Pandora... has always been a world of violence and thievery. Bandits and psychos scatter themselves across the wasteland, lying in wait for whichever poor soul is unfortunate enough to come through their territory first. They say that on Pandora, if we could read, the only words that would be in our dictionaries are blood and money! So what is it that drives us 'fools' to stay here? Haha! That, my friend, is the promise of success!

Some brave souls who believe they can best the guardians of these Vaults and welcome the peril of the quest become Vault Hunters, a collection of the galaxy's biggest badasses- or to some, the galaxy's greatest fools. Some, they are successful. Others... not too much.

But there was a day that everything Pandora had known changed. The Vaults began to cause catastrophes! They moved the continents, made frightening hurricanes, created waves in the oceans that swallowed the edges of land whole! And then... they appeared.



They were called Mutants, for they were creatures Pandora had never seen before! The Mutants attacked towns and bandit settlements, killed the men, the women, the children! Well, maybe the Mutants weren't so different from the bandits, but whatever. They came out of whirlpools of bright light with a thunderous clap, bright enough to blind a man for the rest of his life!

Many died struggling to fight these Mutants, but Vault Hunters, soldiers, and mercenaries united themselves to defend the defenseless against the beasts of nightmares! But there was one more thing that helped Pandora battle these spawns of hell. From the same portals came heroes of myth. People who were not from Pandora, but had the same spirit! Animals like the mutants who spoke and became our allies! People who could raise seas of rock with a wave of their hand! They came to our aid and fought by our side in the darkest hour...

Of course, the question remained. What mysterious power had provoked the Vaults and brought these freaks to our doorstep? The remnants of the Children of the Vault, a fanatical group of psychos praising a dead queen, were seeking whatever it was. The Crimson Raiders, the protectors of Pandora, had begun the race to discover what was causing these strange happenings, oblivious to what power truly awaited them...

Our story begins here, on Pandora, with a new group of these heroes of myth appearing from their portals, a quiet town facing threat of attack from bandits, and most importantly, me...

I do understand mistakes, though; English is tough!

7. Duos (two characters per player) are allowed, but they have a limit of sixteen (originally ten).

8. No knowledge of Nuclear Throne or Borderlands is needed for this RP, as information will be supplied over the course of the story! That being said, there will be some Borderlands series spoilers, as this takes place after the events of 3!

This roleplay will focus heavily on an open-ended, open-world mechanic. What this means is that you- not just the whole cast, but you- drive the story. You can make decisions that change entire chapters, join any faction you wish or even go solo, go any place on Pandora (or perhaps later, even the galaxy!) you wish, choose to kill major characters, and more. As the GM, I will do my best to create a story that molds around every individual cast member, but remember that you have a lot of power here.

While I have a set story for this RP planned, it will only be followed in its original form if my prompts are followed to a T. If you, at any point, believe your character would do such-and-such, then please, do so! Now, this does not mean you should forget to be respectful to others, especially your fellow RPers. If you plan to do something big (ex. attack others in the cast or do something that would probably alter events majorly), talk it out OOC in our Discord server. If other people are okay with you doing whatever it is you want to do, then go on ahead!

Powers / Abilities / Equipment:
  • Falcon Punch: After a short windup, Falcon releases a devastating fire-infused punch, he can also infuse the punch with lightning.
  • Falcon Kick: Dashes forward with a fire-imbued kick, launching foes, he can also perform this attack rapidly or add in the electric element into the kick.
  • Falcon Dive: Ironically named, If he comes into contact with anyone, he briefly grapples them before generating an explosion that launches them downwards whilst stylishly launching Captain Falcon further skyward.
  • Raptor Boost: Captain Falcon rushes forward and performs a fire imbued uppercut onto his opponent, an alternative to this attack takes more time, but doesn't make him flinch at most attacks.
  • The Gentleman: A three-hit punch, punch, knee combo, followed by a blindingly fast series of punches and finishing with a final blow that launches enemies.
  • Knee of Justice: A lightning-infused knee smash that deals devastating damage.
  • Heel of Shame: Captain Falcon raises his heel and knocks it down to the ground at rapid speed, this technique is best used for knocking someone off a ledge.
  • Flight Suit: Provides protection from physical trauma, extreme G-forces, and fire/heat.
  • Blaster Pistol: A pistol that fires lasers, rarely uses this, preferring his manly fists over guns.
Personality: C.Falcon is rather outgoing aswell as extroverted. He's never one to back down from a challenge that he wasn't confident he could win. Whether it be a race or a fight. He can however tends to bite off more than he can chew from time to time

Short Bio: Douglas Jay Falcon is the Original Captain Falcon who was an officer in the Internova Police Force in the past. He is a resident of Earth, coming from the city of Port Town. His bounty hunting exploits have yielded him enough of a reputation that he has gained many enemies across the galaxy; to avoid the constant danger from his adversaries, when he's not racing or bounty-hunting he lives in seclusion in his personal island chain off the coast of Port Town. His need to shield himself from outsiders borders on paranoia (albeit not necessarily unwarranted), because whenever he wins a race he has to dash home to his islands with his award money before others can get him. Living comfortably in solitude in his islands, Captain Falcon practices his F-Zero racing with a separate track built on each one of his islands.

Abilities:

As a child, Tanya didn't possess much physical strength. However, she is able to enhance her basic physical abilities through magical enhancement spells. This allows her to engage in proper close quarter combat and wield a rifle like any other soldier.

Aerial Combat:
Her movements are said to resemble a fairy dancing in the sky although most enemies only yell "Monster!" as she dodges all mana targeting spells. Her main tactics are focused on outmaneuvering her opponents, luring them into close quarters for her mage blade or mass elimination with single powerful spells.

Strategy:
Although she has an average record in planning and strategy, she has a special aptitude for analysis and critical thinking skills. Moreover, she can manipulate the plan according to her will. When Tanya gives orders to her subordinates, they can expect harsh punishments if they fail to comply.

Manipulator:
Due to her extremely dangerous cuteness and small size, she can easily fool someone by using her skills, e.g during her short conversation with previously ranked Captain Maximilian Johann von Ugar, by persuading him to drop in the selection of being one of the Twelve Knights during War College Arc. Also, she has an ability to fool anyone with her voice, e.g in the light novel, manga, and anime version (Episode 5), where she used her child voice during the bombing of the Dacian Capital.

Personality:
Tanya has a lot of sociopathic traits; cold, calculating, and often sees others as objects she can use to her advantage. This allowed her to rise rapidly through the ranks of her careers in both lives.
Tanya places her faith in numbers, following the Chicago School of Economy, which states that everything has a price. This could be seen from how effectively she picks and raises her subordinates to be a valuable human resource she can use. This also allows her to become a very efficient commander as she is both a decisive strategist and cunning tactician who is not hindered by her emotions.

Due to her faith in signaling theory, Tanya dons a mask of the perfect soldier. On the surface, Tanya is every bit what an Imperial soldier should strive to be. A harsh disciplinarian who still cares about the lives and safety of her troops. A stupendously powerful and brutal warrior that still adheres to international laws. A person with a sharp tactical mind, unflinching courage, and unquestionable loyalty to her country. An officer who nevertheless remains humble and respectful to even non-commissioned officers. A devout believer in religion who often calls upon God to bless her country. All of these would make her an inspirational figure, the fact that she is a young girl only makes the adults around her vow to work harder.

Tanya has an iron-clad belief in her ideology and methodology, which is also why she is oblivious of the fact that what she did in her previous life didn't give the same result in her current career and timeline. More often than not, she has assumed other soldiers would share her mindset, such as refusing to apply for a dangerous assignment, leading her to a series of failures in achieving her goal. While she did notice she didn't get the results she wanted, Tanya stubbornly believes her method isn't the reason.


Short Bio:
In the year 2013 A.D, he was just an ordinary salaryman working in the Human Resources Department. His job was to lay off people, and he is shown doing his job efficiently without any empathy for anyone he fired on behalf of his company. One day, after firing someone for incompetence, on his way back home after work, he was murdered by the vindictive former co-worker, who pushed him to his death in a crowded train station off of the platform to the train tracks. His death led to his first encounter with Being X, in which the salaryman expressed his faithless nature in metaphysical entities such as a God and a Devil. The salaryman also pointed out what he sees as a flaw in Being-X's management of humanity and reasoned why humanity's faith in God has eroded. Enraged by his rudeness but also intrigued, Being-X decided to use the salaryman's soul in an experiment. So the entity reincarnated him in another universe as a blonde-haired and blue-eyed infant girl named Tanya Degurechaff.

The Tom Tom Gang is a large group of space pirates that specialize in robbing worlds of their time and selling the resulting crystals to other worlds for profit. Their proficiency in doing so and disregard for the safety of inhabitants of the worlds that they rob has given them substantial notoriety, as they were responsible for inducing both the World B1Q64 and Big Crystal incidents, though the gang also helped resolve the latter.

The gang is entirely contained within a larger population of pigs, at least part of which looks up to the gang's endeavours, resulting in their acknowledgement in news broadcasting. Similarly to the Time Sweepers, Tom Toms are also entirely comprised of males, though in the gang's case this contributes to a particular concept of chivalry championed by Benito, the gang's leader. The gang is most easily recognized by its emblazoning of nearly all related objects and individuals with the Tom Tom Gang sigil, which resembles a pig's face. This appears on Tom Tom technology and is spray painted at the entry and exit point to a world used by an individual.

Tom Toms hold few of the reservations displayed by the Time Sweepers, which is most obvious in their willingness to risk or destroy entire worlds in search of profit. They also show a very strong appreciation for food, to the point that a member's performance is responded to with corresponding food at dinner time, ranging from nothing to at the very least cake, though meat is also likely included considering the affinity that Tom Toms often show for it.

Though the Tom Tom Gang operated from the Tom Tom HQ for a long period of time, an invasion by the Time Sweepers forced the gang to operate entirety from the Benito Battleship, a flying ship, from that point onward. Now they've come to do business on Pandora, pray their next operation doesn't screw up this planet too...

Powers / Abilities / Equipment:
Space Controls
are what the Tom Tom Gang use to traverse obstacles, eliminate threats and evade detection. Much of the Tom Tom Gang's formidability originates from its members' manipulation of space, comparable to the Time Sweepers' manipulation of time. Whereas a Time Sweeper's time controls are handled by their sweeper, Tom Toms' space controls come packaged separately. These space controls are most often in cans, from which a glowing orb is removed and thrown to the point at which the space control should be directed. These space controls are mass produced in a manner like the weapons used by the gang and can be bought from the Tom Tom shop.

While most space controls related to stealth or mobility can be used in nearly any circumstance, space controls with direct combat applications tend to vary in their effectiveness against different types of opponents.
  1. Decoy - Upon being removed from its box and having the crank on its back turned, the TG-Decoy takes on the appearance of the user and walks forward mechanically (as expected of a wind-up). This is capable of distracting enemies, fooling them into thinking they have located an actual threat, while the user does as they please without scrutiny. After receiving sufficient damage, the decoy will be destroyed. The decoy is useless outside of evading detection.
  2. Banana - Perhaps most rudimentary of the space controls is the banana. “Space control” is something of a misnomer, as no apparent manipulation of space is taking place, perhaps aside from the original acquisition of the (inedible) bananas from another dimension. A Tom Tom can throw two banana peels at once around a central location in hopes of an opponent walking over it.
  3. Black Hole - The black hole is the most dangerous of offensive space controls used by the Tom Toms, producing a large vortex that immobilizes and forcefully draws the life out of any nearby victims. This will not necessarily incapacitate the target, though it will greatly injure it otherwise.
  4. Space Bubble - When the space bubble is removed from its can and thrown, the point at it touches the ground will be surrounded by a large bubble-esque void that cannot be penetrated by weapons or the victims trapped inside for a minute or so. Foes who enter the bubble become trapped if they enter. The user, however, can move into and out of the bubble freely. Despite the bubble having no direct offensive effect, it may be used to temporarily minimize a threat.
  5. Time Grenade - Time grenades (often referred to as pause grenades), are individually packaged orbs that activate a pause control upon hitting the ground after being thrown. This allows for the neutralization of time barriers or time spheres, including the pause barriers equipped by some Guard Sweepers. The effective range of this pause is limited, however, meaning that the grenade must be activated within a certain proximity to any guard whose barrier is to be dismantled. The implication of Tom Toms possessing technology capable of activating a time control is unclear, as no other time controls seem to be used by the gang. Despite the different method of activation, the pause control activated by the grenade seems identical to that used by Time Sweepers, lasting for ten seconds.
  6. Void Trap - The void trap, when thrown, will enclose an area surrounding its landing point with a very faint red glow that determines its area of effect. When an opponent enters this area, a portal to another dimension will open beneath their feet, resulting in them falling in. The red area of effect will then disappear, and another trap will need to be placed to catch another victim. The low visibility of the trap results in one of the most effective and simultaneously non-violent methods of removing an opponent instantaneously, as they do not return from the other dimension (though this dimension, like the dimension entered with the subspace dive, may be devoid of air, explaining the lack of a return).
  7. Quantum Snare - When removed from its can and thrown, the quantum snare produces a warp hole in the ground at its landing point, through which other Tom Toms can travel. Said Tom Toms will grab the legs of any enemy that pass by, preventing them from monitoring or pursuing the user for a minute or so, and multiple Tom Toms can arrive via a single quantum snare.
  8. Subspace Dive - The subspace dive is a stealth-oriented space control that opens a portal to another dimension to be entered by the user. While in this dimension, the user has limited navigational abilities and must see through a (very large) periscope sticking out in the initial dimension in first-person. Opponents may notice this periscope and follow it, though attacking it will not harm the user, Time Controls have no effect and visibility is much lower than walking about in a normal manner. The distance the user may travel while using the subspace is limited by the lack of air in the other dimension, forcing the user to hold their breath and eventually experience suffocation (take damage) if they do not exit the dimension in a timely manner. Thus, an opponent that has detected the user's periscope may simply wait for the user to exit the dimension before attacking.
  9. Warp Tunnel - Among the most versatile of movement-based space controls is the warp tunnel. When thrown, the space control will create a warp hole where it lands, and the user will have ten seconds to create another warp hole at their feet and jump in, coming out of the other warp hole. This enables the user to reach any solid ground within reach of a throw, and full use of the arms or hands is not necessary to enter the portal, allowing for transportation of large bags containing stolen objects. While this allows the user to reach areas inaccessible by foot, it also has the additional benefit of enabling the user to bypass potential hazards entirely.
  10. Hyper Cloak - The hypercloak is a literal cloak worn by its user, distorting space such that light appears to travel through the cloak rather than bouncing off of it. When the user is completely still, this allows for complete invisibility, but the effect is diminished upon movement. The light around the cloak warps as a blue shimmer is produced when the user moves, and this effect is intensified as the user moves more quickly. The cloak is sufficient to avoid detection by enemies at anything but a full sprint. K9-1000s will also detect Tom Toms using hypercloaks and latch onto them.
 
Appearance:
A chiseled man despite his age, though passing his prime, he cuts an imposing figure, and donning his iconic modified government issue jumpsuit, he's a recognizable symbol of hope for the citizens of Rupolis. He stands at a respectable height, though he's no giant, and with broad shoulders and a strong jawline, he's the image of a Grecian statue made flesh. He wears an olive green jumpsuit with padded knees and elbows, and a harness bearing his signature three-pointed star in bright yellow.

Blast Radius: The exact mechanics behind Jason's ability are a tightly guarded secret by the government, but declassified documents are available to those with high enough clearance.
Suffice it to say he punches explosions, for those with the proper clearance, a more in-depth breakdown is available below
The Blast Radius gene allows Jason Cooper to create thermobaric explosions by releasing a highly combustible powder from his knuckles, elbows, and knees and a coarse, sandpaper-like skin that covers those areas creates high amounts of friction due to air resistance, allowing him to ignite the clouds of the explosive powder his strikes release. A hero through and through, Blast Radius believes he was born to be a hero, being given the power to defeat evil wherever it surfaces and being born into the same city that birthed the first heroes, he feels it is his destiny to protect the weak, and to shelter the hopeless from crime and despair.

Born in 1980 to a happy couple in Rupolis, Regra, Jason was raised with honest morals and a solid work ethic. His parents taught him to never rest on his laurels, and that he could always better himself. It's no surprise he worked on controlling his power until it was safe to use it in the applications to become a government hero. At only eighteen years of age, he became one of the greatest heroes the city had ever seen. He was the perfect face for heroism and replaced the old idol Golden Fist, who was growing too old to continue his work.
Twelve long years of service have left their mark on the hero, and he's starting to slow down, but he refuses to let his example die before a worthy successor rises to meet him. He once had faith in a young, hotheaded hero who could absorb the attacks of his enemies, but the disgraceful actions of that hero destroyed any chance of that happening.

    Phoenix became a defense attorney because of an incident during his childhood, where two other kids, Miles Edgeworth and Larry Butz, stood up for him when the rest of their class was against him. Losing touch with Miles and eventually learning that he had become a prosecutor (a far cry from Miles's childhood dreams of being an attorney like his father), Phoenix made waves in his first couple of cases - first proving his other friend Larry innocent, and then continuing to be undefeated despite being such a rookie, culminating in helping Miles find his father's murderer, themselves a prominent prosecutor.

    Since then, he has run a law firm out of his late mentor's office, along with her younger sister, Maya Fey, which embroiled him in the Fey family's feuds and the mysticism surrounding them. Chimera has inherited the powers of the two Espers she was based off of, a clone of the two if you will. She has Misaka Mikoto's Electromastery and Accelerator's Vector Manipulation. Oddly enough she has a tail as well, but her creator said it's just an unexpected side effect from her birth.

With Misaka's electromastery, She can create and manipulate electricity, zapping anyone coming too close to her, as well as the ability to walk on metal surfaces and reflect different forms of energy beams. She Can also utilize the Railgun technique, which fires a highly energized beam of energy at a target, with deadly results.

With Accelerator's Vector manipulation, anything she touches, she can force it away from her, or, she can make a front facing barrier to reflect any attack back at an offender. She can also be able to dash at high speeds if she uses it on the ground, stomping on the earth to launch herself forward.

A loner who doesn't like to be bothered by anyone else except her creator, who she calls her dad. She doesn't enjoy getting into fights, but will do so to protect herself if needed. Not generally friendly, and she dislikes anyone attempting to flirt with her.

Exia was without its own true feelings and personality. Instead,its outward personality seemed to mirror that of a Gundam Meister from the Anno Domini timeline who so happened to pilot a Gundam named Exia.

Short Bio:
Born and manifested from a sea of data in an unidentified timeline,Exia,an AI-manned Mobile Suit modelled after a Gundam bearing a similar name, was supposed to be created to serve an unknown individual. Instead found itself wandering an unknown reality void of MSs like it, looking for a purpose in the uncharted universe.

The huge fire rescue operation last winter more than proved Shaw's competence: When the irresponsible use of a space heater eventually set a whole building ablaze, Shaw made numerous incursions inside to rescue trapped victims, orchestrating a successful operation with zero casualties. That earned her a personal invite from Wei Yenwu, Chief Executive of Lungmen, as well as headlines in all the newspapers.

With Wei's and the L.G.D's support, Shaw was accepted into Rhodes Island for her expertise in fire safety and prevention. It was an obvious boon to the island, since most Operators have little to no knowledge of or training in firefighting. Shaw handily filled the gap. Personality:

A chill girl, Skye was usually more of a girl who kept to herself. She wasn't a hyper girl, nor was she a dead inside girl, she was more of a mellow girl. Towards others, she's usually wary of them, putting up a wall of hers. Bring that wall down and you'd know a kind and caring girl towards you, caring about you. Of course, if you were to do something stupid or do anything to put yourself in harms way, she wouldn't hesitate to call you a dumbass and maybe hit you.

If feeling strongly about something, her stubbornness would show, wanting to disregard the opposing words and go in, doing what she thinks would be right. Patience is a thing she has, willing to wait if need be, but sometimes due to emotions, its rarely there.

Short Bio:

Skye's always been one to be in the background. She had a pretty normal life until she was eight. The day that she was in the school play, her dad was supposed to come watch her. But he ended up in a car crash and died. Both herself and her mother loved him deeply, especially her mother. So she blamed Skye for him dying, saying that it was her fault for him dying. In a way, she was right. It was her fault. All because she asked him to come to her school play.

A few days later however, strange markings would appear on her arm. They were blue and they turned out to be the markings of a Siren. She then quickly found out what her power was, trying to keep it under control.

Skye promised herself to work hard in school for her dad, but her mom treated her coldly. No matter if she passed her classes, if she did well on her tests, if she did well with her projects, her mom didn't give her any recognition. And the kids at school treated her differently, as she was seen as an emo kid and was different due to how she looked. She did try her best to hide her markings though, but they eventually found out about her markings and treated her even more differently.

This caused her to run away, get a tattoo and join a gang. It was fine at first, they had fun, drank, they taught her how to use weapons, and did other different things. Well, except for include her in crimes, she was the get away driver until her being a Siren became known knowledge to the gang. Those powers were then used in the crimes, resulting in being able to get away easily.

And then one night, they took her somewhere.

They said that they were gonna take her to a party. Instead what she got was something that no one wanted and left out in an alleyway, bleeding profusely from her legs. Luckily, she didn't get pregnant and was found by her mom. She was dragged straight home and beaten for what happened.

The day of high school graduation, her mom was actually going to show up. To take pictures of that day. She didn't show up, and this did worry Skye. It wasn't until after she got her diploma that she learned the truth. The reason she didn't show up was that she got into a car wreck like her dad. But unlike him, she ended up in a coma. The doctors didn't know when she would wake up.

With her mother in a coma, the gang having left her, and nothing else keeping her there, she took her cat and her things and headed from Promethea to Pandora. It seemed like a good place to get a head start on doing some good to make up for the time she spent with the gang. Even if the "good" she was doing was shooting bandits in the face.

His personality is pretty average for a standard clichéd "Nice Guy" protagonist: Easy to get along, Wiling to help anyone, Caring towards those he knows etc. He tends to purposely tease and anger some of his friends for the heck of sometimes,and is can be a little bit of a smartass (especially in his thoughts,where he just snarks often).

Short Bio:
A former beta tester and also among the 10,000 players trapped in the VRMMORPG "Sword Art Online". Kirito currently still play VRMMO games alongside his newfound friends from the Aincrad Incident. One day however, what was supposed to a be a simple "Link Start" to connect him back into ALO had instead dropped him into a completely different landscape never recorded in any official guides, complete with himself once again donning his "Black Swordsman" garb and dual swords, but with his stats fully reset and the Logout Button vanished once again...

1)He now does not retain the game-physics HP,instead having something more similar to Alicization's "Durability" (In other words yes he will bleed and feel pain realistically,even die from his injuries as well.). His physical prowess is also "nerfed" to match that of his physical appearance,although he can still get physically stronger by leveling up like in RPGs. Powers / Abilities / Equipment: Fluffington boasts a nigh impregnable Defense and Special Defense, and an ungodly amount of health. She knows a very wide array of moves, but none that deviate from what an Eevee has been known to learn. She can also hold her breath for around 8 hours. Ont he Flip side, her offensive capabilities are practically nonexistent. For equipment, she keeps a Focus Band around her neck as a bow, and a Berry Pouch chocked full of Lum Berries, for status conditions, including Sleep, Poison, Burns, and Paralysis for examples.

Personality: Fluffington is cheerful and Naive, to the point of idiocy. She almost always sees the best in the situation, being filled with a childlike sense of wonder. She has warped sense of self, knowing that she herself is cute to others, but referring to her physical self negatively. On the other side, she is VERY proud of her power and completely prone to boasting.

Short Bio: Fluffington the Mighty is an Shiny Eevee abandoned at a very young age, her coat being a danger in the wild plains of her birth-land. After a freak storm brought her to a special gym, the Gym of The Mighty, she was trapped for Three years, where she and many other normal types were essentially used as gym equipment, barely kept alive and heartlessly discarded when they passed. Due to some stroke of luck or fate, her naturally unstable DNA allowed her to adapt to her surroundings, making her more durable over the course of several years. Somehow, probably due to the first accident, she never questioned what was happening to her or the others around her, and enjoyed. After ANOTHER freak storm, she was fished out of the ocean, the only survivor of the gym. From there she would join an adventuring group of Pokemon, to challenge any and all threats to the archipelago that they lived on. Their adventures would eventually lead them to challenge Legendary Pokemon, the Gods of their realm, and forcing them into submission via exhaustion. It was in a battle with Dialga, Lord of Time, that Fluffington the Mighty would meet her match. After a long, grueling battle (For Dialga) He would catch the Eevee off guard, and remove her from time. Left adrift in the void outside of time, existence, and reality, Fluffington the Mighty would remain forever. Or not, actually, since outside of time means that Forever isn't a concept for her.

Other Info: If Fluffington the Mighty isn't paid attention to, she might wander off on her own, and she probably not smart enough to find her way back.

Despite missing a leg, Voss is considerable agile. He has excellent balance and is also well-versed in the art of sword-fighting. He is very familiar with combat, but due to his old age, he is not as good as he used to be. His eyesight is poor and he often suddenly loses his balance.

Equipment:
A sword, a removable peg leg, and a shark jaw belt. His helmet is also removable.

Personality:
Voss tries to be respectable and is relatively intelligent, despite his occasional foggy memories. He is very proud of working in the PHANTOM Army and all the feats he accomplished there as a Captain. He often forgets that he has become older, and attempts to do risky things he can no longer do safely. He is very adventurous and enjoys a fair battle. Voss is also sometimes childish and acts foolishly. He's basically like the nice old neighbor who bakes you cookies every so often.

Short Bio:
Voss worked his way up from a simple sailor to a respectable captain during his few years in the PHANTOM Army, an evil force that attempted to take over the world. When they failed, Voss spent several more years as a Neo-PHANTOM rebuilding his crew. Though he worked separately from the official Neo-PHANTOM group, calling them "rash, stupid, and insane," he wishes to control the seas and find the PHANTOM STONE lost deep in the ocean. The relic provided great ancient power and was a vital tool for Commander Denmoore, the original founder of the PHANTOMS.

Even then, he tries to only wound them. He likes music and likes to sing. He stays by Voss' side at all times and assists him whenever he needs it.

Short Bio:
Abbott is the only crewmate of Voss' that was also part of his original crew before the fall of the PHANTOM Army. He was forcibly put into the PHANTOM Navy, where it was later revealed that he was not meant for the military. Thankfully for him, Voss built a strong relationship with Abbott, gifting him the title of the first mate. After the fall of the PHANTOM Army, Abbott stayed very closely with Voss as he helped him find the PHANTOM STONE to create a newer, better PHANTOM Navy. He would help spy on rival Neo-PHANTOMS for Voss and be a general nuisance for them.

Tech-Savvy: Silence has shown herself to be savvy with technology, as evidenced by her creation of general-purpose drones and ability to operate factory-related tech despite being a medical researcher. Nearl is overall a very caring and professional individual. Throughout her 5 years of combat experience, Nearl has seen her fair share of fighting, but still manages to keep at top shape. Nearl is a very proud individual, humble, yet willing to let her strength and compassion show her true potential on and off the battlefield. Though she remains a very passionate, kind, and proud character, there are even a few small things that can easily turn the mightiest of warriors to embarrased in a mere few moments. Otherwise, Nearl has no issues with saying her piece on things.

Short Bio:
Nearl's title of Radiant Knight is more than just a title, or as an accolade earned for her noble character and mighty prowess. She was once known as "The Radiant Knight of Kazimierz." Nearl doesn't talk about her past situation in Kazimierz, any logged data or information on her states she accidentally contracted Oripathy during her time there and was subsequently forced to leave her own home following.

Before arriving at Rhodes Island, after being removed from Kazimierz, Nearl had a chance encounter with the Sarkaz Healers Nightingale and Shining. Almost like Destiny, the pair would also join the Island soon after. The three of them began the group known as "Followers", a group dedicated to helping and healing the infected for some time before making their way to Rhodes Island, to which the group took on a higher responsibility.

The title and name of the Radiant Knight draws directly from her originium arts. Nearl's weapons of choice are a Warhammer and a Shield, however, the Warhammer also doubles as a staff, allowing Nearl to channel her arts as she also radiates light doing so. Through her arts she can not only heal her allies but inspire them to keep fighting. When in combat, she is able to focus not only on the battlefield, but also healing her allies through her Arts, able to multitask flawlessly between healing, supporting, and fighting. Many Operators believe if Nearl's allies will not be affected as long as she is at the front, and that as long as she is on the battlefield, no one can snatch victory from Rhodes Island.

Personality

"I know everything about you. I know you play like you're the meanest and the hardest, but actually, you're the most scared of all."

Due to the inhumane experiments done to him, Rocket became bitterly, even bitingly sarcastic and cynical, as well as generally misanthropic, but in recent years seems to have adopted a more calm and temperamental demeanor. He is also easily enraged and extremely aggressive, which, in turn, makes him exceedingly trigger-happy with an innate desire for violence. Despite his toughness, he also possesses a cruel and slightly morbid sense of humor.

Rocket has an obsession with prosthetic limbs, finding it humorous to steal them - especially without the possessor knowing as shown when he asked Peter Quill to get a guy's prosthetic leg to bust them out of jail, lying about the leg to see if Quill would do it and asking him whether the guy was hopping around on one leg, laughing all the while. He later tries pulling a similar stunt with Vorker, one of the Ravagers, saying that he needed the cybernetic eye off for his plan, although he is stopped by Quill. When Groot actually did steal the eye, Rocket burst out laughing into tears. In the Battle of Wakanda, after being assisted by Bucky Barnes in killing a horde of Outriders, he inquired if he can purchase his custom-made machine gun. When he declines the offer, he then offers to purchase Barnes' new vibranium arm, which is also declined. He chuckles to himself as he leaves the offer to buy it on the table.

He appears to pride himself on his abilities and professionalism, which is indicated by when he spoke harshly to Groot when Groot childishly drank out of a fountain then smiled about it. A true criminal, Rocket has a higher sense of self-preservation and interests than the rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy. In the conflict against Thanos he volunteered himself and Groot to go with Thor to Nidavellir as opposed to going with his fellow Guardians to confront Thanos directly, and Star-Lord points this out. He will cave into pessimism and panic in a situation that is out of his depth as he was the first to consider simply giving the Infinity Stone to Ronan the Accuser after realizing its destructive purposes and instead of fighting the Accuser after coming into the possession of the Stone, planned to run away to "the furthest corners of the galaxy" with Groot.

Though he displays a somewhat heroic personality, such as defending Xandar from the kamikaze Necrocrafts, Rocket still has a distorted view of the logical and ethical boundaries of the law as he believes if he wants a possession more than the current possessor of such an item, it was acceptable to steal it from him. Rocket was driven by money before he joined the Guardians of the Galaxy and that trait still remains with him, but he has shown himself to be more compassionate and less greedy as time goes on. Although he does not resort to stealing as like he used to and opts for more acceptable methods by noting if they saved the galaxy twice, they could increase the fee for their services.

Rocket is also stunningly intelligent, as he is much more intelligent than a normal raccoon. He is able to conceive very complexly, intricate plans in a very short period of time, such as his plan to escape the Kyln. However, his genius is occasionally superseded by his emotions which appear to be exceedingly strong such as his anger over Quill going back to get Awesome Mix Vol. 1 and his sadness over Groot's apparent demise.

However, deep down, Rocket is incredibly lonely and carries overwhelming pain over the experimentation that was performed on him before he was a Mercenary. He covers his insecurities well, but once he is drunk, he becomes very emotional and if possible, even more violent, speaking of how he did not 'ask' to be made into what he believed was a "little monster", implying that the experiments done to him were torturous. It is perhaps because of this loneliness and pain that he despises being derided as a rodent or vermin, going so far as to attack Gamora and Drax the Destroyer over the slight.

Despite Rocket's apparent dislike of people, he is exceedingly attached to Groot, and is the first known individual who was able to understand Groot when he spoke, even while everyone else only heard 'I am Groot.' He is obviously exceedingly attached to Groot, as seen when he started crying when Groot was apparently killed and pleading with Groot to not save them because he knew that Groot would die if he did so. His grief over Groot's apparent death lead him to angrily charge at Ronan, who was armed with his Cosmi-Rod and the Power Stone, while completely unarmed. It was also in this moment of vulnerability that he was comforted by Drax the Destroyer, which he initially flinched at before accepting the caring gesture, showing that he was not used to such gentleness or kindness. He also became very protective of Groot’s offspring, caring for him in a fatherly manner and collapsed to his knees sobbing when he was erased from existence by the Infinity Gauntlet.

As he got to know his fellow Guardians better, he became much more protective of them. An example of this was when he, Groot and Yondu Udonta escaped the Eclector and were going to save Quill. He initially insisted that he wanted to save Quill strictly because he wanted to prove that he was "better than him". Udonta managed to break through to the core of what Rocket is truly like on the inside, saying that they are the same type of person in the sense that, while they genuinely care about the people around them, they refuse to show it out of fear and insecurity.

Quill's taste in music seems to have rubbed off on Rocket as he seems to enjoy listening to songs from Star-Lord's era, especially while working such as making sure the Guardians had music to listen to whilst battling the Abilisk, when the Ravagers attacked him on Berhert and escaping the Ravagers with Udonta, the former even Quill found to be distracting.

While captive with Yondu Udonta, Rocket quickly bonded with him due to their similar backgrounds and the fact that they love people without saying it. A great example of his newfound bond with Yondu is when he refused to leave Ego's Planet without him, even though it would mean his death since the planet was about to explode. His bond with Yondu also caused him to call the rest of the Ravagers during Udonta's funeral. While watching his funeral, Rocket stated that his previous team never abandoned him even if "he yelled at them, and was always mean, and he stole batteries he didn't need" clearly comparing himself to Udonta.

Short Bio
89P13 is a genetically enhanced creature turned freelance criminal, calling himself Rocket. Alongside his friend and partner Groot, Rocket traveled the galaxy picking up bounties until they met Star-Lord who then convinced them to assist him to sell the Orb for a massive profit. However, as it was discovered that the Orb was one of the Infinity Stones which was being sought out by Ronan the Accuser, Rocket was convinced to risk everything to stop Ronan's plans to destroy Xandar and enslave the world. During the ensuing conflict, Rocket managed to assist his friends in destroying Ronan, despite Groot being killed. Rocket then became a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy alongside the newly planted baby Groot.

Rocket continued working with the Guardians when they were hired by the Sovereign to slay the Abilisk, however, Rocket took the job as a way to steal Anulax Batteries to sell. This angered Ayesha, causing her to declare war on the Guardians and hired the Ravagers to capture them. Rocket and Groot were soon captured by Taserface, who had taken command from Yondu Udonta, which forced Rocket and Udonta to work together to break free and kill Taserface. During his time with Udonta, Rocket learned how to be a better person and understood how much he loves his Guardians family, and joined the Battle on Ego's Planet.

Four years later, the Guardians picked up Thor after the Asgardians were slaughtered by Thanos, who had resumed his quest for the Infinity Stones himself. The Guardians split up; while the rest of the team returned to Knowhere to find the Aether, Rocket and Groot accompanied Thor to Nidavellir to obtain the weapon Stormbreaker. Using the Bifrost Bridge, the trio traveled to Earth to join the Battle of Wakanda. Their efforts to stop Thanos proved for naught in the end, and Rocket was one of the only Guardians to survive Thanos' subsequent mass slaughter, along with Nebula. Rocket, joining the Avengers, traveled to Garden, where Thor decapitated Thanos.

Rocket spent the next five years protecting Earth alongside Nebula and War Machine under the command of Natasha Romanoff. In 2023, after discovering how to traverse through time safely, Rocket and Thor traveled back in time to 2013, where he extracted the Aether from Jane Foster on Asgard. With all six Infinity Stones used to reverse the effects of the Snap, Rocket participated in the Battle of Earth, fighting Thanos' army. After attending Iron Man's funeral, Rocket left the Avengers and rejoined the Guardians, now including Thor, preparing to leave Earth and return to their cosmic adventures.

Four years after the Battle on Ego's Planet, Rocket has become slightly more empathetic, showing a growing level of maturity, as seen when he consoled Thor over his multiple losses and became concerned for him after he nearly died activating the damaged neutron star, though he still has his money-driven personality, as seen when he stated they could ask for financial compensation when traveling to respond the Statesman distress call.

After the events of the Snap, Rocket has grown more affectionate to those he considers family, sitting beside Nebula and holding her hand upon reuniting. He has also grown wiser and more selfless, trying to console Thor after everything he has been through but also reminding him of their duty to the people they could still save.

Psychic: As a Psychic-type, having this move is no surprise. While the move itself is strictly telekinetic, through manipulation of the move and its energy she is able to use it for many other purposes, such as...

Telepathy and mind reading: Julia can make connections to others' minds over vast distances, allowing her to contact anyone she knows. By adding multiple individuals into one mental 'call', she is practically a living social media network. Of course, she usually leaves people to their own thoughts unless there is a purpose for the contact. That doesn't stop her from peeking into those thoughts, however. Unable to resist her curiosity and paranoia, Julia knows more about those around her than she has any right to know. She justifies it by saying she doesn't share the information or use it to hurt others. At her skill level, only a trained psychic would even notice her intrusion, let alone block it.

Mind control: She is no stranger to manipulating minds. The fact that she can turn others into her puppets makes her somewhat frightening to be around. A large comfort, however, is that she very much dislikes this ability and rarely uses it even for the greater good. Most often she uses it for simple hypnosis with her subject's permission to help with a problem such as overcoming a fear. This, like the mind reading, can be stopped by a sufficient mental defense. She herself has such a defense, which protects her mind and damages the mind(s) of those trying to invade hers.

Telekinesis and flight: She has both precise and powerful ability to move objects with her mind. This can range anywhere from drying herself by moving water from her fur to throwing entire trucks. She is also capable of moving herself, making flight possible.

Psychic energy manipulation: Though manipulating psychic energy at the base level, she can create things such as force fields, barriers, blades and so on. This can allow impressive offensive and defensive maneuvers, however her energy reserves are limited.

Other moves: She can also use Protect, Swift, and Morning Sun. Protect is somewhat redundant but can provide a backup in case she can't make a psychic barrier. Swift is a decent attack with great accuracy, but is usually overshadowed by other abilities and rarely used. Her Morning Sun can heal multiple individuals at once, though it works best in sunny weather.

Diamond necklace: An ordinary necklace, other than the small diamond chock full of psychic energy, at least for something so small. This gemstone is where she stores the majority of her energy and acts as a secondary focus to the gem in her head, so she won't allow it to be taken away from her easily. It has enough to allow a few days of high performance, but that is unsustainable as her body naturally generates more energy to refill it too slowly to keep up. So despite her arsenal of abilities, it becomes a balancing act to make sure she isn't caught unprepared later on. She also has a couple other, significantly smaller capacity gemstones hidden on her in case of emergencies.

Memories: Like many Psychic-types, Julia has a near-flawless memory. She can remember the most trivial details with crystal clarity, even after years of not thinking about them. Combined with her ability to read minds, she also stores others' memories within her own. This makes her highly knowledgeable about many topics.

Personality: Julia is generally very no-nonsense and down to business, but is open to having fun if she's in the right mood. Due to her occupation as a guildmaster, she always expects to be obeyed even outside that setting. She is usually pacifistic, but does have a strong sense of justice and often seeks to punish others for their deeds even when it's not her place to do so. But if one doesn't get on her bad side, she is soft and caring despite her hard front, often acting as a sort of mother figure for others. Protecting those she cares about and the innocent and defenseless are her highest priority in a conflict.

Short Bio: She hatched to a hard world. Her parents were nowhere to be found, so she and her twin sister grew up as orphans on the street. It wasn't long before she too disappeared and Julia was left all alone. Things began looking up when she managed to get into a training program with Mewtwo, where she learned many of her skills. After that she started a guild from her classmate and then husband's inherited business. She has since spent most of her time running the guild and taking care of her kids. Julia did eventually find her sister, although the intervening events fractured their relationship despite Julia's best efforts. She was killed during a plot by Darkrai to destroy her world, but fortunately was brought back by Dialga reversing time to delay and ultimately thwart Darkrai's plot. Julia has also visited a few other worlds with the help of Palkia, a keyblade wielder and a few others.

Other Info: Her abilities, while impressive, do not make up for her physical weakness. The Espeon is what you might call a glass cannon - a huge help on any team, but if someone manages to land a good hit, it doesn't take much to take her out. She also has the ability to directly convert her life force into psychic energy and greatly boost her power, but it is extremely dangerous and takes a huge toll on her health, so it is almost never used.

Although certainly not yet to her mother's level, she is still a formidable opponent and has impressive battle prowess for a kid. Natasha, being a Glaceon, is the resident expert on all things ice. Liquid water, not so much.

Moves: Ice Shard, Barrier, Ice Beam, Hail, Aurora Veil, Iron Tail, Blizzard.

Ice manipulation: In addition to using the aforementioned moves in their usual form, she is also able to change up how they work a bit. Examples include things such as creating ice spikes on the ground with Ice Shard, moving existing ice structures with Ice Beam, ice sculpting, and so on. One of her favorite aces is freezing her opponent's muscles solid and essentially rendering them paralyzed. She is also fond of causing snow in warm places...

Everwarmth jacket: Appears to be an ordinary red jacket, but it is imbued with Fire-type power that allows it to...always be a bit warm. That's about it.

Personality:
Bossy and (sometimes physically) forceful. She is prone to hit people when she doesn't get her way or is angry, and finds just about everyone annoying. This is in part from being insecure and lonely, which she tries to hide with a cold front. She does not like to show her true self to anyone but a few close to her, but those who are allowed will see that she has a kind and sensitive heart deep down. To others, she often comes off as a jerk. The cold never bothered her anyway.

In terms of fighting, she can handle herself and enjoys a good battle but is more of a pacifist if it's to the death. She is a bit squeamish about killing and has never brought herself to do it (on purpose, at least). Beings that are alien to her are an exception to this, i.e. things that are not Pokémon, human, or similar to those.

Short Bio:
Natasha is Julia's daughter and a higher-up in the guild, as well as an accomplished explorer. However she has no off-world experience apart from vicariously and invasions of her own world. That said, Julia has shown her quite a lot so she isn't completely clueless. Natasha might not often show it, but she and Julia are very close. She also may or may not have relations with a Typhlosion named Eric...

Natasha is a bit more durable than Julia, but not a tank. Her attack power is also less than Julia's, making her feel a bit average comparatively.

Julia and Natasha are a duo but will generally be combined if not significantly separated.​

They're both fast, strong and tougher than diamonds that even a human in peak condition can't keep up with them.

Tom & Jerry can chase each other all day if they have to, they show no signs of stopping nor do they look like they're getting tired unless it's funny.
+ Weapons Expert:
They know to fire and use any kind of weapon well enough despite being house animals showing no signs of firearm experience.

Personality:
Tom is more outgoing than Jerry, flirting with attractive women and hanging out with his other cat pals. He is also really cocky and smug when the situation favors him and he has anger issues, easily getting ticked off especially when his rival is angering him. He’s confident in his skills and becomes incredibly defensive when people who Tom sees as weak dares to criticize him. He likes to play with his rivals and get on their nerves when he gets a huge advantage against them, though cowardly when faced with an actual threat, often using underhanded tactics to win or just run away from his problems.

Jerry is the introverted person of the duo getting by life trying not to get into too much trouble though will accept company if offered, he has a childish whimsicality to him being a sweet and caring person that will always offer help though a bit gullible when it comes to friendship, accepting people into his social circle if they seem friendly enough but he does prefer being alone at home and resting most of the time. He doesn’t have as many friends as Tom but all the friends he needs is a few people and himself, he’s not extroverted as I said though he’s willing to help innocent people if they need a hand, especially when they’re getting attacked by Tom shown in a couple of episodes.

Both feel great pleasure tormenting each other however they will team up when a third party attacks them both.
