Basically, a private organization - we can decide the name together - similar to bounty hunters operate as the justice enforcers in a fractured society.

Fuyumi, Yukine

Appearance
Born beneath the radiance of a Full Moon, Fuyumi seemingly inherited her white hair and grey eyes from the celestial guardian in the sky. Her skin was colored by the moonlight, a single freckle below the left side of her mouth is the only imperfection to her otherwise porcelain appearance. Fuyumi's grey eyes are beautiful, there's a mysterious brightness to them but they don't function. She was born without sight. To protect her sensitive eyes, she wears black silk ribbons around them as a blindfold. The fabric is comfortable and she has a collection of blindfolds, though she prefers to keep the designs simple against her mother's wishes for more elaborately decorated fabrics.
Fuyumi's body following puberty gained a few feminine features but overall her body is androgynous. Her small chest does require a bra but she instead prefers to wear a sports bra that flattens her chest perfectly. Her body, unless naked, can easily be mistaken for that of a man. She does, however, have pillowy lips and delicate facial features that are unmistakable feminine. Her hair is kept short because long hair is bothersome. As expected of a Beta, she has a muted scent of vanilla and her fangs are medium in length. Fuyumi's skin bruises very easily, she sustains injuries that leave behind scars even though her skin is so pale in coloration the defects are visible. Fuyumi dresses in loose fitted clothing because she finds that tight fitted clothing is restrictive in regards to her movements. She always has her blindfold, if not covering her eyes then tied around her neck or tied as a headband in her hair.

Fuyumi is the daughter of an Alpha and Omega coupling. The parents expected their child to be a perfectly healthy Alpha or Omega but instead, they were given a blind, fragile, Beta. Her overly protective Omega forbid Fuyumi from socializing with other children. She was homeschooled and therefore her socialization skills couldn't properly develop. Fuyumi was always being protected, either by her mother or father. She rarely had a moment of freedom to be a child. She had so many rules to obey, was forbidden to participate in the most common of childhood activities and instead was encouraged to focus on her studies. Fuyumi's education was the primary focus throughout her entire life. She became knowledgable on the topics in her books but remained naive to the world outside of her own home and family. All Fuyumi wanted as a child was a friend, someone to treat her normally and not like a frail doll that must be protected. Everyone has treated her like an item of glass that would shatter at the softest touch. Her own mother was frightened to give any physical affection without Fuyumi being bundled in blankets. Fuyumi is a blind Beta but despite what her parents believe, she isn't helpless.
Fuyumi's mother arranged a marriage. Fuyumi was to be married to a successful Alpha. The Alpha wasn't interested in the slightest with Fuyumi but instead attracted to her family's income. Fuyumi's family is wealthy. The marriage was arranged because of her parents increasing age. They wanted her to be protected and cared for in their absence. The Alpha treats her like a princess but only when around her parents. His behavior is a facade. Acting as the perfect Alpha for their daughter in order to marry into the family and inherit the fortune following the death of Fuyumi's parents. Fuyumi tries to assure her parents that she'll be perfectly fine on her own but they disagree.
"Oh sweetheart, you're blind and a Beta at that. You need a strong Alpha to protect you."
Just before the wedding ceremony, the Alpha is caught in a scandal with a young Omega. Fuyumi is temporarily relieved assuming that the marriage would be canceled but it isn't. "He deserves a proper mate, sweetie. He'll still take care of you!" Heartbroken. Fuyumi makes the heartbreaking decision that in order to have a life of her own, a life where she has control over her decisions and future, she has to leave behind everything she has ever known. She leaves her family behind at sixteen.
During this time, she was homeless. Fuyumi accidentally becomes involved with a notorious criminal. An intimidating Alpha that operates a drug business. She had only been searching for a meal when the Alpha's goons found her behind their building looking in the trash cans. Instead of killing her, for whatever reason, the Alpha took pity on her. Fuyumi learned the interworkings of the drug business during her years as the Alpha's assistant. She eventually learned how to operate computers and other technology despite being blind. Her intelligence is the one impressive aspect of her, she focused on continuing to learn including hacking abilities. Fuyumi didn't approve of the drug business but she thought it was harmless. The customers getting to escape reality with an illegal substance. She had no idea just how dangerous the operation truly was.
She made a friend, her first genuine friend during this time. A kindly male Omega that took the drugs to escape from his abusive family. He didn't treat Fuyumi like she was helpless. Actually, he praised her intelligence and adaptability. He admired her. They were close friends. Until he died. He was murdered for not paying his debts back to the business. Once again heartbroken and finally becoming aware of how wicked the world can be, Fuyumi once again ran away.
She returned to her home only to learn that her parents had died. She inherited the fortune and the mansion. Fuyumi's trust in the legal system was shattered after learning that the Alpha responsible for her friend's death wasn't even persecuted because the police were corrupted, themselves customers of the business and therefore no justice was given for her friend. She was determined to bring those responsible for her friend's death to justice even if it had to be her own doing. Not the violent sort given her lacking physical strength and sight, she used the skills that were available to her. Hacking. She, single-handly, brought down the drug business and had the Alpha arrested after sending the information to various authorities, one of which finally served justice.
Soon after, she was contacted by the organization. Someone with her intelligence could be a serious threat to them. They wanted her on their side instead. She was recruited by them. They convinced her that violence would only be used on their targets when necessary and that innocent person wouldn't be harmed. She shared her knowledge and offered her services to them. This included offering them the mansion to serve as their base of operations. Fuyumi is the technical analyst and hacking genius that operates from the sidelines.
Personality
In fact, much to the disagreement of her parents, Fuyumi is perfectly resourceful and self-sufficient on her own. She doesn't need a babysitter to protect her from everything in existence. Fuyumi, as a result of being overprotected as a child, hasn't been properly socialized and therefore doesn't quite understand how to converse with others nor how to behave in certain situations. The only Alpha she has encountered before has been her own father. She was forbidden to interact with other Alphas. Her caretakers had always been Omegas or Betas. She doesn't know the customary ways to conduct herself in the presence of an Alpha because her father was lenient with formalities. Fuyumi doesn't seem to get angry, just confused when she doesn't understand someone's reasoning for their behavior. She has a compassionate heart towards animals and children but lacks any maternal instincts towards children. Fuyumi has immense knowledge but no genuine life experience outside of her family home. She has never been allowed to leave the property. Fuyumi is pragmatic, always having to have a reason behind her actions.
