This RP takes place at least 1-2 years before How To Train Your Dragon 2 so any information from that time is null and void here due to it having nit occurred yet. This Rp takes place around the time of A Race to The Edge but is its own unique story, so the only thing I'll take is the beginning parts.

Now some rules for characters:
1. Please try not to make the most edgy and psychotic character ever because I will not accept them.
2. No Magic whatsoever, there is no Magic in this universe so I expect that there should be none in the Character Sheets.
3. No Mary-Sues or Gary-Sues please, make your character Flawed. And don't make them a master of everything.
4. You are open to using whatever dragons you want except you can't make your own dragons, must be in universe, and there are some dragons you can't tame. Personality: Heidi is a friendly, kind and caring person who will do her best to help out those in need. She is quite expressive and a bit stubborn at times. She is a very nurturing, protective and a loving person, having a motherly nature to the way she cares for her dragon, other dragons, and her friends. She does enjoy having alone time but at the same time likes being around her friends.
Bio: Heidi was born into the Osmond clan, a family of craftsmen, fisherman, and herbalists. She is the youngest of four, has three older brothers. Although dragon hunting was not a main occupation for the family it was a part of their life, being used in the crafts and as a coming of age passage. Heidi as a great handful of others around her age never went through that right of passage as they never killed a dragon. She never enjoyed the idea of hunting dragons but knew when growing up it was just a way of life. Although when hunting dragons became taboo and dragons became a part of everyday life she was full on board of the idea. Embracing the idea of caring and working alongside dragons, as she already had secretly befriended a dragon.
Heidi met her dragon Bubbles a few years back in the woods when out exploring and going off to practice her archery. The dragon was hurt and had become sick, feeling sorry and growing worried for the creature she helped nurse the large creature back to health. Soon befriending the dragon and would travel to the forest to meet and visit the dragon. Though she never thought about riding the Raincutter more than just befriending the large creature, with the help of the dragon riders she became a dragon rider herself. Gaining the wisdom of her teachers learning more about dragons she ever thought possible, which helped her friendship and bond with her dragon to grow.

Appearance: Average height, about 5’6, with a curvy hourglass body. Light tan skin and covered with freckles, mainly on her nose, cheeks, and shoulders. Almond shaped eyes with bright emerald colored eyes and pierced ears. Long, thick, very full wavy light brown reddish-orange hair. She mainly keeps her hair up in a ponytail, filled with small braids, with yarn, cloth and small trinkets are woven into her hair. A small scar on the ridge of her nose and a large scar on her upper left arm.

Items: She has a love of anything sweet, always having some type of pastry or cookie stored in her person. She also carries a small dagger which she uses to widdle small objects, which at times brade into her hair.
Skills and abilities: Heidi is a great archer, finding it easier and more fun to weld a bow an arrow than to welding a sword or ax. As well she also enjoyed the challenge of using a bow then randomly hitting things with a sword or ax like her brothers. She is a pretty good cook, having lots of practice when having to cook for her father and three brothers. As well knows how to sew a skill taught by her mother which she uses to mend her clothing.

Dragon Appearance: Bubbles is a sharp type dragon, a very tall large male dragon with a 60 feet wingspan. Purplish-blue coloration with a magenta belly and blue spots throughout his body, thus where he got his name from. Has a very sharp fin on its head and aerodynamic fins that help it fly more efficiently, that can also be used for offense. Its long neck that helps him it to pick up any grubs or worms in the dirt and mud. Raincutter can breathe fire, which its flames are capable of staying alive in wet and damp air during a rain or a storm.

Dragon Personality: Bubbles size and appearance might look menacing but she is a big softy who loves getting attention, more so if she likes and trusts you. Can easily get jealous and can be quite stubborn, but she is a very loyal dragon. She does follow Heidi's commands, though does tend to prefer to follow her own instincts or not follow her rider if he thinks the idea will cause harm to Heidi. Very protective of Heidi, which she likes to wrap her neck around her or cover her with her wings.
Other: Loves the rain, because rainy wet days means many yummy wiggly juicy worms and grubs for him to eat. Loves her rider Heidi and getting scratches. Does not like hot and dry days and can be a bit clumsy on the ground due to her size he tends to knock things over.

Character Concept: A quiet yet aggressive and stern believer of old ways with a soft heart for the helpless
Family House: Skrull, a small family of three, those including Oneeye’s parents and herself. Though more can fall into this as seen in the backstory.
Personality: Oneeye is a very out there individual. She’s stubborn like a Monsturous Nightmare but as loyal as a Nightfury. She seems to hate her own flaws, usually hiding them behind closed doors. The most obvious of her flaws is her blind eye, which seems to be almost a trigger that gets her flustered and fumed. She relies more on others, mostly because her dragon has to act as a set of eyes to make up for her own faults. Without her dragon, she’s known to go into panic attacks. She’s pretty reclusive but with her own taste of aggression only unlocked by those who deserve it.
Bio: Oneeye, by her name was born blind in one eye. Her parents, being fishers didn’t mind but it didn’t help with activities with other children. She was known as the cyclops so she started bandaging it, claiming to have gotten a dragon bite. This would give her some kind of credibility but the rest of her personality averaged it out to plain. In the eyes of most, that's what she was. She was a plain girl who didn't have much going for her. However, she would do anything for fame.

At the docks, she was able to hear the many stories of heroism most faced at seas. That's when she learned something that made her less lonely. The bravest men were just like her. They had missing limbs, missing senses, and prostatic to hide them. Though these men were revered as brave warriors. While intimidating, they were probably some of the kindest people she knew. They would act like her crutch, most even defending her as if she was one of their blood. It was like an extended family to her. However, most would die at sea and she would mourn over them. Creating small fires and setting them out to sea.

Instead of instill fear into her, this made her want to be more like them. Oneeye wanted to kill a dragon and gain the status of a true warrior of Berk. The reform of Berk didn’t instill anything in Oneeye, just enforce her hatred of the dragons that once killed her family. That was, until the day. After a nasty storm that engulfed the docks passed, Oneeye went out to do her fishing. She noticed the amount of fish she had was going missing. So, she watched the bucket for hours on end. Until the little thing that wanted it got fed up of waiting. It was a child of a Scauldron, maybe about a couple years old. Oneeye took out her spear, planning to kill it. However, it didn’t attack. Instead the creature just stared at her while gobbling the fish. The woman couldn’t believe this, one of the most fiercest creatures to roam the oceans was eating by her side.

Oneeye attempted to push it back in the ocean, only for it to hiss and attempt to bite her. The girl sighed, knowing she couldn’t kill a baby nor get it off by normal means. So she went to shore, that’s where the creature finally hopped into the water regain moisture. However, it didn’t leave the boat. Oneeye left, hoping the baby would be gone in the morning but before heading home, she’s did research. In the hall, she learned of the Scauldron. A vicious predator believe to be the original sea monster, except, it was at her docks. Was most surprising was the fact it seemed to be nonhostile to her, but due to her scent of fish and water. A common thing among fisherman. Then there was the fact that hit her hard. Scauldrons swim in pods, which meant, that the child must have been taken by the ocean storm.

Oneeye thought of the idea of being alone. No creature should feel it, not even a dragon. So, Oneeye would visit the creature, still residing next to her boat. She would feed it and act like its friend as it grew. Oneeye would later name the dragon, Loki, for its mischavist nature. The two formed a bond, to the point they’d swim side by side together as Loki became larger. Even after achieving his species ability to swim farther out to sea, Loki refused to leave. The two had become inseparable.

Now Oneeye wishes to actually construct a saddle for her beloved friend and learn to ride him with a group of other riders. Oneeye was no longer a barbarian, no longer wanting to be a bloodthirsty dragon slayer. She was Oneeye, the dragonrider.

House Bijornsson is well known for their skilled warriors and hunters, many of their ancestors were celebrated Dragon Slayers who have killed many dangerous beasts. The house is made up of Sigrunn's Mother and Father as well as her 3 younger sisters and 3 younger Brothers.
Personality:
Sigrunn is a Brave and righteous girl, always looking to aid other people or to protect them. She is loyal to her friends, family, and her dragon, she would do almost anything for them. She is however extremely stubborn and fierce, once she puts her foot down, metaphorically and literally, she will not budge one inch. She is more of a warrior than a socializer so she never spent much time talking to people and will often either convey her feelings into punches or in a more blunt or harsher tone than what she actually means.
Bio:
Sigrunn was trained all her life for the day she would start to kill Dragons, her ancestors were Dragon Slayers just like her parents. She never learned that Dragons were peaceful creatures or why they attacked Berk all the time but she knew her purpose. She trained everyday since she was 5 years old on the best ways to fight a dragon and how to defend Berk. She favored two fighting styles, dual wielding swords and Sword and Shield. During her childhood, she would always be told stories about the Valkyries, a legendary group of women who would often come down from Asgard and take the souls of those who died on the battlefield back to Valhalla. Hearing such amazing and insightful stories gave Sigrunn a goal in her mind, she would try to be exactly like the Valkyries.

When she turned 14 she was granted a small puppy as a Gift from her parents, this pup was a wolf dog. They were rare creatures but the puppy was made to be tamed by humans and Sigrunn was to be its master and owner. She treasured this little beast like it meant the world to her, and in the year she trained it to be a war hound, or at least she was trying to. She named him Baldur.

When she was 15 she learned the truth about Dragons, and so did everyone on Berk. Dragons were never the evil and harmful creatures that everyone thought they were, they were just like pets except they could breath fire and other cool stuff. Sigrunn however still thought that Dragons weren't exactly the best creatures around, she was stubborn to a fault on this subject until she was 17. Two years passed and her stance was weakening, by this point Berk was close to assimilating with the Dragons, and Hiccup was looking for new Dragon Riders. Sigrunn decided to give it a shot and see what could go wrong. She learned everything there was to know and she even let go of her discriminatory ways on Dragons. Heck she even made a new friend of a Monstrous Nightmare, whom she would name him Soot. When she was 18 she finished her training but is still very new as a Dragon Rider and has much to learn in the coming years.

He is proud and often shows it in his interactions with other dragons and humans, puffing out his chest and making a slight show.

Personality: She's confident, silly, charming, sarcastic, clever and kind of a troublemaker but it's all in gold fun. She has kind of a chilled out yet energetic personality, it honestly depends on her mood, sometimes she just wants to take a nap and other she's just ready to go and do something. She can be petty when she's upset, knows how to deceive people without lying and secretly enjoys some cute girly things and is kind if a tsundere about it. She's also stubborn and hates to ask for help, thinking she can do everything by herself. Also doesn't like to admit she's wrong especially is said person is irritating her.

Bio: Alva was not raised on Berk, she really wasn't raised anywhere, she was raised on the sea by a crew of pirates with her father being the captain and she could admit things were pretty nice for her until her father died. His first mate claimed he'd been done in by a dragon and took over the crew, steadily things started to change. When her father was captain they were more of adventurers every now and again taking on raiders, but now they were stealing from people, she didn't like it but anyone who spoke out against him mysteriously disappeared during the next raid. Finally they started dealing with dragon hunters and that's when she met Fenrir, he was kind of a nasty piece of work when they caught him, but there was problem, they couldn't feed him and the captain didn't want him to starve before they delivered him so it was up to Alva. It was hard but she eventually got him the food to him for him to eat and in her time feeding him she realized he wasn't that bad, none of the dragons they were carrying seemed bad. Because of this she started to question what actually happened to her father. Until one day she overheard their current captain talking over there deal he made with some mysterious buyer for the , the crew member he spoke to mentioned her name and how she was getting friendly with the dragons. The captain said he wouldn't allow her to mess things up for him like her father did and that he'd deal with her. It was then that she took action and freed the dragons on board. It was absolute chaos and the captain instantly knew she was to blame. He chased her around the ship to try and get her and cornered her at the end of the ship when Fenrir arrived and knocked him off the ship into the water, but all there crew members that were left were either loyal to the new captain or too afraid to admit otherwise so climbed on Fenrir's back and left. From then she just traveled around, doing what she wanted when she wanted but eventually she got bored. It felt empty like there was no purpose to it until eventually she would arrive on Berk, a place that oddly seemed to have already realized the same thing she did, that Dragon's weren't evil. While there she heard about the Dragon Rider academy and decided to join up and once she finished, she became one of the newest members of the Dragon Riders on The Edge.

But beneath all of that he's actually a sweetheart once he gets to know people, but he's kind of a tsundere like his rider and gets defensive when people talk about him being nice. He can be very vain and over-confident, and these can result in his own downfall during combat. He makes a clicking sound with his tail right before it attacks. Those who can hear the sound can anticipate his next move.

Personality: Hiccup is brave, a well rounded thinker and very organised. However his heart seems to get him into a fair amount of trouble. Hiccup would attempt to find the good in almost anyone.. Look at Dagger.. At first Hiccup didn't believe it possible but once Dagger gave him abit to think about he started to believe it possibly. Also Hiccups inventions sometimes get him in a pickle.
Bio: After the opening of the accademy, the riders and dragons slowly began pouring into the facility, making patrol and various other duties slightly lacking. However its rewarding in the long run as the more help the group has the better. Working on training the new recruits, Hiccup is also trying to strengthen the facilities defenses.
