Two Thousand Club
The plot works like this.
Muse A is a model student...at least on the outside. While appearing to be a high achiever and member of student council, Muse A enjoys creating chaos and operates as a prankster around school, sabotaging and pulling off some of the most insane pranks the district has ever seen.
Muse B, while not as high up academically as Muse A, wants to enforce the law. As an elected member of a new task force to find and apprehend the prankster, Muse B seeks to find and expose the culprit, using every clue and asset at their disposal.
