home.
Once she was old enough, she moved to Brighton and started the life she wanted to live. She lived in an apartment, got a job at a grocery store and started saving up, once she got enough money to buy a boat, she lived on it. Aubrey kind of forgot about her family. She never bothered to keep in touch with them and they didn't care to either. The few times she received a phone call was her sister inviting her to her wedding, telling her she was pregnant, saying Ma and Pa were sick, when they passed. Of course, when she was told these things, she would congratulate her or give her condolences, but it never truly hit her. She felt the emotions she should've been feelings, happiness and sadness, but it never fully settled in because they were never truly in her life.
It wasn't until the apocalypse that she realized that she truly was alone in the world, and that terrified her a lot more than she thought it would. Aubrey tried everything in her power to get a hold of her sister, but to no avail. All she knew is that she still lived in Aurora and she would stop at nothing to reach her and try to be the sister-in-law, aunt, and sister she never was.
Relationships: Charlotte Mannox - Sister; A rather strained, yet loose relationship. Were never in each other's life yet had something pent up between them.
Ma - Mother; No matter how much love was given, it wasn't very well received. Aubrey respected her, but that was the extent of it.
Pa - Father; Tried once or twice to reach out and get in touch with her world, but ended up giving up.
Fishing Community; Would recognize faces but most likely never held a full conversation with any of them.

(I'm just posting this CS to let you know this is my second character, for whenever I introduce him. Like Maiden's character Elaina)
Name:
Professor Harriet Hennigan

Age:
36

Occupation:
History professor at The University of Aurora

Appearance Description:
2652399c04b3d159b9e22a3b734e2fd5.jpg
I'm not so sure about this pic. I want Harriet to look normal and nice, this guy's too hot and looks like the bad boy type. But he's sure as hell wearing that coat. That's one fine piece of string.
Personality:
Unlike a previous character of mine, Harriet is a genuinely good person. They're sincere they know not when to pry, and are as selfless as they come. Sure, he's a tad bit cowardly, but that's just the self preservation instinct kicking in. He's a good guy, refusing to kill anyone unless absolutely life-or-death necessary and always happy to lend a helping hand. He's not a pushover though, and he does get mad when messed with, but he's an all around decent guy when you're decent to him. He's got a passion for learning too. History mostly, but other things like learning how to make an IED or learning to hunt is always a good enough substitute he supposes.

Due to getting bullied for like the entirety of high-school, Harriet's developed a backbone and has become skeptical of new people. He'll treat you friendly all the same, but he's not trusting you the second he meets you. You have to work for it.

Background:
Born at a young age, Harriet was fathered by a Vietnam vet and an actual Vet. His early life was as mundane as they come, being void of family drama or life changing "This is what I'll do with my life" moments. Nah, Harriet just always enjoyed History, and with no career plan come his Senior year of Highschool, he decided he'd just be a history teacher. After graduating College, he married his High school sweetheart Charlotte and moved in with her. Come December that year, Charlotte was pregnant. Excited to be a dad at just 21, Harriet bought dozens of parenting books and read through them like they were magazines. When it came time for the birth, the couple had Triplets, which Harriet thought was kind of absurd. There were two boys and one girl, and Charlotte started naming them right away. The girl was named Charlotte and one of the boys was named Austin, after her and her father. Assuming he got to name the last kid, Harriet said he always liked the name Dominic, and Charlotte promptly told him to the shut the fuck up, they're naming him Tyrone Junior.

Taken aback as Charlotte wrote the names on the birth certificate, Harriet croaked out "Who's Tyrone?". Charlotte then said that these weren't his children, with the nurses, doctors, and even his parents in the room. Turns out she'd been cheating on him with a guy called Tyrone for the past 3 years. Then there was this long, drawn out court battle for the divorce which ended with Harriet keeping everything, including the triplets that weren't his. He only got them because it was revealed Charlotte was an alcoholic with unchecked mental issues and the dad, Tyrone, had gotten arrested for armed robbery. Charlotte was pissed that she wasn't keeping her kids, so she assaulted him in the courthouse and got arrested too.

Now left with three kids that weren't his own, Harriet decide to make them his own. He even went to a name change office and changing their names to Dominic, Marlene, and Johnathan. Soon, he got a job offer as a History professor in this small town called Aurora, so he packed up his stuff and moved to there. Oh and by the way, the kids were black and looked exactly like their mom and dad, so that was swell. Looking past that (Literally, he could barely look at them for 5 years), he began to raise the kids. When they were old enough for school, they had to attend Elementary school the next town over due to a distinct lack of an Elementary school in Aurora.

Over the years, Harriet tried to remarry, only to fail twice. The first time, he'd met a girl on Tinder and it looked like things were going great! They had a nice job to help with rent and the kids were starting to warm up to her. Then one day while she was doing Yoga in the living room with her instructor, he'd decided to join in. It was going well at first, then his new wife got into a bent over position and her instructor just started dry humping her. Rightfully weirded the fuck out, he had his divorce lawyer on the phone before they could say "Namaste". Oh, and during his third marriage he cut it off when his wife stabbed him with a kitchen knife for putting the wrong number of candles on the kids' birthday cakes.

Deciding marriage just isn't for him, he decided to just stay being a single dad. He spent a lot of time with his kids, having had to play dozens of four player games with them. Marlene had turned into a tomboy in order to spend more time with her brothers, Johnathan became that one skater dude, and Dominic became the nerd of every school. Eventually, the kids had to move in with his parents at 14 in order to attend high school because, again, Aurora seems to be lacking a high school. Harriet felt a little lonely without the kids, but hey, he'd get through it.

And then the zombie apocalypse started, and he wasn't to sure about that.

He had been sleeping in cause he'd just gotten a day off from work and decided to go downstairs to make some coffee. He finds his ex-wife Charlotte who was recently released fro prison his kitchen holding a knife and yelling about seeing her kids and The Walking Dead. confused and terrified at the same time, he told her to calm down. The starts screaming about The Walking Dead again and Harriet's really confused about why she broke into his house to scream about a TV show. He silently dials 911 on his phone, but he's got no coverage for some reason. Charlotte sees the phone and goes berserk, trying to stab him. Charlotte rushes him, going in to kill, but slips on his kitchen floor, falls, and stabs herself with the knife.

Nearly feinting from the fact that his ex-wife just accidentally killed herself in his kitchen, he calls 911, but Charlotte's reanimated and is rushing him once more. After screaming his head off, Harriet manages to lock Charlotte inside his home office. She's been stuck in there for 21 days, about the time of this RP after the time skip that upcoming, while Harriet tries to gather enough courage to go and kill his dead ex-wife. It doesn't exactly help that Harriet keeps hearing scratching coming from below him whenever he goes to sleep in is bedroom above the office. He's not sure how she's managing to scratch the ceiling, and he doesn't really want to find out.

Proficiency:
Creative Killing:
Harriet's a history nerd, he's not a big macho like everyone else. He can't shoot and can barely throw a punch, so he's got to find other creative ways to kill zombies

Fast learner: Unfortunately, Harriet has no other useful zombie apocalypse skills. Fortunately though, he's damn fast at learning the skills he's missing from other people

House husband: With experience in supporting 3 kids, Harriet knows how to cook, how to clean, and how to care for children

Conasieur of useless information: Has a vast knowledge of seemingly useless information like knowledge on chemicals or what materials you'd find in a battery. This pretty much makes him a bootleg McGyver.

Deficiencies:
Pfft, nerd:
His primary skillset includes History and learning. Do you think he goes to the Gym? Really, you challenge him to an arm wrestling match and you'll probably break his arm.

Plain bad luck: It's always seemed like Harriet's been the universe's punching bag, what with him finding himself nearly dying every 10 minutes

Name:
Vanessa McUlann
Age:
22
Occupation:
Circus Acrobat

Appearance Description:

SCAR/EYE COVERED UP:20191210_004222.jpg
SCAR/EYE REVEALED :

20191210_004025.jpg
OUTFIT:unknown.png

Hair: Brown
Eyes: Blue (Actually Heterochromic-blue/grey)
Hight: 5 foot, 6 inches
Weight: 127lbs
Build: Slim
Distinguishing Features: lightly freckled cheeks and a scar stretching down from her left eye to her left side jawline that she normally conceals with makeup. The trama to her eye also caused it to turn grey, wich she hides with a blue color contact to match her right eye.

Personality: Vanessa befor her solitude was always a bit off, having dealt with much abuse in her life. Regardless she remained rather chipper, although short tempered at times, even after going off her rocker. Eccentric doesn't even begin to cover what she is. Typically distrusting of most people, men in particular, but she adores children greatly. Vanessa is a firm believer in the concept of the "Life Debt" wich she takes to an extreme level of seriousness, becoming quite loyal to anyone she feels such a debt is owed. This is due to being manipulated and raised under a life debt to a circus Ringmaster named Yuri Sylvester Romanoff.

[Note: Might be triggered into a psychotic episode under proper conditions]

Background: "Vanessa came to travel with us many years ago. She was but a tiny child of vosem' (8)! Bednyy yezh (poor urchin), She could barely stand when she stumbled onto our troupe. With no parents we could find, what were we to do but bring her along? If nothing else we could drop her off at an orphanage in the next town I thought to myself. " Yuri pauses for a moment, pulling out a flask and taking a long swig.

"But small hands, they have their uses, no?" He chuckles. " Much money we made due to Nessy, and in turn, she became part of the family. Soon she was learning the trapeze and tightrope. Needless to say, she was never handed over to the orphanage. She proved herself useful, and she has been here ever since! But enough about her. Tickets for our upcoming show in Aurora are already on sale! You should buy them befor they are sold out, comrade."
(Orphaned at a young age, she was picked up by a Russian circus troup on a tour though Scotland. The ringleader Yuri took her in and raised her as his own and at the young age of eight, she started her career with the traveling circus.)

Proficiency: Acrobatics, Small Weapon Throwing.
