Woodill Mansion was built in 1930 by John Woodill, an African American salesman who built the house to escape the prejudices of the outside world. You see, Woodill had fallen in love with Maricia Beutler, a white restaurant owner from Louisiana. When the town found out about their hidden love, Woodill and his wife were killed outside their home.
The house has been nicknamed 'House of The Devil'. All six owners have reported seeing apparitions, items moving and flying off counters and shelves. And even injuries coming from an unknown presence.
Since, all six owners have died in strange and violent ways. The house now stands under the owner ship of Mr. Neil Prescott.
Neil Prescott has an offer, he has gathered the attention of seven people all of whom have something in common. Neil has offered each person 10,000 dollars to spend a day and a night on Woodill Mansion. Each player will be given a tool to survive the night. If the player manages to survive the 24 hours, they will leave with the money, but if the player fails to survive the night the money will be donated to their funeral, if the player leaves the house before the game starts, they will not be given the money.
Who Will Live? Who Will Die? What will be left of them?
Howdy! Basically the plot of this role play is that of House on Haunted Hill, but with a twist. All of the past owners who have died, and all of the players competing for the money, are living version of the Seven Deadly Sins. (Lust, Greed, Vanity, Sloth, Gluttony, Wrath, Envy)
