Idea How to do this?

I have an idea for a rp that involves a war beetween 9 or so people all over the world. But how would I do that? As in, what would the post order be like? Also, how would I make it NOT like the characters wander around until they find each other?

I mean, kind of like the hunger games but all around the world.

your first step would be to flesh your idea out more. are there other people in this world? was there a mass extinction and only these nine people remain? or are they rulers of different countries/clans and must fight one another for supreme domination?

You need location-based forum for this.

 

[Idea]

1. Give them decent or advanced means of travel
2. Give them an inherent way of finding the location of others (maybe with a few conditions)
3. You don't need a post order
4. Make sure they have a reason to want to off each other that wouldn't get the rest of the world involved
5. Find a way to make sure forces like the police won't be acting to stop these characters
