Bio: A half-blood, though both his parents are wizards, his mother happens to be a werewolf. Shaun grew up in a bit of a tricky home, his mother being a stay at home mom and his father being a well known pureblood from Germany. His mother being a werewolf is a well kept secret from most, and a secret Shaun will of course take to his grave. His father, Isaac Rose ? Was raises believing in blood superiority and the cleansing of bloodlines of filth. That is of course, until he fell in love with Imealda Newtcork. A lowerstanding pureblood who had the unfortunate luck to be bitten in her teens after the marriage was arranged. While still holding pureblood standards, and instilling them into his son Shaun, he admits that some...exceptions can be made.

Bio: Reese spent most of his younger childhood sick, but his parents did everything they could to make him feel normal. His mother a half-blood dedicated her time to take care of him and as a result, they are very close. His father is a successful Auror something he respects and wishes he can do when he's older. He has an older brother named Micheal and a younger sister name Rosalie. Reese is a caring boy who would do anything for those close to him. He enjoys many aspects of the wizarding world such as Quidditch. He could talk about Quidditch for hours and enjoys playing the chaser role.

Bio: Sarina is a pureblood, having grown up in a rather nice household. Her father attended Hogwarts and was sorted into Gryffindor, playing Chaser at hogwarts and later becoming a reputable Chaser for the Falmouth Falcons. Sarina’s mother is French and attended Beauxbatons and met Sarina’s father at a quidditch party. Soon after they had Sarina, and were quickly married afterwards. Sarina’s father retired from quidditch after 3 years when he discovered Sarina was going to be born.

Sarina’s father is quite bubbly and very devoted, loving Sarina even if she was sorted into Slytherin. Her mother is a little more reserved with her love, a very strict and proper woman. Her mother insisted that Sarina attend Beauxbatons but her father really wanted her to attend Hogwarts. Eventually her father won out and Sarina got to attend Hogwarts.

Sarina is a father reserved girl like her mother, but is a rather cheerful and bubbly girl once someone gets to know her. She’s quite shy under normal circumstances and takes her studies somewhat seriously.

Bio: Corey comes from the pure-blooded Hemlock family, and as the oldest child, was raised since birth to believe that he was superior to half-bloods and muggle-borns. However, he completely rejected this belief because he was simply too kind to accept it as a fact. Both his parents considered this a defect, and so as a child, he was rigorously tutored in all magical subjects so that he would be a "real" pureblood. They hoped that he would eventually learn that he was superior to other witches and wizards. Despite this, Corey still defies his bloodline, and now that he's going to Hogwarts, his parents still consider him to be a disappointment to the family. Needless to say, the parent-child relationship between them is rocky at best.

Despite being a Ravenclaw, he barely tries in any of his subjects due to a lack of interest. His grades are pretty abysmal even though he knows all the material, and would rather spend his time in class sleeping instead of listening to professors explain content he already knows. He comes off as a bit aloof, and hides his shyness behind a distant exterior. In actuality, Corey is just a naturally kind person with a slight rebellious streak. He is very curious yet easily bored, and while usually rather quiet, can talk to friends for hours about his current interests.

Biography:
Cassie's family is an old one, pure-blooded and proud of it. Her family isn't necessarily the oldest but they are one of the wealthiest and are one of the most vocal families about their beliefs. It's no secret that the Westwood's believe in Blood Purity and that muggleborns are a strain on society. They mainly preach that Muggleborns are lesser than purebloods and if they truly wish to be a part of the Wizarding World they should fund it themselves and sever all ties with the Muggle world.

Cassie is the youngest, her name stemming from her Mother's tradition to name her children after constellations - in an attempt to mimic older families like the Malfoy's. She's close to all of her siblings including Lyra, the "Shame," of the family. Lyra never showed any magical talent or abilities and she was eventually announced as being a Squib, it's a subject that the family tries to cover up and avoid.

She has been taught from a young age that Muggleborns are less than them and that she should view them as inferior and a stain on their otherwise bright and gleaming society. Her parents placed a lot of pressure on her, telling her she needed to make sure she brought pride to the family to make up for what they dubbed the "Mistake." A small traitorous part of Cassie questions her parents beliefs and their treatment of her sister but she's terrified about what openly questioning those beliefs and ultimately defying her family could mean.

Tommy has shaggy black hair and a semi-permanent grin etched onto his face, his appearance could be described as "Goofy," thanks to his somewhat gangly appearance. He has long limbs compared to the rest of his body which gives the impression that they haven't quite been grown into yet although he is still shorter than most of the people around him, much to his frustration. And much to his tormentors delight and Tommy's annoyance his ears tend to stick out, his Mother used to assure him it was something that all of the family had and that he would simply grow into them but they're something that Tommy is very self conscious about.

Biography:
Tommy was born to a Primary School teacher and an Engineer and he grew up in a happy and healthy home in the North of England. As far as he was concerned magic was just a fairy tale, something people imagined they had and joked about in an attempt to make their lives better. So when he received a letter in the post he didn't know what to make of it, his Father dismissed it as spam-mail whilst his Mother assumed it was some kind of joke.

Then a Professor came to his door (not sure when this is set/if I can use a canon character - hence the vagueness) and suddenly everything seemed to click into place, though the idea of magic was still unbelievable and mind-blowing and a part of him wondered if he could now be considered some kind of superhero, certain strange events he'd never quite been able to explain made sense. That time the teacher he didn't like's chair broke and the time it had seemed like he pushed people away without moving - all outbursts of accidental magic at a young age due to emotional stress and trauma. The teacher had been berating him for not paying attention despite the fact his dog had just died and he'd been bullied during year's 5 and 6 which had led to an outburst.

The Wizarding World is still strange and exciting to him as he's only ever seen Diagon Alley when he went for his school robes, he wants to learn everything he can about the magical world - and he wants to make sure the school never forgets his name. After seeing the joke shop in Diagon Alley he's excited to explore the possible of ways to spice up his school life. And the lives of those around him.​

Bio: Augustus comes from a darkish pureblood family. His father is a world renowned Magizoologist while his mother is a Herbologist and Healer. He has two older brothers who have already graduated from Hogwarts. Augustus had the typical life of a pureblood child. He was taught the important of etiquette and being business savvy. The young wizard even had his own governess up until he was accepted into Hogwarts. His childhood was wonderful. When his parents weren’t busy they would often spend time with their children and when they couldn’t gifts would be sent. His life was never dull as his father made sure that they had pets. Augustus would often get into trouble when playing in his mother’s garden with his siblings.

Augustus’ family valued the old ways. They celebrated the Samhain and Yule with others who had the same views. Augustus would also help with offerings and other rituals once he was of age. He was taught to value his roots and to not be swayed because of what others believed about the old ways.

her dad left before she was born, mom died in childbirth. was placed into the foster care system but soon ran away because she hated it there and didn't really think ahead. she grew up on the streets, taking what she needed to survive. one day, a staff member came and told her she was a witch. she didn't believe them, and thought they were crazy. when they showed her magic, her mind was blown. they decided they couldnt leave her on the streets, so they took her to hogwarts despite her protests. she is happy there now, as the promise of food and shelter turned out to not be a lie
