First, however, I'd also like to state the rules.
- It should be first noted that jump. jump. is the co-owner of this thread. He has my permission to accept and deny forms as he sees fit on my behalf, as well as being able to hold up the rules. Large plot points (ones that affect everyone on a large scale) should be first approved by them or myself.

- There is a strict rule against having drama OOC. If you have an issue with another player, it should be discussed calmly, and preferrably privately as well. It is expected that any OOC drama will not leak into IC interactions. To keep the roleplay fun for all players, we expect everyone to abide by this, lest anyone desires to be kicked out.

- With this being said, IC relationships of all kind are encouraged unless the content breaks the sitewide rules. Strictly IC drama is allowed.

- Powerplaying and godmodding are not permitted. Do not control anybody's character but your own. Harming or killing them without first acquiring permission from the player is considered poor roleplaying etiquette, and is not accepted here. Similarly, major destruction of a hub of multiple players should be asked about and agreed upon by the majority OOC.

- Overpowered characters are expected to have weaknesses. Having an all-knowing and all-mighty character might ruin the fun for other players, so please give your characters weaknesses to balance out their strengths. In a similar vein, all characters are expected to fit within the scale of the world by not being excessively tall, or excessively heavy in a way that would lead to destruction.

- Canon characters and OCs of any medium are allowed. Whether canon or original, they are expected to have some sort of depth to them to prevent the roleplay from becoming nonsensical.

Name: Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System, more commonly known and referred to as GLaDOS.

Appearance: GLaDOS most notably sports a new chassis, which boasts an impressive height of 250 cenimeters (~8'2"), decreasing her size from her former dramatically large body, although still towering far over the average human. She sports a more human feminine appearance, including in her body's shape, as well as the short sylized haircut of platinum locks (which, should one be brave enough to stroke them, would feel all too akin to real hair). While mostly white, there are portions of her body rendered barren of that feat, instead being of black with a distinct yellow line running down the respective side (such as, down each side of her neck to [down] her shoulders, as well as on the outsides of her thighs).

Personality: GLaDOS' main trait is that she functions and speaks mostly according to her pride, caused by her God complex, and believes wholeheartedly that she is above all others. She lacks both confidence and standards in regards to persons other than herself, seeing others as being incompetent and useless to doing things correctly at the quality that she'd expect them to be done. She's typically extremely condescending and sarcastic, often hurling insults with both spite and mischief, regardless of who she's speaking to. She's something of a control freak, becoming irritated when she's not listened to, or blatantly gone against.

GLaDOS is prone to holding grudges, often bringing up the past in order to keep hold over another's conscience (or lack thereof, when applicable). She can be quite bloodthirsty when such hate is stricken, not hesitating to consider violence in such times. Otherwise, regardless of her opinion, she is tolerant—albeit, seldom fond—of another's company should they listen to and obey her.

Abilities/Weapons: Due to her new chassis, and the update of her Aperture Science Sensory (Imitation) Organs & Components, GLaDOS is capable of using all of her limbs and motor functions, which—due to being a robot and rather large—gives her the benefit of strength greater than that of the average human. Her joints are capable of rotating a full 360° either forwards or backwards, having been on this chassis have been upgraded as per administrator request, and thus, the DuraStrength Aperture Assisted Electronic/Mechanical Servo assistance are now able to lift objects upwards of 1000lbs.

It should be noted that due to her size and weight, being composed solely of various metals and steels, she is quite heavy and—therefore—cannot move abnormally quickly. Her footfalls tend to be quite heavy as well, although not inherently destructive.

With the fully-patented Aperture Science, Inc. 360° Flex-Steel Armature addition, the white structures on the backs of her shoulders are capable of sprouting four tentacle like lengths from it, bearing scolex on their ends for grip; they are capable of extending 4 meters. The arms are capable of retracting into their shoulder-mounted casing. The main structure for the arms are likely behind the logo plastered on her back.

GLaDOS is able to ventilate Aperture Science, Inc. tested NeuroToxin Gas™ from either side of the luminous red, circular generators at both sides of her hips. If she does not have enough energy—acquired by charging at her station, or being fed any other electrical current via port—she will not have enough energy to use the gas, and they will therefore be rendered useless.

At her chest just behind the open vent—whose opening is protected by an aluminum mesh—is a consciousness core. While not of use, it does provide memories and the ability of sentience.

Her main weaknesses are speed (or lack thereof, rather), water (as well as mist), and her notable phobia of birds. She is also prone to overheating.

History (optional): After the events of Portal 2, GLaDOS continues work on her newest creations—Atlas and P-Body—while also proceeding to become her newest and finest work of art with the creation of her new chassis over an unknown but extensive period of time.

Gender: Seemingly cisgender male.

Fandom (note if original character): Mononoke (2007).

Appearance: Kusuriuri's exterior is eye catching to say the least, from his multicolored kimono to the markings that adorn his face. He's somebody that arouses curiosity due to his uncommon appearance, even in the Edo era. Most notably, he adorns a more effeminate kimono, and untraditional colors—a distinct teal decked with a whimsical pruple and green design on the width and height of the sleeves. The eye motif is on both the fronts and backs of the sleeves; the first having a lashline of red, followed by a red iris, and then a blue pupiil. The second is the same, although lacking the red around its perimiter. There last eye is between the shoulder blades, although that one resembles the aforementioned, bearing the red lashline as well. They look strangely like his own eyes, outlined by crimson, although his have three lines extending from them; a circle at the end of each.

There's a large burgundy obi tied around his midriff, laced with extravagant golden swirls throughout. His pants are simple—black and billowed—although their length is only 3/4, and the remainder of his legs, which would otherwise be rendered exposed. is wrapped in a bandages. He wears black socks, with two-tooth geta sandals which have a vivid yellow strap.

He is most often seen hauling a curious large, wooden medicine chest on his back; its center adorning a golden eye.

Personality: Kusuriuri is rather lackadaisacal, often bearing a straight face and handling others with mostly disregard, unless they should bear purpose to him, or are a client. He can be somewhat mischievous, however, occasionally taking to teasing those that accompany him. He's a rather private person, claiming to be someone uninteresting, and thus speaking little about himself, although his intriguing appearance would contradict this; almost beckoning others to ask about him.

While handling most situations with a calm and stoic disposition, he can grow irritated if pushed, often resorting to subtle insults or sarcasm in such cases. It is possible, although rare, that he expresses genuine anger. On the other hand, he seems to become amused quickly.

He is rather analytical and observant, being someone who is able to view the whole picture of a scenario, although will grow frustrated at his own confusion of he can't make sense of something. It can be assumed that he has high standards for his ability to scrutinize and understand.

Abilities/Weapons: Being an apothecary, Kusuriuri is very skilled with medicine and herbs. He has various tools to assist his craft in the chest he always carries, although, he seems to have a suspicious connection with them... One can only wonder what those ofuda charms and mysteriously locked away sword are for.

History (optional): With Kusuriuri being a private person, virtually nothing is known about his past.

Headcanons (optional): Perhaps it's the point in his ears, peculiar facial markings, or unnaturally long canine teeth, but something about him feels... not quite human.

- He's likely ~178cm (or 5'10").

- For some reason, as if he's a magnet to them, cats seem to be very attracted to his presence. He seems fond of them.

- Although not quite a headcanon, Kusuriuri's hair is quite long when the bandana is removed, or it manages to flow out.

- Mysteriously, when relieved of tension or at a stronger peace than usual, it will appear for a brief moment as though pale blue cherry blossoms have draped themselves down the length of Kusuriuri's kimono.

Age: Mentally, he's 58. Physically, he's 13.

Fandom (note if original character): The Umbrella Academy (TV Series)

Appearance: Due to a botched calculation, Five is stuck in the body of his adolescent self. He resembles a young teenager, often seen in the Umbrella Academy uniform, consisting of shirt and tie, sweater-vest and blazer, alongside a pair of shorts and black socks that come up to the top of his calves. He has a tattoo on his inner left forearm of a black umbrella. Five stands at approximately 5'5'' tall, and is scrawny in build, with thin, lanky limbs and a sharp triangular jawline. His hair is neatly groomed and dark brown (nearing black) in color, he also has green eyes. Five is also somewhat underweight, due to a lack of self-care and also sports a scar on his abdomen from a shrapnel wound.

Personality: Number Five is... Prickly, to say the least. He's aloof, emotionally detached, lacking in empathy. He cares only about his family, about keeping them safe. Nothing else matters to him outside of them. Emotions don't exist with Five, he pretends they don't exist, detaches himself from them almost entirely. He doesn't feel (or at least, tries not to), just thinks. His brain operates almost entirely on logic. Because of his disregard for the thoughts and feelings of others, Five is very much an asshole. He believes himself to be superior to others, frequently insults and has one HELL of an attitude. He's arrogant, overconfident and hostile. He has no fear of others, as far as he's concerned, they should be afraid of him. His behavior can be described as chaotic, even erratic. He doesn't care what others think. If they get in his way, the aftermath is on them. He does what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants. And he couldn't care less about what others have to say on the matter.

Despite all this, Five does care and he does feel. Insults and snark are a form of affection for him, although it can be hard to differentiate between love and hate for an outsider. He's got a lot of trauma, suffers from PTSD and doesn't know how to deal with it outside of simply repressing everything. Or lashing out at anyone who dares even look in his direction. He's difficult to get to know, or even befriend. He has issues with trust and holds everyone at arms length, refusing to let them get close, and see any vulnerabilities he hides. Despite this, he can be a loyal ally, but only to those he deems worthy of his protection.

Five has a lot of issues, questionable morals and an overflowing ego. But he's a better person that he lets on.

Abilities/Weapons: Space-time manipulation. Five's ability allows him to travel through space and time, granting him the power of teleportation. He can appear where he wants, when he wants. Although, continuous and extensive use of his powers can prove vexing, overuse of his abilities can exhaust him. He has also mastered the ability to travel back in time, via seconds, rather than hours or even days. This ability can essentially give him a "second chance", allowing for alteration of events just before they can play out.

Number Five's DNA has also been spliced with those of serial killers, and professional assassins of the past. This has turned him into what is essentially the best assassin in existence. During his time serving the Commission, Five never failed a single mark.

He's also displayed remarkable intelligence. And its safe to say his IQ is on the same level as most geniuses, if not higher.

Despite all this, Five's body is that of a 13 year old, and comes with most of the weaknesses of a body that age.

He is also capable of handling just about any weapon given to him.

History (optional): To put it as simply as possible, Five was one of seven children adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves, children who were all born on the same day to mother's who had not previously been pregnant. He was raised alongside his siblings up until the age of 13, the age where he first attempted to time travel, ending up with him getting stuck in an apocalyptic future, completely alone. He lived in the apocalypse for over 40 years, growing into an old man, before eventually getting hired to work as a temporal assassin for an organization known as "The Commission", offering him a way to get back home in return for his service. Five served the commission for a while, killing whoever he was told to kill, be they innocents or not. He eventually made it back to the present, however, although he made a mistake in his calculations, and ended up stuck within his 13 year old body, despite being a 58 year old man.

He became stuck in this zombie apocalyptic future, once again, by screwing up time travel. His presence in this world was a mistake, and he will do anything to make it back to his own timeline. But for now, he's just trying to keep himself alive.

Asteria stands at about 5'7 with a slim build and a little muscle mass, enough to properly fill her out with out looking like a stick. Her fiery red hair stands out bright against her pale, freckled skin. Those blue eyes seem bright and absolutely full of life, containing big thoughts and an even bigger imagination. She can be found wearing a grey hoodie, dark green t-shirt, pair of stretchy jeans and some worn black doc martens. She either wears her bandana over her mouth like mask or ties it up around her wrist.

Personality
She tends to go with her gut and what decision seems right in that moment, she'll act on. She normally tries to benefit herself and her well being over others. Some moments she may come off as impulsive or even reckless. When she has her suspicions and actually slows down, she tries to slow down and think rationally, which still isn't all that often. She tends to always have something on her mind, constantly bouncing around and finding a way to spend her energy. She tends to speak her mind, normally trying to get her own opinion and thoughts across, lacking a filter and only occasionally deciding to keep quiet and analyze the situation.

Even in her selfish moments, she likes to say she's pretty out going and enjoys the company of other people. Her talkativeness may seem as annoying to some, especially in situations where her random smart ass comments are necessary or asked for.

Abilities/Weapons
An axe, hunting knife, two flares, 5 throwing knives.
She isn't the most skilled weaponist out there, but she can throw a knife with decent accuracy (even if she's scared to loose her throwing knives) and slug an axe around. She's trying to learn hand-to-hand combat but it isn't the easiest thing to use when you're fighting the dead.

Appearance:
Standing at the height of 5’10”, this once Highwayman wears bandit’s overcoat as well as wearing a red neckerchief around his mouth, acting as a sort of ‘mask’ that he once used when performing robberies from stagecoaches on the old road. He is of athletic build, and shows signs of age on his face with the few wrinkles it has, and he is always found in those same set of clothes he wears.

Personality:
Dismas is an hardened man, due to some.... certain circumstances, rarely even talks to anyone due to his untrusting nature of others, always being wary of those he recently met or rarely interact with, and would rather keep to himself or his close friends. While his personality is also dependent on whether he has a Virtue or Affliction, he rather speaks much of his skill, usually bragging about some of his deeds during battle, but knows when to keep his mouth shut and focus in battle. During times, he will sometimes break the mold, and tell a joke or two, or even encourage someone who is not even close friend of his, but sometimes, he would reflect upon the past sins he has done, it’s often something that would give him a reason to move on, and hopefully, his sins will be lifted in the end.

Abilities/Weapons:
Inventory:
The Highwayman has 16 slots in order to store items in, and depending on what item it is, may only store one if it, or multiple of it. It does nothing to slow down Dismas when walking or in fights. If there are any other members within his party, Dismas will share his inventory with them, and wouldn’t change the size of it at all no matter how little or how much is in his party.

Crit:
Having a small chance... he is capable of dealing a critical strike dealing double the damage he would normally do, as well as healing some stress away from his stress bar as well.

Stress:
Him, like any other human being, can become stressed out that sometimes, ‘his resolve is tested’. this can lead to two things if his stress bar reaches 100/100, he will either be ‘Afflicted’, it being a bad personality effect that is generally harmful for both him and his team, or ‘Virtue’, it being a good personality effect that helps out in combat, with ‘Afflicted’ being the higher chance personality effect. But no matter which one is chosen, his personality will change to what personality effect he has gotten. If his stress reaches 200 while ‘Afflicted’, he will suffer a heart attack which instantly puts him on ‘Death’s Door’, while gaining 200 stress with a ‘virtue’ only removes it. He has a 25% chance of gaining a virtue and a 75% chance of gaining a affliction, and gaining stress or healing would depend on the events he witnesses with his own two eyes. The effects of the afflictions and virtues will be explained when gaining either one... and what’s to expect from them.

The Virtues he can gain are:
1.Stalwart:
“Many fall in the face of chaos.... but not this one... not today.”

2.Vigorous:
“Adversity can foster hope, and resilience.”

3.Focused:
“A moment of clarity in the eye of the storm.”

4.Powerful:
“Anger is power. Unleash it!”

5.Courageous:
“A moment of valor shines brightest against the backdrop of despair.”


The Afflictions being :
1. Fearful:
“Fear and frailty finally claim their due....”

2. Paranoid:
“The walls close in, the shadows whisper of conspiracy!”

3. Masochistic:
“Those who covert injury find it in no short supply.”

4. Abusive:
“Frustration and Fury, more destructive than a hundred cannons.”

5. Selfish:
“Self-preservation is paramount- at any cost!”

6. Hopeless:
“There can be no hope in this hell..... no hope at all.”

7. Irrational:

“Reeling, gasping, taken over the edge into madness!”

Death’s Door:
If he loses all of his Hp, he will enter ‘Death’s Door’, a red skull appearing above him as his body glows red, if attacked in this state, no matter how strong or weak the attack may be, it will lead to his death, but he has a 67% ‘Death’s Door blow resist’ which allows him to survive blows in this state with no signs of damage, but not for long. If he recovers out of this state by healing at least 1 hp, he will exit ‘Death’s Door’ but will suffer penalties to his accuracy, damage, and speed while also gaining more stress. His max health is 43.

Combat Skills:
Wicked slice:
A normal but powerful slice from his dagger, he is capable of dishing out a lot of normal physical damage by using this move.

Pistol Shot:
A long range option using his flintlock pistol, while slightly less powerful than a normal dagger slice, it is capable of dealing 50% more damage when attacking a marked target.

Point Blank shot:
The most powerful move in his arsenal by itself, when used in close range combat, would create a powerful shotgun like blast, pushing both the target and Dismas away with each other due to the knockback.

Grapeshot Blast:
A multi-hitting attack, while half as powerful as his normal attacks, it is capable of hitting multiple targets with one blow, and is capable of debuffing their speed and accuracy.

Tracking shot:
The lowest damaging move in his arsenal, and while it can only be used once, it is capable of both hitting hidden targets, and revealing them as well, removing their means of stealth, as well as buffing Dismas’s accuracy, crit chance, and damage for the rest of the battle.

Duelist’s advance:
An option in order to get to the frontlines faster, Dismas charges forward with a stab, and while it doesn’t do much, it activates risposte, allowing him to strike back at foes whenever an attack is aimed his way, no matter the distance between him and the opponent for a couple of turns (3) at decreased damage and slightly increased critical change.

Open Vein:
Another slice from his dagger, this time, aimed in order to open the flesh of his opponent, having a chance to inflict bleed as well as debuffing their Bleed resist as well.

Camping Skills:
Gallows Humor:
A well placed joke in the right situation can make all the difference in the world, but for this kind of humor, while it heals 25 stress for Dismas, it has a chance to either remove stress by 20 for his allies, or add 15 stress instead.

Unparalleled finesse:
Reflecting upon his skill with his dagger, he becomes a force to be reckoned with, and for four battles, his dodge, speed, melee damage and accuracy all increase, making him a much deadlier force in melee.

Clean Gun:
Making sure your equipment is in tip-top condition can be the difference between life and death in some situations, and for this one, his ranged accuracy, ranged damage, and ranged crit all increase for four battles.

Bandit’s sense:
Having a key sense in order to hear danger before it arrives is crucial when out there, and for him, not only it lessens the change of a nighttime ambush from going unnoticed, but also decreases the chance of the party being surprised by an ambush, and also increases the chances of them being the ambushers instead.

Encourage:
Encouraging an ally to never lose hope, he is able to relieve 15 stress to an ally he speaks to.

Wound Care:
Capable of healing some wounds, he can restore 15 health of an individual, as well as remove Bleeding and Blight from that person as well.

Pep Talk:
Pep talk to an individual is one way to keep them from becoming insane, reducing the amount of stress they would normally gain in combat.

Thunder & Lighting:

Thunder being his flintlock pistol, and lighting being his dagger, Thunder is capable of creating, like the name implies, loud noises similar to that of thunder, while Lighting is a light weight dagger, and is easily able to make quick strikes in succession just like lighting.

The Uncatchable:

His fully upgraded Bandit Overcoat, it doesn't do much to restrict his movement, allowing him to dodge attacks like they were nothing but slow and reckless swings towards him. But it also provides some defense in case he has been caught off guard and been struck by an opponent. A good mixture of both speed and armor.
