New to dice. looking for group

I'm an old hand at rp but new to the mechanics of dice and stats. I guess I'm looking for a laid back group willing to help me learn and take turns GMing. Ideally I'd like to start in a hunger games setting and progress to more elaborate campaigns as I get more comfortable with dice and stats and how they work
