Bio: Evan was born to a middle class working family in Perth. His dad was somewhat of an alcoholic and would beat his own son whenever he did something he didn’t approve of. His mother tried to protect him but it wasn’t really any good. So he joined the army and went on a tour in Afghanistan seeing combat before returning home. Unsurprisingly only his mother came to see him and as he was taken home, his father paid him no mind. So Evan and his dad threw a few punches and he ran away to London. He had his own apartment in Southwark, there wasn’t much he can do with his past service experience except join the force. Connie grew up as the only girl with four older half brothers. Their father could only be described as a traditional man, pushing his sons to achieve at school so that they could follow in his footsteps and inherit the family insurance firm. Connie, on the other hand, was expected to look pretty and find a good husband so that she was no longer her father's burden. As she grew up and became increasingly aware of her fathers dismissiveness towards her, a strange blur of emotions developed. It was frustrating, being constantly belittled and diminished to nothing more than a future trophy wife, even more than that it was infuriating. It gave rise to one of the most powerful motivators an individual could have: spite. This only increased when her Father divorced her Mother, remarrying his first wife and her brother's mother.

Throughout her school life Connie became, quite frankly, dominant. She scored higher than any of her classmates in almost every subject, and more importantly, higher than any of her brothers had ever achieved. She had a natural aptitude for academics, specifically humanity subjects, finding a special interest in history. Despite her success in the classroom she was often simply mocked at home for the one subject she struggled in; business studies, the subject most attuned to the family's core values. Alienated from the family she lived with, she spent a lot of time visiting her mother who had moved back in with Connie's grandfather. A retired detective, he regaled her with countless stories of his time on the force, sowing the seeds of ambition in her young mind.

Connie's school was private, all-girls and elitist, fostering a strong spirit of competitiveness. This, combined with her high grades, left Connie in a toxic environment in which she developed a somewhat toxic demeanour herself. She was an unapologetic and spoilt individual when she left to study Art History at University College London. Here, separated from the harsh environments of both home and school she began to grow as a person, learning a little about humility and actually connecting with some of her classmates. She also too the opportunity to start seeing a therapist who helped her work through her more personal issues. By the time she graduated, achieving a first, she had become a much more tolerable person and now realised her ambition. All this time she had been working hard to spite her father, but also to prove herself to him. Deep down she wanted his approval, some sort of sign that he was at least somewhat proud of her. Well no longer, she decided, instead dedicating herself to follow in the footsteps of a man she truly admired, her grand father.

With her degree in hand she brought a small flat in West London and enrolled as a trainee detective constable, completing her 2 year probationary period and passing all of the exams with ease. Now a fully fledged DC, she is excited to take on the larger cases that were previously unavailable to her.

  Easy going and amiable, Lore will put a smile on anyone's face.   Lorelai has lived in Colorado all her life. Her father was the primary detective there and her mother, a nurse at the local hospital. Her parents had put her in a nearby private school just a couple blocks away from the police station. She had an average life, had friends and bullies, excelled in art and foreign languages. Her bullies would tease her for having the scarring around her right eye. It was something of a birth defect her mother always told her, but Lore had always believed it. Gulliable as always.
  
  Lorelai followed in her father's footsteps at a young age. She was fascinated with the idea of solving cases and often looked through the files he brought home of the crime scenes. Her mother would often disapprove saying things around the idea of "too mature for her young eyes" and "I worry about your father too much for you to go down the same path." After high school, she went to college and obtained a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice with a GPA of 3.8. She had a niche for blood splatter analysis in school. She also took a couple semesters of Spanish and French, so she would be pretty fluent if need be. She attended the police academy and excelled at the physicality of it all.
  
  
  After her father retired and Lore graduated college, she was given Sherlock as a present. Her father taught her how to train him just like he used to at the academy. Once Lore noticed the pup's heterochromia, she instantly fell in love. She didn't feel like she was alone anymore. The two have been inseparable since. Sherlock goes everywhere with her.
