Fandom InFamous RP Interest Check

I've had this idea for a while now, i'm finally doing it.

This Rp takes place just after InFamous2 when the DUP is just starting to capture and contain conduits. You can either choose to be a conduit or you could be a member of the DUP (I felt this would make it different than other Rp's similar)

The setting is still not determined and if enough people take interest in this i will take suggestions and form a poll. I will allow you to choose your role in the DUP and also if I approve I will allow a custom/new power
