Personality: Julie can best be described as a manipulator, saying and doing whatever she wants to make sure her life is secured. The "girl," is also seen as sarcastic, usually doing this in a mocking tone with little interest if someones feelings are hurt. She's also easy to piss off, especially if she's mocked by others, especially the insignificant. The reason for her joining is due to her goal of rising to the top, killing this man called "Data," and taking his position to guide the group to not liberate but do what villains are suppose to do.

However, there seems to be one things that can break this perfect armor. The fear of death. She'll do anything to stay alive, because she cheated death once and knows she can't do it again. Julie will even rat on her allies just to make sure her own life can be spared. All that's left after that is a scared little girl.

Julian is the second person in the body and the original. He can be seen as a scared man always on his guard. He isn't one to trust others easily, and will actually attack any he sees as threats to his escape. Julian is someone to easily break down at the sight of his goals being hindered.

While shy, he's actually quite a courageous person and in the heart of battle, will risk his own life for his allies. To him, it's better to risk his life and die rather than stay safe and live with regret. Julian's also very sweet to those he trust, usually showing affection and extreme kindness. Though years of abuse have lead to his trust being broken very easily and to become distant to that person.

Backstory*: Little is known about Julian as any details about it have been edited by Julie in an attempt to erase his existence. It is believed that she use to be his friend until she got into an accident, where instead of accepting death, decided to possess his body for a second chance at life. Now the two are intertwined as one, both battling for control over the other.

Superpowers/Abilities
Powers: Sped Up: This ability grants the user the power to speed up and slow down their movements and objects to grant them the illusion of super strength, speed, and durability.
-Super Strength: Speeding their limbs to give more force into something like a punch or kick(4,000 pounds of force).
-Super Speed: Speeding up their movement to get from point A to point B quicker(Max 600 mph).
-Durability: This is done by the user slowing down the object to almost a complete halt when it reaches their body, making it fall to the ground with no damage to the user.
Mastery of Power:
-Sped up(Super Strength and Speed): Average
-Sped up(Durability): Good

-Possession: An old ability of Julie's that allowed her to take over the body of one person. Side effects of this include turning the one being possessed hair white and making the skin pale. The way to tell who's in control is by eye color as Julie's is pink and Julian's is yellow.
Limits:
-Sped up: There are a few weaknesses to this ability. For one, if Sped Up is used too frequently, the body will not be able to keep up and will cause the users body to freeze up slowly until they're completely paralyzed, up to 3 minutes. Another is that, the user can't control the speed of anything organic, meaning that punches and kicks can still effect them. The durability power can only be used on small objects such as bullets, however, this power works through activation. If the object is too fast, than it can't be stopped. Along with that, anything that causes effects such as electricity or poison can be slowed down but not avoided, meaning when durability is stopped, the user will feel the full force. This ability can't be abused either, it will only work for a few seconds, any more time and it will drain the energy from super strength and speed.

Super strength only works as an output and to avoid the inevitable. Say the user stops a building from falling, they're not actually stopping it, rather slowing it down so it will fall. This will also bleed into his ability so it can't be used for long.

  • Limit #2: Zack can absorb 1000 Volts of electricity anything greater than this causes him to short circuit where he cannot control his own abilities.
  • Limit #3: 2000 Volts + can leave Zack temporarily paralyzed. If he absorbs 1 million bolts he could very well die.
Can you please explain what you mean by short circuit and lose control of his abilities. This is because it sounds like the first attempt.

Personality: Kon does his best to be calm and collected at all times, he will do everything in his power to ensure that nobody will outsmart him. He has a fascination with luck based games and will hold himself to a bargain no matter how bad if you can beat him at a game of cards. He tends to run and hide very quickly when things go wrong as he cannot do much himself, instead relying on the talent of others. Because of this reliance he sees this "New Anarchist" group as a potential stepping stone to gain power to ensure he can complete future tasks of his mistress.

Backstory: Kon was born at sea... a long time ago back when new places were still being discovered. Or so he tells it at least. He can't prove it but as he tells it he died the day he was born, cast into the sea by someone on board. His mistress saved him as he tells it, as he rose he became like a mirror of his new mistress, snakelike , his body freezing up at the slightest cold. He does her will above all else now with the rest of her cult, which is just one other person, with the hopes of getting his body back. He is known throughout the underground as a man who knows people and can get you the right people for the right times. His prices are strange and varied because he wishes to try all the things he missed having in life, like pickles.

Stacking the Deck: Kon has supernaturally good luck and is almost guaranteed to succeed at anything entirely luck based. This is limited to things of entirely chance, so diving to the floor to avoid bullets in a crowded room would not work if they could see him because the skill being used is aim, but if they were firing completely blind he would still not benefit from this power because other people would use the innate skill of avoiding gunfire.
Is it a Deal?: Kon has the power to make deals of either spoken word or of text magically binding for both parties so long as he is involved in the dealings. The deal must be fully understood by both parties and agreed to by asking "Is it a deal?" This power is specifically for exchanging goods as services rendered.
Other Limits:
He is cold blooded and requires heating himself every so often, in addition he eats incredibly slowly and is slowed down if he has eaten recently

Personality:
Lunis overall is a childish person who despite his efforts in being professional, he comes off as silly and adorable. He is very obvious to things (mostly Earth related) and forms assumptions based off of tiny bits of information he gets and once the idea is cemented into his head, no amount of evidence will prove it wrong to him.
As the young prince of his Lunar Planet, Lunis has a bit of spoiled side to him in which he expects people to do as he says and things to go his way all of the time. He doesn't really understand the people around him (possibly due to him being an alien), and reading the emotions or connecting with them is challenging for him. Lunis mostly just smiles and paints his own version of what is going on around him because he honestly doesn't know what is happening at all.
Lunis is fairly persistent in his goal to claim Earth for his people, and despite his bubbly attitude there are hints of desperation in conquering Earth, but brushes over it when asked.
Backstory:
All you need to know is that Lunis is the prince of the Lunar Planet, and he is here to claim Earth for the Lunars.

Mystro/Mr. Mystro - A classy villain known for his warping powers and his magician persona. Mr. Mystro/Sir (as Lunis knows him as) had a run in with Lunis, and was the one he booped to learn English. The villain took in the lost prince as a sidekick, using Lunis's powers in their act before getting captured while answering an invitation.

Superpowers/Abilities
Powers:

Gravity - Lunis's personal gravity is much lighter than others, allowing him to jump further than others or just seem like he is on the moon. He is able to reflect this to others (within range) or just create a field around him with this gravity effect.
Solar Powered/Refect - Lunis is able to absorb the sun energy. He can either keep the energy for himself, or reflect it into something to empower it. Whatever he empowers gains a Moon symbol that slowly wanes as the energy reflected wears out. If empowered frequently enough, a small being can even be converted into a Lunar . . . An example being bunnies.
Boop the Snoot - Lunars are able to connect with each other by putting their noses together. When booping with a being that isn't a Lunar, they just learn the language of that creature. In other words, Lunis is able to learn any language he can boop.
Transformation - This doesn't really do more than just change his outfit from his incognito clothes to his regular. It looks pretty neat though, so that is a bonus.
Mastery of Power:
Very proficient with his powers, but is kind of sloppy right now since he just woke up from a very deep slumber on a different planet. He tends to lose track of how much energy he has used.
Limits:
Daytime - Lunis is weaker in the sunlight, and his powers aren't as effective. Daytime is mostly his recharge time, and he isn't exactly able to do much while he is charging (tends to get very sleepy in the day).
Range - 36 inches is his area of effect at night (if charged up, 40 inches around him is the range). In the day his range is only 6 inches, afternoon/dawn 10 inches.
Energy - Empowering things drain him of his energy, and when he is low on energy he becomes sleepy. Creating gravity fields or redirecting gravity effects onto someone will also drain him, but his own gravity effect will not.

The Bachi Bachi Stick - While assisting Mystrio, they had stolen a very expensive wand that was displayed at a museum. Since Lunis was feeling homesick, Mystrio let him keep it as a substitute for his Lunar Wand back at home . . . Now he just smacks people with it, not realizing the true value of this thing.
Personal Belongings:
Royal Seal - As the young prince, Lunis has a ring with the royal seal engraved in the lunar crystal. He keeps it on him at all times, and while it doesn't seem like he cares much about it the moment it goes missing he flips out.
A small pouch - Not really personal, its more just a thing he got from Mystrio to stole snacks for his bunnies.

-Lunis currently has 4 Lunar Bunnies. One big black one, 2 white (with very light tan spots), and one creamy one. They all of have a Crescent Moon symbol on them as they have been fully converted

The Paladin can be described as a straightforward and somewhat gruff man. He has a cynical sense of humor towards the world and treats his place in it with little concern. He has a very cavalier attitude towards conflict, death, destruction and the like. Viewing it as one would view a day going grocery shopping. That isn't to say he enjoys it, indeed he actively goes out of his way to limit collateral damage and will be against 'senseless' acts of violence. While he is indifferent to the suffering of those around him he still holds true to his core and believes that villains who get drunk on their own power are no different than the heroes they oppose. All that said, however, he is entirely an "ends justify the means" sort of man and if a case can be made he'll go along with it. He will never betray his own values and his own view on justice, but his views are dictated by the overarching desire to see a reformed society that is capable of sustaining itself without relying on heroes. So individual acts of wanton slaughter can be forgiven if it is towards this aim.

Backstory:
Almost nothing is known about The Paladin's history. The most anyone has gleaned is that he once served in the military. Rumors suggest he was a member of some secretive black ops organization, although there's no evidence to support that. He first made a name for himself as The Paladin as a vigilante roaming the streets. If it wasn't for his desire to overthrow heroes and targeting them along with anyone else he chose he might have been regarded as a hero. Alas his killing spree left a wake of both evil doers and righteous alike behind him. Eventually he came to find himself a member of The New Anarchists and while his views clashed with many of their members on many levels, their overall endgame was the same and so he served alongside them. For better or worse.

Powers:
The Paladin was born with the innate ability to understand how tools worked and how use them properly. Any man-made gadget applies, from cellphones to cars to swords. The moment he lays his hand on an object he can instantly know everything he needs to know in order to use the tool properly.

Mastery of Power:
The Paladin has honed his power all his life making him quite proficient in it's use. This allows him to be an extremely skilled driver, or an accurate marksman.

Limits:
The limits of The Paladin's power is an absolute mastery of any given item. I.E. perfect accuracy with a firearm. He has yet to reach such a mastery with any tool he uses.

Skills:
While his power is a useful one it is extremely limited if his body can not keep up. As such he has trained religiously to ensure that he is capable of using any tool the best he can. This has made him quite adept at hand to hand combat an physical activities. The style of his unarmed combat is very reminiscent of those employed by special forces in the military which has lead to the aforementioned rumor. Beyond that he has been known to tell the mean dad joke every now and then.

Personality:
Red's view on the world is something meant to be conquered. He has a larger than life personality, you can feel the energy he has humming below the surface. He's always gotta be up and doing something or he starts to get anxious, it isn't uncommon to see him boxing, "Training" new recruits, or just in general running around the base. If you don't see him moving take notice and move out the way.
Most won't expect it but Red is actually really perceptive. He's really observant to the changes in the patterns of others. He spends most of his time looking out for the group as he takes his spot in the group rather serious. If he is able to notice a problem before it occurs it means that he won't have to use his power which both tires him out and winds up killing anyone close by usually.
Red doesn't like info for the sake of info. If he doesn't see a practical reason to learning something he won't try to learn it. This goes beyond just learning though things like birthdays, favorites, and likes are all discarded instantly from his memory. He only really bothers with them if he likes the person, otherwise he remembers only the code name, fears, and reactions of people. It winds up making him a really insensitive person as he only has a select few he'd want to actually consider people rather than a factor to consider.
Red isn't great with being patient, especially not in a fight. He usually tends to go rushing headfirst with the thought that any trouble he gets into can be settled with the simplest of explosions. Usually this translates to him pushing his luck really often in many ways. He hates to be tied down in anyway, but will stay with a group if he feel a kinship with the people in it. Even then he still expects a certain amount of freedom or he will start up a power play.

Personality: Hans is a very charismatic individual with an eye for detail. He is quite energetic and loves the bright sun and beautiful days. He remains an optimistic individual because he sees the world as something to be cherished and protected. Protected from the degenerate elements that have crept into society. Hans believes he must be better than those he fights against. Therefore he maintains his honor and integrity. He does not double-cross his allies, he treats his foes fairly and he does not mistreat his subordinates. Armed with a purist zeal, his end goal is extermination of all decadence and sub-humans on the planet.
Backstory*:
From 1933 to 1945, Hans was the head of a secret Nazi science division at a facility in the German Alps. His breakthroughs in the world of physics surpassed those of Einstein. When Einstein was theorizing about relativity, Hans was applying and weaponizing it. His goal was to create a portal machine for the armies of the Reich to travel through. With such a power, they would be unstoppable. Alas, not all would go as planned. When soldiers of the elite British SAS raided his facility, he attempted to use his new weapon to defeat them. But Hans did not fully understand how to use it. He accidentally tore a hole in space-time that he was sucked into. Hans would wander a barren wasteland where reality was all but a nonsensical illusion for 72 years, mastering his weapon and finally discovering a way out.

The world was very different when he emerged. In some ways it was a fantasy, in others a nightmare. It took him some time to get used to this new world. He was even homeless for a short period. He used his power to gain wealth and materials. He now owns a large estate in upstate New York. By day he is an investor. By night, he is Anschluss.

Wormhole manipulation: Hans can tear open a wormhole that leads to another dimension or another place on Earth. He can use these wormholes to travel instantly or to suck away his foes or things he deems undesirable. It is easier for him to create a wormhole to another dimension because it is one-way. Whereas a wormhole to another place on Earth is basically round-trip.
Item summoning: Hans can use the wormholes to retrieve any item he wants as long as he knows where it is. However, the bigger the item, the more power is required for him to summon it to him.
Mastery of Power: Master. Hans understands and Harnesses the full capabilities of his power.
Limits: His ability to make wormholes is finite. The device that makes them requires fuel that must be refilled. And it doesn't run on diesel, so he must take the time to make it himself.

By the alignment system Chaotic Good doesn't mean you're a good guy. It means you do what you think is right regardless of what society thinks. This can VERY easily make you a villain in the eyes of society because your views clash with the views and laws of society. But I honestly couldn't care less about the alignment system since it can't properly represent a character, so if it's really that big of a deal I'll change it.

As for limit, in the very first post under the spoiler "Limits" it's described as the top of the power. Not what they're currently capable of. The top of the power is absolute mastery, that's the furthest it can go. He doesn't get superhuman abilities, he just becomes the best you can possibly get by human standards. That's the top limit of the power.

I was under the impression that the current limits was the point of the "Mastery" section. That's the upper limit of what they can do right here and now, with the "Limits" being the cap for the power itself.

While he is indifferent to the suffering of those around him he still holds true to his core and believes that villains who get drunk on their own power are no different than the heroes they oppose. All that said, however, he is entirely an "ends justify the means" sort of man and if a case can be made he'll go along with it. He will never betray his own values and his own view on justice, but his views are dictated by the overarching desire to see a reformed society that is capable of sustaining itself without relying on heroes. So individual acts of wanton slaughter can be forgiven if it is towards this aim.

Backstory:
Almost nothing is known about The Paladin's history. The most anyone has gleaned is that he once served in the military. Rumors suggest he was a member of some secretive black ops organization, although there's no evidence to support that. He first made a name for himself as The Paladin as a vigilante roaming the streets. If it wasn't for his desire to overthrow heroes and targeting them along with anyone else he chose he might have been regarded as a hero. Alas his killing spree left a wake of both evil doers and righteous alike behind him. Eventually he came to find himself a member of The New Anarchists and while his views clashed with many of their members on many levels, their overall endgame was the same and so he served alongside them. For better or worse.

Powers:
The Paladin was born with the innate ability to understand how tools worked and how use them properly. Any man-made gadget applies, from cellphones to cars to swords. The moment he lays his hand on an object he can instantly know everything he needs to know in order to use the tool properly.

Mastery of Power:
The Paladin has honed his power all his life making him quite proficient in it's use. This allows him to be an extremely skilled driver, or an accurate marksman.

Limits:
The limits of The Paladin's power is an absolute mastery of any given item. I.E. perfect accuracy with a firearm. He has yet to reach such a mastery with any tool he uses.

Skills:
While his power is a useful one it is extremely limited if his body can not keep up. As such he has trained religiously to ensure that he is capable of using any tool the best he can. This has made him quite adept at hand to hand combat an physical activities. The style of his unarmed combat is very reminiscent of those employed by special forces in the military which has lead to the aforementioned rumor. Beyond that he has been known to tell the mean dad joke every now and then.

    A bit obsessive and a bit short tempered, Zack has two things that set him off. First; insult him. Second insult his friends. Rash, not at all passive, and not afraid to speak his mind- Zack tends to jump into things first and comes up with plans second. Once riled up, it's not too easy to calm him down. He's not the deepest of thinkers as he tends to rush into things first before coming up with any sort of plan. And when he usually does come up with a plan, it either backfires due to all the holes he didn't consider or due to his underestimation of his enemy's abilities.

    He can be defensive and arrogant, but can be compassionate and friendly to people he actually likes. And that's an important one. For people Zack likes, consider him your greatest ally and most loyal companion. He wouldn't snitch on you if there was a gun put to his head and he wouldn't believe a lie said about you unless he heard it from your own lips.While he tends to make jokes and acts jovial, he like Reese, doesn't trust others easily but is very willing to give people more than once chance. For him liking someone is easy, trusting them is an entirely different matter. His stubbornness and hard-headed nature tends to kick in at these moments and it's situations that he drags himself into where he tends to get on Reese's nerves, but despite his screw ups- if he screws up - Zack always makes certain that he fixes his own messes before he goes out to help anyone else.

    With a strong belief in doing right even if it means doing wrong, Zack doesn't hesitate in most tasks and doesn't flinch in desperate situations. More of the gut instinct kind of guy he'll leap into a situation through instinct alone or retreat based off his own assumptions and what he can briefly determine based off his own situation.

    • Born to the illusion master Charmcaster and the bolstering hero Upgrade, Zack was born into a family of four with one older brother and two younger twin sisters but still came out the most special one of them all. His power, was being normal. A simple average human that didn't get a wink of power from anyone in his long line of super powered relatives.

      From infancy to the age of 9, Zack woke up, went to school, came home, and lived like a regular kid. Always awaiting the day he'd wake up one day and have the ability to turn invisible like his younger sisters or absorb objects like his older brother, but day in and day out, as the days turned to weeks and the weeks turned to months, Zack slowly began to dread the thing he never wanted; a normal life in a super powered world. Sadly, he got exactly that. And the one thing that kept him sane, the one thing that kept him from falling into a state of depression- was knowing that the friend he made at 13 at the start of middle school, Lawrence Rolatski was just like him. A kid from a super powered family but just a regular average kid. And in all honesty, that was how their friendship started. Being two kids from two different families with two differing views on their own situations.

      Zack wanted to live the thrilling life, Lawrence was indifferent entirely, but it was the fact that he heard Zack out despite his indifference that they bonded so well. Until they hit 15. hWere their lives changed entirely.

      One day after school, walking back home, Zack convinced Lawrence to take a different route around the neighborhood. While hesitant he agreed and together they moved on. It was just a casual walk, a different route around home, but it turned to something else entirely. It turned to walking into a kidnapping and then getting kidnapped themselves.

      For 8 days, they remained in captivity. Teens of various ages with them as well. Captured by a villain named Dr. B. Hazard. A villain experimenting on creating a serum that granted humans special powers. It was Hazard's belief that superhuman's were the superior form of evolution. And he wanted to test the powers of god and see if he could advance a weak human into a demi-god. Ultimately Zack and Lawrence came to be one of his few successful subjects. But success meant testing. And testing meant stress-inducing trials and fighting the rejects.

      On their fifth day of captivity, every successful experiment whose body hadn't rejected the serum, got pulled out. And then their tests began it was meant to induce a sense of fear and get a reaction or induce fear and get hurt. Zack, picked the former. And from there, all those that gave Hazard the results he wanted moved to the next round on day 6, 7 and 8; learning to fight each other or watching the other success be pushed into getting a catalyst reaction.

      Zack and all the other 22 experiments of Hazard's project weren't saved by 'heroes' but by themselves. Out of the 23 experiments that made it through Hazard's tests, only eight survived on the 8th night where heroes attacked and captured the mad doctor. Since then Zack's distanced himself from his relatives and grown disillusioned at seeing how much damage heroes actually cause. At 17 he bought a place with Lawrence's help and has been living as neighbors with his friend for the past year.

    Bio-Electricity Manipulation: User can create, shape and manipulate bio-electric currents that exist within all aspects of the body existing in the nervous system, heart and muscles whether the user's or their targets. The user is also capable of channeling their bio-electrical energy into attacks or even drain the bio-electrical energies that may dwell within another being.
    Electricity Generation & Attacks: Zack can generate electric attacks so long as he has enough stamina to do so. Generating electricity from his body requires him to become excited or a similar emotion that may cause increase in the heart rate or tension in the muscles. So long as he is not exhausted, Zack can freely manipulate the electricity he generates from his body and against others.

    Electrical Enhanced Condition: Zack can stimulate his own nerves and only his own nerves to increase his own physical abilities. He hardly ever uses this to increase his own mental abilities.

    Electrical Absorption: Can absorb up to 1000 volts of electricity and utilize it to empower his attacks or temporarily revitalize himself for 3-5 minutes.

    Momentum Charge: Using his bio-electrical impulses, Zack can increase his speed and strength to make regular punches and attacks feel enhanced. Making his strikes akin to being hit with a steel baseball bat.


    Electroreception: The ability to perceive electric stimuli.
    Passive: Zack can only perceive human beings based off the bio-electric signals their neurology releases through bio-electric fields. To do this he has to stand completely still, focus, and concentrate before he's able to perceive anything. Otherwise he cannot sense another being in a environment.

    Mastery of Power

    • Electricity Manipulation: Zack is capable of generating electricity with ease and has mastered the ability to utilize electrical attacks. He is exceptionally good at controlling the voltage output he gives to stun and not kill, if he chooses.
    • Limit #1: He lacks the training to control momentum based charges and is not always in control of the amount of strength he puts into a physical attack due to overestimation of the output he wants to put in or getting to exhilarated.
    • Limit #2: Zack can absorb 1000 Volts of electricity anything greater than this causes his powers to fail or backfire when he actively wants to use them and when inactive cause his own abilities to release electric charges out of his control.
    • Limit #3: 2000 Volts + can leave Zack temporarily paralyzed. If he absorbs 1 million bolts he could very well die.

Most of Data’s past lift is shrouded in mystery, it lives as rumors and myths. However, most have one concrete theory. They link him to an unknown lowly criminal who usually was under the hero radar. This was due to him changing his name multiple times and moving all around the city doing odd jobs for one purpose, his little girl.

The man was a father wanting to get by in life with plans of moving out of the city due to the new hero killing acts. A local hero had destroyed the house that the man had stayed in due to a fight with a villain. The house was nothing, his little girl was the one to suffer. She had critical injuries and permanent scaring both physically and mentally. The man tried to sue but The Hero Killing Acts made it so the hero could go scot free. Something happened to the man that day, his eyes were open to the world the heroes lived in. They let people suffered while the rest could look up and want to be them. This wasn’t the world he wanted, so the man-....Data’s crimes turned into large scaled, joining up with rebels and through the years, he was able to assert his dominance and gain power through the criminal underground.

Data could care less for villains, he doesn’t see himself as one. The man just wants to liberate the world, the heroes watching as he rips away their vale. That is all.

She eventually got a punch in and as she did so Eternal Flame burned her arm into ash, causing her to collapse in pain. Afterwards she was locked up and was one of the first to be incarcerated in the Northstar Penitentiary. After the penitentiary was shut down for many controversies surrounding torture and the stealing of organs she was transferred to Seaside Rehabilitation center for the mentally damned, where she was reunited with Eternal Flame as he was working as the warden there. Over the course of years a relationship blossomed between the two and they were married the day she was let out. 6 months later their daughter Joy was born. Joy is a child genius that learned to speak at only 9 months old. The reason for this is that Joy can see the dead, specifically those who have been murdered. Now that years have past Sharon is a coach at a west district school that Joy attends and the whole family lives a happy life. Sharon received the letter and ignored it for some time. She was not sure she wanted to go back but a break in at her house forced her to use her secret reserve to protect her daughter. Now she just wants another fix and working with villains is the best way to do it.

I’d suggest expanding on the personality, and more importantly, why she joined the New Anarchist because right now, I can’t see a reason why.

Secondly, I don’t know how she’d be able to throw a building when she has no arm nor can’t use her legs, she’d be more of a liability.

Thirdly, the limits are hard to grasp, the first doesn’t have much effect power wise, and the second just doesn’t make sense to me. I’d like you to go into detail.

Finally, that armor, I have no idea how she would have gotten that as it’s
military equipment, I don’t think they’d let her have it. Also how would she even use it? Her arm is gone and her legs are broken.

Though he has the general appearance of a very charming male, with extremely unkempt and fluffy hair of a full black that some people really like touching. Typically seen wearing attire consisting of a simple black long sleeved flannel shirt, only ever buttoned up until the second top down button without a shirt underneath. He wears a pair of black trousers, and a pair of black shoes.

Personality
Euclid is a person who has a preference to be left to his own business, and has a certain hatred for distractions and disturbances. Especially whenever cooking or doing whatever he deems important. Though he doesn't immediately show his distaste, and prefers to keep all of the dislike he has kept inside his head rather than scare off whoever it is that dares to disturb him. At most, what he will show is an undertone that displays a slight irritation.

One of the things he has is a strive to do whatever he wants, and does what he thinks is a good idea. Euclid acts naturally and will often go do whatever he believes is the right choice, without any prejudice or compulsion. If he's entrusted to finish a task, Euclid will go ahead and finish that task first before anything else as to not have anything get in the way of anything he wishes to do or so that he could relax without having to worry about having to do something.

People who are close to him would describe him as a rather straightforward person, and has no regard whatsoever for the private space of other people. Often barging in without much warning, despite the fact that he himself doesn't like having other people disturb him without warning, making him a hypocrite of sorts. Most find it uncomfortable. And nor will he care about what people think of him and will also freely express what he thinks of others. Even if harsh.

Obsessive is also a word that people have described him with, it's especially geared towards whatever he loves and is very protective of his loved. Such as his cooking or his love of the taste of human meat, which he describes as akin to the burned ends of pork and is quite easily his favorite type of meat. To taste human meat and perfect it is his motivation and is very willing to do whatever it takes. Which leads to how he came to be a villain in the first place, to taste it again.


Backstory
The Omega, whose real name is Euclid Gold Hawthorne, is a cannibalistic villain who kills as to fill his love for the taste of human meat. Though outside of that life he leads, Euclid is a very talented chef who knows how to prepare many meals that could satisfy anyone. Many of which he has altered to include human meat in, such as Lung and Loin Bourguignone. Euclid was born in the bad side of Archeo, and is very used to the place. His parents were two villains and because of that, he wasn't considered a true citizen and is positive that he has no birth certificate.

As a child, he was abused and harbored feelings of extreme hatred for them. Abused for the fact that he hadn't shown any signs of having any sort of ability like theirs, so he was considered by them to be a useless child who had no use to them just for that one fact. Though despite his abuse, Euclid held a talent for the culinary arts. And he used that talent of his to make it so that they wouldn't be as hard on him when they would start bruising and scarring him. At the age of 12, Euclid had finally come to unlock his ability. And using that newfound power of his, he killed both of his parents and ate them in order to try getting rid of the bodies. So came the start of his life as a villain.

Self-Telekinesis - This ability allows the user to be surrounded by a field of telekinetic energy, which acts as a force-field for them while also enhancing their physical capabilities. It's another form of telekinesis that only effects the user, as well as whatever they touch. Through this ability, they're also capable of flight and levitation by pushing their body through the air.

-Enhanced Strength - At his best, the Omega is capable of enhancing his own strength to lift up automobiles weighing up to the weight of 6000lbs/2721.6kg. Which is several times his own weight and about 3, and he's also capable of causing damage proportionate to the weight he can lift, making the Omega capable of breaking steel cuffs easily, bend metals as hard as steel easily and punch through thick brick walls.

-Enhanced Speed - The top speed of which the Omega is capable of going at is capable of outrunning even a race car. With his top speed being 404.64km/h or 112.4m/s, he can reach that speed in about 50 seconds.

-Self-Telekinetic Force-Field - As the Omegas ability has him have a field of telekinetic energy surround him, that field is used as a shield that protects him from harm. Though this force-field of his isn't invulnerable, and can withstand up to four times of the force he himself is capable of.

-Flight/Levitation - Euclid is capable of simulating flight and levitation through using the telekinetic field around him to push him through the air, and to levitate he could simply just push himself while in the air enough that it didn't make him fly but just float there.


Mastery of Power
Whilst he is proficient with using his telekinetic powers for their apparent capabilities such as strength or speed enhancement, Euclid has not experimented and done much other than those few capabilities listed above.


Limits
Range - Due to the nature of his form of telekinesis, the Omega has very short range and is much more suited to be something of a telekinetic brawler rather than the more typical long range TK-er.

Self-Telekinesis Force-Field - The force field doesn't effect the durability of his actual body, and as such if the force is capable of breaking and piercing through the force field, they're capable of damaging him. And the force-field doesn't protect against psionic attacks.

Friction - As the force of friction is a thing that exists, and the fact that the speed at which the Omega can go at the most is one that outruns the average speed of a race car, he can generate lots of frictional heat.

He particularly knows a lot about human biology, such as the easiest way to kill them, as well as all the others listed above.

He isn't as insane as to kill everyone he see's as a corrupted official or person, instead he'll target specific cogs and belts that will bring down the corruptions downfall. He also won't kill any random civilian, and will prevent as many of their deaths as possible since they are also innocent and affected by this corrupt system.


Backstory:
Alan's childhood wasn't anything to write home about. He lived in a slightly under middle-class family, didn't have to many friends in childhood, and lived in a moderately safe area of Archeo. He didn't excel at school, mostly getting C's and B's, but was a good athlete. He played four years of high school basketball, and two times went to nationals and won one of them. After high school he immediately went into the military and went to basic training at the age of 18. Preforming top of his squad, he became squad leader, and went to officer school. There while he didn't show over the top academic skill, he showed great analytical and leaderships skills which helped get through. When he was 19 he and a few selected other men were taken to a facility somewhere in the west coast and went through rigorous training. Despite the immense physical straining, his mind remained strong and he went through to the next phase. There he and others went through mental and emotional torture, which broke most and nearly broke him. He narrowly moved onto the next phase with only a dozen others, all of whom were tired on practically all levels. Here is where he got the surgery to have his implant installed, a very dangerous and life-risking procedure that easily could have killed him. None the less he walked out of the operation, showing immense determination and stamina despite facing death. He and two others were the only ones to survive all of this and they were tasked with aiding in the destruction of villains across the globe. With his experiences of strenuous training and beatings, he abandoned the military and painfully disabled the tracking on his implant and took his equipment with him. For a few years he hid, until one day he got a letter from a mysterious individual.

Atlas - Prior to their desertions they both were former heroes. Atlas and her former squad were the only other heroes to work with Carbon's former team more than once. Despite his exterior Carbon actually thinks highly of Atlas and her capabilities and is somewhat glad to see her again.
Prism - Having just met, Carbon has a neutral opinion on her. He already has a grasp of her personality, which heavily contradicts his own. Despite this he see's her as a reasonable ally if push comes to shove.
Omni - Her initial altercation with him did put off Carbon, seeing her as someone who tries to discredit others to boost themselves up. Afterward, after reflection, her actions were understandable but unjustified. Currently, his opinion of her is neutral.
Data - Having just met in person, Carbon's base opinion of him is standard like most. Unlike most, he wasn't able to grasp his personality and motives in full. Carbon already sees's Data as a capable leader, however Carbon as of yet has failed to recognize him as someone he will follow with full fidelity.


Superpowers/Abilities
Powers:
TMCA (Transmutable Molecular Combat Armor):
Using the implant given to him, Alan can form a high compact combat armor around his body. This comes automatically with a near invulnerable shield and a size-adjustable sword for close range. The user can optionally not have the sword and instead wield a firearm in their hand. The Shield can also be optional, but unlike the sword it isn't size adjustable. The TMCA gives the user increased speed, physical enhancement, advanced optical sensors, medical skin suit, on-board combat sensor, hazard resistance, molecular repair, and ambush jets.


Advanced Optical Sensors: Gives the user multiple optical enhancements which allows them to see for much further distances and can identify things easily from a very far distance. Also allows for different optics including numerous different zooming sensors, night vision, thermal, object outline, and light infractions.

Medical Skin Suit: The under most layer of the armor is a skin suit that applies different medical applicants should the user get hurt. Any injury unless major, except for gunshot or armor penetrating wounds, can easily be treated.

On-Board Combat Sensor: Allows for a radar that shows the environment and any targeted objects, including living beings. Once a target has been scanned they will stay on the radar and be tracked, but this requires eye contact which is helped by the optical sensors in case of certain abilities of people. Also provides distance to target and aim tracking to a target when wielding a firearm.

Hazard Resistance: The user is protected from fires, toxins, extreme weather, and radioactivity. While not fully nullifying, the armor also slightly protects against any major blast force.

Molecular Repair: No matter the damage, the TMCA will automatically repair itself when outside of combat. How fast the repairs are done depends on the damage.

Ambush Jets: Allows for a quick glide across the field using a minor form of jet pack/propulsion. At maximum the jets can be activated for 5 seconds and can go as far as 30 meters.

Forearm Information Device: Allows the user to access information and files across different subjects, and access news sources and classified files.

Electromagnetic Palms: Allows the user to climb up against surfaces that are vertical and horizontal. Also can emit a electric shock like that of a taser.

Note: The TMCA allows the armor more abilities and subroutines, but due to tampering with the implant Alan locked away abilities that his suit would normally give.


Mastery of Power:
Having used his equipment for years, Alan has full control over the TMCA


Limits:
-While the shield itself is practically invulnerable, the armor itself is weaker and will take in less damage
-Damaging the Frontal Optical Sensor will nullify some of the user's most useful assets

-Very strong Telekinetic users can make Alan nearly useless
-The Advanced Optical Sensor can be disabled, which nullifies most of the optical abilities. This can be done by large scale EMP or immense blunt force
-The Medical Skin Suit can not heal internal organs that have lost most of their mass, as it is mainly meant to heal bullet wounds, deep cuts and slashes, and blunt force
- The On-Board Combat Sensor cannot physical help the TMR-1 track it's aim to immensely fast targets
-Hazard Resistance can't resist immense heat such as molten lava or for prolonged exposure in outer space
-Molecular Repair can't repair large pieces of the arm larger than the forearm including the hand
-Ambush Jets have a slight cool down of 2 to 3 seconds depending on how long it is used for
-The Forearm Information Device can only access prior to his desertion, so information like that may be slightly out of date. News articles however are still current.
-The Electromagnetic Palms can only climb up surfaces that are magnetic, anything else it's impossible. The electric shock emitted also acts as a regular taser.
