That could speed things up, which would be good since we're about to move on.
On the other hand, doing it over the course of a few rapid-fire back-and-forths could flesh out the conversation a bit more, though I'm not sure how GM and everyone else would feel about that.
Personally, I could work with either or.

The way it would work with her is, since she basically mutated her own quirk, it would be one quirk. Kiaras red eyes are a resulting of taking her quirk to places it wasn't supposed to go. So it would instead reflect the current iteration of the familiar
