When visiting a library, among all other visitors, there's bound to be a quiet visitor, sitting alone in the furthest corner fully immersed in her book. Lilian is one of those visitors. A soft-spoken person who has little presence. She has few friends, but she is content with it. She lives in her own world where silence is a friend she will always welcome with an open hand. She rarely feels compassion toward others albeit feels them strongly when she recognises them as her friends.Toward other people, as long as they keep to themselves, she will not intrude their space.

And yet, behind the quaint black cat figure, stands a figure of determination and bravery. Lilian strongly believes in herself and has a strong spirit to reach her goals. Her ideals of life cannot be shaken by the jeering of society and people around her. She will not hesitate to take actions she believes to be right, ignoring the view of others. Moreover, she recognised how she appears to other people and uses it to pave her lifestyle. People expect her to be easily intimidated, and she plays along with that.

Liliam faces problems she meet methodically with a calm mind. After carefully analysing the case, she would begin to tackle the problem little by little. Impromptu actions are not her way. She prefers to calculate the most likely way to succeed and proceed. Her keen observation helps her to reach her goal, but sometimes her thought interferes on what she's doing. When Lilian has to relies on her instinct instead of mind, she's a bit out of water.

Backstory:

While she discovered her resistance to drugs and intoxication early on, Lilian didn't discover her power until her sophomore year when at a party, a senior secretly distributed cheap beers among the partygoers. Lilian received a cup. When she walked away to give it to someone else, a wide shouldered boy was pushed into her, breaking her nose in the progress. She had somehow managed to keep the cup from spilling, but she noticed that a drop of her blood from her bleeding nose had stained it. She gave the cup to the wide shouldered man in spite before pacing rapidly toward the exit. She hadn't reached it when a scream echoed through the loud music. The boy was dead. Autopsy revealed the cause of death as alcohol poisoning. Everyone thought nothing of it, but it was then she knew. Somehow, she had caused his death.

Further experiments showed that her body fluid is capable of strengthening drugs, not limited to alcohol.

After she discovered her power, Lilian seeked a way to sate her curiosity of her power and way to use it. She began to buy cheap beers in bulk and amplified their effect. Through the same senior, Lilian began her career as a small time supplier of alcohol, and later on, drugs.

When she entered her study to be a pharmacy, she incidentally found that one of her dean was a small time dealer. Agreeing not to tell on her, Lilian began to receive private lessons from the dean in return for her drugs. The dean got found out eventually and was expelled, but Lilian kept supplied him with drugs while he kept giving her lessons. Due to the mutual relationship, the dean became a large scale dealer with dozens of suppliers and Lilian was able to graduate early.

Lilian lived lavishly for a few months, until a news struck her from home: Her father had been found as a super villain and was killed while her mother was jailed as an associate. They had been running a smuggling operation when they were found. She was always told that her father worked at a foreign country. Now she knew the truth. Her sadness turned into anger. What's wrong with using one's power to get one's goal? Isn't it normal to use every method possible to reach what you want? Her loss needed someone to blame, and at that time, she found them: The heroes that killed her father and the system that allowed them to do so.

Through activating her aura or adding her body fluid, Lilian is able to strengthen the properties and effect of drugs substance.The process is based on the ratio of the body fluid to the substance or the duration of the contact with aura.

Lilian is able to neutralise the immediate effect and after effect of drugs on organisms by having a direct contact with them. She herself has high resistance to drugs and intoxication.

Mastery of Power:
After many experiments, Lilian is able to estimate the basis of her power and the duration of touch and amount of substance she needs to use in order to enhance varieties of drugs. However, she has yet to explore the active use of drug neutralisation and has yet to put it to use.

Limits
:
Her ampliIfication aura has a maximum radius of two meter. It is impossible to infinitely amplify a drug. After reaching a certain point, the drug will turn lethal. When it keeps amplified afterwards, instead, it will dilute the drugs and make them useless. Her neutralisation, unfortunately, could work against her as she has a high toleration against medication and sedatives.

  • Pharmacy: Although she never open a formal practise, Lilian is more than capable of compounding medicines, prescribing, and extracting necessary substances from plants, animals, and other sources.
  • Trickery: Through years of practise, Lily had been able to make use of her shy and meek look to lull people into lowering their guard. She uses the same tactic in her business negotiation.
  • Hand-to-hand Combat: Lilian takes up a private course of jujitsu after her senior year, knowing how the business she ran is tainted with unnamed danger.

When first meeting Annabel she comes off as a cold, ruthless and calculating woman, Blunt to no end and wouldn't think twice before putting a bullet in your head, And that's how she is to be honest. The years as a Delta force operative forced the attitude onto her. Clearly one to keep the military mindset for life she isn't afraid to get into a fight no matter the opponent she faces and is seen as a major tomboy and all around badass. Constantly driving for perfection and to better her skills shes head strong and confident. Loyal to her companions and there are very few known as her companions, Her squad-mates being her main companions.

Though once you get under the military Annabel there's a softer side to her, one of self doubt, fear, and sadness. Often secretly doubting her abilities underneath she is very insecure, afraid of getting close to someone and losing them tough at the same time longing for a partner. She secretly craves for attention from others something that came from the lack of love she got from her parents as a child. if you are lucky enough to see the softer sides of Annabel then your special to her, someone she trusts which is a rare thing in her life.

Backstory*:
Annabel grew up in a military family, Her mother being an airforce pilot and her father being a Navy seal so she never stayed in one place. For convenience of her family her father and mother were always stationed at the same base no matter where they lived though it didn't make it much better. Annabel's parent rarely had time for her and her sister but when they did it was very militaristic. they trained her ever since she could walk, taught her all they know, how to fight, how to shoot, strategy, flying, anything they knew she knew. At the age of 12 though her and her sisters (sister being 5 at the time) life took a turn for the worst when there father was killed on a mission, his team having brought back her fathers dog tags and his hog tooth necklace. Her and her mother each took one dog tag and Annabel took the hog tooth and wore them in remembrance of her father. Then two weeks later her mothers jet was shot down and she was killed during a training mission by an unknown source. Left with no immediate family besides her sister Annabel went to the only person they remotely knew who was there grandfather who was a war hero. While Annabel still kept the military ideas, mentality and hopes to join her sister took this change of scenery to gain a new life which there grandfather only helped propel his granddaughters to do what they wanted to.

A few years later Annabel was sworn in as a marine as a delayed deployment personnel while her sister lived a normal childhood in California. Annabel was miraculous at every test they put her through, Graduating boot camp at the age of 18 and saw open combat three days later she was the shining star of the armed forces and sure did she put her self to good use in the 10 years she was in. Being apart of over 200 different Marine missions and completing there tasks with flying colors it wasn't long before the more secretive armed forces came calling. At the age of 21 Delta force recruited her to there ranks where she only continued to grow and prosper in her abilities. Serving in over 480 different missions with the black ops squad she knew the art of war inside and out. Then she started to change and see things. Quickly learning the truth about the american government and why they wage so much war she and 5 other Delta force operatives went Rouge. using all there skills and abilities they got into contact with some notable friends that helped them turn into ghosts, phantoms of the world. After that noble 1-6 started working again as mercenaries, guns for hire with a purpose and a major background that made them fit for any job. That was a year ago and they are still doing the same work today.

Enhanced senses- Annabel has hyper enhanced senses and brain allowing her to be able to gather data on her surroundings at inhuman speeds and act accordingly. her senses combined with the many years of combat making her a force to be reckoned with. her ears and eyes tuned in to be able to pick up very acute senses and sounds that its almost as if she knows where her enemies are on the battlefield.

Semi enhanced strength- Annabel shows signs of having enhanced strength and physical abilities. her body seemingly built better than others to where the fitness level of say a Peak Triathlon runner is her physical strength on average. Combine this enhanced body state with her rigorous workout and work and shes practically inhuman in strength

Mastery of Power:
senses Mastered- Figuring out she had these powers at the age of 17 she quickly learned how to use them and hone them to her advantage

human strength techniacly mastered- Her strength comes just like any normal humans would by working out. the only way she controls it is by working out.

Limits:
in terms of limits she can be exhausted just like any human and hurt though her years of training means your gonna have to be good to bring her to those points before she puts a bullet in your head. Under extense circumstances she has overloaded her mind and senses causing a major temporary dull in her abilities and combat capabilities as well as mental state.

Her strength comes with drawbacks such as it takes her body longer to heal than others so say someone gets cut with a knife and it takes them 1-2 weeks to heal. for her it could take 3-4 months.

Skills:
Annabel is a master marksman and hand to hand combatant as well as a veteran tactician all these skills having come from her years in Delta force. though a more unknown thing about her is shes a master on the piano.

Akira can best be described as a condensed ball of pure happiness and joy. That being said, one can probably guess his jovial nature and general nice attitude. He’s a really kind guy and truly, his only motivation is making everyone happy. EVERYONE. To achieve this goal of happiness for the entire human race, he’s willing to do quite literally anything. Whether this be drugging others into a happy stupor, or outright killing the person who prevented their happiness. Anything goes in his book as long as someone smiles from it.

Most commonly the power manifests itself in, runny noses, headaches, and nausea. Though if he put his mind to it he could make it a more extreme symptoms, though to do this he’d have to have physical contact or be closer to the affected party.

Infection-

He can infect someone with any disease he so pleases if he makes physical contact, that being said the more extreme and deadly the disease the longer he’d have to keep contact or the more contact he’d have to have. As well as it only applies to viral and bacterial diseases. Though he’d have to know the disease and how it works to be able to use this power properly.

Mastery of Power:

Sickness Aura-Full Mastery, he knows this one in and out, and as it never can be turned off, he’s well acquainted with the possible side effects of just normally being around him.

Infection- Not so good, He’s only used this a few times, that being said it’s made him paranoid about touching anyone.

Limits:
Sickness Aura- It can never be turned off, as soon as the person leaves the 5-feet radius all effects go away, as well as the closer the more extreme the symptoms. Henceforth requiring physical contact to really do anything other than being a mild annoyance.

Nickname(s): 367. He doesn't like any other nicknames, and most people avoid him anyways. Of course, that does not mean he doesn't have one behind his back.
Alias: John Doe, 'Codebreaker'.
Gender: Male.
Age: 22.

Physiological/Psychological
Appearance: He is completely bald, except for his black eyebrows, and has piercing blue eyes. He is fairly well built, and his features are so masculine and defined it is as if a god chiselled him from stone. He has no real distinguishable features other than a small burn mark over his left wrist - once thing is for certain, that scar is probably not accidental.
Height: 1.80 metres tall.
Weight: 83 kilograms.
Body Modifications/Implants: Other than a chip in his brain specifically designed to dampen the effects of psionic powers such as mind control, fear inducement or memory hacks, he has nothing really on him. However, in his past, he has had several chemicals pumped into his synapses. These chemicals don't do much except inhibit certain things such as the pain receptors, the synapses that create the hormones associated with love and so on. While he can still experience such things, it is highly unlikely and small triggers will do nothing for him.
Blood Type: AB-. That does not exist on any record, though. Not much about 367 does.

Personality: As one can imagine from a cold, calculating assassin with no likes or dislikes, he isn't exactly a people person. He has no friends, but that is simply down to him not needing any. Don't make the mistake though - just because he doesn't want friends does not mean he does not want (or, rather, need) allies. They can be a useful tool, after all. He does not seem to have any hobbies, unless training and research counts, and does not seem to have anything like a favourite food, a least favourite film or anything like that. In a sense, he is very robotic. It is almost impossible to be able to determine how he reacts to anything like fear, worry, stress or anything similar as his facial expression is comparable to that of a cinder block - never going to change in a hurry. However, if he does become stressed he seems able to handle it without any complaint or issue. One thing that particularly stands out about him is his steely mentality. He will do anything for the right price, and this lack of morality included with his incredible skill make him very intimidating indeed - even some of the hardier people in the world flinch at his presence. The only real mystery, other than whatever past he has had to fuel such unfeeling, uncaring efficiency, is why he does what he does. While he accepts money, mainly, he does not seem to want it. He usually hoards it away in offshore accounts or in hidden payloads. Some have theorized that his job is the only thing he enjoys, and others have theorized that he is programmed to do it. None have ever truly found out, however.

Powers: He has a fairly limited form of X-Ray vision, that allows him to see people through walls. This ability comes in fairly handy when tracking people, figuring out what they are (for example, if you are bent over by a car with a wrench, you're probably a mechanic and so on) and what they are doing. Pretty neat when you are an assassin. He can also use this ability to see the rough area around people. This ability works through things like binoculars and scopes, too. He doesn't even need his eyes open to do it.
Mastery of Power: Medium, I'd say. His limits explain why.
Limits: His vision does have a range - of around 250 metres (bear in mind at this limit, people would be so small (perspective) anyways that it would be like trying to see an ant from on top of a house) and it only shows around a metre radius around them. It also only shows rough outlines of them, and only shows it in black and white. While this is activated, his irises turn black and his pupils white, making it fairly obvious that something isn't right.
Skills: If it involves killing or leading up to killing in any conceivable situation, 367 can do it. Lockpicking, hand to hand combat, handgun usage, sniper rifle usage, disguising...honestly, the list goes on.

Gadgets/Equipment
Equipment: Silenced pistols, sniper rifle (he doesn't usually carry it, though), scissors (don't ask) and piano wire. He also has small sticker book thing of various sizes with images of his face on, specifically designed to be placed on an ID card.
Personal Belongings: Not much. Again, it is like his entire life revolves around his job. Seriously, you should see his bedroom - it is likes a prison cell except with a wall of weapons and the occasional newspaper.

He has no real distinguishable features other than a small burn mark over his left wrist - once thing is for certain, that scar is probably not accidental.
Height: 1.80 metres tall.
Weight: 83 kilograms.
Body Modifications/Implants: Other than a chip in his brain specifically designed to dampen the effects of psionic powers such as mind control, fear inducement or memory hacks, he has nothing really on him. However, in his past, he has had several chemicals pumped into his synapses. These chemicals don't do much except inhibit certain things such as the pain receptors, the synapses that create the hormones associated with love and so on. While he can still experience such things, it is highly unlikely and small triggers will do nothing for him.
Blood Type: AB-. That does not exist on any record, though. Not much about 367 does.

Personality: As one can imagine from a cold, calculating assassin with no likes or dislikes, he isn't exactly a people person. He has no friends, but that is simply down to him not needing any. However, if he does become stressed he seems able to handle it without any complaint or issue. One thing that particularly stands out about him is his steely mentality. He will do anything for the right price, and this lack of morality included with his incredible skill make him very intimidating indeed - even some of the hardier members of New Anarchist flinch at his presence. The only real mystery, other than whatever past he has had to fuel such unfeeling, uncaring efficiency, is why he does what he does. While he accepts money, mainly, he does not seem to want it. He usually hoards it away in offshore accounts or in hidden payloads. Some have theorized that his job is the only thing he enjoys, and others have theorized that he is programmed to do it. None have ever truly found out, however.

I apologize - I promise this isn't a meta game thing, it is more of a metaphor/his social standing thing. my thoughtline was that I imagine New Anarchist members to be criminals who murder and do horrible stuff, and my character is so intimidating that he somewhat intimidates some of them. Imagine when in one of the TF2 clips when Heavy was talking about Pyro. I can remove it, or possibly change it to just hardy people in general, though.
2. well, his limits is that he is human. he cant use his logic if he's drugged etc, and if he's shot he'll die type thing. theres no real limit to 'logic' as that sort of thing doesn't really have one. what I mean is something like fire manipulation may have limits like cooldowns, maximum heat, weakness to water etc but something passive like logic doesn't really have them...you see what I'm saying?
3. as a carry on from 2, the real idea is that he can 'see quicker', so to speak - like Sherlock Holmes, he notices things that a normal person wouldn't and would see them quicker. besides, his power isn't intelligence - its logic. he's able to connect dots quicker, but he isn't super intelligent to the point of him being psychic. technically, this isn't a power and more down to his background and experience working in tandem to help him out. I admit, it was a bit poorly written but it was midnight when I wrote it and I was a wee bit knackered.

hmm...how about...how about instead of him having the 'power' of incredible deduction and logic I give him a skill similar to muscle memory? as in, he's done killing and stuff like it so many times that he knows what he is looking for? for example, if he sees a cop he knows to look for certain clues to help identify their rank and, as a direct correlation, their skill?

2) Kinda need limits if it's a power. Limits aren't always drawbacks, preferable but not always, though they're more equivalent to maximums and draw range. It's an outline of where it ends.

Personality:
When first meeting Annabel she comes off as a cold, ruthless and calculating woman, Blunt to no end and wouldn't think twice before putting a bullet in your head, And that's how she is to be honest. The years as a Delta force operative forced the attitude onto her. Clearly one to keep the military mindset for life she isn't afraid to get into a fight no matter the opponent she faces and is seen as a major tomboy and all around badass. Constantly driving for perfection and to better her skills shes head strong and confident. Loyal to her companions and there are very few known as her companions, Her squad-mates being her main companions.

Though once you get under the military Annabel there's a softer side to her, one of self doubt, fear, and sadness. Often secretly doubting her abilities underneath she is very insecure, afraid of getting close to someone and losing them tough at the same time longing for a partner. She secretly craves for attention from others something that came from the lack of love she got from her parents as a child. if you are lucky enough to see the softer sides of Annabel then your special to her, someone she trusts which is a rare thing in her life.

Backstory*:
Annabel grew up in a military family, Her mother being an airforce pilot and her father being a Navy seal so she never stayed in one place. For convenience of her family her father and mother were always stationed at the same base no matter where they lived though it didn't make it much better. Annabel's parent rarely had time for her and her sister but when they did it was very militaristic. they trained her ever since she could walk, taught her all they know, how to fight, how to shoot, strategy, flying, anything they knew she knew. At the age of 12 though her and her sisters (sister being 5 at the time) life took a turn for the worst when there father was killed on a mission, his team having brought back her fathers dog tags and his hog tooth necklace. Her and her mother each took one dog tag and Annabel took the hog tooth and wore them in remembrance of her father. Then two weeks later her mothers jet was shot down and she was killed. Left with no family besides her sister Annabel went to the only thing she knew which was the armed forces while her sister took the chance and shot for a normal life.

A few years later Annabel was sworn in as a marine while her sister lived a normal childhood in California. Annabel was miraculous at every test they put her through, Graduating boot camp at the age of 16 and 3 quarters she was the shining star of the armed forces and sure did she put her self to good use in the 10 years she was in. Being apart of 12 different Marine missions and completing there tasks with flying colors it wasn't long before the more secretive armed forces came calling. At the age of 21 Delta force recruited her to there rank where she only continued to grow and prosper in her abilities. Serving in over 150 different missions with the black ops squad she knew the art of war inside and out. Then she started to change and see things. Quickly learning the truth about the american government and why they wage so much war she and 5 other Delta force operatives went Rouge. using all there skills and abilities they got into contact with some notable friends that helped them turn into ghosts, phantoms of the world. After that noble 1-6 started working again as mercenaries, guns for hire with a purpose and a major background that made them fit for any job. That was a year ago and they are still doing the same work tody.

Enhanced senses- Annabel has hyper enhances senses and brain allowing her to be able to gather data on her surroundings at inhuman speeds and act accordingly. her senses allowing for better muscle control and power giving her near inhuman strength as well as enhanced acrobatic capabilities make her a force to be reckoned with. her ears and eyes tuned in to be able to pick up very acute senses and sounds that its almost as if she knows where her enemies are on the battlefield.

Mastery of Power:
Mastered- Figuring out she had these powers at the age of 17 she quickly learned how to use them and hone them to her advantage

Limits:
in terms of limits she can be exhausted just like any human and hurt though her years of training means your gonna have to be good to bring her to those points before she puts a bullet in your head. Under ex tense circumstances she has overloaded her mind and senses causing a major temporary dull in her abilities.

Skills:
Annabel is a master marksman and hand to hand combatant as well as a veteran tactician all these skills having come from her years in Delta force. though a more unknown thing about her is shes a master on the piano.

Even with the weight limit the average soldier carries around 160- 210lbs of gear depending on what they do and that's at peak physical strength meaning shes at peak physical strength and not carrying anywhere near that amount. meanwhile she is obviously carrying light and quick the heaviest thing she would be carrying would be the ballistic plates in her vest the heaviest being the chest plate weighing in at 10 lbs and her main weapons weighing in at a combined weight of around 15 lbs. so super strength or not if she's well physically trained which she is shed be able to move quick a mobile weather she had super-strength or not hence at her full strength and speed cause if anything shes caring about half the average gear and weight of a soldier at most. and who says there aren't soldiers out there capable of being villains or in our world often deemed terrorists. And im not saying she can like full blown sprint in her gear im just saying its easy for her.

3) The military doesn't do this, in real life or HWF. No exceptions are made. You can drastically up that age and we may consider it.

4) If she has super strength she's not human, she's super human so none of those are human limits are limits.

5) Separate the two they are not connected. Each should have separate mastery and limits.

6) While I do appreciate a healthy amount of sarcasm interactions of a gm type are strictly business. If you intend to make super strength a thing this can be dropped as an issue (Besides why would you need all that then) however if you don't make super strength that'd be something to effect her anyways this isn't an RP about soldiers it's about villains, you can be a soldier but this stuff will effect her as it also effects read soldiers (Really it does just because they can carry it doesn't mean that their at full speed, strength, etc)

When first meeting Annabel she comes off as a cold, ruthless and calculating woman, Blunt to no end and wouldn't think twice before putting a bullet in your head, And that's how she is to be honest. The years as a Delta force operative forced the attitude onto her. Clearly one to keep the military mindset for life she isn't afraid to get into a fight no matter the opponent she faces and is seen as a major tomboy and all around badass. Constantly driving for perfection and to better her skills shes head strong and confident. Loyal to her companions and there are very few known as her companions, Her squad-mates being her main companions.

Though once you get under the military Annabel there's a softer side to her, one of self doubt, fear, and sadness. Often secretly doubting her abilities underneath she is very insecure, afraid of getting close to someone and losing them tough at the same time longing for a partner. She secretly craves for attention from others something that came from the lack of love she got from her parents as a child. if you are lucky enough to see the softer sides of Annabel then your special to her, someone she trusts which is a rare thing in her life.

Backstory*:
Annabel grew up in a military family, Her mother being an airforce pilot and her father being a Navy seal so she never stayed in one place. For convenience of her family her father and mother were always stationed at the same base no matter where they lived though it didn't make it much better. Annabel's parent rarely had time for her and her sister but when they did it was very militaristic. they trained her ever since she could walk, taught her all they know, how to fight, how to shoot, strategy, flying, anything they knew she knew. At the age of 12 though her and her sisters (sister being 5 at the time) life took a turn for the worst when there father was killed on a mission, his team having brought back her fathers dog tags and his hog tooth necklace. Her and her mother each took one dog tag and Annabel took the hog tooth and wore them in remembrance of her father. Then two weeks later her mothers jet was shot down and she was killed during a training mission by an unknown source. Left with no immediate family besides her sister Annabel went to the only person they remotely knew who was there grandfather who was a war hero. While Annabel still kept the military ideas, mentality and hopes to join her sister took this change of scenery to gain a new life which there grandfather only helped propel his granddaughters to do what they wanted to.

A few years later Annabel was sworn in as a marine as a delayed deployment personnel while her sister lived a normal childhood in California. Annabel was miraculous at every test they put her through, Graduating boot camp at the age of 18 and saw open combat three days later she was the shining star of the armed forces and sure did she put her self to good use in the 10 years she was in. Being apart of over 200 different Marine missions and completing there tasks with flying colors it wasn't long before the more secretive armed forces came calling. At the age of 21 Delta force recruited her to there ranks where she only continued to grow and prosper in her abilities. Serving in over 480 different missions with the black ops squad she knew the art of war inside and out. Then she started to change and see things. Quickly learning the truth about the american government and why they wage so much war she and 5 other Delta force operatives went Rouge. using all there skills and abilities they got into contact with some notable friends that helped them turn into ghosts, phantoms of the world. After that noble 1-6 started working again as mercenaries, guns for hire with a purpose and a major background that made them fit for any job. That was a year ago and they are still doing the same work today.

Semi enhanced strength- Annabel shows signs of having enhanced strength and physical abilities. her body seemingly built better than others to where the fitness level of say a Peak Triathlon runner is her physical strength on average. Combine this enhanced body state with her rigorous workout and work and shes practically inhuman in strength

senses Mastered- Figuring out she had these powers at the age of 17 she quickly learned how to use them and hone them to her advantage

human strength techniacly mastered- Her strength comes just like any normal humans would by working out. the only way she controls it is by working out.

Limits:
in terms of limits she can be exhausted just like any human and hurt though her years of training means your gonna have to be good to bring her to those points before she puts a bullet in your head. Under extense circumstances she has overloaded her mind and senses causing a major temporary dull in her abilities and combat capabilities as well as mental state.

Her strength comes with drawbacks such as it takes her body longer to heal than others so say someone gets cut with a knife and it takes them 1-2 weeks to heal. for her it could take 3-4 months.

Personality: At first glance, Laifu is often taken for a timid and weak minded child. He is easily offended, and simply refusing his polite offers could bring him to the verge of tears, especially if it was his lemonade. He gets nervous around others, and typically shows this through consistent fidgeting, blushing, and mumbling. However, this is not always the case. If he considers someone to be worthy, he will do his absolute best to serve them, no matter the cost, treating them as his master. The conditions for who he picks as his master are seemingly random and highly variable.

Laifu is very possessive - and a bit overprotective - of his "masters." He will do whatever it takes to protect them, regardless of their wishes. If they are attempting something suicidal or dangerous, he will try to stop them, restraining them by force if necessary, and removing their limbs or permanently paralysing them as a last resort. But these are extreme cases, and he will usually obey his master's every word, down to the most minute details. If his master passes away before he completes his task, he will preserve and look after their remains until he has. He is fearful of being abandoned, and so may keep a part of his master's remains or belongings on his person as a memorabilia.

The Lemonade Maid - or Sour Face - is a bit of an oddball. He has no qualms about harming civilians and causing collateral damage, but appears to have some soft spots. He will hesitate to attack if any lemonade stands and ice cream trucks are at risk, and values the safety - though not necessarily the wellbeing - of anyone close to his master (unless he considers them to be harmful). He is more honourable than most villains, but will break his word without a second thought if it will negatively affect his master.

All of Laifu's bodily fluids have been replaced by various forms of lemonade and lemon juice. Blood is pink lemonade, tears, sweat and saliva are clear lemon juice, others are just plain yellow lemonade or white lemonade, and so on. His bodily fluids are perfectly safe to drink, have no effects, and always remains cold and refreshing. The lemonade produced by Laifu's body is top quality, with sweetness like honey.

Laifu has a high resistance to the cold. He barely feels anyrhing during the usual winter nights in Archeo City, and can survive in extremely low temperatures. He is completely unaffected by the cold of his bodily fluids.

Laifu can 'juice' or convert things into lemonade or lemon juice. Pink lemonade, for instance. Blood can be converted into pink lemonade directly, while organs must be juiced. Juicing is a fairly quick process, but requires physical contact. Most organic matter, such as flesh and organs, other fruits, as well as virtually any liquid, may be affected.

The successor to the Potassium line of weaponry, the lemon weapons Laifu can create are devastatingly comical to behold. The armament of weaponised lemons utilises lethal lemon seeds as its primary source of ammo, though the lemons themselves may used to deliver such seeds in the form of lemon grenades or JPLs (Juice Propelled Lemon). Any lemon weapon may be created instantly provided that there are sufficient lemons.

Limits:
  • Cold resistance is enough to allow him to take an ice bath without flinching, but he won't last a winter in the Arctic. In a way, he's sort of like a penguin.
  • Juicing/conversion is an irreversible process. If pink lemonade is made from juicing a heart, it cannot be turned back into a heart. There are many things against which juicing/conversion will have no effect. Rocks, clothes, skin, bones, hair, etc., will not be affected. Since it requires direct contact, he cannot do things like turning blood into lemonade if there is skin in between.
  • Lemon weapons require a certain amount of lemons in order to be made, use up additional lemons in order to reload seeds, and are extremely temporary, lasting only a few days before they become unusable. They are weaker than most firearms, and although they're highly effective against soft targets, they have little to no effect on armour or kevlar. Additionally, Laifu must know what the real weapons they're based on look like and have at least some basic knowledge of their parts and mechanisms.

Appearance: Disco's most distinguishable features probably have to his bleached white hair and his orange tinted sunglasses. However, should he remove the leather gloves he usually wears, you would see his red, fully robotic hand.
Height: 190 centimetres.
Weight: 86 kilograms.
Body Modifications/Implants*: His main augmentation is his robotic hand. Designed by the military, for the military, Disco was inclined to 'acquire' one when a deal gone south took his hand. It was hard at first, but now he contemplates getting another - and it's easy to see why, too. The hand is incredibly strong with a grip of steel, and has military grade materials protecting it from fire/heat, water/ice and physical damage. It has a hydraulic system built in to provide an extra 'punch' to his punches, able to crumple metal, and looks absolutely awesome.
Blood Type: A+.

Personality: Those that know him, even those who truly know him, would call him a fire. Hot as the flame, burning with a passion and fury that not many men possess, it is easy to see why. He fights to get what he wants, and usually doesn't back down until he gets it. Stubborn, some might say, but he prefers the term 'strong-willed'. He does not hide his personality, either, as shown by his fashion, words and his general lust for his work. Speaking of his work, he is surprisingly serious when it comes to it. Whenever he does a 'deal', he always ensures the legitimacy of his client to ensure his own safety. Money is his only real motivation in life, and he doesn't seem to be stopping any time soon. He has a knack for business and money that is nearly unmatched, and his eagle eye for a bargain has earned him much in his relatively short life. He doesn't usually become stressed, since he rarely goes and does the dirty work of villainy himself, but if he does he tends to react violently to it, often breaking things in the process to help himself calm down. Hot-heated, if you will.

Backstory*: Not much is really known about Disco. One night, he decided to buy a rundown club, with money that no-one knows where it came from, and set up his business there. Within the year, however, the club began to bloom but Disco seemed to have constant 'business meetings' with men in suits - everyone presumed it was to do with the club. Of course, there is a major reason that his other alias is the Fence. He does two main things for people - either he takes stolen goods and sells them on to his contacts for a portion of the profits (the size of the portion is determined by time, complexity and risk) or he can find things to sell to the client. Both of which makes him very popular for the criminal syndicates, as one can imagine. He recently heard about a new criminal organization setting up nearby from various sources, and decided they would be beneficial to him to work with.

Superpowers/Abilities
Powers: Disco has the ability to create what he calls his 'back pocket', a dimensional pocket where he tends to stick his most prized goods into. He doesn't enter it when he wants things out of the dimensional pocket - he simply wills the object out of the portal. Objects seem to be stuck in time when they enter, as organic material doesn't seem to age and object retain the same velocity out as what they had in. As a result, he is able to use this defensively, then offensively, by catching things like bullets, missiles and the like and throw them back to the enemy.
Mastery of Power: Fairly good, I suppose. After all, if he wasn't I can't imagine someone who can manipulate dimensional space to not be goopified.
Limits: Living matter (that does not include things like food and dead matter - this only really applies to living, breathing things) cannot pass through the portal - or, rather, Disco doesn't know how to allow it to happen yet. The actual portal to the pocket dimension has no actually pulling force, and cannot be moved when created, and as a result objects must be thrown or otherwise be propelled into the portal for them to be absorbed (for example, he couldn't take a non-moving object into it by moving the portal over it, nor could he absorb everything around him into it with a black hole pull). It takes about 20 seconds to open a portal, which in combat is fairly difficult to work with.
Skills: Business - as you may expect - but he is also good at many other things such as programming/hacking, going off the grid and bartending. He is also a multi-linguist.

Gadgets/Equipment
Equipment: He owns a (homemade) device that blasts an EMP around him which temporarily disrupts electronic devices such as cameras, door locks and the like. It is fairly limited, though - maybe 10 metres radius at most. He owns a standard pistol, in case a deal goes wrong (again). He has created a device that can bounce any signals given off by Disco, whether they are tracking devices, or phone signals. This makes it virtually impossible to track him by tracker or by tracking his electronic devices.
Personal Belongings: The usual stuff - wallet, phone etc. Not including his stock, of course.

He owns a nearby disco club (hence the nickname 'Johnny Disco') called 'On The Fence'. It is fairly popular, and easily makes enough money to support itself without Disco needing to use his own money. Of course, it acts as a front to his 'activities', and to make a deal with him you simply approach him at the bar and he takes you into the back for his 'business meetings'. Despite the shady people he makes deals with, however, he refuses to do deals with anyone armed. Bit suspicious, after all, to do deals with someone holding a gun after all.

Powers: Psychic enchantment: Can give any machine within 5 feet, with more than 5 moving parts or electricity, a Psychic field, that allows partial control over the machine, as well as sentience, and personality, depending on the complexity of the machine( any machine with electricity[for comparison, an electronic clock would have about the same level of complexity that a clock with the same function, but made out of moving parts would have] automatically has a simple personality, like a child would have, no real depth, with complex programing further making the personality more. Any machine with a psychic field can be given commands, with more complex machines able to do more complex functions. The machines can be given commands from up to 5KM away, and can communicate back the same distance. Machines under the effect of Psychic enchantment can't be affected by things like Magnetics, or hacking, but gain susceptibility to psychic attacks, and things of that nature. Any machine under the effects of Psychic Enchantment are 50% more efficient at what they normally do. Also, the psymachines can be powered by his own psychic powers, (He generates energy equivalent to 6 mid sized generators)
Overclock: Can make any Psymachine improve it's effectiveness by 200% for 10 minutes, after which it is damaged so that it operates at 75% normal effectiveness(compared to Non-Psymachine effectiveness) until repaired, and if used again on the same machine before it is repaired, results in the machine becoming unsalvageable.
Mastery of Power: He has full control over any Psymachine that does not have its own personality( anything that can be handheld, and is not extraordinarily complex, for example; a complicated clock would be the most complex thing that can be completely controlled) can be completely controlled, anything above that has to be convinced,( in the case of most thing this will just require asking politely, or giving a reason, but for sufficiently complex things, such as a mech, or a battleship, and things like that, the Psymachine would have to be convinced like a normal human would need to be.)

I'd like you to flesh out the power more before any final say is given as it is right now I don't see what this does or why you have to kill for it. Also the limit is unclear if it actually limits the power or if it's because she's mad that she didn't live(?). Honestly she's not aloud to be a zombie since that makes up it's own lore. (If you want her to have some aspect of being already dead then you'll have to converse with us GMs about it before you decide that your chara has it)

Backstory*: Not much is known about The Barbian before the new Anarchist. She was once the strongest and most brutal member of the group. Her psychotic nature and her iconic sledge hammer left no one alive. However, that stopped once Sylvia was captured and forced into rehabilitation by the heroes.

This was before The Hero Killing Acts when the government attempted to convert the villains to their side. A rescue was launched by the villains, but it was already too late. Sylvia had been reformed into a shy and scared girl who only did what she was told. Data has since kept her along in an attempt to try and bring back the monster that lay within.

Name: Sigmund Crowe.

Physiological/Psychological

Appearance: The appearance that Sigmund has is one of a slightly skinny male, with short blue-tinted hair that often appears as spikes protruding in every direction. Those eyes of his are a shade of silver that are nearly the same as actual silver. The shade of his skin is like the pale moon during the night, and people often comment that he looks sick. Sigmund's typical attire consists of an untucked white shirt, a simple pair of black trousers and a pair of wine red colored sneakers.

Costume*: The same as his normal clothing, except he wears a gas mask too.

Blood Type: O-Positive.

Personality: Among the many different words that can be used to describe him, the most accurate would have to be impartial or indifferent. Sigmund is a person who does whatever he thinks is the best idea, whether it may be benevolent or malevolent, it does not matter to him so long as he thinks it's the best route one should go in that situation. He does not feel all that strongly one way or the other about something like the concepts of good and evil, and follows his own path of neutrality even if it may seem bad to some.

And Sigmund prefers to keep to himself and not get into the business of others or things he simply does not wish to be a part of. He doesn't see any point in forcing himself in matters that don't involve him in any way. To some, this may make him seem to be a person who is cold and selfish. His normally neutral expression would also help make people see him that way. Being as inexpressive as he is, it's no wonder people see see him like that. He doesn't mess around much. Though it doesn't make him completely emotionless.

When it comes to certain things that he does want to do, he can show an extreme dedication to said things and an unrivaled passion towards them. He's passionate about his work, and does not like being disturbed as even a minor one might make it all go wrong in his eyes. He's dead serious when it comes to this. Sigmund can be considered a pessimist, as he does tend to view everything in a much more negative perception.

Sigmund does have a much more softer side in spite of it all. It's only ever present when he is around people that he can consider his companions and are more familiar with, though he still has a neutral expression. This change is in the form of him actually being friendly, though it's mostly unnoticeable. There's also him putting on a smile sometimes, and if the conditions are right, maybe he'll crack some completely unexpected joke too(not that anyone gets them as he signs). Sigmund is also protective of his companions, and will show care for them as he harbors obsessive behavior he cares about.

To the ones who he sees negatively, Sigmund is much more merciless and ruthless towards them. People that he hates are ones he will never work with, unless forced. He acts much more colder and ruder than he usually facing them. If he manages to get into some kind of fight with them, he will not show any sort of remorse or care about their well-being. The only kind of emotion you see within his eyes is something akin to murderous intent.

His particular view on heroes doesn't put them in a very good light. Sigmund's own definition of a hero is a person that helps whoever, whether they might be villains, civilians, or even the worst person on earth. Who goes out of their way each day to help even the tiniest little thing from the bottom of their heart. To him, heroes that kill are the same as villains. Killing is something he only sees a villain doing. So he doesn't like the Hero Killings Act very much, though his hatred for them stems much deeper.

Superpowers/Abilities

Powers: Lunar Energy Absorption - An ability which allows Lumanaether to absorb, store and use it's capabilities in many different ways. Such as projecting beams of energy, shaping it into condensed balls of energy that work like grenades, or coating himself in it to enhance his physical strength. During the night, he holds an unlimited supply of lunar energy, which is strongest at the time of midnight. Ranging from 0000 to 0100 hours. At this time he's capable of using his full strength without wasting anything.

Mastery of Power: The mastery he holds over his power is decent at best, with him often using too much or too little and never seeming to find just the right amount to utilize. At times, he finds himself unconsciously using his powers whenever feeling a particularly strong emotion so he wastes his supply.

Limits:
During the daytime, Lumaneather has a limited supply of lunar energy which he's only capable of replenishing during the night time. As there is no source of lunar energy during the day, he needs to conserve his powers so he'll often have to utilize his power in less energy draining ways. His powers are comparable to a phone battery.

Skills:

Drawing - A talent of his that he's superbly good at and loves. His diary is filled with drawings and scribbles.

Sign Language - As the boy is a mute, he's very fluent in sign language.
