Background/Family Background: Dion is the only child in her single parent family, and is constantly abused by her Mother. Dion had always hated the way life has been given to her as a constant struggle to survive, both school and at home. When she's not in the middle of troublesome times, she reads Jojo's Bizarre adventure to pass the time and to get her mind off of her terrible life. She has a crush on Dio, the charismatic vampire who's stand can stop time. She wanted to be like him, because he changed his own fate with his own hands. This was when she began her Villainous lifestyle. First she murdered her mother by using a pillow to smother her in her sleep. She then hid the body. Next she formed a gang of Delinquents to defend herself in case anyone tried to hurt her again. She repays her fellow gang members with Special treatment. To make sure she still has a living space, she works at the local bar at night, to make money by dancing.

Dustin's parents have always tried their best for their son, but with both of them working they never had much time for him. While he understands they are simply busy part of Dustin has always resented them for that and as such he isn't particularly close with them. He sees Pickwick as a dead end and hopes to leave the town as soon as possible and hopefully get a job that both pays decently and allows him some free time. While not a member of Cylene's gang or a big fan of them he has occasionally let them know when the Gamestop has had a good day, in exchange for a small reward and the promise that they wouldn't rob it while he was working.

Sebastian's family got in good with their finances back during his grandfather's time, getting into investments and accounting mostly. As such, their one of the richest families in Pickwick, though none would notice if not for Sebastian's casual overspending. His parents spoiled him rotten, so much so that he gave up on higher education right out of high school and instead took up weight-lifting in the hopes of one day becoming a pro body-builder. It was his appreciation for muscles which initially got him into Jojo, finding most of its beefy protagonists cool enough to look past his stigma of manga and manga fans. Since then he's been sucked into the rabbit hole of the series, though for some reason he tries to pretend he doesn't by acting out as his... alter ego.

Despite his voice, build and tattoos being easily recognizable to anyone who's ever talked with him, Sebastian's taken on acting out as the mysterious masked superfan: Mojo.

Mojo apparently discovered his kinship with JJBA because of how similar his name was, and has been utilizing his 'criminal connections' to finance his obsession with the show. He's never to reveal his mysterious identity on grounds that it might draw the FBI, often tape recording conversations in the case he needs them for court. Mojo refers to himself as a weaboo though his commitment to the bit is often lackluster at best. Though he does have a katana collection, he never seems to remember how big it is. Though he claims to only eat the clearly superior foreign meals of the Dragon Express, people see him at places like Minnie's constantly. And though he claims to be trying to learn Japanese, he's barely if ever made progress on understanding let alone speaking most of it.

Jessie was an artist from a young age. Her colorful fingerpainting sessions turned into more young expressions of art that her parents took pride in. This pride quickly turned to horror when Jessie tried making art all over the school walls. Over the years, her parents were contsantly trying to pull a balancing act of encouraging their daughter's passion while discouraging any acts of vandalism that she started leaning towards. Eventually, her father gave up and demanded she end her painting sessions before she ended up getting arrested. Without her main hobby, Jessie soon turned to gaming, finding the cinematic designs of different worlds in her games too eye-catching to ignore.

Fearing for her daughter's future, Jessie's mom encouraged her to try finding a more productive way to express her creativity, and managed to strong arm her into getting into web development. Though it didn't fulfill her like painting did, Jessie stuck with it for her mom's sake and even found herself getting quite invested in graphic design through the medium. Her father eventually relaxed his ban on her artwork, right around the time his job started requiring him to travel abroad. With her mother also picking up a job in the neighboring town where she went to school, Jessie found herself alone at the apartment for much of her days.

With a sudden lack of supervision in many areas, Jessie found her old habits flaring up. After getting back into her old painting methods, she would begin leaving spraypainted murals on the various abandoned buildings around town. It was during one of these outings that she ran into the local weirdo Mojo loitering in the Moonlight Drive-In, who took one look at one of her murals and demanded she 'spruce up' his weird anime website. Though most young girls would probably flee in terror if a known crazy person in a mask cornered them in an abandoned building while talking about foreign cartoons, Jessie's refusal died in her throat when he started waving money around.

Somehow their initial deal turned into her partially moderating his fan site for him, designing the layout for certain events or posts for him. She eventually got into the weird cartoon on his recommendation, getting drawn into the peculiar art style and character designs involved. Though she's much more into Jojo now than when she started, Jessie still refuses to read the manga and sticks solely to the anime. As a result, the many images on the local Jojo website are often out of date with the manga itself, only reflecting the anime that Jessie has seen due to Mojo's insistence on avoiding spoilers.
