  Two very successful bands have been rivals since they first met. They're four years into their rivalry, each with a strong fanbase. Both bands are of the punk rock/metal genre, and have four members each, eight in total. After their last albums didn't sell as well as they had hoped, they were short quite a bit of money. A tour would be the perfect way to fix it right? Well, suddenly they were informed of the combined tour, and neither band was too excited about it, but they agreed. Eight enemies touring together for eight months. What could go wrong?

Appearance ; V is a tall man, standing six feet and three inches tall, and weighing about one hundred ninety one pounds. His skin is right between being pale, and a normal tan color. He doesn't tan much more than he already is. V has a jet black mohawk, the sides shaved completely down showing off the tattoo of a dragon on the side of his head. His eyes are a bright green mixed with a hint of brown towards the center. He has quite a few piercings. The right side of his lip done twice, he keeps simple studs in so it looks neater. He has his septum pierced, and his left eyebrow done twice. All of his piercings are black colored. He has a ram skull tattooed on his back, his left arm is covered in a space themed full sleeve, and a few various little tattoos on his right arm. On his torso area, he has the anarchist symbol right above his navel, and many other similar tattoos covering his stomach, coming together to an eagle across his chest. V's style mainly consists of ripped jeans, combat boots, and wearing his battle vest. When he does wear other things, it's mainly tank tops with too large of arm holes, bullet belts, bondage belts, jeans covered in patches, and a black bandanna around his neck.

Personality ; V is a very complicated individual. He hates being around people, but he's lonely and has a need for social interaction. To strangers, he seems pretty cold and has absolutely no tolerance for anything. He doesn't hesitate to call someone out, or say something even if it will hurt their feelings. He's very blunt, and often times comes off as rude. He will occasionally go out of his way to start a fight, just for the fun of it, or get on someones nerves just to see how far he can push it. He doesn't like being touched at all, and touching him in any way will set off fight or flight mode for him. Which means either you get hurt, or he does. Around his friends, he's joking, sarcastic, and obnoxious but keeps his distance. He doesn't click well with most people, so the ones that he does he's very clingy with. He would lay his life down for his friends without question. V is very loyal, and even after you've done him wrong he will still give you a chance, and another chance, and another. He's quiet when by himself, mostly stuck in his head so he'll do anything to get out of his own mind. that includes drinking, and drugs. It's his favorite past time, but usually doesn't end in his favor. V hates himself more than anything else, even though he acts like he knows he's perfect. He has some anger issues he knows he needs to learn how to control, and will absolutely lash out at people.

History ; V was born in russia, along with his two other siblings. His brother was four years older than him, and his sister was three years younger. He's not sure what happened to his parents, he doesn't remember them. Him and his siblings lived with their grandparents until they couldn't care for them anymore, and then they were transferred to foster care in america. Their foster family took v and his sister when he was 4, while another family took care of his brother. He was always taking care of his sister while learning english and trying to do everything right for the family. There were other children in the home, and the foster parents didn't seem to care about the children, only the money they brought or how they'd be useful to them. The oldest seemed to get the brunt of their anger, and when she left, v was the next oldest. He kept his sister safe through all of the anger and abuse, giving her headphones to listen to music so she didn't hear any of it. When v was 16, they found out what was going on at the house and there was a big deal made about it. They took all the kids, placed them in better homes, and things seemed fine, besides getting separated from his sister. His first christmas there, his new parents noticed his interest in guitar and got him one, things should have been getting better. Instead, things seemed wrong to him. He didn't know why, but he didn't like it and started acting out. Getting in fights, being a rebellious teenager. That was the start of the downward spiral. He soon got into not so healthy habits. He started sleeping with anyone he could just to feel useful, drinking nightly to deal with the nightmares and doing drugs during the day to feel okay and forget. He didn't know why he couldn't forget and he didn't understand why it made his skin crawl when anyone touched him. When he hit 18, he left and lived in his car for a while before he found an apartment. He's lived there ever since, with the same habits from when he was a kid.

Her hair is long and blonde, and she normally just lets it fall as it does, very rarely does she curl it or do anything with it, though occasionally she'll throw it up in a messy bun. She's got light gray-blue eyes that really light up when she's performing, or talking about something she loves. Her wardrobe normally consists of ripped jeans or leggings, or some type of short skirt with fishnets. She loves band tees that she's torn down the neck so that they don't choke her, and though she wouldn't look like it, she loves jewelry. Not necessarily gaudy, flashy pieces-- but she loves her body jewelry, rings, and long earrings. She's got her nose double pierced, currently sporting one hoop and one stud on the left side, her tongue pierced, ears all done up, and her navel. She's got a tattoo of an old-timey microphone on her left calf, as well as multiple smaller tattoos all around her body.

Personality: Sadie doesn't take bullshit from people. If she doesn't like what you're saying she's going to tell you, and it probably won't come out very nice. She doesn't mean to be bitchy, it just happens, especially if you hit a trigger or joke about suicide. She has a soft spot for anyone with a mental illness because she suffers from one of her own. She's also got a soft spot for cats, because they're cute and cuddly and she wants to own seven and name them after the seven deadly sins.

All in all, Sadie is pretty easy to get along with unless you spew alot of bullshit or tick her off. She likes to get along with people and she likes to laugh. Her eyes literally light up when she's performing or talking about music or something else she loves. She comes off as a bit standoffish to those who don't know her, but she doesn't mind or try to correct their way of thinking. She figures if they wanna get to know her, they will. She does love her bands fanbase, though.​

History: Mercedes grew up with an alcoholic father and a drug addicted mother. She had an older brother, Luke, who swore to always take care of her. He protected her when their parents got into fights, and held her as she cried herself to sleep. Living in that house was hell, but Luke made it okay. He made sure she had clothes on her back and food in her belly, and as she got older he made sure that she finished her homework and helped him with the chores. It wasn't his job to be a parent to her, but he took it upon himself to do.

Maybe that's why he committed suicide. Sadie came home from school one day at the tender age of twelve to find that he'd hung himself, right there in his bedroom. He'd left a note that she still has to this day, although nobody knows about it. Her screams caught the attention of her parents, who rushed in to find their son dead and cold, and their daughter trying to tear him down and bring him back.

His death straightened out her parents. For a little while. Sadie started dealing with depression mood swings and was diagnosed as bipolar at fourteen after her mood swings became so much that not even her parents could handle them. They spent months fighting with her to get her to take her pills, but it wasn't until she met a bandmate (although they weren't a band at the time) that she straightened out and started taking her medication. She, along with her newfound friend buried themselves in making music. Music saved Sadie's life.

Personality:
Benny is usually rather quiet. His fans call him mysterious but really he just values his privacy. He got into drubs right back when he was little and it has been a passion of his all his life. He has a decent voice but the back of the stage suited him better as he wasn't a front man. Benny likes to have peace between his bandmates and is often the shoulder to cry on, the listening ear and the solver of conflicts. he is not a fighter, and when he himself is angry, unless very extreme, he will still try and reason it out. He is sometimes two forgiving and lets himself get walked on far too much. But for his bandmates, if they asked him, he'd probably do most anything. He's good with giving advise to others yet for some reason he cannot seem to talk about his own problems, bottling things up inside till they burst out. The only time he truly feels in control and himself is when he is behind the drums on stage.

History:
Grew up with an adopted family that were all white Benny spent a lot of time at school having racist remarks thrown at him. But his family were good to him, and he took comfort in that. His adoptive mother and father treated him no different to their real children. Still, benny became quite the introvert and learnt not to speak out much and to fade into the background. he was lost until he found drums in music class at school. From then on he was always in a practice room taking out his frustrations and turning them into a beat. He learnt song after song, and played for band after band growing up. He was suddenly cool at school, he was suddenly going out with girls and playing in garages.

Benny had lots of friends but he never felt like he met his real family until the band he is currently playing for was formed. They are friendships that will forever be close to him. He will do what ever it takes to bring them all that they want.

Appearance:
James, despite his personality, is rather short for his age standing at 5'6" and weighs 60KG. He has dark hair, and pale skin thats made even paler with the make-up he puts on before his performances. He wears a lot of leather and spikes, y'know classic punk. On special occasions, he'll wear eyeliner just for the dramatic effect.

Personality:
Backstage, James is generally optimistic, overconfident and ambitious. He's quite competitive and will go great lengths to prove that he's better than his competitor. He has big dreams for the band; world tours, interviews and fame. To achieve this, he'll dedicate his time to perfecting his voice. He's patient though, but cunning and clever. For him, there's a fine line between passion and pure determination based on pride, and he'll cross that line many times. However, if you get to know him, he's a rather friendly individual who will stick up for you no matter what.

On stage however, James is an aggressive actor. He'll act angry and chaotic, throwing things about and screaming into the crowd to create an affect. He'll make sure his audience gets what they want: Action, good music and a whole lot of violence. He wants the audience to thinks that he's some sort of beast, or demon of sorts, and most times, it works very well.

History:
James was a actor from the very beginning. He loved to get a reaction out of people, whether it was a laugh or a scream, he'd come up with jokes, pranks, performances, etc. James was brought up with his twin sister, Jennifer, and she was his partner in crime. Or perhaps rival. They compete to see who'd impress their parents more with their silly little pranks and homemade videos. Despite this, they'd do everything together and he looked up to her. After all, they'd obsesses over the same bands and rock music together. For Jennifer, it was the message, the music. For James, it was the live performances and the personalities.

Jennifer wanted to go to music school, James thought she sang like an angel. James on the other hand, wanted to act. They wanted to go to the same school but Jennifer found another school. They argued, a lot. James wanted her to be by his side, always. He saw this as an act of betrayal and stopped speaking to her. James got in to his original, desired school and studied drama, extensively. For days, he'd do nothing but study to prove some unknown point.

Somewhere during his sleep deprived nights, he discovered that he missed his twin. He contacted his parents to somehow get to her, but she just disappeared. Dropped out of school and ceased any form of contact. He felt sad, miserable. His life-long friend, erased from his world.

After graduating, James formed a band and went on as lead singer and song writer. He mainly writes angry songs, full of his anguish and confusion. But sometimes, he'd throw in a sad song in their album. Melodramatic and depressing. Fans think he's singing a tragic song over some lost lover or nostalgic moment in his past, but really he's trying to get his message over to his sister somewhere. To show that he understood what she was trying to say when they listened to music together. To show how much he's grown as an artist. To show that he's missing her badly.​

Bio
Reese was raised by his aunt, Grace, after his mother passed away when he was just a baby. He never knew who his father was. His aunt was never really meant to raise kids, but she did her best with Reese and he loved her. She was a singer who toured with her band before she got Reese and when she got him she stopped touring, so she could care for him, but she didn’t stop singing. Living in Chicago meant that there was a good music scene, and with Grace being in the middle of it, Reese was a part of it from an early age. As a kid he was always around his aunt and her musician friends and quickly took an interest in making music. By the age of eight he was already playing guitar and bass comfortably and was learning a to play piano and drums.

School was always on the back burner for Reese, he wasn’t a great student in anything outside of music, and his aunt didn’t push him to be. Reese’s only aspirations in life had always been to have a band, tour, and play music. He joined his first band when he was fourteen, and by the time he was eighteen he had been in four different bands total, that’s when he decided to leave home. He wanted to venture out and find new people to play with that wanted the same things he did. Grace kept Reese out of the party side of the music scene when he was a kid, but once he left home he was right in the middle of it, and he loved it. He spent the first couple years he was on his own mostly partying and drinking, with little focus on his music. It wasn’t until he met his current bandmates that he toned down the partying and started focusing on music again.

Personality-
Quinn is a very emotional yet quiet person. His heart means more than his head. Creativity is one of his main traits and his talent is a big part of his identity. He is considered an eccentric due to his family being so eccentric. He is considered an introvert due to being an arty kid. Whilst this is true, he doesn't care enough to label himself with that term. He has never really made permanent friends with anyone due to his family being so messed up. He is considered stubborn due to his unwillingness to cooperate. He also is a good leader and moderator which is amazing until he doesn't cooperate, so when everything fails, he falls deep into self hatred and sadness.

Bio-
Quinn was born in Slab City to a woman and a man who were very free spirits. In one word his parents were hippies. They travelled a lot for his father's work whilst his mother sold her paintings (like they needed the money since both of their inherited money could set them up for life) but they always came back to Slab City. It was home.

The artistic side in Quinn was shown fairly early on. When he was 4 he asked for piano lessons from his father. After a while he said he didn't like it but would like to play something that the Beatles played. He started learning ukulele at first as the guitar was too big for him and he had to get used to his fingers against the strings.

When he was 7 and at Long Beach he met some kids who could also play instruments. They became friends and said that when they were older that they'd form a band. He said yes but a few days later they had to move away again. It was at this point when he realised that friends would never really stay.

At 9 he started playing bass guitar and he loved it. It was the happiest he'd ever been. He started playing in front of others when he was 10 and his love for performing grew from there. He never stopped playing.

That was until his mother collapsed. Quinn never forgot that day. He was 13. It was a rainy day in the middle of nowhere. They were enjoying some much needed time away when his mother was rushed into hospital. She was diagnosed with leukaemia a few months back but didn't seek treatment for it. She was waiting for the right time to tell them but she couldn't. They tried lots of treatment. Quinn hoped that the disease would just go into remission but after a while she didn't want to go through with it anymore. Her husband and son soon learned that she was going to die and she wanted to go.

Six months later his mother passed away. The Beckett boys grieved in different ways. Whilst Cosmo was burying himself in work, Quinn was doing lots of different stuff such as music and art therapy, self-help, talking to professionals, and more extremes like drugs, alcohol and sex which is how he knew he was gay.

He eventually pulled himself away from that and realised that wasn't what his mother would've wanted. He got to work and tried to make himself better. It worked and he soon soared in his schooling. Life was easier and he learned piano finally. He graduated a year early and soon began playing in bars, cafés and clubs. He sang a little but wasn't the best. Sticking to his dreams and knowing that his inheritance would set him up for a long time, he kept going. Life was a lot more fun.

❝ STAYED INSIDE MY HEAD. ❞

appearance ; Riley is about five foot seven inches, but when she isn't wearing her vans or converse, she's wearing heels. The bigger the heel, the more confidence she has, which makes her about six foot. She is thinner, with barely any muscle other than in her arms from drumming. She has always been on the thinner side, and she actually loved the look of her arms when they started getting bigger,when most girls would despise having muscular arms. Her hair is constantly changing colors as well. She can never make up her mind and gets bored when there isn't enough change, so one day her hair will be the darkest black, almost touching her waist, and the next day it will be pink and chopped off to her shoulders. Right now, she's been sporting short, platinum blonde. Her dark roots grow in quickly, but she never minds them until they get too grown out.

She has extremely light blue, gray eyes and people have accused her of wearing colored contacts because they were so bright. They're her favorite part about herself. Riley is super pale as well, and has never understood the 'need' to be tan and bronzed like others. She was actually fond of her light skin. It made her different and gave her attention. Her pale skin is littered with smaller tattoos, a half sleeve made up of an outline of flowers on her upper left arm being the largest one she has. She has a nose and septum piercing which she typically wears a simple, thin, silver ring in. Riley also has her medusa pierced, it's smaller and hugs against her top lip.

Riley has multiple different 'styles'. On stage she will most likely be wearing a distressed, ripped up band shirt with black skinny jeans and vans with simple makeup, like just about any other band member. If she's going out to an event, though, she absolutely loves dressing up. Riley enjoys doing her own makeup and hair. She has always been super into beauty and style and swore that's what she was going to graduate and do with her life. Riley loves a darker, edgier look, but she always makes it look put together. She could never just smear black eyeliner everywhere and wear band tee's everyday, she had to dress it up.

❝ IT'S HARD TO FORGET. ❞

history ; Riley knew her family was different than a lot of the other families she had been around since a young age, but it didn't completely dawn on her until she was in middle school. She walked into the locker rooms to find one of her best friends crying, another friend rubbing her back. When Riley joined them and asked what happened her friend explained her and her mom had gotten into a fight, and that her mom had cornered her and hit her a couple times. She didn't know how to react. Both of her friends were so shocked and shaken up over something like this, when this was something Riley had been experiencing almost every day. Her older sister had been getting the worst of her parents abuse, though, since she was older, and her dad was the main abuser. Her mom stood by and continued making excuses for his aggressive behavior, telling her two daughters that they were being ungrateful and their life wasn't nearly that bad. Her parents both threatened to make it worse and that they needed to keep their mouths shut. It was Riley's 'normal' and she had never taken it seriously until she saw her friend that day.

Riley began getting into music when her elementary school introduced orchestra. She had been playing piano since she was about five, but was always bored with it. Her parents forced her to play because she refused to join any kind of sports. She had chosen the viola because everyone else picked violin, and she liked being different and having her own choice for once. Riley began playing viola a lot more than practicing with her piano, and she seemed to learn the stringed instrument a lot faster. Her mother swore up and down she was some sort of prodigy with stringed instruments and went out and bought her an acoustic guitar. She hated it at the time because it was twice her size, and of course because her mom wanted her to play it. That pushed Riley away from playing any kind of instruments for some time until she met her best friend during freshman year of high school. He had a drum set and Riley begged him to teach her something on it. He refused, saying he wasn't even that good and that she wouldn't be any better. They began being an on and off again kind of couple, but Riley sat herself at the drums whenever she could at his house. She likes to say part of the reason they broke up for good was because he knew she was a better drummer than he was.

relationships ; outside of her band, Riley hasn't really maintained any relationships. She never felt the need to. V, the guitarist for the competing band, and her used to talk without the bands knowing. They had a falling out and plays a huge part in why Riley can't stand the other band.

Olivia has always been somewhat privileged and spoiled. Though unlike most teenage girls she had never really bragged about her money or materials in life. She grew up as an only child with both of her parents, which was a main reason for her being spoiled. When Liv hit her teens, she became a lot more caring and giving, this attitude caught boys attention, she was innocent, and they had liked that. She was very naive when it came to these boys, she was weak around them. One boy had ruined everything for her, he had crushed her. Olivia had given up on love and took shelter in music and friends. Her parents had noticed her change in attitude and pampered her even more, buying her concert tickets, band merch, makeup, whatever she wanted. Because of this she discovered a particular liking for two bands. She discovered her cousin liked the two bands as well which caused her to be closer with the female. Her cousin soon became her bestfriend until she moved out of state, leaving Olivia by herself with her music.
