Cynical usually, but he uses those two attributes to truly hide the broken, self-loathing, insecure man he is. Insecure about his powers, even though that is what he is most famous for amongst Lev.
History:The only backstory truly known about Jon is the death of his beloved wife in his early twenties when he had a normal human life, hiding his powers. At the time he didn't control his powers, and he lost control killing his wife in sheer accident. Left broken, and afraid of his abilities Jon went on a power rampage, even destroying a whole city doing so. LEU put an end to him quickly, but the leader was intrested in the man himself, and instead taking him under his wing to rehabilitate him. Coming back darker, and more afraid of his powers he began to rise amongst the ranks in LEU, and now runs his own team. Famous member in LEU, and runs the most feared team amongst Lev.
Special Ability: Forcefield Manipulation---
Prof can use his forcefields for many purposes, such as blocking incoming projectiles, creating a disc to fly on, traveling quickly and safely along the ocean floor, trapping or crushing people in bubbles, creating a walkway or bridge, attacking with spears of light, or simply illuminating an area. As well as keeping a constant invisible one on himself, protecting him from most attacks.

  Strong-willed and determined, Vara can be a bit stubborn. Playing into the favors of others is something she despises, and only does to survive. She could care less about romance, and focuses on her missions at hand. Though she doesn't mind a little flirting, she personally finds it too tiresome. Not to say she goes looking for trouble, but if she has any vices it would be her curiosity. She isn't afraid to jump right into danger, though her training warns her to do the opposite. She hates being looked down upon or being "fragile". She'll speak her mind around people she knows long enough, and trusts very few. A secretive individual, she keeps her troubles to herself. Vara can appear to be quite the serious loner type, but she prefers to hangout with others so she can observe them more closely. She'll roll with just about anything, calculating her choices and coming up with endless outcomes in her mind. Often she loses herself in thought, but can come up with some clever plans. She doesn't look out for others, and might seem selfish because of this, but she has been taught to value little, and preserve what you have. Therefor she expects others to be capable. She won't respect you unless you give her a reason to. At first Vara didn't necessarily like hunting the alphas, she did it to survive. But now she has found an uncanny pleasure to it. She somewhat hates this feeling.

  Vara's past is a little blurry. But there is a moment she remembers well. Her transition into a new life. Her childhood was like that of other alphas. Struggling to survive. One night on her 11th birthday, she was out trying to get food with her sister, she had never met her parents. Her sister had, but her parents had been executed before she could really remember their faces well. A pair of L.E.U. attacked them, and immediately executed her sister. She was about to be executed herself, and she was so overwhelmed with rage that it was this moment her abilities really awoken. She had raised her arms and pushed towards her assailants with a wave of fire. As embers flew, she heavily injured one of the LEU Vara tried to create more flames but she couldn't. But instead of being angry, the other LEU gave her a choice. Join them, or die. She chose to survive, and for a few years she was taught under the LEU who held quite a bit of status. However, she was ridiculed for not being a "pure LEU", those that were raised from birth to fight against the Lev. If it wasn't for her useful skills, she would be killed by now. Now 19, she has caught and eliminated many Lev. Her humanity slipping with each bloodshed.

Having been abandoned by people he loved, Cayden has become quite mentally unstable. He trusts easily, thinking he can protect everyone, and breaks down when he can't. She disguises herself as a priestess, preaching to the humans moving into Tetrovia, adding spirit to the shaken people.

In combat, he displays a strong sadistic traits and won't hesitate to perform immoral acts like beating up an innocent girl or taking her hostage and nonchalantly threatening her life, should said girl showing even the slightest connection with a living Lev.
History:
Vincent was a famous politician's son. When he was 5, he was discovered as a Lev and was immediately abandoned by his own father for the sake of reputation and political status. However, the man had used his influence for one last time, getting Vincent adopted by L.E.U. instead of being killed. He intensely underwent their training program since then.
Special Ability:
Sound Wave Generation
Vincent can shout to fire a sound wave that has concussive impact and push victims away from him. He can also emit inaudible sound waves that act as an echolocation, allowing him to learn the landscape, locations of all the objects as well as any change in said locations in an instant. Vincent can automatically and constantly achieving an echolocation radius of 50 meters, with his brain process the related informations unconsciously. Although, if he manually emit the waves, he can check the area up to a kilometer radius, but a lot of focus is required. In addition, if he is too focused at something else, even his passive use will be turned off. Vincent cannot modify any aspects of his own speaking voice or other existing sounds, meaning he can't mimick other voices, amplify or nullify voices or sonic-attacks.

kaitlyn is the sort to not get too deeply involved with other or their problems. Of course, a few exceptions to her way of thought exist. Such as close friends, although, friends are a rarity with her. The fastest way to piss her off would be to think that you can just walk over her like some kind of pushover. That would earn you a sharp blow to the lower jaw. Next up, her thoughts on Lev.

Unsurprisingly, she dislikes them. But not to the point of outright witch hunting them like everyone else. Kaitlyn would even talk to a Lev normally if they were to meet.. Just don't expect too much from her after just one fleeting meet-up. Kaitlyn's trust/friendship isn't just handed out, it's earned. But just to be fair, that applies to everyone, not just Lev.

1. No killing other characters without the person's permission
2. Nobody is invincible here. Fight respectively, no endless dodging

4. Fade super erotic content to black, you know how far to go
5. Post at least once a week. I know we all have busy lives, and producing a quality posts can take time. I've seen this work well with other rps , and I will kick you out if you disappear for two weeks without notifying me. First week gone by and I'll give you a warning. Patrick has been living in fear knowing that an L.E.U team could find and lock him up at any time due to the nature of his powers.

Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and months turned into years until Patrick was fed up with living as a recluse in fear at the age of twenty. Now working as a IT support technician for a company, Patrick wants to escape from the city to a more peaceful area before someone from L.E.U remembers him or discovers that scouting report about him. Dumb luck had got him this far in living a somewhat peaceful life, but he knows that luck don’t last long considering that the L.E.U don’t just ‘forget’ completely that easy (unless he had actually hit the luck jackpot and they actually did, but better to be safe than sorry.)

Any Weapons?: Patrick conceals a handheld kinetic pistol he nicknamed the ‘Special 45’ that can disrupt electronics via small bursts of EMP on contact of a surface.

Strengths(opt): Patrick is good at running and has amazing stamina. He’s even better at taking in hits to the point of not being stunned easily, as long as he isn’t busy being burned by fire or tired.

Weaknesses(opt): He has pyrophobia for the good reason of being burned by fire is very painful for Patrick. The pain from burns caused by fire cripples his powers and unnatural strengths temporary depending on how long he was burning. His healing touch can not bring back living things from the dead, even if their body is restored to pristine condition.

Strengths(opt): Patrick is good at running and has amazing stamina. He’s even better at taking in hits to the point of not being stunned easily, as long as he isn’t busy being burned by fire or tired.

Weaknesses(opt): He has pyrophobia for the good reason of being burned by fire is very painful for Patrick. The pain from burns caused by fire cripples his powers and unnatural strengths temporary depending on how long he was burning. His healing touch can not bring back living things from the dead, even if their body is restored to pristine condition.

History:
Fifteen... it had been fifteen years since her parents had been taken from and her family destroyed... fifteen years since the nightmares had started. Some nights were better than others, on a good night there were a few tears followed by a strong drink and an even stronger pill after that she was off to a restful dreamless slumber. On the not so good nights she'd lay awake remembering that day. The gunshots, the screaming, the fighting and then the silence. Truth be told she'd hated the silence most. The noise meant that her parents were fighting for their lives, for their family; it was the silence that told her that they'd lost and that she'd never see them again. Tonight is one of the not so good nights.

Cass's body produces excess electricity that she uses in a few different ways.
Offensively she can run a current over her skin in effect becoming a living taser.
Defensively she's resistant to electrical shock and can easily conduct/temporarily absorb incoming electricity.
Utility The additional "juice" allows her to think and react much faster than a typical person.

Despite appearances, Cass is far from helpless; several years of self defense having taught her to make the most of her small frame.
Due in part to her abilities Cass has exceptional coordination and reflexes that have been further honed by her athleticism.
Though not something that she advertises Cass is a gifted dancer and has been studying ballet along with modern and interpretive dance as long as she remembers.
With her courier jobs being time sensitive Cass took up freerunning to aid in navigating the sprawling rooftops and winding back alleys of both Tetrovia and Luna Pier. In doing so she's found many quick and unseen ways around both cities.

Getting drenched or submerged in water while using her ability can short her out painfully.
