Character Theory Need help with a character

I have the design down of what I want in a character, but I’m not sure a backstory.
Over all, I am looking for a bit of inspiration to help get my creative mind going

Can you maybe share what else you’ve figured about them? Personality, powers, relationships...

No powers. Strong masculine character. I’m thinking maybe an alien species but not 100% sure. Decorated captain, but not sure how

Now that I look more closely at the design, it seems to be a Star Wars character?

Storm Trooper, likely.

Besides, aren't Storm Troopers only humans?

Not all of them. Humans or human es que. Some are Chiss and other human like species.
