Monsters Have Pets, They're Called Humans.

"I see... but right now all I can do is run and hide..." she replied, almost pouting at her uselessness. Why did he even want to teach her magic? Probably for his own entertainment, she was his pet after all.

"That's why I'm here, I can help you kill the Rafflesia or go to the heart of a forest and help you learn about magic." Tero said. "So, what'll it be?"

"Maybe heart of a forest first, magic is still something really strange to me" she replied, keeping hold on his fingers.

"Ok, to the forest it is." Tero said, floating to the nearest portal, he entered it. Though it wasn't a forest, it was still incredible. The portal left them at the top of mountain, and they could look of and look at everything there. Though they did see a forest, which Tero started floating down to.

Kiara clearly enjoyed the view. Knowing Tero held her safely in his hand she spread her arms and pretended to fly like an eagle, obviously enjoying herself. She was dreaming again, all of this - Tero, the portals - it was like traveling through her own dreamland.

Instead of dropping to the ground at the entrence of the forest, Tero floated above the forest and floated directly to the middle. "Now, if we dig enough we should find the stone." Tero said.

"What does it look like?" Kiara asked, looking around to spot what he was telling her they had to find. Digging meant it was underground, so they'd have to land and get to work.

"It looks very shiny, and they range from temple size to gravel size." Tero said as he put Kiara down and started digging.

Kiara nodded and started digging like a mole, eager to find the stone they needed to teach her how to do magic. She completely forgot about the fear of magic she was taught to have.

Tero was also digging, but around the initial spot in case they got temple size. "Hey, we're almost to the stone, just a little more digging." Tero said.

"Got it!" Kiara replied and dug deeper, excited to see this glowing stone. She wondered what he'd do next once he taught her about magic. Although he had prepared a lot to make her feel at home with him, he appeared rather clueless regarding what to do with a human pet.

"There it is!" Tero said as he started digging around it. It seemed to be really big, but somewhat smaller than temple size.

"Wow!" Kiara commented in awe as she looked at the big glowing stone. She could feel its warmth, it was vibrating. So powerful...

Tero covered his hands with more dirt before he pulled the stone out of the ground. The stone was about twice the size of Kiara. "Let's bring this back." He said, holding the stone in two hands, and another hand letting Kiara get on it.

"What do we do with it?" she asked, climbing onto his hand. She was getting more and more eager to learn about magic and how to use it, forgetting about everything else.

"Well, we have to activate it, then we can use it to give you some magic abilities." Tero said, floating back to the portal.

"I think we have to bury it again and grow any type of plant over it. Not only will the plant grow in about a minute, but it will also be magical, meaning if you eat the fruit you'll gain nature magic." Tero said, looking at the stone.

"That's why we got this thing" Kiara replied, watching from his hand how he dug the large stone into the ground.

(I apologize, my posting will be non-existent now that my mom downloaded A FUCKING VIRUS ONTO MY COMPUTER.)

(She downloaded FUCKING MCAFEE OR WHATEVER THE FUCK IT'S CALLED AND NOW MY COMPUTER IS LAGGING AND MCAFEE IS SHOWING UP AS ONE OF MY MOST USED APP OTHER THAN GOOGLE CHROME. Though it's a bit better, there's not as much lag)

"We got this thing to activate the magical powers in you." Tero said, one of his leftover hands pointing to Kiara.

(Oh, that thing! I kicked it off my computer immediately and replaced it with Avira because it kept annoying me)

"Do you really think of me as your pet? I don't feel like one" Kiara asked, looking at him and then at the stone again.
