I will be vague here. I like to save the details in the actual RP.
Okay so the idea is this kid is born rather odd. He has wings and for feet he has talons. In addition to all of this he is covered in tattoos even though he is like 8. He will be the only non-human/mutant/freak/whatever you'd call it.
It is a late school night when a professor (Of some sort) Sees a kid in ragged clothes walking in the dark. He stops to see if the kid is alright. Seeing that the kid isn't he takes him home to help him. At home his daughter is there about the same age.
The story will be about the boy and the girl and We'll spend some time in their childhood before going to their adult years.
